Amazing DJ

Randy did a fabulous job at our wedding. We had a couple unique things and he was so helpful doing these!! He gave good advice to ensure smoothness of the whole night. The dancefloor literally never ended… it was going until the very last song. I wish I took a photo of the dancefloor to post but we were too busy dancing hahaha!!

Amazing Experience

He was gifted to us by my stepdad, who knows him personally, and he did not disappoint! The floor was never empty at our reception thanks to his awesome playlist. Everyone was having a blast until we were told to shut down for the evening at 11:30pm. He also did our ceremony music and did fantastic at that. All of the filling out of the questionnaire online is totally worth it so you get a real customized experience and less questions the DJ will have leading up to your big day. Professional and super nice. Highly recommend.

Randy was amazing and very easy to work with! He helped out a lot with giving choices and ideas for songs and such at our wedding! He kept everything on pace and made sure our special day went very smooth!!

Dance dance dance!!

Randy did the music for our daughters wedding & reception, we could not be happier!!! I can honestly say we had no questions, because he took care of anything we could possibly think of before we even thought of it. If you want your guests on the dance floor Randy is your guy, from the moment the dancing started until the end of the night our guests were on the dance floor having a blast!! Thanks so much Randy, you made the reception a huge success:)

the best DJ ever!!

Randy is a true professional. He made sure things kept moving and that we got thru the formalities of the reception smoothly and efficiently. He is very experienced and could read the crowd. The dance floor was full the entire evening. We even extended our time with him and the venue because everyone was having so much fun. I would say 95% of our guests were still there when we ended the evening. I can't thank Randy enough for helping make my little girl's biggest day, the best day ever!!

Randy was amazing!
Booming with enchantment was a great decision.
Being able to pick out all of our songs and requests online prior to our wedding was super convenient.
We were able to speak on the phone about little details.
The day of the wedding he was super attentive and very professional, but fun too! He really brought the reception together. I highly recommend his services!

Randy was an absolute joy to work with! He has impeccable communication and was transparent from the start. He allowed my husband and I to personalize so much of the music we shared on our special day. From curating our own cocktail hour playlist to setting up sound for my aunt to play the piano during our ceremony - he made it all happen. Our day felt so personal to us and it’s all because of Randy! He kept the reception music flowing and the dance floor full. I will forever recommend him to future brides.

Randy was awesome. He was super flexible with adding things in for us at the last minute. We even did a photo challenge racing to one song to get pictures of each guest table. He also hosted dinner dismissal questions. Each table the got the question correct was able to eat next and he monitored it well to about buffet backups. He kept things family friendly until young ones left then cranked it up. He also has a format to fill out that gives you the chance to note things which is really detailed and helps you plan too. 100% recommend.

Handled COVID struggles amazingly

Randy was amazing to work with. We had to cancel our wedding due to COVID and he was by far the best vendor to work with in regards to re-scheduling/re-planning and re-funding. He was always available through phone and answers emails same day. He arrived several hours before our ceremony to make sure he was organized and good to go and then stayed longer than required to make sure our lingering guests still had music to chat over. His tech is top notch too. Book him!!

Just awesome to work with

We had a themed wedding and Randy was really awesome about taking our requests for specific ceremony songs. The reception music was a great mix of songs that went well with our selected songs, but also tied in more popular dance music as well. He communicated frequently before the wedding to check-in with us as well and was a great help with announcing and running the order of events on the day of the wedding.

Randy went above and beyond for us at my daughters wedding and through the entire wedding process. He made the process very simple and always had time for my endless questions, and the entertainment not to mention was above and beyond our expectations.

Excellent help during the wedding and reception

Very patient helping my daughter figure out timing of activities during the ceremony and reception. Randy read the crowd well and understood the direction the music should take within the brides guidelines. The guests and bridal party had a great time. Randy helped keep us on track which can sometimes be a problem at receptions. Great night.

Randy was Amazing!

Randy was fantastic to work with. He did the music for both our ceremony and reception and it's clear that he's been doing this a while and knows the drill. We had several weird/special requests and he helped us with them, and was excited to do so. He listened to what we wanted and didn't want and was always really responsive. The fact that he's so cost effective was the icing on the cake!

Randy and Connie easily deserve a 5 star rating. Especially when viewing the specifications that grant them that rating.
Quality of Service: We had countless attendees come up to us during and days after complimenting us on a reception well thrown and much of that credit is due to Randy and his DJ company. The photobooth was a hit, and the music kept people on the dance floor through the entire event.

Responsiveness: Randy replied to my emails, and our general communication was very efficient.

Professionalism: Everything was set up, no issues came up, and we there were no complaints.

Value: In terms of cost, I would say any customer certainly gets a big bang for their buck for what you get from Enchantment DJ and Photo-booth

Flexibility: The venue emailed us two days before the event, and mentioned there were strict times to set up for the DJ, and it was not ideal for anyone, but Randy and Connie still got everything done with not issue. For that, we are grateful.

My fiance' and I were referred to Randy Sheldon by another DJ Service after they were booked on our wedding date. From the very beginning, Randy was extremely professional and an all-around nice guy. He was willing to meet with us the same day we called him to answer any questions we had.

He has a TON of experience and said he "has this down to a science." We asked him to be flexible on a few different things, and it was no problem at all. He offers a photo-booth package as well, which is something we signed up for. After meeting with him, we were assured that we found the right guy to DJ our wedding reception.

Anytime we emailed him leading up to our wedding day, he was quick to answer. He even was willing to meet with us again just a few weeks before the wedding.

On the big day, he was set up nice and early and I remember it looking so cool. He is not flashy with his business name, and you won't see it marked all over his equipment. To this day (3 months later), I am still receiving compliments from guests on how smooth the night went and how the music was perfect. He really plays to the crowd, and I can say that the dance floor was packed all night.

In addition, the guests LOVED the photo booth. It's something you will have to see in order to really know. It's big enough to hold several people comfortably and produces amazing pictures. There are a lot of props too. The line was never less than 10 people all night.

All in all, the night went perfect, and Randy played up right to the end. He honored many requests and made the night flow smoothly. I would definitely recommend Randy Sheldon (Enchantment DJ Services) for any event. This guy has a lot of experience and is super down-to-earth!

Randy and his wife Connie were the absolute best DJ crew we could have asked for. They were open from the start to meeting with us to determine if their services were a good fit for us. They responded back quickly to all of our questions and took into consideration all our song requests!! Our friends and family were on the dance floor the whole night and raved about how great our DJ and selection of music was! It was honestly more than we could have ever expected! I highly and strongly encourage people in the future to book your events with him!!

Planning a wedding from long distance is hard work! From the moment I first emailed Randy soliciting a quote, to our ensuing email correspondence over the next several months, culminating with my incredible wedding day; Randy has been nothing short of amazing.

After sending in my deposit, Randy sent a “Planning Sheet” allowing him to get all of the wedding details – Location & time frame, names of wedding party, music I wanted for different parts of the wedding, any specific music we wanted played at the reception, including any music I did NOT want played, etc.

Randy was a master at keeping the reception on track, leading off all the activities (introducing wedding party, toasts, buffet opening, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc.) and keeping the dance floor full all night long! He really knew how to read the mood and chemistry of the room – always playing just the right music, intermittently switching the tempos, bringing out almost the entire room to the dance floor at some point throughout the evening. Randy did a beautiful job following the timeline we had supplied him with, and was great about letting the guests know when it was time to transition into the next activity, yet we never felt rushed. He always let each activity come to its natural conclusion.. with a little gentle guidance. I do also have to say, Randy was great about taking song requests from guests!

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Photo Booth – a popular attraction all night! The photo booth was a blast – with plenty of costumes and props for guests to offer well wishes to the wedding couple. The best thing is that guests have four shots that instantly print out as a quad pic – with a personalized greeting written by us, thanking them for coming to the wedding. At the end of the night, we were supplied with a CD that included every photo taken that evening, as our own keepsake of all of our guests.

It was such a pleasure working with Randy (and his apprentice)! We had originally hired a different DJ for our wedding for a very low price...and we figured out why as a nightmare situation unfolded. Randy was the polar opposite, which was so reassuring! He kept goid communication with us, and was very flexible as little details changed in the days before the wedding. Day of, he was extremely professional and so fun! Everyone loved the music and we received several compliments on how great of a job he did. We had everything from grandparents waltzing, to doing the "Time Warp," to funky dance-offs, and everything in between!

Randy did an excellent job as our wedding DJ. We had a special family dance instead of a traditional mother/son dance and he did an awesome job announcing each family member as they were introduced to a different song. He played crowd appropriate music and was very personable. He provided a planning contract with all the information he needed from us which made it easy and organized. Great DJ!

Randy did an amazing job at our daughters wedding !!! We had tons of compliments on how great the music was and what a great job he did keeping the party going on the dance floor. Randy was FANTASTIC! Weirdly, one of the biggest worries my then fiancee and I had about the reception was whether people would stay and dance. We'd been to too many weddings that ended very shortly after dinner.

Instead, Randy read the mood perfectly, playing a great mix of songs (while still honoring all the requests we made) that kept all our 20-something friends and all our parents out dancing. We had a reception from 6-12 (with dinner and stuff, obviously), and my wife and I heard the next day that the party was still going long after we left!

One other note, Randy was great at being flexible about the schedule, but still giving much appreciated advice. I noticed he was kind of trying to get my attention, and let me know briefly that while it was certainly up to us, he would suggest doing the cake cutting soon so that the rest of the night could start. It was great of him to keep track of the events (honestly, it's hard to keep your head straight during your own reception) but to also be accommodating if we had some other plan.

Absolutely would refer Randy (and I'm sure Connie too) to anyone looking for a wedding reception DJ!

Planning a wedding is very stressful and while doing my research I had read horror stories about having a bad dj/announcer! I was so relieved once I met with Randy because he calmed all of my nerves! He didn't make me give him a list of all the songs I wanted to hear, only the important ones along with favorites and anything we absolutely did not want to hear. Randy and his wife did an amazing job announcing everything throughout the wedding reception and coordinating everything so that it flowed perfectly. He picked music he could tell was working with the crowd and made sure everyone was out on the dance floor having a good time! Randy was so wonderful, it was one thing in the wedding I didn't need to fret abouT even when I changed things last minute I never saw him sweat! I would absolutely suggest anyone looking for a dj/announcer to call Randy!

Randy and his wife were amazing! Both are very professional and were so easy to work with! Randy really catered to what the guests wanted to hear even if it wasn't typical wedding music (lots of rock!). He kept the dance party going all night! The photobooth was a huge success. Randy provided excellent service for six hours as a DJ and master of ceremonies for our wedding and reception on 5/18/2013 held at the Macatawa Legends Golf and Country Club in Holland, MI. Randy met with my wife, Kate, and I about two months before the event to obtain the details of the ceremony. Randy and his wife, Connie, worked together as a team to maintain a photobooth for our guests to have a personal photo taken during our special event. Randy was able to shift his program on the fly to accommodate the situation from two different rooms plus one outside area. Our special event was very well done which couldn't have been possible without our hired help providing top notch service.

Randy and his wife, Connie, were fabulous at our wedding. They were very professional, friendly, and also flexible when our MC brought along a CD of Indian songs to be played. They pronounced the names correctly and were always courteous. My favorite was that they were organized. Randy and his wife were great! They are very professional and accomodating. He has an awesome form for you to fill out way in advance of your wedding to organize how you would like the order of the reception to go! They play a great mix of music and really "feel out" the crowd to see what they like. One thing I really appreciated is the great discretion he used. A wedding guest requested an "inapproprate" and instead of playing it, he asked us first. I would recommend them to anyone!

Enchanted DJ services really provides more than just music and a photo booth. Randy and his wife have serviced many weddings and know how they run and how to run them. When they interview you, they will discuss all the typical aspects of a wedding and help you uncover items you may have missed. They also control the flow of the wedding and announce all the wedding events, i.e., coordinating toasts, father/daughter dance, etc.

We could not have asked for a better DJ!!! Randy and Connie did a terrific job at our wedding. Everything was set up and ready to go when we needed it to. The music selections were fantastic. Most of all, they were extremely supportive and helpful with all aspects of the wedding. Whenever there was something my wife and I hadn't thought of (cake cutting, entrance of the wedding party into the reception, etc.), Randy was always ready to make suggestions for how he's seen other folks do things and what the best course of action would be for us. Decades Band played at our wedding reception and they were absolutely amazing. The dance floor was packed all night long and many encores were requested. The band read the crowd perfectly and played the perfect mix of music. Many guests told us that our reception was the most fun reception that they had ever been to because of Decades Band. The band members were excellent to work with and were even kind enough to provide autographs for the kids who were in attendance (at the kids' request!). The band leader, Randy, was formerly a wedding DJ so he provided us with a lot of insight as to the flow of the night's proceedings as well as the music. We are now trying to come up with an event so that we have an excuse to hear them play again because we enjoyed them so much!

Decades was incredible! The dance floor was full all night and they even learned a new song for my father/daughter dance.

My fiance and I went to see them play a couple times before booking them and then met with Randy one month in advance.

The lead singer really helps to get everyone involved and keeps the crowd excited. They took requests all night and DJ in between sets, so you get the best of both worlds: DJ and live band.

Randy did a nice job at our wedding. He came by himself, not with his wife Connie and did a nice job solo. I have a big family who will dance to anything and who likes to have a good time. Randy met with us once months before our wedding (when we were seeing which DJ we would book). We then booked him through email, filled out a planner, and mailed it to him. I did contact him a week before the wedding through email to make sure he received the planner and knew what we wanted. The next contact was us walking in the door at the reception and him checking to see if he was pronouncing everyone's name correctly. Randy did a nice job DJ-ing our wedding.

Very friendly team! They were able to set up and take down very easily on their own. The photobooth was a HIT! I was able to take home a USB of all the photos the very same night! What an awesome keepsake! We did not have a photographer at our reception, so this was an awesome alternative. They had props & even put up the backdrop that I had provided! They were very open to requests & they even let me play one more song after they called the last song! So happy with their service!

Randy met with us on the phone, and we sent him our play list. He made sure they had all the music we wanted. Geoff was our DJ for the night. Other than a couple minor glitches with timing, and a sketchy internet connection (not his fault), the night was great. Everyone had a good time.
The Photobooth was the big hit of the night! I would suggest having more props available, but all in all we captured the fun in all of the pictures. Thank you for providing us with great service on our wedding day!
