Where Dreams Come True

If you are shopping around for a venue for your wedding, STOP HERE. You have found it. Everyone talks about how stressful planning a wedding is and mine wasn’t. Everyone talks about how crazy their wedding day is and mine wasn’t.

After deciding that I wanted to get married in this (very large) and beautiful venue, I began working with Melissa from EPIC. She made me feel like I was the most important Bride that she had ever had. I explained my vision to her and she immediately went to work!

Once my husband and I tasted Chef Christopher’s food, we were just as excited about the meal that day as we were getting married!! (I’m kidding... sort of.) Everyone at our wedding praised the food as much as they did my dress.

The staff at EPIC prides themselves on customer service and it shows. Everything I asked for, happened. Everything my guests needed, they received.

If you are wondering if you and your fiancé should invest the money into a package— it is 100% worth it. This company provides you with the option to have all your needs included. I was able to have my venue, food, photographer, cake, and DJ easily available— through EPIC. After shopping around, I learned that this was rare, especially for the price.

I arrived the day of my wedding and had a “Bride’s Room” big enough to fit myself and all of my Bridal Party. My husband had his own room with the guys, too. Once the wedding got started and the nerves kicked in, I began to worry that something was going to go wrong. After seeing Melissa direct and coordinate the way she did, I felt all of that worry go away! The wedding was perfect. The reception was even better. When I started to write this review, I tried to think of something negative to say. I honestly can’t think of anything.

Again, if you are still looking for a venue, don’t worry... YOU FOUND IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was perfect. The staff was excellent. Melissa was so patient when I kept changing things. I will most definitely use the venue again.

Wonderful day

My husband and I got married at Epic on 05/19/2019. Everything was amazing from the planning process up until the big day. There are many options to choose from to match your budget. The food is AMAZING!!! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed the food! Chef Christopher even agreed to a kid's menu at a cheaper rate...which was a wonderful perk as well. THANK YOU EPIC EVENT CENTRE FOR AN AMAZING DAY!!! #hemaynowClarkhisbride

Fanfastic beautiful wedding, very happy bride

Choosing EPIC was the very best decision. Melissa is the very best and is so very accommadating. Several people told me it was the prettiest wedding they have ever seen. I would not change a thing.

Rehearsal Dinner

So glad we had our son and daughter in-law rehearsal dinner at the Epic Center. The decor looked very classy plenty of food and it all tasted excellent. Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with everything!

Anniversary Party

I had my parents' 50th anniversary party here. Everything was perfect. I worked with Melissa for several months beforehand and she was absolutely amazing! She made things much less stressful with all her suggestions and help with table centerpieces. I was so happy to see everything come together at the party. The food was outstanding and the guests raved about the room, lighting and decor. Cason was our coordinator the day of the party and he worked to assure everything ran smoothly during the party. I would definitely book another event here in the future! Thank you Melissa and Cason for your awesome service!

Perfect from start to finish

I cannot say enough great things about this venue and their staff. From day one, even before we had booked the venue, I felt like Melissa genuinely cared about my wedding and exactly how I wanted it to be. She was always very responsive to my (many) emails, and she was beyond helpful. We met with her several times to go over everything. I think I was the least stressed bride I’ve ever known!
On the morning of the wedding, the room was almost set up, but not completely. Once we walked in for the pictures before the ceremony it took my breath away. I have no idea how she did what she did but she made my wedding magical. Even with some things I added on the day of, she worked them in and even added some special little touches she thought of on her own (after checking with me of course)!
The food was delicious, and Chef Christopher is phenomenal. I had so many people tell me the food was incredible. There was a huge selection, and there was honestly nothing I didn’t like.
I would recommend this venue to every bride I know. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the fairy tale wedding I’d always dreamed of!!!

Epic Event Center

Can’t say enough about Epic and their staff! My daughter and her fiancé chose to have their wedding there and it was wonderful. We really loved working with Melissa, who was the wedding planner. She helped make the perfect choices and then took care of everything! I can’t think of one thing from the food to the music to the atmosphere that was not great. You cannot go wrong by choosing Epic!

Amazing! Beautiful! Delicious!

I worked with Melissa for my son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner on October 26th. From beginning to end she was .... just AWESOME! Had some other issues going on during that time and she was SO flexible and helpful. The venue is GORGEOUS, all the staff were fantastic .... AND, I'm STILL getting compliments on the delicious food. If you're looking for a beautiful venue, fabulous food and the BEST customer service around - THIS is THE place that has it ALL.

Beyond Expectations

I can not begin to thank Melissa and the Epic Event Centre team enough for bringing our wedding to life. From the beautiful venue to the amazing food to the outstanding service, you will not regret choosing this location for your wedding or event. Melissa was available to answer questions any time I needed her and she ensured that every detail we wanted taken care of, was without question. All of the vendors that we worked with that were supplied with our package were outstanding in their own ways. Epic truly made our special day the most amazing day ever. Very pleased!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with the EPIC center. They were very professional, and very fun to work with. I felt like communication was clear and speedy. I never felt like I had unanswered questions or was unsure how something was going to work. This place was easily the best price for all that came with our package. I would recommend them to anyone!

Perfect, Easy, Professional

We held our rehearsal dinner at EPIC and they were so easy to work with! Love how you can use all of their decor (HUGE selection) and they offer a cash bar at no extra charge to us. Additionally, their food prices are very reasonable and all of the selections were AMAZING! 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful.

EPIC had the best vendors. The food was great, the photographer was fabulous, and Melissa helped ALL the way. I'm a quirky bride, and they all accomodated to my special requests. The wedding went smoothly, and I'm so glad I didn't have to worry about anything.

My daughter's wedding was held at the Epic Event Centre on May 19, 2018. As a family we are very happy that we chose the Epic for this special event. Melissa Benter and all of the staff did an excellent job!! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and the food was very good.

Our wedding was this past Saturday, September 23 and it was the best day of our lives!!!!

We just wanted to say how much a blessing it has been to work with Melissa and the rest of the Epic team. We have made it to the other side without any bumps and bruises. Because of you!

Our family and friends raved about the food, music, and atmosphere. They finally got a chance to see the vision we had over a year. Perfection!! We pray that Epic continues to grow and has more and more success throughout the years to come. Worth every penny!!

My wedding seem to be falling apart the closer it got to my date. They were so helpful to me in every way ppssible. I ended up having the best wedding ever in one of the most beautiful places in Tn. I couldn't be happier.

They were absolutely wonderful!!! They did everything for me. I didn't want for anything. They decorated, coordinated vendors, worked with DJ....everything. I had a beautiful wedding and reception in the same room for 180 guests.

Melissa and Megan helped me SO MUCH through my planning process. They took care of everything and that's what I liked. I never felt like I was bothering them or anything. I can't wait to use Epic again for ANY event I need!

I am so happy we decided to have our wedding at Epic. Melissa, our coordinator, was so valuable during our planning process and always eager to help me make decisions. Our night went so smoothly, if anything went wrong we had absolutely no idea.

I love that the venue is all inclusive. When we first started planning we booked a bare-bones venue that didn't provide anything and we quickly realized how much of a hassle it was going to be hiring vendors for every single thing, not to mention expensive.

The vendors Epic works with are top notch. I was hesitant about booking vendors I didn't personally spend hours researching and selecting, but I was blown away with the quality and professionalism of each one of them.

Lastly, the package price for the venue rental and all vendors included is an amazing value, especially for the Middle Tennessee area. There's no way we would've been able to pull off the same quality event with the same budget at any other venue around. This place was well worth our money and we will absolutely recommend it to future brides and grooms.

Epic Event Centre was the best venue that we could ever go with. They were on top of everything and made the wedding planning process so easy and stress free! The venue space was amazing but after decorated, it was prettier than anything I could have imagined. Melissa was incredible and really made the whole wedding experience absolutely amazing! She was so consistent and offered great ideas! She made sure everything was going smoothly before and at the actual wedding. Chef Christopher's catering was so delicious! Majority of our guests commented on how amazing the food was and it truly was. I am so glad we went with Epic. I can't imagine any other venue for my wedding and I can't imagine any other staff to work with. Epic was everything and so much more!

Melissa at the Epic Centre was the best to work with!! She helped us through the entire process and was so helpful with so many suggestions! Planning a wedding is no easy task and I felt lost through most of it, but Melissa made everything go so smoothly. As for the centre itself it was stunning!! We had our wedding at EPIC on February 25, 2017, and it could not have gone more perfectly. Melissa was AMAZING to work with the entire time. She was VERY quick to respond to every email I sent. She went above and beyond to with recommendations and help with details when I needed her, which was a LOT. The entire EPIC staff was great. Chef Christopher's food was to super delicious... everyone raved about it all night long! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very professional and very nice the entire time. We could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding... We will always be so grateful for Melissa, Chef Christopher, and the entire staff at EPIC!

Melissa and EPIC are the best!!!! I was planning a rehearsal dinner from out of town, and from the moment we met Melissa, I knew Epic was the place for us. Melissa was fantastic to work with!! She is so professional and so helpful!! She answered all of my questions and returned phone calls and emails promptly. A few situations popped up and she came up with solutions--even offered to bring in a booster seat for our grandson at the last minute! Melissa and staff went the extra mile to make sure our evening was relaxed and memorable. The food was amazing and the room was beautiful---elegant and casual--it was a perfect evening!

I love Melissa! She's an amazing lady in every way!! She let me randomly come try every new thing that came in on tables! Helped me figure out what I should do. Helped me create a timeline although your dj did not go by it. She danced with me on my day! The food was amazing also! Everything was just amazing! And super Epic ?

Melissa helped my husband and I plan a wedding in less than a month; took all the stress of planning off of me and created a beautiful wedding for us! :) I cried when I walked into the venue because it was more than I could have imagined especially for the price. I recently had my wedding at Epic and it was just that ... EPIC! The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the decor was amazing and the staff was amazing. Everything about my special day was taken care of and made perfect. I cannot recommend Epuc enough. They made my day perfect.

This venue is well worth the money. We did a package deal so almost everything was taken care of for me in advance. From the time I walked in and met Melissa, the coordinator, both my husband and I felt at ease. She patiently went over everything with us, walked through every ballroom with ease and even lit it all up for us so we could get a good idea of what it would look like. She was with me every step of the way, helping coordinate my other vendors and attending those appointments with us as well. When my make up artist cancelled unexpectedly she even sent me personal recommendations and helped keep me calm during such a hectic time. Our wedding day was perfect and everything we imagined it would be. We utilized the bridal and groom suites for comfort and ease to get ready throughout the day. Everyone showed up, we had the most amazing time, and we all left. They did set up, break down and clean up. They packed up our leftover food and wedding cake for us as well. Definitely use Epic for your perfect day!

I have used Epic Event Center three times now and I could not say enough kind things about the staff l, the venue l, and the whole experience. Melissa, Chef Christopher and their team have always taken such good care of me and our event and everything they do they do with excellence. From the gorgeous lighting to the tiny details, Epic is the best in it's class.

Epic was the best most affordable place for my daughters wedding and reception! It is a beautiful place pretty much already decorated and Melissa was awesome and very easy to work with. The food was very reasonable and greatfor "pick up foods". Chef Christopher never fails! We got so many comments on the venue, food and decorations. I would highly recommend the epic centere for anyone with any upcoming event!

EPIC was beautiful and just what I wanted for my only daughters wedding! I couldn't be more pleased with everything about that day!

We had to do very little additional decorating, even though we did not purchase the all-inclusive package. And if I knew then what I know now, I would have gone al-inclusive. If you think you will save money by getting your own DJ, cake, photographer, etc., you can't. I ended up spending as much or more by getting them myself. The food was fantastic (Champagne Chicken - yum!). The guest raved about how good it was.

Thank you EPIC for making my daughters wedding PERFECT!

This is an excellent venue. It looks great inside. Very little additional decor is needed. The catering is great, but by all means do a food tasting before selecting your menu. Ask the chef to season to your taste if possible. Melissa was a jewel! She left no questions unanswered. She always got back to us in a timely manner. She came up with a plan for every issue that we encountered. Melissa guided us in every way imaginable. She is an asset to this business. I actually miss talking with her now that the wedding is over.

We had our ceremony and reception at EPIC event, and it was AMAZING!!! Our wedding coordinator was Melissa and she was a pleasure to work with.. The venue is the most affordable one we found around the Nashville area and the decoration, and catering were outstanding!!! My guest were very impressed with the location and had lots of positive feedback from them. The EPIC staff spoiled me and my husband on our wedding, they had dinner ready for us on our sweet heart table, they set up and cleaned up absolutely everything.. we are very happy we decided to get married is such marvelous place. EPIC ROCKS!

Epic Event Center was a spectacular venue. The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding reception perfect. They provided so many extras without an extra charge. They treated us like family instead of just another customer. I would absolutely recommend EPIC for any event and will use them for our next event. Also, Chef Christopher's food was delicious.

After searching the Nashville metropolitan area to hold our event, it was such a blessing to find this diamond located right next to us in Hendersonville. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couple that is getting married. The wedding coordinator Melissa was unbelievable. She met all my needs and went beyond the call of duty. She is the best of the best. Brenda the owner was so nice and accommodating. Chef Christopher and his staff (Cason) were AMAZING. The food and presentation was so wonderful and yummy. Epic handled all the setup and break down for our July wedding. We barely had to even decorate. All we added were centerpieces to the tables. Epic really made our day. Catering was also provided through Chef Christopher and everyone enjoyed the food. We also had plenty of left overs that Epic staff boxed up for us to take home. Everything went smooth and perfectly with Epic's help.

The Epic Event Centre and Chef Christopher's Catering are without a doubt the best in TN. The venue is beautiful, and the catering was phenomenal. Our experience, from planning to execution, was met with the utmost professionalism and willingness to please. The presentation and taste of the food was beyond our expectations; it was of the highest quality and freshness, and the flavor of the dishes was something you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Just had our wedding 6/29/13 and the whole experience was enjoyable... From planning to the event! The attention to detail on the coordinators and vendors were exquisite. I only have one small complaint. My mom the grooms mom and my grandma never received their flowers. I paid for those and never got them. I didnt realize it and my grandma asked me why the next day! I also paid for boutonnieres that we did end up using as well.

I had my daughters wedding reception at the Epic Event Center. It was the most amazing reception ever. We had a 20'a theme everything was perfect including the food. The price was on point as well. The staff was awesome.

We chose the epic event centre for our special day! We had our ceremony and our reception here. Its a very beautiful place. I love how rustic & unique the inside is. Everyone on their staff was just absolutely amazing and they did everything they possibly could to make our day as close to perfect as possible. I'm so very glad we chose this venue!!

The venue for our reception was the first thing I booked in planning our fall wedding. I loved the rusticness of Epic... The rafters, concrete floors, mason jars in the windows, brick wall. I met with Josh more times than I can even remember throughout the process. He allowed us to taste test the food that Chef Christopher provided a couple months before. (Which if you book EPIC, Chef Christopher is the caterer and let me just say I've never had better barbecue or scalloped potatoes in my entire life!!) And anytime I called he knew exactly who I was. Then about a month before the wedding, they hired Grace as a wedding coordinator. She made my life so much easier with all the extra stuff she had. She also kept my wine glass refilled all night long, and they provided us and our families with HUGE to-go boxes after the reception was over. I loved all my vendors (except the DJ..) but I've never seen anyone go so far above and beyond for their clients (even after they had already been paid in full.) THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME & THE PLACE IS GREAT!!! I would suggest EPIC to any bride!!!

We had a fantastic experience with EPIC Event Centre!!! We had our Wedding and Reception in the beautiful and rustic Jackson Ballroom. The room has so much character that decorating was minimal. The event centre graciously lets you use their round tables and chairs at no additional charge. We had a walk through 1 month prior and met with their Director of Sales, Josh Woodall, and went through our vision our of day. The chairs and tables were set by the staff and our florist decorated the tabletops. At the end of the night, we were only responsible for what we brought in and the take down and cleanup was done by the staff. What a relief! Not to mention, there were 8 fully enclosed bathroom stalls for both the women and men's room which meant that there was never a line! :) Chef Christopher provided the food and our guests were thrilled with the menu! We could not have asked for a more hospitable and professional group of persons to work with.

I had a hard time finding a venue for my wedding because I wanted one that was unique. I found EPIC Event Centre and fell IN LOVE! It is not like any venue I had ever been to. Chris and Brenda were so friendly and were able to help with everything I needed and requested. It was HUGE! We had a great time! I could not have found a better place.

My only suggestion is to make alcohol prices more reasonable.

They took care of everything! We sat down and gave them our vision and they ran with it and all we had to do was show up and enjoy the party!

Epic was wonderful!! Melissa was great to work with. She made my vision come to life and everything turned out beautiful! Very cute venue! The vendors they work with are great!

When I chose this venue a year ago I was so pleased with the place and its style. I had everything planned out how I wanted it. I had basically rented the whole establishment. I chose the small room in the entrance for the wedding ceremony and I chose the large, long dining hall in the back of the building for the reception for dancing, a buffet, and maybe a game of cornhole going on in the back. (a very laid back, country style wedding) it was going to be beautiful.. just how I wanted, the wedding and the reception SEPERATE from each other.
8 WEEKS before the wedding, my mother received a phone call...the phone call started off normal, with the coordinator asking my mother things like, "have you all got the bridesmaid dresses? what about the invitations?....snd then the ball was dropped, THE REAL reason the phone call was made was because A YEAR ago they had over booked my wedding and had just realized it 8 WEEKS before the wedding...so I would no longer have the wedding that I had planned on having....They apologized for the mix up and said there was nothing they could do but give us our money back for the small room we had rented and have the whole wedding and reception in the same room....NOT MY PLANS.

Also, if this place continues to have weddings, it needs to have private areas for the bride, groom, and the bridal party to be separate from one another, spending your time while waiting to walk down the aisle in a bathroom that smells like urine is not very pleasant...

In the end, everything turned out beautiful but this place has NO organization and NO professionalism. If this venue plans on having more than one event they need ONE calendar.

If you decide to use this venue, it is a beautiful set-up but MAKE SURE you're not an over-booked bride and PAY CASH they charge extra when using a credit card...we found this out the hard way.
