Fantastic Hair and Makeup Team!

Erin was recommended to us by a close friend and as a woman of color with bridesmaids also of color, I was looking specifically for a hair and makeup team who were able to do makeup on women of color well. Erin and her team definitely did not disappoint!

Due to COVID, we decided to postpone our wedding celebration to October 2021 and still get married on our original date in October 2020. We used Erin and her team both times. Alex was my stylist for both my microwedding and wedding celebration while Ana and Rachel were assigned to my wedding celebration to help with my bridesmaids! We are also extremely grateful to Erin for her patience and flexibility while we planned and then re-planned our wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about Alex. She was such a joy to work with and did an amazing job on my hair and makeup! She was also able to tailor the makeup to how I liked it and what worked with my skin which I really appreciated!! Ana and Rachel did a fantastic job on my bridesmaids and they were happy with the services they received!

Simply put, Erin exceeded my expectations. I was in a bit of a bind with a short engagement and a last minute decision to have my hair professionally done. She came to my house, before the sun had even risen (for an 11am ceremony), provided professional lighting, and re-created EXACTLY the look I was after with only a few exchanges of emails and pictures (no time for a trial run!). I didn't have to worry about products or supplies, she brought it all!
Erin is incredibly personal and puts in the extra time and energy it takes to understand the uniqueness of the bride.

Erin was so great to work with. I contacted her few weeks before my wedding and she was very responsive and offered me a holiday special she was currently running. I loved my hair and makeup trial and on the wedding day it turned out even better than I expected. I was getting compliments on my flawless makeup and gorgeous up do all night long! I would definitely recommend Erin to future brides and for special occasions.

wedding make-up and hair

Alex did my bridal trial and wedding day hair and make-up. Her and her assistant also did 7 women's hair and make-up on my wedding day. They exceeded expectations, punctual, and meticulously followed the wedding timeline. Alex is amazing at her job, she took one glimpse at my bridal photos and knew exactly how to perfect it on my wedding day! My bridesmaids make-up tone, complemented mine and I am so happy to have worked with Alex, everything went as perfect as can be and they are so easy to work with, sweet, and down-to-earth! I definitely recommend them for your bridal and wedding party make-up and hair!

Erin is amazing!

Erin spent a lot of time with me during my trial session (I was picky!) and ensured I was 100% happy with the outcome. I already had another trial appointment booked for the following week with a different artist but, once I met with Erin, I knew she was the way to go and canceled the other trial. One of Erin's senior artists also did my engagement photo session makeup, and she was phenomenal! Her whole team is warm, easy to talk to, and they really take time to listen to what you want. Erin also did my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and gave me a totally different look than what we had planned for the wedding the next day -- which was so fun! She also includes a spray tan option in her package, and I've never had a better, more natural looking spray tan. I can't recommend Erin enough. She exceeded my expectations!

Erin ROCKS! She is a VERY talented make up artist and hair stylist. Let me tell you that I am very picky and indecisive. I had no idea how I wanted my hair and make up. I gave Erin limited instruction and she made me look perfect! After she made me look perfect, I still wanted a little more and she added what I wanted with no question! I tried many other hair and make up artist and I am soooo happy I booked Erin! There is not one bad thing I could say about Erin!
If I ever have another special event for hair or make up I will defiantly go back to Erin without a doubt! Book Erin for your hair and make up, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Erin for putting up with me you did GREAT!

Without a doubt, I highly recommend Erin for both hair & makeup services. We met for my consultation about 3 weeks before my wedding and she was able to exactly duplicate what we decided upon on my wedding day. She was very patient & flexible with my 3 bridesmaids and worked with them to create their beautiful hair of varying lengths on the spot. Most importantly, Erin was reassuring to my mom who is not the type of woman who gets "all made up."
She was on time, reliable, a genius at her trade, extremely professional & fun at the same time .. 5 stars indeed! Thanks Erin =)

I loved working with Erin! She did a fantastic job on my hair & makeup and was also very receptive (not to mention patient) when I changed my mind about what hairstyle I wanted between the trial run, the bridals, and the wedding. I recommend setting up a trial run and taking pics for reference, especially for any indecisive brides like me. On the wedding day, Erin and her assistant Amy were friendly, professional, and had all of us looking gorgeous in no time! She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Erin was a pleasure to work with and perfect at helping me figure out what I wanted to do with my hair when I showed up to my trial and gave the very specific directions, "Maybe up, or something?" She did my hair and makeup for both engagement photos and the wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Erin and her team did amazing work on the day of the wedding, made all the girls/moms look fantastic, got everything done on time, and were fun people to spend the morning of the wedding with. Erin and her team did wonders with the hair and make-up for me and my bridal party. We had a tight schedule due to limited time at the church for pictures. Erin and her associate were at the hotel early, set-up and started on hair and make-up right away. All of my bridesmaids had long hair and I had long curly hair and she got everything done with time to spare. The airbrushed make-up stayed on through a long evening of dancing. We exchanged many emails regarding times and she was very helpful figuring out the schedule for the morning. I would recommend her services to any bride out there! She was great to work with.

Wonderful wedding makeup!

My mom and I had our hair and makeup done by Jamie on my wedding day. She was so wonderful to work with and had us both looking FAB for the night! She was fun and professional and I thoroughly enjoyed being with her on my wedding day. Erin was super responsive in the planning for the event and I felt like the pricing was far better than other places I reached out. I would use Jamie and Erin over and over!

Erin and Elizabeth did hair and makeup for a number of our wedding party on May 10, 2014. I could not have been happier with how my mother, mother in law and bridesmaids looked! I knew that I had made the right choice in choosing Erin on the day that we did my trial hair/makeup run. I had to hold back tears when she finally let me take a look at myself in the mirror; it was the first time I was able to envision myself as a bride! Erin was able to take the pictures/ideas that I gave her and make me look exactly the way I wanted without making me look overdone. Her work was able to withstand happy tears and lots of dancing. I felt and looked just as great leaving our reception as I did walking down the aisle! Thank you again Erin for being part of our day!

As a plus sized bride who doesn't like being the center of attention or having her photo taken, being a bride caused me a ton of anxiety. I had been so worried about not feeling as pretty as a "normal bride" and losing out on having that feeling-like-a-princess-on-your-wedding-day thing that everyone talks about. I could not have been more wrong. Shanna made me feel more beautiful than I've ever felt in my whole life. Spending the day of the wedding with my bridesmaids and Erin's team getting our hair done and chatting and laughing was an incredible way to start my wedding day. When it was time to walk down the aisle I felt calm and happy and so beautiful. If you can find room in your budget, give yourself the gift of getting to spend that time with "your girls". It really was incredible. Thank you Erin for putting together an awesome team and helping us all feel so beautiful.

Erin and her team were so much fun to work with on my wedding day! They were super friendly and extremely efficient. They managed to make all of my ladies feel gorgeous and everyone looked incredible. I actually started crying when I first saw myself in the mirror because I had never felt as pretty as I did then. They took extra special care of my mom by giving her false eyelashes and they even covered up a scrape on her leg with makeup so she didn’t have to wear pantyhose for the day. Erin was a joy to work with and I knew I had made the right decision in hiring her after I saw my hair and makeup trial. I can’t wait to find a reason to work with her again!

Shanna, my hero! After such an awful trial run at stylist who shall remain anonymous, I was in a desperate search to find a new stylist just a few weeks out and was very concerned that the search was hopeless. I found Erin Blair, and although Erin, the main stylist was unavailable, I was referred to Shanna, her assistant. We scheduled a trial run and it was perfect! I am so glad I found Shanna, I wish I could have found her in the first go around.

Book Erin and team to feel like your best self on your big day!

After seeing Erin's work on some friends' weddings, I knew we had to book her. Myself, my seven bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law, grandmothers, and flower girl were GLOWING all day long thanks to the Erin Blair dream team!

I knew I wanted to feel like the best version of myself on the big day, and Erin helped me do just that! She truly listened to my vision and absolutely exceeded all expectations.

Not to mention - On the day of our wedding, the artists were the BEST hype girls we could've asked for! They had an amazing positive energy that kept us going until it was time to walk down the aisle.

We were originally scheduled to get married the weekend of the severe winter snowstorm in Texas, and we are still overwhelmed with the kindness, flexibility, and professionalism of our vendors.

She made me feel so welcome, and was super flexible (she has just had a baby by the way, and she was willing to work with my schedule, awesome!)

She can basically look at a picture and duplicate it. Her skills were great! My hair and make up stayed all night and I got loads of compliments on it.

Erin was one of my favorite wedding vendors I used. I could tell from the first 5 minutes of the trial that I made the right decision. She came highly reccomended and it shows! She came to our house (all the way in Forney!) with a huge smile and all of her professional tools ready to go. All but one bridesmaid had their hair and make up done by Erin and you could tell! I had numerous people at the wedding tell me how stunning and beautiful everyone was. What's the point in hiring a good photographer if you're not going to hire the best make up/hair artist?!?!?!

Erin did the hair and makeup for my 2 bridesmaids, my mom and me. She comes completely prepared for anything. She did such a great job and everyone had beautiful, unique looks. I LOVED my hair and makeup and so did my husband.

One of my bridesmaid's boyfriends told me he had never seen her so beautiful. I would recommend Erin to anyone. She is sweet and fun too which is a huge relief on a high stress day.

Erin did a fantastic job on my hair and makeup and also on makeup for my bridesmaids! The hair and makeup held up all night through lots of dancing! The makeup was very light and didn't feel like I was wearing a ton. I really felt like me, just a very glammed up version!

One less thing to worry about!

Hiring Erin Blair and her team was one of the best decisions I made! Hair and makeup was actually one of the last vendors I booked because I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted. They are great with communication and very helpful with any questions I had, and provided great suggestions! On the day of, they all arrived on time and got through my 5 bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, and me (the bride) in record time. I felt absolutely beautiful - makeup was done to perfection and didn't need any touch-ups, and my hair lasted all night, even through the dancing! Bridal HMU

I remember when considering several HMU artists and teams, I had two concerns, my natural hair/curls, and ensuring I looked like myself on my wedding day even with the glam! Erin heard my vision immediately and calmed all of my fears. One of Erin’s best qualities is that she is your personal hype woman, from the bridal trial to your actual wedding day. I remember I wasn’t nervous on wedding day until I sat down to get my hair and makeup done, and Erin was nothing but kind, encouraging, and comforting. Her techniques elevated my natural/ curly hair and she pulled it all into the updo of my absolute dreams! My makeup felt so light, but with plenty of coverage to survive the dance floor, and I just felt like an elevated version of myself!

Erin’s team also could not have been sweeter. My bridal party loved working with them! Most of my bridal party chose to go with an updo, and they all loved their styles! Everyone’s makeup was stunning, and similar to my experience, everyone felt like themselves!

I can’t recommend Erin and her team enough. They are intentional, professional, and they make you feel your absolute best and most beautiful! Thank you Erin for all of the stunning work you and your team do, the wedding day was made that much better because of all of your efforts!

Absolutely recommend to the bride that wants a very professional atmosphere as well as professional results. I loved my hair and make-up and cannot believe how many compliments I got. My photos turned out beautifully and a huge part of that is to how great I looked - all because of Erin!

Her prices are so reasonable, so much so that my mom and 2 bridesmaids decided to get their make-up done the morning of as well - and Erin was totally fine with that. We were at the church right on time with no worries at all!! It truly was perfect and could not have gone better!!

I loved Shanna! Erin was already booked the day of my wedding so I went with one of her senior artists. Shanna did my MOH's hair, my Flower Girl's hair, and my hair and make-up. Everyone's hair looked amazing. I received many compliments about my make-up and I looked absolutely flawless in photos. My hair held up pretty well considering the high humidity. I did get a little frizzy by the end of the night, but that really can't be helped. Thank you so much!

I used Amy for my hair and makeup for all of my Photo sessions, and wedding day hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids. She did a wonderful job! I am definitely a perfectionist, but she took the time to listen to every single one of my somewhat obsessive comments on her work. Everything turned out absolutely beautifully for the wedding, and I can't wait to get my pictures back!!! Erin did an awesome job on my hair and make up for our wedding, along with the hair and make up for my bridesmaids. I have to say that I knew Erin previous to deciding to have her work our wedding (she was a friend of a friend), which can be tricky, but was NOT in this case. I had several trials with Erin to make sure we got it right (I'm not used to so much make up, but we tried different options until we found one I liked). And, I have super straight hair and was concerned that the curls would not last all night. But, she made it work...both my hair and make up were beautiful, and lasted until the next day!

My bridesmaids were also very happy with their results...one even teared up when she saw herself in the mirror. I really liked that Erin listened to what I wanted, helped me try new things, and acheived the best possible result for my wedding day. It was also really nice to find someone that does hair AND make up...most vendors I found only did one or the other. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to hire someone to do their hair and make up.

Best Thing I Ever Did!

My wedding was actually my third experience with Erin Blair Makeup & Hair Design. They did my hair and makeup when I was a bridesmaid for two of my cousins and then I went with them for my wedding June 17th, 2023! They were incredibly professional and informative throughout the entire process. As a teacher at the end of the school year, they were incredibly flexible with me on trying to book my makeup trial. They did the makeup for me, MOB, MOG, 6 Bridesmaids, and 2 Flower Girls. We got given a schedule for how everything would work and the best way to prepare our hair and skin to make the most out of the service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have someone 100% reliable and talented in their craft on their big day! I only have pictures from my bridals back so far, but I have attached some!

I had wedding hair done by one of the junior stylists (I apologize for not remembering her name!) for me, my mom, and three bridesmaids. She was so nice and really listened to what I wanted during our consultation, so I was confident going forward with her on my wedding day. I was not disappointed! My hair was perfect and beautiful, and so were my bridesmaids. The price was also what I expected to pay, and I feel like I got my money's worth. Erin and her team did an absolutely phenomenal job for hair and makeup for our whole wedding party. As I go back and look at the pictures, I was so pleased. She made us all look like the best version of ourselves, striking the perfect balance of making us look fantastic, but still making us look like ourselves. I highly recommend taking her up the fake eyelashes. They make such a difference!!
She took the pictures I brought as inspiration and really the result was above and beyond what I could have expected. They customized their services day of for some who didn’t want to makeup done, and really were very flexible in working through last minute schedule rearranging.
Further, they worked flawlessly through a super chaotic environment. We had a lot of people coming and going throughout the whole day, and Erin and her team did an unbelievable job of working around the chaos. 
I thought the result was just perfect, and I think it was also cost effective. I recommend Erin and her team for your wedding or really for any event where you want to get hair / makeup done.

I had the privilege of having senior artist Jamie assigned to me for hair & makeup for my bridal portraits and wedding day. Jamie really paid attention to my inspiration photos and created a beautiful updo and glamorous makeup look. I never felt as beautiful as I did for my bridal portraits and wedding day. I am so very happy with the hair and make-up services that Erin and her assistant provided me for my wedding.

Erin was very flexible in scheduling my trial run (I have an interesting and unpredictable work schedule). At the trial run, I had several photos of hairstyles I wanted to emulate for my vintage-styled wedding, since I couldn't find the exact right thing I was hoping for. Erin was able to put the ideas together to create just the effect I wanted, which she documented/photographed so she could reproduce the exact style again for my wedding day.

On my actual wedding day, Erin and her assistant provided hair and makeup services for me, my two mothers, and four bridesmaids. They did a wonderful job of making sure our looks coordinated while keeping everyone in their comfort zone (i.e. adjusting heaviness of makeup etc). Our entire morning together was fun--the stylists weren't just good at their jobs, but they were fun to be around, and I am glad that they helped to make our "getting ready" a stress-free time!

My updo and makeup lasted the entire night without issue, which is a BIG DEAL for me--I have exceedingly fine and slippery hair, so kudos to Erin for making it hold so long!

All of my photos look like a dream thanks to Erin!

Erin Blair Makeup & Hair Design is a MUST for your wedding day! They did my hair and makeup when I was a bridesmaids in my cousin's wedding and I loved it so much that I booked them for my own wedding! Shanna did my hair and makeup and she was a dream. I went in for a trial run and for the first time ever with getting my hair and make up done I feel like I was truly being listened to about what I wanted and felt comfortable giving feedback. I was highly concerned about my very oily skin on the day of but she pulled out all the tricks to help combat it! She also was able to do curl my thin, fine, stick straight hair beautifully and to where the curl lasted all night long! Art Deco look was perfect!

We loved Erin and her team! My wedding was in February and I wanted a winter glam, art deco look, so I was looking for make up/hair people who could do that. She was referred to me by my wedding coordinator, since she knew Erin's work from previous weddings. I actually booked a trial run with another artist before Erin, and then did a trial run with Erin and loved it! She was very attentive to what my thoughts were and how the makeup and hair went with my dress. She provided me prices of different packages for my wedding day. For example, she does just before the wedding hair and makeup, or can be on call for all day to touch up, which is at a higher price point. I had researched different packages by different artists in the area and her prices seemed consistent with the industry. For me, I decided to just go with the normal package of doing hair and make up before the wedding, without any touch ups during the day. My ceremony was around noon, and reception at night. So we got ready very early. Erin and her team were very energetic and professional, despite the early hours. Erin also sent us a detailed email prior to the wedding day, for instructions, and she also gave me suggestions for hair accessories and where to buy them. For the day of the wedding, she brought everything they needed for the set up. She made sure that my wedding party had consistent looks to mine and our wedding vision, which was appreciated. While Erin did my make up and hair, two other artists were there to help with make up and hair for the rest of the party. My makeup and hair looked AMAZING. I really loved it and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. They were also very helpful in listening to the particular wants and needs of my wedding party. (plus provided general make up advice and offered free lessons in the future!) Erin gave me some touch-up make up for later in the day, which I definitely used. Would definitely recommend Erin and her team!

Janet was my hair stylist and makeup artist on my wedding day and oh my God she created the look better than I ever imagined!! She truly understood what I wanted and she just did her magic! Erin is AMAZING!!! If you are thinking about booking her, DO IT NOW! Erin used airbrush makeup on me for the trial run, which looked amazing. I don't know why though but it didn't last long. I went in for a 2nd trial run using traditional makeup. Not only did she not charge me, but she met me at such an ungodly hour because of my schedule. She goes out of her way to make you happy and wants everything to be perfect for you. On the day of, both her and Shanna did an amazing job on me, my mom, and 4 bridesmaids. All were very happy with their hair and makeup, which I'll be honest, it's a little hard pleasing some of them! lol. So, book her now. You won't regret it!

I truly enjoyed using Erin Blair Makeup and Hair Design for our wedding! They are very organized, personable, and timely in their email and phone responses. Our hair and make up artist was Elizabeth Rist, and she is the most awesome person! Our personalities immediately clicked the first day I met her. She did my hair and makeup for my bridal portraits, as well as the day of the wedding, along with my mom’s hair/makeup and some of my bridesmaids’ hairstyles. She met us at our hotel when we were getting ready, and all of my bridesmaids afterwards said how much they loved her! Erin Blair and her team did such an amazing job for myself (bride), bridesmaids and moms. Everything turned out even better than we thought it would. Erin Blair and her team are very talented, real perfectionists with a keen eye on detail, professional yet tons of fun. They considered our input about what we wanted and we all ended up absolutely loving our soft, romantic looks.
I also need to mention that during our pre-ceremony portraits, due to the strong winds one of my eyelashes was a bit loose and Erin came from home after everyone on her team had just left, to fix me up and give me a final re-touch. I was surprised at how sensible she was at my case and that she showed up in my rescue even though I did not purchase the package of having someone around for the entire evening.
I'm already looking at the next events I could possibly use her services.

Shanna did my hair and makeup for my wedding as well as my BM's. She did an amazing job. She was very diplomatic in convincing a difficult MOH to go an updo like i wanted. I was impressed that even car trouble couldn't keep her from getter to her job during my run thew.

Thrilled with Erinn Blair

I couldn't have been more thrilled with the choice to use Erin Blair and her team for the HAMU services for my big day. Her team was phenomenal! They were talented, professional, and helped make the morning so much fun! I had 8 bridesmaids, 2 mamas, myself, and a flower girl and they were so efficient getting through everyone in 4 hours, bringing 4 stylists. EVERYONE loved their hair AND makeup which is an absolute feat, especially with particular gals which I have. Thanks so much Erin! Would highly recommend and am excited for the next chance to use their services!

Never felt so beautiful!

Beth was our makeup/ hair stylist and she was amazing! My hair and makeup were incredible and lasted through the night with no issues at all. She also did all 3 of our daughters hair and makeup, ranging from 18 yrs old to 7 yrs old and they were all beautiful, age appropriate and lasted through a whole night of crying, running around and playing and lots of hugs. I am so grateful for the confidence feelings so pretty gave all of us and for the great pictures we all love that we will have forever. Beth was great at her job and also so personable and got along great with everyone there for the get ready process. It exceeded my expectations and I will recommend Erin Blair & Co to everyone!

We can't say enough good things about Erin and her team! She did an amazing job from engagement pictures to the day of the wedding. She listens to exactly what her clients want! We had 10 bridesmaids and everyone absolutely loved their hair and makeup! They were creative and made everyone look natural. As the mother of the bride I wanted a natural yet dressier look than normal and Erin couldn't have done my makeup any better! Thanks Erin for your vision and creativity!

I couldn't be happier with my choice in hiring Erin Blair for my hair and makeup services. We went back and forth and back and back and forth until we found just the right look. Elizabeth Rist took care of makeup for my bridesmaids and the moms, and they loved her! She made them all look stunning and more importantly FEEL stunning. Erin took on the hairstyles and everyone looked amazing and they held all night. My girls told her to just do whatever, and were not disappointed! My hair and makeup services were the absolute least of my worries on my wedding day because I knew Erin had me taken care of.

Erin's assistant, Shanna was the hair and make-up artist for my wedding in November. I could not have been more pleased. She came to my house for a trial run before the wedding, so we could go over exactly what I wanted done. On the day of the wedding, she was on time and very professional. She did hair and makeup for 3 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, and the bride. Everyone was very happy and told me what a great job Shanna did during the wedding.

All the changes I requested Shanna make from the trial run, she made perfectly. Not only did I look beautiful for my wedding day, but my make-up and hairstyle LASTED the whole night even though I was dancing and sweating at the reception. She had a great attitude the whole morning and afternoon while we were getting made up and was very accommodating. I’m not very well-endowed, and at the last second I asked if she would create the illusion of cleavage with some makeup and she happily agreed. I would highly recommend Shanna to anyone in need of a hair/makeup artist for a wedding or special event!

Erin was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and confident and gorgeous at the wedding. My husband was very impressed when we finally saw at the ceremony. My maids of honor were beautiful as well. We were so pleased with Erin's intuition. She really figured out how to make each of us look our best. I am so glad we found her!

Erin and her team are amazing! During my hair/makeup trial, Erin really listened to what I wanted and asked for my opinions. Her team was willing to come to our house at 5:30 am to start hair and makeup for my bridal party! They did such a good job on everyone. We all looked fabulous!

Erin was a true professional from my initial e-mail to her all the way until my wedding day. I changed services multiple times and asked numerous questions, she was always gracious to answer them and flexible about my changes. Erin and her team were outstanding! She was very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process and is incredibly organized and professional. Erin did hair and makeup for my bridal portraits and for my bridal party on the wedding day - we all felt beautiful and got so many great comments on both! I highly recommend her to anyone!

Erin and her team made me feel like a beautiful bride! They did my makeup for both the rehearsal and day of. BOTH were exactly what I wanted! She really listens to what you want and does her best to execute. When I looked in the mirror after she did my hair on my wedding day, I almost had tears in my eyes..it was everything I wanted and more. Erin was/is amazing. We did not have a trial due to time issues on my side (nursing student, working full time, planning a wedding), but that did not hinder my results.

I took her photos of the ideas I liked for both hair and makeup. I walked in looking tired and blah, and left looking amazing.

The makeup held up ALL NIGHT LONG even though I was sweating like crazy. My hair stayed perfect and even looked good the next morning when I got up for class.

I was concerned with the cost at first, but she is SO worth it!

Shanna did my hair/make-up and hair for two of my BM's for my wedding. She did a great job, was willing to travel, and showed up right on time, even though she had to drive from Dallas to Fort Worth for a 6am start time! She was a steal for the price and I looked great on my wedding day!

Erin was absolutely amazing!!! She listened to what I was wanting and made it more than I could ever imagine! I also had a bridesmaid that looked HORRIBLE the day of and without me even having to say something, Erin kindly offered to touch up her make-up and made her look amazing! All of my bridesmaids had a different style they wanted and Erin was able to make all of us look stunning! She was incredibly flexible with times and locations and made it very easy to communicate with her with quick responses! I couldnt imagine using anyone else!

Jamie Reeves and Laci Coker of Erin Blair Makeup were fantastic! They skillfully got 8 of us ready in the wee hours of the morning for our early brunch wedding. All the girls and myself looked fantastic and we loved everything they did for us. They were fun to chat with, professional, and awesome - thanks for everything girls!

Absolutely Amazing!

Erin and her team were nothing but wonderful from the days before the wedding to the day of. I have personally never felt more beautiful than I did on my big day. All my girls agree that all of our hairs and make ups were spectacular. We were all able to have a look specific to our personality. I would highly recommend Erin for anyone that needs hair and make up. She is so nice and very accommodating!

Amazing personality and an Incredible MUA

Erin did a wonderful wonderful job creating the perfect look for me on my wedding day. I didn’t have the exact words for what exactly I wanted, but Erin was able to talk it through with me and found a perfect match for my hair and make up!! She is so sweet and was able to accommodate on during last minute changes. Highly recommend!

Erin Blair and her team were fantastic. I had a late cancellation of my hair and makeup artist 3 weeks before the wedding and Erin came highly recommended from my photographers makeup artist. I had 7 bridesmaids, my mother, and myself and Erin thankfully took my request and accommodated all of us for hair and makeup on such short notice. She and her team were on time and professional. They did such a fantastic job on my girls and myself. Erin took care of me personally and really listened to everything that I requested. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and Erin and her team made us all look stunning. Thank you Erin for making that day so wonderful and making me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt.

The greatest money you will spend on your wedding day! Erin and her team are truly magical! Having perfect hair and Make-up was something that was very important to me on the day of my wedding (I mean you only take about 5,000 pictures!) Erin and her team showed up! I felt flawless after she did my hair and makeup and all of my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning! She is extremely talented and accommodating. She was willing work with me on the day of the wedding and ended up staying for touch-ups after the first look and ceremony - I would 100% recommend her services!

Stress-free wedding day glam

I am so glad I chose Erin as my hair and makeup artist! She is warm, professional, and a true artist. Erin and Elizabeth did an amazing job making me, my bridesmaid, my mom, and mother-in-law look absolutely GORGEOUS all day long! I had the hardest time deciding who to use for my makeup and hair on my wedding day and after a bad experience with someone else, I finally chose Erin Blair. This was my favorite vendor for my wedding!! Elizabeth Rist did my hair and makeup and she was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful and she did a great job (I should add I am pretty picky about my makeup and she did it perfectly). She also did makeup for my mother and two bridesmaids. She was very patient with me during trials and was honestly just fun to hang out with! She is truly talented and so sweet. My bridesmaids and mother loved her. Anyone is lucky to have her there on their wedding morning! I also worked with Erin many times adding people to have their makeup done and changing the timeline. She was easy to talk to and very laid back. My hair and makeup looked perfect all night, even through the after party. I HIGHLY recommend Erin Blair and her makeup team for your wedding day!

Gorgeous work!

Erin Blair and her team were the perfect choice for my wedding makeup. My bridesmaids and I aren't into a super heavy makeup look. We're all pretty minimal. When I went to my initial consult with the makeup artist, she listened extremely well to my likes and dislikes and was very open to my feedback on her work. She was quick to make slight adjustments according to my needs, and carried that same behavior forward to my wedding day. She did the same for my bridal party - remained open and receptive to feedback and adjustments. We all looked wedding ready but still looked like ourselves, which not a lot of makeup artists can do.

I used Erin for hair and makeup on a total of 6 people including myself. I also used her for engagements and boudoir photo hair and makeup and she always made sure I loved how I looked. For my trial she was very honest with me in that the styles I wanted would not be possible with my thin hair and suggested extensions. I really appreciated her being up front so I could make an informed decision about the extensions and have realistic expectations. I booked her pretty far in advance and months after I had paid her in full she was running a new special package which was almost exactly what I had but included airbrush makeup for no additional charge. I inquired with her if she would upgrade my package and she happily obliged even though she didnt have to. On the day of she was at the hotel before we were and had a clear plan for how the day should flow. She had to bring in a different assistant last minute and the assistants work was good but we added one extra girl on and at the end she very loudly to the whole room said “okay who has my check”, I just felt this was a little unnecessary. That was my only minor complaint and it was just that, minor. Erin even heard one of the girls saying she wasn’t in love with her hair so she offered to redo it. Overall I loved Erin but not really the assistant.

The Best Version of Myself!

When I first contacted and had my initial trial with EBMH, I was extremely nervous. Not only do I never wear makeup or do my hair, but I had originally booked someone else and had a terrible experience with them. My original artist (at another company) was rude, didn't listen to me, couldn't cover acne/scars, and had a completely different color on my face than what was visible on my neck/chest. But I didn't need to worry! Jamie was so sweet, so excited for me, and just wanted to do whatever it took to make me look my best.

After my trial, I had a bit of a problem with my makeup because I was on Accutane at the time. I sent Jamie some photos, she forwarded them to Erin, and Erin immediately contacted me to set up an appointment with her to redo my foundation with different types of pre-treatments, moisturizers, and different methods (airbrush vs traditional). She took thorough notes and, once we decided what the best course of action would be (I sent her pictures 12 hours later - at about midnight), she sent everything to Jamie so she would be prepared for my crazy skin on the wedding day. Additionally, I wanted to make some changes to my hair after my original trial, and Jamie very graciously was able to make room in her schedule two days before the wedding for me to have another trial. Wedding planning is definitely more difficult when you life out of town/state, but these ladies made it so easy.

On the wedding day, Jamie and Ashfield (the second artist) arrived early to get set up. We pre-arranged the schedule, so all of the bridesmaids knew when they needed to be in the chair. Both artists were so sweet, and all of the girls looked stunning. Some had hair done, others had makeup done. Everyone was thrilled with the results! I will say that my hair fell out of the bun before the night was over, but I was the only one. And I was dancing and jumping around so much that I'm not at all surprised or upset - this was unavoidable. I had one of my bridesmaids shove it into place, and it was good enough.

Overall, it was such a wonderful experience working with Jamie, Ashfield, and Erin. They will make sure you are 100% happy with everything before your big day!
