When we had our last meeting with him, we let him know it wasn't going to be a conservative group, but we also didn't think many people would be on the dance floor. Not many of our family members dance nor my husband friends. The day of went so smooth, he basically ran when this and that would happen on the day of and it was perfect. He was very organized and easy to work with! Not to mention pretty much the majority of our guests ended up dancing most of the night, so he was certainly on point with knowing what to play and did a fantastic job!!!!! We can't thank you enough Ryan!! - Jenn & Adam -

He is not only an extremely professional person, he is very genuine and did everything he could to make our wedding the best it could be. He was available when we needed to reach him, he was willing to be flexible with timing and was always where he needed when we asked him to be somewhere.
His song selection was great as well! We gave him a short list of song ideas, but he filled in the gaps and he did awesome!!
We are very pleased with Epic Vibe and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Zane for going above and beyond for us!! -

Lara Sent on 08/27/2013Ryan is amazing! He was completely accommodating in every aspect of his services. I cannot praise him and his company enough for doing such a fantastic job. He played incredible music all night long, which kept our small party on the dance floor until the very end. He also strung bistro lighting, and draped sheer fabric in our reception space which transformed our space from drab to fab. The best part of it all was the jaw dropping backdrop he put together behind our sweetheart table. This is a man of many talents with great pricing. We cannot thank-you enough Ryan!!! -

Ryan was a fantastic DJ! He made sure that our ceremony ran smoothly (he even gave us some tips for our friend who was officiating), and made sure our guests were always up and dancing! I did not want the typical "group dance" wedding songs, so we worked together to find some must-plays for the reception, then Ryan adjusted the songs based on the crowd's mood. He even played a special request from my uncles - their band's version of message in a bottle! Ryan worked hard from start to finish on our wedding day, and I would definitely recommend him! With competitive prices, his positive attitude and skill, and his willingness to meet in person before our big day, you can't go wrong! -
Jaimie Sent on 11/08/2017We used Ryan as both our DJ and lighting and draping vendor for our August wedding at the Hagadone Event Center and I cannot say enough great things about him! The décor setup was absolutely beautiful, exactly what we wanted and more. He even added to our lighting/draping the day of the wedding because he thought we’d like the look better. He was completely right and we were so appreciative to him for it! Not only did he make the venue look exactly like “us”, but his DJ skills were impeccable too! He helped our band setup for the ceremony, kept the evening running smoothly, handled special requests perfectly and with ease, was always positive, yet to the point when he had the mic, kept the cocktail hour upbeat, and the dance floor going all night! He also helped cut two songs together for my father/daughter dance in less than 2 days.
I will say that Ryan is a very busy guy so if you have periods of time where he’s slow to respond, don’t panic. He is on top of things and will ensure your day is everything you envision. Highly recommend Ryan from Epic Vibe DJ!!! -

My lighting scheme was something they had never done before, but they were very excited for the new challenge and they made sure it turned out exactly the way I had envisioned it! Great team to work with!

We chose Ryan to be our DJ after meeting him at our wedding venue tasting. Throughout the planning process, it took us a few tries to get ahold of him via email, but he was always responsive to texts or phone calls. Despite meeting several DJs in the Coeur d’Alene/Spokane area, Ryan seemed to be one of the very few who actually use turntables, which was a hard requirement for us. During the wedding, we loved how Ryan mixed our favorite songs and incorporated our different music preferences. Our guests said the DJ was a hit as they ended up dancing all night and most of them stayed longer than they originally intended. We would definitely recommend Ryan as a DJ for any event. -

The only issue is that he forgot our processional songs and asked us right before we walked down the aisle because he lost our info- no biggy but it added a bunch of stress that didn't need to be there. He held a good party and my friends wouldn't have known the difference- he he were more organized he'd be an 11 our of 10.
