AMAZING Photographer!!

After searching around for the perfect photographer for our day, we just had to choose Danny. The responsiveness, professionalism, the overall style of his work, and just ... just EVERYTHING!! He and his assistant captured all the shots I requested on the day as well as images I wouldn't have even thought to take, and the album that he produced from it is perfect in every way. How amazing are is his work? My mom couldn't stop sobbing over them, and she's not one to cry over much. ;) If there is any photographer you must hire for your big day, you won't regret choosing Danny!

Danny is your man, trust me.

This is a looooooooong overdue review! My husband and I were having a black tie wedding and we were looking for a photographer that could capture the elegance and excitement of the day. After speaking with a few vendors we decided to meet with Danny. We immediately felt a connection with him. He got our vibe and made us feel totally comfortable. Throughout the whole planning period he was available for questions and extremely responsive with anything we needed. Flash forward to our wedding, it was everything we hoped it would be and Danny captured every moment. He was able to get all the details I spent months planning for. I am not necessarily comfortable in front of a camera, and I told Danny what parts of my body I was concerned about and he just told me not to worry, he made me feel totally relaxed and we just had a good time with all the photos. When we got the digitals I was overwhelmed. It made me feel like I was back at my wedding, and the album he created is phenomenal. If you’re looking for a photographer who will capture your day so vividly that you’ll feel like you’re back there, Danny is your man. My husband and I just had our first child, and we’ll be using Danny for his photos, there is no one else we would trust with such an important task.

We hired Danny to shoot our wedding after seeing the incredible work that he did with our friend's wedding. They say that when all is said and done, the photographer is the most important vendor of all. People eventually forget about the music and the food, maybe even the venue itself. But the photos live forever. Danny captured every moment of that day exquisitely. Even now, 8 months after the event, our family and friends are still GUSHING over the photos. Danny and his assistant were professional and thorough, but also light-hearted and imaginative on a day that, if you're not careful, can turn from joyous to stressful in a heartbeat. No worries of that with Epic Imagery. It was easy and the pictures just downright perfect. Thanks, Danny!

Danny Baker was truly a pleasure to work with. My fiancé and I were beyond excited to book Danny for our wedding. We knew we would get beautiful pictures but we got more than that. He is a true professional and true artist. Danny captured the magic of the night, the romantic sunset and made use of all the venues scenic beauty but most importantly he captured those genuine once in a lifetime moments throughout event. The day we saw our wedding pictures we were speechless and overjoyed! His pictures are breathtaking and truly beautiful. He delivered so many great shots narrowing it down to our favorites was extremely difficult. We loved them all! Thank you Danny for capturing such beautiful memories for us and our loved ones!

Danny is absolutely AWESOME. My fiancé and I met with several other photographers before Danny and they all didn't have that "it" factor. As soon as we met with Danny we knew he was going to be the one to capture our special day (and engagement photos). Danny is incredibly personable; makes you feel comfortable, and makes the whole process of taking pictures enjoyable and stress-free. Also, Danny is very professional, prompt and will respond to emails in a very timely manner.

Danny's work is in a league of its own; it’s absolutely phenomenal. We viewed his website prior to meeting with him, every photo is stunning. All of the pictures he took of our engagement session and wedding were absolutely breathtaking and we've had several people tell us the same thing. Danny will make sure to capture your "vision". He truly creates and captures epic imagery!! :-) Our photos are so perfect it was extremely difficult narrowing it down to our favorites for our wedding album.

Overall, Danny is the best photographer in SoCal bar none and trust me, my fiancé and I did our due diligence before we selected Danny as our wedding (and engagement) photographer. You will not be disappointed.

If you're searching for a Wedding Photographer who has an amazing eye for detail, a unique shooting style that produces Art pieces and tells a story through the emotions he captures, Danny is The Man!! I *highly* recommend Danny. He was really fun and comfortable to work with. He dealt with our hectic schedule like a champ and came armed with lots of ideas and inspiration. Thinking on his feet, he got us to the beach and took fantastic shots of us during the golden hour. We and our families couldn't be happier with the results.

Our wedding in Pasadena at the Atheneum at Caltech last Fall. We chose Epic based on the sample photos we saw. You do not really appreciate what goes into making a good photo, until you really see that end result is actually reached. During the led up to the wedding you actually see why Danny is so good. The wedding is a very nervous event, the lead up especially. He made us feel comfortable. He was great at communication. He knew were to place us, and took great advantage of the venue. He knew when and where to shoot . The Album turned out is beautiful.

Danny is incredible! We got married in May 2016 at Calamigos Ranch and could not be more pleased with the images captured during our wedding. Epic Imagery is the epitome of professionalism. My husband and I wanted to have the best possible images and Danny exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Epic imagery for anyone looking for the highest quality wedding photographer.

I can't say enough amazing things about Danny and his work! I have had the pleasure to know Danny for a few years prior to hiring him for our wedding in July of 2016, but I had no idea how incredible his wedding work was. When I went to him to ask him to shoot our wedding, he graciously accepted and turned into such a professional. After the first meeting, we knew without question that he would be THE GUY for our special day! His prices were super reasonable (especially for LA), his work was flawless, and his staff was incredible. He made every meeting feel so special and personal, which is important when you want to capture every last detail of your big day. Just when you think things couldn't have gone any better, you are sent a beautiful online gallery that amazes you! The variations of poses, the details to each shot, and the way he changes up scenery, makes for incredibly unique photography that you just can't recreate. So from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you Epic Imagery for our amazing unique memories!

I can't say enough nice things about Danny! He was such a pleasure to work with and made every step of the process simple and enjoyable. Danny is professional and personable and made everyone feel at ease throughout the day. My family couldn't stop talking about how great he was on the day of the wedding. I was unsure about what exactly I wanted in terms of poses and groupings, but Danny was right there to share his expertise. He managed to capture my vision, even though I wasn't sure exactly what that vision was. Our album was put together meticulously and the pictures are absolutely beautiful! I plan on booking Danny in the future for pregnancy and family shoots. I highly recommend Danny and Epic Imagery!

Danny shot our wedding December 2015! From the planning to the engagement shoot to the actual wedding, he was phenomenal every step of the way. All his shots were so beautiful that we had the hardest time deciding what to exclude for our album. Our engagement and wedding albums are so artistically made. We really enjoyed working with Danny and will continue to for our future milestones! (:

Danny has been doing all of our family photos for weddings, holiday cards, baby showers. Big or small way event he gives a hundred percent and we have always been super happy with his work. He is an artist and can't wait to see what else he has in store for us at our next event! I recommend Danny to anyone who needs beautiful photographs that will last a lifetime.

Danny shot both our engagement photos and our wedding and he did an amazing job! Danny has also shot senior pictures for two of our children. He has an eye for light and contrast and he sees that special shot in places you would not expect. He has taken so many good photos, literally have 12 just of our wedding alone, hanging in our home right now. Not only were the photos breathtaking, but he has a talent for engaging people. He keeps people laughing and entertained, which really helps when you are at the point of being too tired to smile for one more picture! He is a truly talented professional. He definitely brings his "A game" to each job. I have so much respect for Danny's work ethic and unrelenting trust in the products of Epic Imagery. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

It was such a pleasure to have Danny document our wedding. He is so easy to work with and was so patient with us. He really understood the type of photos we wanted and struck the perfect balance between artistic shots and more photojournalistic ones. We just received our wedding album and I've never seen anything so beautiful. It's a real work of art and Danny is a true artist. He is also EXTREMELY well priced especially for the level of quality. I can't say enough about him, but we will treasure the memories he's given us forever.

Danny was fantastic!! He had done my friends wedding photography and that is how we heard of him. I saw the photos he captured for their wedding and knew I had to have him as our photographer. He was great from the very beginning. A ton of experience and wonderful knowledge of the wedding and photography world. He was the first vendor we booked. Our wedding day was challenging and he worked with us the entire day and accommodated our hectic wedding and I couldn't be more happy with the way our photos came out.

What we really loved about Danny was his experience. There isn't anything that surprises this guy. Rain or shine (and we had rain) Danny can make it work! He makes sure everyone is always on the same page by having regular checkup meetings with you. There wasn't a moment where I felt like I didn't know what was going on. He has an energetic, go-get-em attitude that makes the photography process really fun. Never did we feel stressed out at all.

I really feel he's photographed just about every venue out there (he had been to our venue multiple times). So when it came time for our wedding day, we weren't worried at all and couldn't wait to see the magic that Danny came up with. The hardest part was choosing what photos we wanted! We could have printed hundreds of great pictures!! I recommend him to everyone that asks about a wedding photographer. So what are you waiting for? Give him a call!

There are not enough words to describe Danny and his talent...truly unparalleled!! Danny is not only an incredible artist with an amazing gift of capturing moments and events, but a wonderful man that will become your friend and a part of your family throughout (and beyond!) your wedding journey. We came across Danny's name on a few preferred Vendor's list while searching for our venue. After interviewing a few other photographers and seeing some of Danny's work, we knew we had to meet with him and find out how to make him our wedding photographer. From our first encounter, Danny was incredibly warm and genuinely interested in getting to know my husband and me as individuals. He went above and beyond to understand our relationship, our photographic style, and what we were looking for in our wedding photography. He was also incredibly willing to alter existing packages or create new photography packages for us to ensure we got every thing we were looking for.

When it came time to take engagement pictures, Danny made us feel SO comfortable behind the camera! Neither my husband or I had taken professional pictures before so we were not sure how to pose or what to do. Danny guided us through every shot and created some of the most beautiful pictures we have ever seen. It was no different on our wedding day! All of our bridal party, family, and friends could not believe the amount of energy, patience, and creativity Danny (& Greg!) had throughout the 12-hour day!! Danny was relentless; he crawled on the floor, climbed trees, and did anything possible to capture the most gorgeous images of our special day. When we got our pictures back, we were truly ecstatic!! Every person who has seen our images all agreed they belonged in a magazine...they are all pieces of art!! SO amazingg!!!

We cannot wait to display our pictures in every nook of our home! We look forward to the honor of having Danny capture all our future life events! THANK YOU DANNY!!!!!

Danny Baker is hands down the best wedding photographer out there. He is such a skillful pro and has a great eye. His work looks like art because of the angles he uses, lighting, and his knowledge of the camera. Not to mention he is easy to work with and has a great personality. He did my engagement session and wedding, and we are working on our album now. I cannot WAIT to see the final result. I was a bit nervous at the beginning of our engagement session because we didn't know how to pose or what to do, but he guided us and within seconds we were having so much fun and getting really into taking pictures that I didn't want the session to end. I will say that Danny is so good at taking beautiful pictures that captures every moment that you will have a difficult time narrowing out the best because there will be so many to choose from. Good problems to have !! He will be my photographer for many more beautiful moments in our life.

Danny was amazing! He took the time to chat with my husband and I prior to our big day. He asked us about what photos we wanted to get for ourselves, family and the guests! He was able to come early and take wedding party photos while we still had day light, and graciously got our huge family to get through the photos. We was energetic and efficient! Our photos are beautiful, artistic and romantic. Couldn't ask for anything more. We got them in a timely manner and there were so many gorgeous photos, I couldn't decide which ones to print! Best wedding photographer, hands down. Thanks Danny!

Danny Baker is awesome!! He really listens to what his clients want and does an amazing job at combining art, family, spontaneity, and traditional wedding photography to ensure you don't have all the same type of pictures. He is extremely personable and his assistant Kyle was also very nice. Danny just gets it and I highly recommend him for any special events you may have.

Danny Baker is AMAZING! He is such a pleasure to work with and puts you at ease immediately. Most of all, Danny is an expert. He directs you to great poses and he is a true artist as far as the creativity of the pictures. Our pictures turned out so beautiful, even more beautiful that what I had imagined...

It was my husband's first photo shoot and he was very shy. Danny started making jokes and made us both feel very comfortable!

I will definitely use Danny for future occasions as he is the very best!

One of my favorite vendors! Danny and his team were so great throughout the planning process. Danny spent hours with me while I showed him all my pintrest boards and ideas on how my pictures should look. He remembered and got all the shots! He also has great and original ideas for pictures. We also did our engagement shoot with him (highly recommend in order to get used to taking so many picture on the day of). Our pictures turned out so beautiful I can't stop looking at them. Overall, so happy Danny was there to capture our special day and can't wait to have another celebration in the future because I know who will be doing our pictures! Thanks Danny!

Danny is such an amazing photographer! Not only are the picture amazing... I didn't know I could look so good :-) but he also helped calm me down, keep timing on track, he knew which pictures to make sure we took, so we didn't regret not getting pictures with certain people, and he has such a great personality that it was fun to have him around all day! Not only does he take the typical wedding pictures, but he is so good that he also takes such beautiful artistic photos that belong in a gallery. Definitely go with Epic Imagery, you won't regret it!

I was SO PLEASED to have Epic Imagery do my photography and videography. They were truly fantastic. Danny and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. He was attentive and professional from start to finish, and took time to make sure that our special day was well documented. Terrible experience with EPIC IMAGE Imagery — Beware of their inflexible contract!

My fiancé and I booked EPIC IMAGE Imagery well in advance of our wedding, which is still a year and a half away. Unfortunately, we encountered some unexpected financial difficulties. Given that no services had been performed beyond a brief initial consultation, we reached out hoping for some understanding and to discuss a possible refund.

To our shock, EPIC IMAGE — and Danny specifically — flatly refused to return any portion of our payment. There was no willingness to even discuss the situation or show any flexibility. The contract contains no cancellation clause or protection for clients who, through no fault of their own, face unforeseen circumstances. Even with the wedding so far in the future, and no work having been done, they refused to refund a dime.

I fully understand retaining fees if actual services had been provided, but that simply was not the case here. Their rigid, uncaring approach showed a complete lack of consideration for their clients. In my opinion, any business in the wedding industry should understand that life happens, and show at least a minimal level of compassion.
