    Won't find a better photographer

    For a wedding photographer in Chicago, we can't recommend Esenam Photography any more highly. He was extremely flexible working with us as our plans changed, he was extremely well-prepared and the photos turned out great. When we asked about getting a canvas for people to sign he took care of it for us and saved us the work of trying to find a vendor that would make what we were looking for. For what you pay, I don't think you could find anyone better.

    Amazing person and photos

    I don’t know what was better: our wedding day or Esenam Photography! Not only was he a blast to work with, but our photographs were breathtaking! 10 out of 10 would recommend! We continue to scroll through the photos and fall inlove with them all over again! I would hire him 100x over.

    Aside from marrying my best friend, Esenam was the best decision I've ever made.

    As a creative person, photography was the most important element of our day for me. I spent countless hours researching photographers to find the perfect fit. I actually found Esenam through an Instagram hashtag rabbit hole (I was determined to find the perfect photographer) and fell in love with his work. I connected with him and shared my vision and he absolutely delivered on it (frankly, better than I could have imagined).

    Our wedding was not a simple one. We had pictures in the city, a fusion wedding with two ceremonies in the suburbs - it was a long day. Even with knowing how long the day would be, Esenam and Lindsay made it a point to come early and stay late to ensure we got the best shots.

    Truthfully, almost everything that could have gone wrong on our day did. Despite this, Esenam stayed by our side making everyone feel comfortable and happy. His presence alone is worth the investment.

    When we got our pictures back, we were able to see our wedding as the joyous occasion it was rather than the series of mishaps we experienced. Esenam's ability to capture emotion is unparalleled. He is able to organically shoot incredible images that elicit emotions and make the ordinary extraordinary. His natural editing style makes images beautifully enhanced without feeling over-edited. Simply put, he is one of a kind.

    Esenam is without a doubt the best wedding photographer out there (trust me, the amount of research I did is embarrassing). But you don't have to take it from me, because everyone who saw our pictures went out of their way to tell us they were the most beautiful pictures they had ever seen. Not only has Esenam earned his spot as our photographer for life, but he has become a lifelong friend. Trust me, you'll want Esenam by your side on the most important day of your life. He is the best decision you'll ever make, aside from marrying your best friend.

    My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Esenam for our wedding and all of the related events. For those of you considering Esenam for a private session or wedding photography.....he is worth every single penny. He was very accommodating to our schedule, and we found him very easy to work with on our big day. We felt he went above and beyond our expectations.

    If you are looking for a photographer for your special event, you can stop looking. We booked Esenam for our June wedding after a recommendation from another bride. After looking through his website and gawking at his beautiful photos that captured the moment not just the people in it - I knew he was who I wanted to capture our wedding day. Thankfully he was available! We had so much fun the day of the wedding. I never felt awkward - he was never intrusive. He even came early to introduce himself and get a few extra shots of my dress. It was an absolute dream working with him and I almost wish I could do it all again just for the experience! Esenam was extremely professional and organized throughout the whole process - booking to after the wedding - just going above and beyond. The best part was seeing our preview - the moments he captured took my breath away. Everyone complimented us on how beautiful the photos were. I am so grateful we found Esenam - seriously if you are looking for a wedding photographer or any special events photographer - you can stop looking!

    Breathtaking. Stunning. Flawless. Like a postcard. Just a few of the compliments we've received on our wedding and engagement photos.

    Hiring Esenam was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Hiring our videographer (Eli at Wedding Masterpiece Films) was a pretty close second, but Esenam referred us to Eli, so that gives Esenam the edge :)

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Esenam. I spent months - MONTHS - looking for a wedding photographer. I cringe when I think about how many photos of strangers on their wedding days I looked at during my search. I tried to limit my search to photographers within the amount we'd budgeted for, but I ended up expanding it, which is when I stumbled across Esenam. I'm so grateful I did.

    Not only is Esenam's work product phenomenal, but he is delightful to work with and to be around. I remember reading a review where one bride said that her guests complimented her on how fabulous Esenam was, and I thought, "Yeah, right. What guest comments on the photographer?" Man, was I wrong! We've received so, so, soooo many compliments from our guests on Esenam and his lovely wife, Lindsey. And they're all truly deserved.

    I understand that Esenam is a bit more expensive than, say, George Street Photography, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Your wedding images, photos and videos alike, are truly an investment, and when it's all said and done, they and your memories are all that you have left of the day that you spent so much time and effort planning. And memories fade. It's worth reworking your budget to hire a top-notch photographer - the investment will pay off.

    I'd hire Esenam again in a heartbeat. At this point, he feels like family. Sounds corny, but it's so true. We just loved him. And we love our engagement and wedding photographs more than we ever thought possible.

    Big kudos and huge thanks to Esenam and Lindsey for capturing all of the love, happiness, and magic of our wedding day.

    Esenam was our engagement/ wedding photographer and we could not have asked for a better photographer.
    Esenam is dedicated, reliable and everything you can ask for.
    He is truly passionate is his job and his work. During our engagement session, my husband and I were both tired of the heat and the bugs after several hours of shooting, but Esenam was rolling up his sleeves and getting on the ground to get the best shot. He would help us relax and make us laugh in order for the photos to appear as natural as possible.
    The final work came sooner than expected and we were so happy with the outcome.
    I love taking photos and consider myself picky about wedding photos style. After doing research over 30+ Chicago wedding photographers, we were so happy that we signed with Esenam. He’s seriously SO easy to work with!
    You won’t go wrong with this one!

    Esenam was amazing! I had him for my wedding in August and he did a beautiful job capturing pictures. They all turned out beautifully, Definitely recommend hiring him for any event :)

    We felt very comfortable with Lindsay's calm and pleasant personality. She quickly became part of the event and instinctively captured personalities on the images she produced. They were a nice balance of formal and lifestye depictions - my daughter and her siblings enjoyed them immensely.
    Can't wait to share with family and friends. They were delivered to us within a month which we appreciated. Esenam Photography is responsive, reliable and resourceful. Definitely, a thumbs up!

    Esenam was truly the best find for my wedding. Photography was the most important investment for our big day, and boy, did he deliver. He took more "in the moment" candids than I could have hoped for. Those split-second laughs or expressions are now beautifully captured for us to enjoy again and again. In addition to the amazing shots, Esenam was extremely generous with his time, arriving early, and staying longer than we had agreed to. At every step in the process, he gave us more than we expected. His prices are more than fair, and I can promise no one will be disappointed with his beautiful work.

    I cannot say enough good things about Esenam. Not only is he a fantastic photojournalist photographer, but he is the most upbeat, positive and interesting person we met in our wedding planning journey.

    We used Esenam for both our engagement and wedding photography and we could not have asked for more prompt, polite and excellent service.

    First, we wanted to do something a little out of the box for our engagement session, Esenam was more than happy to accommodate our requests and even came to our apartment to photograph us baking cookies. Then we went to millennium park for even more photos. Let me tell you, we got tired before Esenam did. Eventually we had been taking photos all day and got tired - but, I felt like Esenam has so much infectious energy - he could have taken our picture all night. It was amazing.

    Esenam also did our wedding photography. We got married on May 26, 2012 and it was blazing hot for our outdoor wedding ceremony. Esenam was literally running around trying to capture the absolute best shots for our perfect (and warm) wedding day. He also brought some photo booth supplies as an added bonus! That was strictly off contract and our guests absolutely LOVED putting on crazy wigs, mustaches and paparazzi glasses. It was an awesome treat! Plus, this photographer is so amazing, that he had photo booth pictures up the very next day for us and our guests. It has been one week and he's also posted some incredible photos of our wedding to his facebook page as a preview.

    I can't speak highly enough of the amazing job that Esenam did for our wedding. He was absolutely my favorite vendor and he went out of his way to make us comfortable, happy, and fabulous looking. I've found my photographer for life.

    Esenam was great! My pictures are beautiful, we was there beginning to finish documenting the entire day. I was able to get a DVD of all my pictures so that I may decide what I want to do with them. He and his wife got a lot of great shots and really captured the day.

    AMAZING! We couldn't have been more happy with our pictures from Esenam Photography! Our wedding went by so fast, and Esenam Photography captured everything we wanted and even special moments we didnt see. I would highly recommend him. He is a hard worker and will make sure you are happy and get all the pictures you want plus more!

    He gave us his undivided attention for the whole time without it costing extra money or being an unreasonable price. My results were fabulous and I appreciate all the candid photos. I highly recommend him as a photographer to capture the cute moments for you as well as get everything you need for a great price.

    My husband and I had met with several photographers in search of the perfect one, and were consistently disappointed with both the larger studios and the smaller independent photographers. The independent photographers were unresponsive, and the larger photography companies didn't feel comfortable or personal enough for us. I did a Google search for "Chicagoland outdoor wedding photographers" and Esenam's website came up. I was stunned with the work featured on his website and had a great feeling about him. I immediately sent him a message and he responded promptly and seemed very interested and eager to be the photographer for our wedding. We set up a meeting and he was on time, professional, and very easy to get along with. We instantly felt comfortable and knew we wanted to work with him. On the day of the wedding, he was with us for the entire day to ensure he documented everything. He ensured we were able to get what we wanted, which was beautiful portraits outdoors in the gardens of our wedding venue. He delivered beautiful photos of exactly what we were looking for, and we were so pleased with the results. He captures the special moments of the day and documents your event in a beautiful, artistic way. My husband and I cannot say enough about how happy we are to have worked with Esenam. He's a wonderful person and wonderful photographer.

    I've never done a review before... We had a great time taking photos i had to do recommend him. He was very creative and professional, we really love the way our pictures came out. I would recommend his service with noh hesitation.

    Esenam was a wonderful photographer for our wedding. He was incredibly flexible and eager to photograph us. You can tell he truly loves his job. So many of our guests complimented his work ethic. He worked a tremendously hot and long day, yet his spirits never failed.

    Funny, I was just admiring my photos again today and thinking about all the cool shots he got for us and now I am gladly recommending him to you!

    Esenam gave us a very competitive bid and was flexible with our needs. He was very professional, responded to emails promptly, and did a great deal of preparation in advance of the wedding to be sure that everything would come out well. He also blended in with the group and made everyone at ease while taking pictures. I get emotional when I look at the pictures, as they truly capture the joy of the day. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the quantity and quality of the images and would highly recommend Esenam to others for all of their photography needs.

    Esenam Photography is a great place for anyone wanting to experience high quality service at a very reasonable price. My wedding pictures came out beautifully. Esenam was able to capture the most precious moment and turn them into lasting memories. After looking at my pictures, I wanted to turn them into a wedding book. Esenam Photography was able to design and create an individualized book with all my favorite pictures and quotes. This high quality book surely compliments my coffee table. Friends and family enjoy going through the book and they are always amazed at the high quality of the pictures. All I have to say is that if you are looking for a photographer for your special occasion save the headache of shopping around and book with Esenam Photography, I promise you that you will not regret it. Thank you Esenam for all your hard work with my wedding pictures!

    I would hire Esenam again in a heartbeat! Not only was he very professional about his photography but he was very upbeat and wasn't afraid to have fun with us! He was very flexible about making sure that we felt comfortable about our purchase with him and making sure that not one detail was overlooked. He showed up first thing on the morning of our big day and didn't leave until the party was over to make sure he captured all of our special moments. We ended up with so many great photos that its been incredibly difficult trying to narrow down which ones I'll be putting in the photo album. I cannot recommend him enough!

    Esenam was an amazing photographer. He photographed both my ceremony and reception - I never had to worry about whether he was getting the shots I wanted or not as I knew he came extremely prepared and was very in tune to what both my husband and I were hoping for. The pictures turned out wonderfully - I would highly recommend him!!
