The second I got engaged I immediately booked Encor. I have been following them on Instagram for a while now and was just waiting for the day I get the chance to work with them. What a great choice we made!

If anyone getting married knows how hard is it to find the right vendors. We went thru SO. MANY. videographers to see who would make the right fit for me and my husband. When we had our consultation,I had an idea of what I wanted, luckily, Encor had a nice area at their location to show you samples of past weddings they have done. Hiring Encor was one of the best things we did for our wedding. The collective team work made our day pass with ease. Have to start off by giving a shoutout to Kelly, Jason, Jerry, David, Tuan, Dominic (apologies if I am missing anyone else who had a hand in transforming our special moments to visual memories on a next level).. YOU ALL NAILED IT!!

From engagement photos, our Save the Date reel, to rehearsal and day-of photos, the IG teaser reels, to the cinematic highlight and documentary films.. we haven't stopped getting compliments on what this team did for us and how they did it. The amount of times we've repeatedly watched our films is borderline unhealthy (haha), but can't help it with how this team just makes us look bigger than life on our wedding day.

Aside from their creative talents, each and every one of the folks at Encor Studio were an absolute pleasure to work with. Amazing team to capture your special moments

Photography - one of the things my husband and I knew we did not want to skimp on. Since photography is such a critical part of the wedding, we did a lot of research. Encor first came on my radar when I started seeing their name a lot in my social circles, on my social media. My husband was actually the one that made the executive decision and picked Encor out of the 3 options I gave him. I knew it was a good decision to marry this man.

Kelly was amazing from the start. She helped us navigate the crazy pandemic and was flexible with postponing with us. Their pricing is transparent so no hidden costs/fees. I liked their ala carte options that allows for some customizations for the things you want when building your photo package. Kelly also worked with us to postpone our engagement shoot due to rain, then due to pandemic.

Encor is super experienced so they will guide you through everything when shooting, and make you feel super comfortable. Since I'm completely awkward in front of a camera, I was grateful to have Kelly directing us during our engagement session and our wedding. She makes sure your photos will come out looking perfect. She will move your stray piece of hair out of the way, remind you to pop a leg for some oomph, and the photographers will go out of their way for the most amazing shots.

On our wedding day, we had Roy and Josh shooting our event and they were also fantastic. Our guests raved about how professional and patient our photographers were - Asian parent approval, nearly unheard of, but it does happen. Encor puts their touch on your final products and you're left with the most breathtaking, beautiful, masterpieces. We were blown away by the photos --- my friends commented that we were lucky they provided SO many photos, because most photographers don't provide that many. Thank you so much, Encor!! We really enjoyed working with you, thanks for holding our hand through this crazy pandemic and navigating us through our wedding day.

The best team around

Our wedding was on a very cold cloudy day but Encor somehow captured the most stunning photos for us. I literally cried when I saw the pictures. I was worried we wouldn’t get anything good. They don’t call themselves ninjas for nothing! I placed my trust in their hands and they knocked it out of the park! Highly Recommended Wedding Cinematography!

My wife and I got married in July in New York. Although, we have not received our final product yet, we were very thrilled to relive the beautiful moments captured by Encor Studio in the sneak peek trailer.

When we were searching for the perfect cinematographers, we were looking for a very specific style as we wanted creativity, special effects, angles, and dramatic feel with a twist of fun. We reached out to a number of cinematographers in New York and were not satisfied with their approach of a “point and shoot” documentary style. We almost got to the point where we were going to give up on our search.

One day my wife was browsing on Instagram and Encor Studio’s wedding clips randomly appeared on her newsfeed. We were instantly drawn to their work and immediately reached out to them. Kelly connected with us for our initial phone consultation and she made time to answer all of our questions. Without hesitation, we quickly booked them and made all the travel arrangements to fly them to New York!

Fast forward to the night before our wedding, we were very excited to see Tony and the team arrive ahead of schedule. They even started to check out the venue for some early footage! The whole team was very accommodating and went ABOVE AND BEYOND our needs.

Fate really brought us together and we are extremely lucky to have found Encor. It was an honor to work with the entire team and we would hire them again in a heartbeat for another event in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

Great Team to Work With

I forget how I originally came across Encor Studio (I think it was The Knot or Wedding Wire), but as soon as I saw one of their wedding videos, I immediately scheduled an appointment. Encor Studio was the first vendor I booked. I did not even have the church or reception venue solidified yet, I just knew I wanted their team to cover our wedding.

I found Ecoe Studio through yelp! They have stellar reviews so I had to book an appointment to see what they offered. Kelly got me in the next day and provided previous work that they have done. What an incredible team! Not just the opinion of me and my hubby, but the bridal party and both side of the parents feel the same. I can’t say enough great things about this team.

Awesome team to work with!

Look no further! Encor team was amazing! They were able to capture the essence of us as a couple. Our same day edit came out so amazing! I can’t even believe it was done the same day during our wedding.

We had a team of 6 but you wouldn’t even know. They made sure to be stealthy as they moved about the venue to capture what they needed. This team is professional as can be but crazy friendly and fun at the same time, the perfect combo. I highly recommend!

Great team

Made my day easier

Will book for future events

Booked Encor for videography for my wedding a few months back. They made it look so easy! Awesome people to work with. I had included ‘same day edit’ with my package so it was shown to me, my hubby, AND our guests at the reception, which was special since we were all able to share that moment together. Absolutely Amazing!

ENCOR STUDIO was recommended to us by a friend, and I am thankful they did. We booked photography, videography, and the photo booth with ENCOR STUDIO. They are absolutely amazing, and have been a pleasure to work with since day one from our engagement photo session to our wedding day. They knew how to get us to relax and went above & beyond to get the shot(s). The whole team especially Kelly, Tony, and Jerry were highly professional, responsive & friendly - and I'm honored to have met them. Their whole customer service from the planning to the finished products were excellent.

I am originally from the NYC area, and I really wanted a photography/videography group similar to what I'm used to. I am proud to say that ENCOR STUDIO brought that and is that type of group. They constantly impress us with their vision and creativity. Our Same Day Edit was beyond amazing and I am absolutely obsessed with it. The crowd reaction to it was priceless and hilarious (a lot of screaming & crying). Every little sneak peek is like a teaser of making us want more & more because their finished products are THAT GOOD.

Amazing!!!!

WOW!! I count my blessings for booking Encor for my videography and photography for my recent nuptials!! I don’t even know where to start, I first came across Encor’s Instagram page and was enthralled by the beautiful videos and photos that they have captured for many couples before us. You can tell they cater to everyone just by looking at their work. I was so excited when the time came for me to book for our wedding. I contacted Encor to set up an appointment. I met with Kelly, their creative director and was blown away at consultation that I decided to book them on the spot! Mind you, my husband and I are the least creative people out there so we had no idea where to start. Thanks to Kelly and her suggestions, we had a concept in place in no time. She also helped us with our timeline for day of wedding which was SO helpful because we did not have the funds to hire a wedding planner.

Fast forward to wedding day, Encor and team arrived early to set up, we booked them for 12.5 hours and they were able to capture every moment of our special day. Not only were they there to capture our special day but they provided needed support! We had no idea what to expect on our special day. They were able to guide us through our itinerary like a breeze. Encor team was so professional and friendly. They were also very polite and helpful with our guests, which is a definite plus!

Within 2 days, I received sneak peaks of our photos.. OMGGGGG they were amazing!! Can not wait until we get the rest and totally looking forward to our highlight video!!

I definitely recommend Encor Studio to all future couples looking for a great team to work with!! 10/5 stars!

I just knew from getting the sneak peeks after a week from the wedding I just knew our pictures would be amazing!!! My mother-in-law so anxious to see them she would ask me every week if they were ready. After 2 months, the wait was over! It was so worth it. Kelly was able to import over 1,000 photos online and mail a flash drive with all the photos to us. Cant tell you of all the raves we got for our photos to our family and friends. I was so quick to share it with everyone because they truly came out amazing and beautiful. I know a lot of people are hesitate to share photos cause they turn out bad, not me! I highly recommend them to everyone whose throwing a fancy party or getting married to hire these people! Dont make money an issue on making a decision to book them! Weddings are expensive but dont sacrifice amazing photographers to capture your big day. You will definitely regret it!!! Cinematography was not part of our wedding budget, but after hearing all our friends and family say that we should book one. We just received our wedding video highlight reel and I cried my heart out... every single time I watched it. (I'm an unabashed crier.) First with family and subsequent times with my husband. The way they completely correctly captured us as a couple is stunning. Artistically speaking it was well staged without being stilted and edited without feeling discordant. The song was perfect - something I wouldn't have chosen at first listen but which matches the tone of our beautiful wedding day. The highlights of the wedding were on perfect display. And the communication before, during, and after production was on point! Kelly and Tony and company are professional, warm, and engaging. They'll literally run circles around you to get the right angle and shot. They're committed to that principle for their clients. Can't wait for the raw footage - even if it's guerrilla style I'm sure it's wonderful if it's coming from Encor.

Encor Studio was spectacular and was worth everything and more.

We requested same day edit for our wedding at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Nigel and the result was simply breathtaking. Tony, Kelly, and the crew captured every moment that mattered to us and created a story that was beautiful, classy, and filled with love.

Our family and guests loved the video and the viewing was a nice touch to close the night on such an emotional and important day. We've probably watched our video 50+ times.

We would absolutely make the same decision again and encourage anyone looking for a cinematography to give Encor a call. We couldn't have asked for a better video nor team. Encor made the recording super easy and we didn't do much; they did everything.

Encor studio is everything you could want and more in a photographer. The entire experience with them has been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We did a engagement shoot with them and from the moment we contacted Kelly to schedule the shoot, she has been phenomenal. She helped us from navigating through our initial indecisiveness in confirming the appointment details, and recommending beautiful locations. Kelly's professionalism was unparalleled and patient. Encor Studio did a great job capturing our wedding day and gathering all the best moments into our wedding video. On the day of our wedding, the Encor team filmed the wedding party getting ready, our real first look, our vow, and our ceremony. They were a huge part of our wedding team and they managed to be everywhere while being hidden at the same time. We initially booked them after watching numerous of their cinematography work and really liked their style. I don't even know how to express how happy my husband and I are with choosing Encor Studio as our cinematographer to capture our wedding day. We met with Kelly and we were extremely impressed with how professional and detail-oriented she was. She also helped us with a rough draft of our timeline, which helped us so much with our wedding day planning. We’ve met with other vendors, but no one did that for us. So that definitely was a plus in my book, it felt like we had a wedding coordinator already.

Fast forward to our wedding day! The Encor team came early and made everything super easy. It was so cool to see them fly the drone too! Wedding photography was our top priority in our wedding. From the start of contacting Encor, Kelly made us feel very valued. We were looking for a photographer who can capture genuine candid moments of our fun and loving spirit. Kelly assured us that they would capture that for us. Wow, just wow! I am so happy we found Encor Team to capture our wedding day. This is a team of professionals who is dedicated to their work. From the day we met, Kelly helped us with the timeline and she answered/gave us tips for our wedding day. Seriously, it was like having a wedding coordinator by our side! We love Encor!! Their work is amazing and we couldn't be happier with the product that was delivered. Our same day edit with drone shots was seriously the best part of the wedding reception. Kelly was very helpful with choosing our engagement location, wedding day timeline and gave us a ton of advices to help our wedding day go smoothly. We worked with Tony, Jerry, Ken & Duy on our wedding day. These guys are serious when it comes to their shooting gears. It's a whole production team with the Drone, our family and friends were blown away kept on commenting on how these guys work. Before we hired them, we met with other vendors and none could compare with the style of Encor. Our photos and video turned out beautiful! We still watch it till this day with happy tears. My husband, Jeff, and I are so proud to be clients of Encor Studio!

On our big day, Team Encor Studio arrived to our hotel on time and made me, Jeff, and every one of our entourage feel so comfortable around them. I'm not used to having a video camera follow me around but they were really friendly and helpful in guiding me on what to do. They worked so well with all of our vendors especially our photographer team, Allan Jay, from Triversity Wedding Photography. It helped so much that these two teams worked with each other in the past. They were a dynamic team of film and photo!

Jeff and I loved Encor even more for their use of drones! We love the special drone effect and I would totally recommend prospective clients to add this service in their package.
We were so surprised and ecstatic to find a 50-second video teaser on Instagram that Encor created of our wedding. THANK YOU, GUYS for doing that!! Jeff and I as well as our vendors and guests have replayed and shared this video over and over again. This was just 50-seconds of our wedding and I was already impressed and completely lost-for-words when I saw it... what more for our cinematic highlight reel!??

We are super-duper excited to see our wedding in the form of a beautiful, love story film put together by Encor Studio. Jeff and I want to thank the Encor Team for being part of our special day and for being so professional but also so much fun to work with!! We admire your solid work and expertise!

P.S. If you read my 5-star review this far, you're probably thinking, I might need a cinematographer team like Encor Studio to capture all the wonderful moments of my wedding on film. Duy and Kristina from the Encor Team is the best photographers out there! They made us feel comfortable in your own skin and made us laugh at the right moments..Perfect for capturing the candid shots for wedding photos! They are passionate and genuine about their work. First off, my husband and I would like to thank Tony and everyone from Encor Studio for doing a beautiful and fantastic job documenting our wedding. We are so blessed to have found a team that understood and valued what was important to us on our special day.

From the initial consultation, it was really clear to see that Tony wanted to work with us and our crazy wedding day schedule to ensure that all the important aspects would be captured, but also not crammed where it would create additional stress on anyone. We drafted different versions of the day and prioritized what was necessary and what would be a bonus.

Come the day of the wedding, Tony and his team were amazing running around and capturing different angles, from little details to the big components and everything in between. They were very accommodating to capturing requests that we had spontaneously and also very helpful in giving us directions on what to do at certain points.

Shortly before our highlight video was released, my grandmother had passed away. I had contacted Encor to kindly ask for an update regarding the video because our wedding was one of the final events my grandmother attended and Tony immediately understood how important it was to me to share the highlight with my family and two days later, our highlight was ready. My husband and I cried together watching the highlight. This is one example that showcases that Encor really designs their product to customize to each client. We have shared our extended highlight with both sides of the family and everyone has given wonderful remarks about the balance the video has – with a respectful portion of the video showcasing the cultural and traditional aspect of our wedding and the modern touch to not make the video drag.

The bottom line: everyone will be eager to see their photos/videos from their wedding, but with Encor, the wait is really worth it.

I know that once the wedding is over, all we have left will be memories and of course the video & photos...that is why I did not wait to miss out on a such a wonderful opportunity as to hire Encor Studio for both cinematography & photography!! I had hired them for my large engagement party the previous year and so I knew they were the team to go to for my wedding! I couldn't be happier with what results I got!! Encor Studio was with me throughout my wedding planning, involved in every minute and of course on my wedding day they were the MAIN reason why any issues I had on my wedding day were able to resolve. I don't usually leave online reviews but Encor team deserves this positive review for their amazing work on my wedding video. We are a super picky couple and searched all over Orange County for the best videographer and no doubt Encor's video style is on point. These guys came with really cool gadgets even my guests were impressed. Glad I booked the drone too. Everyone that I delt with throughout the process is very cool and professional. I recommend anyone looking for photography/video services to choose Encor Studio! The team was refreshing to work with. I hired them to video shoot my wedding and my family even told me and my wife that they were very hard working, funny, and nice. These guys are very professional and so detail oriented. From our initial meet up to the wedding day, every detail about pricing, video and photo ideas, schedule, etc; was gone over in its entirety leading to an almost seamless and smooth business with them. The team is very punctual and has a very unique style in their videographer. The end product was a video and photo album that captured all the emotions and significant scenes of my wedding beautifully. My wife and I were simply blown away. Encor carries some of the best equipment; the steadycam stuff is amazing. The smooth motion video is wonderful, and they use creative shooting angles! Very nice and professional team. Highly recommend their photobooth service too! Really good lighting on the pics!

I had was stressing when I was trying to look for a good professional team to capture my wedding day. After checking out a few, I didn't like any of them until one day I came across Encor Studio website on weddingwire and I fell in love with their blog.
We had an amazing experience with Kelly and her team since our first meeting and I'm really glad we hired them for our wedding. They communicated with us and helped us out with our wedding agenda which we truly appreciate because this really shows that they are experienced and have done many weddings. A lot of money is spent on a wedding day but in the end I am left with beautiful memories captured on video and photos! What can I say, I love them!!!!! They are amazing. I spent so much time looking for a cinematographer and photographer and we where so frustrated that we couldn't find what we wanted at a reasonable price. Finally I found Encor Studio and I have to say I am so happy and glad we chose them. Besides offering quality service and work, there prices where very reasonable and they where able to work with me when i asked to make minor changes to my package. On the Wedding Day they show up dressed up and on time and they truly work hard to get every possible shot to make sure you have enough photos and video to remember your day. Ever since my initial contact with them they where friendly, helpful and truly and genuinely showed how much they cared to offer quality service. Kelly is awesome, she replies to emails promptly and professionally and Tony is amazing and was always very helpful. Both Tony and Kelly made us feel comfortable and at ease since our first meeting. I had a couple people in my wedding party that where being difficult and they always maintained there professionalism and calmness and got amazing shots. My husband and I are so happy with the way our photos turned out and I am confident our video will look amazing as well. Keep in mind that quality work does take time so it will take some time to get your photos and video back but you won't be disappointed I promise you :) I will for sure look for them in the future when we decide to have children and have a maternity shoot. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret it. I 1000% recommend them.

I would recommend Encor Studio to anyone who needs professional photographs. The owners of the company are wonderful to work with. They are very accommodating and willing to work with your needs and your budget. I've never met a more professional company. They seem to genuinely care and they are quite knowledgeable. Their photographer was a dream to work with. He took amazing photos that the bride and groom loved each photo. I felt very fortunate to have been referred to them by a friend who raved about their services. Encor Studio did not disappoint! They did a fabulous job.

A wonderful experience!

We hired Tony and his team at Encor Studio to do videography for us. The experience from beginning to end was just purely positive. My husband and I were planning our wedding from SF and NYC. Tony worked with our schedules and met with us online. He answered all our questions and we just knew after our initial conversation, that Tony would be our wedding day videographer.

One of the things we were looking for in a videographer was someone who not only has a record of doing great work, but also had experience filming Vietnamese/Chinese tea ceremonies. We needed someone who would spend an entire day with us. Tony was so instrumental he helped our families get it together during our wedding day and gave lots of great advice to do the tea ceremony. Tony really did fit the bill for us.

Tony also surprised us and threw in a DRONE into our package. It was amazing! We were so happy because one of the reasons why we chose Soka University was because of the beautiful scenery that the campus had to offer; especially the canyons in the back. We were so happy that Tony incorporated the beauty of the vast campus into our video.

The end product - the video! We watched our video and OMG, it was so great that it moved me to tears again. The best moments were captured and we loved sharing the video with our family and friends. We were given 3 blu-ray formats and 3 dvd formats of our video which included the highlight video too. We have watched the highlight video on our 1 month, 6 month anniversaries and also this past Valentine's day. Such a sweet way to help us remember the best day of our lives so far. Thank you so much, Encor!

Our wedding day was on Oct 25th. I found ENCOR to be our videographer through the lighting group for our wedding. We live in San Gabriel Valley so it’s quite a bit of driving to their studio in OC. We still decided to hire them because we were impressed by their video products. Tony met us twice before our wedding. He was friendly and easy going. He went over our agenda and gave us ideas what to add, how to arrange the schedule, etc. During our wedding day they showed up early to catch every detail. I like them the most is that Tony always has a PLAN B =) It’s always good to plan ahead but unexpectable things may happen, especially on a wedding day. He worked things out differently so I felt very calm and comfortable on my wedding day.

We have not yet received our final product yet but so far we are satisfied with their service before and during our wedding. I will update this review when we receive our final video products.

If you are still indecisive, you should go for it before they are booked by others =]

Planning a wedding can be so stressful, especially when TIME and MONEY both go toe to toe with each other. I was turned away by a couple of videographers due to my short notice and the budget I had. Being a procrastinator that I am, I made an appointment just two months before my wedding date. Over the phone, I spoke to Tony ( the Director) and he told me they were already booked for that date, however he can have his second team on location for my wedding as he understood, I am in such a time cram. That right there sold me. With that being said, I am so glad I went with Encor Studio. Sure enough, at our meeting, my husband and I was reassured and promised everything was going to be ok as we worked out details for our big day and we were able to even stay within budget. I cannot thank him and his whole team enough for their work and capturing the most intimate and most memorable moments that my husband and I had envisioned.
