Great Experience
Working with Encore was great! They were very flexible and easy to communicate with, and going to the showroom in Petaluma before the wedding was really fun. Everything at the wedding looked beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend!-

Laura deserves an encore
Laura(Petaluma) was fantastic to work with. She made the first meeting to select our rentals so effortless, direct, and fun. She was honest about pricing and ways we could adapt our rentals. Their rental process is not locked in until two weeks before the wedding, which made the edits so easy and stress free. The staff that assisted with set up and break down were quick and detailed. We appreciate everything Laura and team did for our wedding day. -

Highly recommend!
We chose Encore for our wedding in July, and they were great! We visited their showroom along with our wedding coordinator to pick out linens, cups, plates, silverware, etc. The employee who helped us through this process was professional and helped us find our perfect table settings. Drop off and pick up at our venue must have gone smoothly, since I didn’t hear anything about it (too busy getting married haha). All communication was also professional, I would highly recommend Encore. -

Good company!
We used Encore for our wedding rentals and are happy we did! While there was a mishap with what we chose the day before the wedding, they were quick to provide a close alternative. -

Fantastic Experience
We had the best experience with the team at Encore Events Rentals! We had the pleasure of working with Dayna I, and from our initial showroom visit and consultation to our wedding day, everything went seamlessly! She was excellent at helping us decide between choices for certain items, and we credit her and the team for our event going so smoothly!

Excellent rental company

Beautiful Rentals
We hired Encore at the recommendation of our Planner and had a wonderful experience. They assisted us in making a 'mock' table a few months before our wedding and were extremely easy to work with when we requested a few changes to our order. All of their rentals were beautiful and in great shape!! -

Event rentals made super easy

Great people
We had to cancel our wedding, but I can’t recommend a place more without actually using them! They were easy to communicate with and were gracious when we were in distress after having to cancel because of Covid! They refunded us completely and I’m sure will work with them again in the future -

Gorgeous rentals, accommodating!
We had a lovely in-person meeting at their (now moved to Windsor) show room in Healdsburg and were able to hand select everything we wanted. We received a final quote later that same day and then they worked directly with our wedding coordinator to finalize everything for the wedding. This is of particular note because our wedding was relocated three days prior due to the Kincade Fire. Everything was seamless and we're grateful for how accommodating they were! (along with their beautiful rentals!) -

High quality rentals!
Encore offers an exceptional quality and variety of products. As a professional event planner, nothing gets me more excited than a high quality linen or a fresh bistro chair. Working with Encore on my wedding was easy and they really helped our vision come to life. We wanted an Italian inspired wedding and Encore’s offerings helped transport our guests minds to a Tuscan villa even though were at Viansa Winery. One of the highlights of my wedding experience was having my Dad come along to our rental appointment at the Encore Showroom. I expected him to play the role of the penny pincher accountant, but instead he was excited, involved, and picked out the most beautiful Tuscan moss water goblets that really looked perfect on the tables. Thank you for making our wedding beautiful!-

Easy to work with and great options!
Encore was fantastic and super easy to work with. We worked with them through Milestone, but when we had to change our venue at the last minute due to the Kincade fire, they got us everything we needed and made a stressful experience as easy as possible. An easy decision!
Working with Encore, at the recommendation of our coordinator, was one of the best decisions we made. All of the rental items we'd selected from chairs to the bar setup to lounge furniture suited our venue extremely well and made the space all the more approachable. The entire team made the process of selecting everything from furniture to table settings a total treat and we loved our final selections -- the venue looked amazing! -

One stop shopping
The sales team at Encore Rentals worked closely with our event coordinator and myself in selecting the correct tables, chairs, linens, dining accessories and furniture that best fit our style and design. They were constantly updating us on inventory control. Very easy to work with set up and tear down. Pricing was comparable to other local rental vendors, with a large selection to choose from in each category. -

Great Experience - Great Options
Encore was such a pleasure to work with and they made it incredibly easy although I was unable to come to a showroom! The pieces we rented truly helped my design come together and we received so many compliments from our guests! I had looked at several other rental companies in the area, but Encore was priced the most fair and had the best options. The communication was wonderful - very responsive and clear! Their online catalog makes it so easy to shop products and estimate costs. Excellent selection and fair prices. We used their “Samara Charger” as our plates (food and temperature safe). UNIQUE! Also rented “Gold Savoy” flatware for our pirate wedding reception.
Excellent customer service. We changed our order a few times and they even let us pick up the items to save delivery costs (about 45-minute drive from Calistoga). Highly recommend Encore Event Rentals.

Encore rentals was amazing. We worked with Marina and she showed us everything we needed to make our wedding beautiful. She helped get us set up and then was super flexible as we got closer to the event. It was also nice that they worked well with our caterer Jimmy Maestretti. Together they took care of anything so that once everything was decided I didn't have to worry about anything as they coordinated together which is exactly what a bride needs! -

Encore Event Rentals provided a wonderful selection of rentals to choose from for our August 2015 wedding at Campovida in Hopland, California. My wedding coordinator, Courtney Cargile, met with me a few months before our wedding to help me secure the beautiful wood farm tables and bistro chairs for our wedding and also the lace runner linens and glassware too. We also rented additional tables for the cocktail hour and for the buffet, bars, and dessert table as well as the dance floor and lounge area furniture as a convenience for our guests by the dance floor. Their team did a beautiful job setting up the table the chairs and additional items and listened to my coordinator and her suggestions about lining up the ceremony chairs to make them into the semi-circle seating that we wanted for our ceremony. I would highly recommend Encore Event Rentals for the professionalism in setting up for events and for the vast selection of rentals that they offer. -

Encore was by far the most affordable rental company we found in Sonoma. They have a great selection and were very easy to work with. I came in before I had hired a caterer and they wrote down everything I wanted and put it in the system so that once I hired a caterer, everything would already be set. Would definitely recommend! -

We got married at my parents ranch, so we had to bring in absolutely every rental! Tables, chairs, lighting etc.. From start to finish, working with Encore was so easy. Their installation team was absolutely fabulous.. not only did they do a great job, but they were so polite and professional. Every rental that they brought in was in great shape, and made our wedding so beautiful.
We strung market lights across the tennis court, as well as down the driveway to lead guests back to their cars.. we got so many compliments from guests it was crazy! I would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends. I know for certain when my siblings get married at the ranch, we will 100% be working with them again. -

Encore is a great place to get your rental needs met! We used Encore and had such a great experience. I need tableware mostly, linens, the basics. They told us what exactly we would need for the type of food we were serving for what tables we were using for the weather we were expecting they totally hooked us up. It was such an easy experience picking out the linen I almost felt like I was missing something. We were unsure if it would rain the day of our wedding so they put a tent on hold for us till we got closer to the date. When we knew the weather would be totally fine a week out they took the tent off for no extra charge. They also were very flexible with changing amount of items I needed up until the day of the wedding, Very professional. -

I had a very specific vision for my DIY rustic, elegant, barn wedding in wine country and thanks to Encore I was able to pull off the wedding I had always imagined. They offer a great variety and all of their rentals were in great condition. Our guests are still complimenting us on our decorations. The fact that Encore made everything look amazing at the wedding is one thing, but what really compelled me write this review is my experience working with Shelly. She made my experience with Encore awesome. I changed and adjusted my order probably 20-30 times over the course of 6 months and she was so patient and accommodating, always responding immediately and wanting to make sure I had everything I needed. She treated our rental order as if it was for her own wedding. Her attention to detail was so great she even caught the mistakes I made or rentals that I needed but overlooked, and offered to make further adjustments. We even realized a few of the encore rentals got put in one of our personal cars and they didn't charge us for the mistake and are letting us return it at our own convenience. It's just to nice to work with a professional company who treats you like a friend not just one of hundreds of customers. I highly recommend choosing Encore! And if you can get Shelly to work with you, even better! -

Our son was getting married at an area winery and we were having the rehearsal dinner at the house that we were renting. I was happy to find Encore so close to the house and found the staff to be very helpful in taking my order for tables, chairs, and glassware. When my husband arrive for pick up the staff once again assisted in loading the rented items and did the same upon their return. Encore Events (and especially Sara Sugrue) made our wedding planning easy and painless, offering lots of advice and options to help us focus in on the perfect selections for our tastes. As the date got close, we found out that our venu had been book for a late night event the day before our wedding, so we wouldn't be able to set-up the night before as we'd planned. Sara assured us that everything would be delivered on time (8am on a Sunday morning) and set up in time. Sure enough, the delivery arrived just before 8am and they went to work, finishing in plenty of time for the florist to finish the final touches before the 1pm wedding. Everything was perfect and we've already referred friends who wanted to know who we used. Thanks again Sara and Encore Events. You all really know how to do this right! -

Encore Event Rentals was wonderful to work with! They have an outstanding staff and working with Tyler, Greg and Marina was a pleasure. They made sure we had everything necessary for our wedding and Marina patiently made the countless changes to our rental orders that we requested on an almost daily basis. They were also happy to work directly with our wedding planner in addition to us, which was a big help. Greg came out to our private property twice to make sure we had everything precisely laid out for our tent - and he even came up with an amazing and unique tent design that everybody loved! The staff at Encore Events was extremely helpful, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a backyard wedding, so we had to rent everything from tables and chairs to cutlery, glasses, chalk boards, and heat lamps. Encore had everything we needed at a great price. They delivered the items on the Thursday before the wedding so we would have plenty of time to set up, and picked them up with no issues. The quality of the items was great, too. We changed our order a few times in the months before the wedding, and the staff was very nice about it. They also gave us guidance about what quantity we would need for the dinnerware, which was very helpful because we didn't have any idea about any of that. Encore was great! I would definitely work with them again if I ever need rentals. -

The Petaluma team is great. Lots of selection. The prices may be a few cents higher than the other competitors, but their customer service is worth it! These ladies make you feel important. They don't try to up sell you on things you don't need. Skip the other guys, and go with Encore! -

I had the pleasure of working with Encore Rentals for our October 6th wedding. I absolutely LOVED everything we rented, from the table linens, to the glassware and silverware! Also the cool wine barrells we rented that were used as a Cigar Bar was a huge hit! I worked with Heather and she was amazing! She helped me with picking colors that would work best with our venue, she understood my style and helped me come up with amazing ideas! Everyone that I worked with at Encore Event Rentals was nothing but helpful. I made reservations very early for everything I thought I needed and then just kind of left it for a few months. The closer the wedding came, the more I was contacting the staff, sometimes even multiple times per day. I had lots of changes based on my fluctuating head count and I never heard one complaint from them. They were always extremely helpful and responsive to my requests. They even helped me out with suggestions when I wasn't sure what to do.
Everything arrived to the venue on time and I had no issues with delivery or pickup. Everything seemed to be in working order but by the time it came to turn on the mushroom heaters there were a large number of them that didn't work. They did refund us for 3 of the heaters but claimed that the other heaters worked perfectly fine when they picked them up. It was partly our fault for not checking when we got them but do to timing issues with my venue we were unable to have someone at the venue when the rentals were delivered.
Overall, minus the little hiccup with the heaters, everything that Encore did was amazing and I would highly recommend using them for your wedding. -

Not the cheapest rentals in the North Bay, but everything we got was high quality, the items were delivered (and picked up) on time, as scheduled, and they had everything we could hope for to rent. You do have to pay an extra (small) fee to get a delivery window smaller than a day, which is kind of lame, but perhaps it is the norm, I don't rent a lot of party equipment. We had a no frills venue, so we rented pretty much everything for the day, and Encore came through with everything we needed. -

They came out to assess the site and drew up a detailed lay-out for the day of event. Their prices, while slightly higher than another local company, but still fair and because of their initial professional responsiveness, I chose them. My only complaint was that the delivery team was not up to speed on the lay-out and I had to go through all of that again with them. Our event manager did contact me and apologized for the confusion. Encore provided a wide selection of rental equipment for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. There were a few issues with availability of chairs and a specific table runner set, but they gave us options for replacements and made sure that we had the same or nicer items at the same cost. They only dropped off 3 of the 4 (replacement) runners we needed, so our rehearsal tables did look a bit wonky. Drop off and pick-up both went smoothly otherwise, though. Definitely the biggest selection in the area, but you may end up with some substitutions if you are getting married on a very busy weekend! -

Encore has beautiful rentals. I didn't work directly with the company as my coordinator did most of the footwork. There were a few issues since we weren't delivered the quantities we ordered for a few items, but my coordinator worked to issue a refund and I didn't even notice on the wedding day. My guests didn't comment either. Fantastic products for an elegant wedding. -

I loved all of my rentals; chivari chairs, linens, and glasswear. The only downside was many of the chairs came dirty and we had to wipe down quite a few, and well as a few were almost broken. but overall good service and i would recommend their service. -

We rented linens from these guys. I liked the linens and it was easy to pick up and drop back off, but some of the ladies I talked to while trying to pick our/order the linens were stand offish/snotty and not really helpful. The prices were comparable/pretty much the same as others, they are newer and acquiring new items all the time. -

Encore Events had everything we needed for our wedding including lighting and speakers. There was a lot of back and forth with updating the order as our guest list fluctuated and they were very accommodating. Getting the lighting quote was a bit difficult as I had to constantly follow up to schedule and confirm the appointment. When it came time for the site visit, the cost wasn't made clear to us until it was added to our rental quote. The pricing is fair and comparable with other rental companies, I just wish we knew how they were pricing it beforehand as we may have chosen a different lighting set up. -

I like that I could review their inventory online. It was easy to work with them and everything we rented was just as it was supposed to be. -

only reason I rated this way was because of the fact that we had to go to Healdsburg to pick up items after we had done all business with the Petaluma location. If we had be informed I would of rated different. But after the event it was handled very easy and no hassle -

We visited Encore Events to select tablecloths on two occasions. The first time we were there they seemed to not want to be bothered by us being there. They tried to help us over the counter without getting up or giving suggestions on what to do. We found a tablecloth that we really liked for the cake table however we were told it was way to big and could not use it. We left not ordering anything but after looking around for other options we returned. The second visit was much better. A different gal was there and was able to help us make our selections and guess what? The table cloth that we wanted for the cake table did come in the right size! It was a relief to get what we needed ordered. When I arrived to pick up the order a couple of days before the event they loaded the car and said we were good to go. However the half table that we ordered was not there. Though they tried to get the table delivered the same day I had to come back the following day to pick up the table. -

I rented gold chiavari chairs, gold flatware, votives/tea light candles, mushroom heaters, a black and white dance floor and festival lights for my outdoor wedding from Encore Rentals. I was extremely excited by all of their portfolio of options, many of which are very styled and expensive looking. Customer service was very helpful, sending me pictures from the warehouse and always very responsive. All of the items at my wedding looked very nice, however the prices are very expensive and their service fees and other fine print are pretty ridiculous. I was charged an additional fee for setting the seating pads on the chairs, the day of my wedding, even though I had paid to set up the chairs (apparently adding the pad and removing is extra). Also, they will charge half of your whole rental if there is any food left on your silverware. You have to be extremely detailed with any of your day of crew setting up and cleaning up and if not, they will surely charge you. Overall, everything looked nice and they had all the things I was looking for with a moderate price, but after all of the additional charges, I was left a bit unsatisfied. So try at your own risk. -

I called several times and never heard a response, I had to continue to call to f/u for the quotation and services. When I sent over the order to have processed a month ahead and time and then the week before the event was advised that you did not have the order and had to charge extra so that I could get the items that we had requested. I had to call an additional 3 times that day to confirm that you guys were able to confirm the date and the pickup time and drop off.
I would NEVER recommend your services to someone else, it was a horrible experience.
I don't know what you want below, I would not recommend Encore to anyone. -

Save yourself $$ and a headache and don't rent with Encore
Where to begin. This place is pricey, inflexible, and will gauge you with last minute charges left and right. I think I spent at least another $1,000 just in last minute charges. Their goods are pretty amazing though. My tableware and the furniture were amazing...but their staff is kinda grumpy, they did not want to work with us on setup or breakdown, and their hidden charges were rampant. Overall I wouldn't rent from them again. -
