Britney was a life saver and great wedding planner! No way that we could have found the vendors, had the cohesion, and created our dream eclectic experiences without her. Our wedding was largely non-traditional, but also traditional in some ways. Britney was the perfect fit for us, as she has the open mind and creative ability to make a great wedding happen, combined with the skills to make sure a wedding will create an experience which the bride and groom truly want. She also really helped with our budget and made sure we stayed within reason. The meetings were both professional and fun; honestly I miss the meetings we had with her. On the wedding weekend itself, she made sure we stayed on schedule, but also allowed flexibility, and even helped us build some of the creations and ceremony space. Many attendees have told me it was the best planned, most fun, and most creative wedding they’ve ever been to! People loved the music, fire performer, and all the food. My wife had many ideas, and Britney was epic to help us bring ideas to life, offer insight plus more options, and help us fit all the puzzle pieces together. Highly recommend Britney! -

Wow! I'm filled with so much gratitude for having found Britney. We hired Britney for full planning services, and our event was no easy feat. As an Event Planner myself, I was seeking someone willing to get a little non-conventional with me and to be flexible with our many DIY components. Nothing scared Britney! From sourcing a fire performer to digging through Instagram to find a very specific (and uncommon) style of musician we were looking for (and in budget), Britney delivered. Britney was on a mission to find us the best vendors, stay within budget, and deliver an experience that broke the mold of what standard weddings typically look like.
Our venue was about as DIY as it gets, from bringing in rentals to bringing our own water to ensure table service. Britney thought through every outlet needed, each supporting staff member we'd have to find, how to prepare for the elements in Joshua Tree, and how to take our jumbled stream of thoughts and turn it into a cohesive experience. We met frequently over the course of the year, and she spent the time to cover each key deliverable in flight along with what we should be prioritizing.
And then the day of. Britney was everywhere, all at once. She's not afraid to roll up her sleeves to make things happen. We were in awe at the gorgeous ceremony space she created for us! Britney brings a range of talents to the mix that make her a well rounded planner, and her willingness to research and vet a variety of vendors ensured we could have a 1-of-a-kind wedding. We absolutely couldn't have created the incredible wedding weekend we did without her! -

I’m writing this on every forum possible because everyone needs to know how incredibly talented Britney is. My now husband and I knew pretty immediately when we got engaged that we were going to need a very skilled planner to pull off the kind of wedding we wanted to have. We planned a shorter engagement (6 mo) and intended to have our 150 person wedding at my husband’s family home, which, beautiful as it is, is not a venue with a typical set up. Hiring Britney was, hands down, the best decision we made. By the end of our wedding my husband’s parents were asked by multiple people if they hosted weddings at their home regularly, which really just speaks to how talented and insanely knowledgeable Britney is about her craft.
She took our vision and ran with it, was so responsive throughout the planning process, and helped us find vendors who we absolutely loved. She thought of things we never would have thought of for a non-traditional venue, and her attention to detail ended up making the day and everything leading up to it run so much smoother. She worked within our budget and always gave us choices that met both our budget needs and our design vision. She was with us every step of the way, especially when things got stressful with last minute weather changes and assured us she had everything covered – and she truly did. If she was stressed at any point, I couldn’t tell — just professional through and through, and she made us feel so at ease as a result.
Our day felt extraordinary in every way. We had ideas of what we wanted, but we leaned heavily into Britney’s expertise and her design skill, and we are so glad we did. It was nothing short of magical walking outside for the first time and seeing everything set up. My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted our day to FEEL like but weren’t really sure how to translate that into the space. Britney got to know us, and every design idea she offered and executed felt like she’d known us for years. I cannot tell you how many compliments we got the day of and are still getting from guests about our wedding, from the décor, to the food, to the flow of the day. People have literally RAVED to us about it being the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and we cannot emphasize enough that Britney is 100% the reason for that.
If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. Britney is amazing at what she does and is also an incredible human to get to know. -

Britney, was so sweet and helped us out every way possible. One of the reasons we booked the venue we ended up choosing was because if her personality and how understanding she was. I had to change our wedding date 2 times and she was able to work with us. She knew exactly what vendors were the best to work with when it came to choosing the florist, dj, and photographers. If anyone is engaged and looking for a wedding planner Britney is your go to. She makes it very easy and fun. -

Britney is so kind and her customer service is amazing! My fiancé and I were having a tough time finding a venue but Britney put our minds at ease with her professionalism and knowledge. She also had great advice about our future wedding and was very easy to talk to. She listened to all of our needs and made great suggestions. I highly recommend working with Britney. She’s amazing and takes some of the wedding planning stress away! -

Britney from Esoteric Bride is AMAZING! We cannot thank her enough for all her efforts, guidance, patience, and creativity! She helped us pull off the wedding of our dreams within 6 months AND in the midst of a pandemic! She made sure to have meetings with us every week (via phone/video) and more often when it was closer to the wedding date. She was extremely organized. Each meeting had an outline of what needed to be discussed and gave us deadlines and tasks to keep us on track with the wedding planning. She is very detailed-oriented! The little things that my husband and I might have overlooked she brought to our attention. It was the little things that contributed to a beautiful and smooth wedding day. We received plenty of compliments from our other vendors and our bridal party about how organized Britney was with communication, documents, and order of events. We also hired Esoteric Bride as our Florist. She exceeded our expectations for the floral arrangements and the overall design vision of the wedding ceremony and wedding reception. I don’t even know where to start esoteric bride (Britney) were so amazing! Every single detail was executed with so much passion and love behind it ! Britney did all our floral for our New Year’s Eve wedding and literally gave us life with her vision! The process of planning with her was so easy and she knew exactly what our vision was and took the time to plan out and visually show us even before our big day. I would absolutely recommend Brittney. She was extremely organized, detailed, and super creative. She managed all the vendors and made everything seamless. I can not express with enough words how much I LOVED working with Britney! She was professional, kind, relatable, and honest. From the beginning of the process to the end, she made me feel comfortable as if I were a good friend and not just a number or paycheck. She is approachable and really listens to your ideas and helps create them into life! I spent hours with her giving her my vision and she HAND DREW a gorgeous recreation of my vision in my head, onto paper! Everything I envisoned she made it happen and she was sooo professional through it all. She's punctual, super on top of things, and gets you the best bang for your buck. Game Changer. If I were to be getting married every year, I'd always go back to her AGAIN and AGAIN! Thank you for everything you did for Jon and I!
