Creative, beautiful, and an absolute pleasure to work with!
Rosemary took my daughter’s ideas for how she wanted her wedding to look and turned it into reality. Not only were the flowers absolutely gorgeous, but her pricing is very reasonable! We loved everything she made and highly recommend her. It can be very stressful planning a wedding, however, working with Rosemary was stress free and delightful! -

Rosemary is a very sweet British woman who welcomes you with open arms and partners with you to give you wedding florals you'll love. She charges no amount (not even a deposit) until after the wedding, and she delivers beautifully. She also deals wonderfully with rounds of floral proposal revisions. She did my wedding and two of my cousin's weddings and we've all loved her! -

Rosemary was an absolute gem to work with! We didn't know much about flowers, but also knew we just wanted simple floral decorations. When we met with Rosemary originally, she asked us a lot of questions about florals we might need that we hadn't even thought of yet, and with very minimal inspiration photos & description, she put together EXACTLY what we had been picturing in our heads. When the original proposal came in a little over our floral budget, she worked with us to find where we could cut a few things without losing our vision, and everything turned out beautifully still. She was so easy to work with and an absolute gem of a woman, and we would highly recommend her to all of our friends and anyone else get married soon! -

Amazing Experience- gorgeous flowers
Rosemary was such a treat to work with on my daughter’s wedding! For a busy bride with few specifics, Rosemary was able to take 3-4 pictures, a fabric swatch, and a couple of adjectives to creat a beautiful array of floral arrangements to compliment this couples special day! Not only were the flowers stunning, Rosemary’s expert service was an exceptional value. Most notably, it was just a delight to work with such a genuinely lovely person. Thank you Rosemary! -

Rosemary was my daughter's florist at her June 2022 wedding. She also did flowers for the rehearsal dinner. The arrangements were gorgeous and very fresh. Elegant, modern, and beautiful. Rosemary was also a pleasure to work with and her fees were very very reasonable. Highly recommend! -

A Flower Magician
Rosemary is a lovely person inside and out, and it comes through in her work. We had schedule changes, venue changes, budget changes, and everything in between as we had to reschedule our wedding several times over the last year. She was always understanding, flexible, and took on every change as an opportunity to try something exciting. She basically read my mind for what I wanted the flowers to look like, but created something even more beautiful than I was able to communicate. The day would not have been nearly as beautiful without her work, and she made the whole process up until the wedding day so enjoyable. I recommend her without hesitation, and would love a reason to work with her some day again! -

Rosemary was incredible to work with. Her design expertise, industry experience, and knowledge of what would look good in the venue spaces was extremely helpful since I did not have a planner or designer for my wedding. She was flexible with our postponement and a really lovely person to work with. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what we had in mind. She focused on what would make the greatest impact on our spaces while respecting our budget. She is super talented & you can trust her to make your event elegant! -

Rosemary was a delight to work with! She was so flexible and understood my vision perfectly! She was able to stay well within my budget and still deliver breath taking florals. I loved my bouquet so much that I decided to have it pressed and framed so that I could remember it for years to come. She was laid back and friendly and rolled with rainy weather causing changes on where florals would be placed. If you want a friendly, easy going and talented florist who can stick to your budget you should choose Rosemary! She helped elevate our fabulous wedding day! -

Words cannot describe how amazing Rosemary is! Everything was extremely easy working with her, I never had to worry which I can't say about some of my other vendors I used on my wedding. She was very responsive, on time, and just an extremely delight to work with. Also, one of the more reasonable quotes I got and can work within your budget! Extremes delighted on English Rose!!!
Rosemary was a thorough and creative designer to work with!! I was highly recommended to her from sisters Cincinnati friends! Her creative ideas were wonderful & very easy to work with. Her beautiful and tasteful bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids, chair decorations and amazing planter for the steps of the “Temple of Love’ at Mount Storm were all perfect. She maintained the colors Beth wanted for her wedding, despite the change in season, June to October, and type of venue, Church to outside. She even went above and beyond helping decide on positioning of the COVID-compliant aisle and chair placement for optimization of the photography and video in the afternoon sun. I recommend anyone planning a wedding to talk to Rosemary. -

Exceptional attention to detail with magnificent results
Working with Rosemary was such a wonderful experience. Being our first ever wedding to plan for our daughter and having to go to "Plan B" because of the pandemic, we were searching for the right amount of elegance without going too extreme for the downsized wedding. After explaining the look and colors we had in mind, Rosemary worked with us back and forth to create the PERFECT look. The flowers were spectacular (with a reasonable price), even going outside of her usual area to find exactly what she thought would be beautiful for us! It was SPECTACULAR! Thank you, Rosemary! -

Flower Fairy Strikes Again!
I've heard Rosemary at 'English Rose Designs' be called the "Flower Fairy" before... and I couldn't agree more with that association! She did an array of beautiful arrangements for a friend's bridal shower recently and I couldn't have been more impressed with the true ARTWORK she created, as well as how quietly she came in, set them up, and left (but not before making sure we were all 110% satisfied with everything). I couldn't recommend a better floral designer! -

Rosemary is one of the most sincere and wonderful person I have ever met. After our initial phone call, I know that I can trust her completely to take care of my wedding flowers. She listened to my needs and asked me a lot of questions about my dresses, wedding colors and preferences before making her recommendations. I wanted something simple, elegant and structural. She has some wonderful floral suggestions throughout our planning process and she was able to make adjustments to the flower choices and bouquet sizes to fit in my budget. Rosemary suggested pink anthuriums to my bouquet and they are definitely one of my favorites! And I remembered mentioning to Rosemary that I love the idea of having succulents in the flowers and it was such a nice surprise to see two beautiful succulents in my bridal bouquet the day of! Rosemary will truly listen to your needs, personalize your recommendations based on her expertise and surprise you with the most wonderful flowers she can create for you on your wedding day. She is such a sweet and caring person that wants to know all about you and your wedding details. I think it is very important to find someone who truly understand your vision and can bring it to life on your wedding day. Rosemary is the best florist you will ever find.

Rosemary is a visionary. I was utterly blown away by her work. I know nothing about flowers. I came to Rosemary with my modern, minimal design suggestions and some Pinterest inspo. We did not have any “colors” for our wedding. My bridesmaids wore black dresses and the groomsmen wore black tuxedos. I wanted the florals to look minimal, but organic and timeless. I wanted mostly dark greenery with hints of white florals. I also her gave her my budget, which she had absolutely no issue sticking with. I essentially trusted her to know what was best. As we narrowed down guest count, table numbers, etc., Rosemary easily adjusted the plans and the design. Rosemary is such a pleasure to work with – so kind, genuine and knowledgeable. She has this calming aurora about her. Honestly, I wish she could just follow me around and give me life advice haha. Rosemary set up all the florals for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. She also picked up all the vases/items after the weekend was over. With almost no input from me, Rosemary created an absolutely STUNNING backdrop. I swear she came in quietly like a fairy, sprinkled some of her magic flower dust and disappeared. I couldn’t have imagined anything better. So many people commented on how gorgeous the arrangements were. Our head table, a large rectangular table that ran down the middle of the seating area, was breathtakingly beautiful. I cannot wait to get the photos so I can see it all over again. -

Breathtakingly, beautiful flowers
Rosemary was so helpful and creative as our vision for my daughter's wedding evolved. She really listened to what we wanted while advising with great expertise. We were at the venue getting ready when the flowers arrived and we were absolutely amazed with the arrangements and the bouquets. Rosemary is such a kind person and a delight to work with. I see no reason to ever use another florist!!! -

Must use florist!
I absolutely loved English Rose Designs! Rosemary was so accommodating and makes you feel right at home as you work with her to make your wedding visions come true. She did an amazing job on our arrangements. When I walked into our reception, I was truly stunned! It was gorgeous. We had a bigger wedding, and not once was I ever stressed about the cost of flowers or how they would look! We received so many complements :) I highly recommend Rosemary and English Rose Designs! -

The best in town!
Rosemary is absolutely wonderful! The flowers on our big day were amazing and a perfect match to our vision. Throughout the process, Rosemary was easy to get in touch with, answered any questions with ease, and easily stayed within our budget.
Also, I had been planning on getting my bouquet freeze dried after our big day. However, somehow along the way, it got lost at the reception. Needless to say, I was pretty devastated when I realized. My mom called Rosemary the next day and explained the situation. Rosemary didn't think twice and immediately made us a replica bouquet with left over flowers from my actual bouquet. I think this really speaks to the kind of wonderful and caring person she is.
I reccommend Rosemary to all of my friends and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would! -

Simply the best!
Rosemary was so easy to work with and exceeded all expectations on my wedding day! She was so flexible with my changing ideas and really took what I said abstractly and made the most beautiful arrangements. Everything was simply beautiful and the flowers were really very reasonably priced compared to other vendors. I planned my wedding from out of town and it was easy to correspond with Rosemary. English Rose Designs was the best decision we made for our wedding. Rosemary is not only the most skilled florist in Cincinnati, she also gives you the best value possible. I trusted her completely and she captured my vision perfectly. Rosemary is also incredibly kind, flexible, and available. She is responsive to all questions and helped me through the whole process. I was intimidated by picking out flowers and I couldn’t put into words what I wanted and she still somehow made my vision come to life. I can’t recommend her more. She is truly amazing and every single guest at your wedding will ask who did the flowers. I would recommend working with her to every single bride if I could!!!! If I could give her more than five stars in every category I would. -

She took the time to learn what I wanted for my wedding and also adding in her expertise. I ended up ordering more than I originally planned because I liked Rosemary's ideas so much. Her flowers are sophisticated and elegant and added so much to my wedding day. The flowers were one of the few things I had to be stressed about when planning my wedding. I look forward to having a reason in the future to work with Rosemary again!

Since I was planning a wedding remotely I was only able to meet with Rosemary one time before the big day. However, she was easy to work with through email and she made my vision come to life! Also, instead of traditional centerpieces, I asked Rosemary to do the flowers for my cake centerpieces, it was a unique request and she pulled the look together perfectly! I would recommend her to anyone!
