Victoria saved the day!

We initially hired a different planner that was always busy but never did anything substantial and we finally got tired of the said planner after multiple conversations hoping for a change. Then we came across Victoria and the experience was night and day! This woman is exceptional in every way. I barely write reviews but I just had to for Victoria. The planning process itself was seamless, my fiancé and I literally did not lift a finger. Before we requested for something, Victoria already took care of it. We love and appreciate her transparency and honesty. We knew what was going on but enough to not feel overwhelmed. The details on the day of was remarkable, couldn’t believe how everything came together. Victoria and her team are just too good and pleasant. Our big day was everything and more! The only regret I have is not hiring Victoria sooner. Thank you so much for everything, we are forever grateful.

Outstanding Customer Service

My husband and I are grateful to have had Victoria as our wedding planner. We had weekly meetings where she updated us on everything happening. She was always punctual.
I did not think I would have time to eat on my wedding day, but Victoria and her team created time for my husband and me to have a meal together.
I can go on and on, LOL.
Having a GREAT wedding planner like Victoria is exceptional. Working with Victoria has been a joyful experience. She made sure that my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams.

Victoria, is not only very kind she goes above and beyond for her brides. I love the level of transparency she has with all vendors and insuring her clients receive the best service and quotes. Shes also very responsive and thoughtful. I couldn’t have hired a better planner.

Amazing!!!!

We had 2 weddings, a traditional Nigerian wedding which ended up having almost 700 guests, and a European style wedding with 150 guests. There were a lot of moving parts, hiccups and things to juggle! Victoria was a God send throughout the process and the wedding would’ve been a total disaster without her. The entire Enchanted Events team is exceptional at what they do! They literally pour their heart and soul into it. They go above and beyond to make sure your special day goes smoothly.

Victoria is with you throughout the entire planning process. She takes all the stress off your shoulders and goes above and beyond to fight for your needs and negotiate for you. She is extremely professional, kind and supportive. She is able to juggle all the stress with such a positive attitude and a smile. She really took most of the bridal areas and anxiety away and made the wedding enjoyable for us!

She The best planner ever and her team is exceptional! I’ve been in a lot of weddings, and no one does it like she does. She actually really cares about the couple, which makes the world of a difference. I felt comfortable and safe in her hands. I knew everything would turn out great because we had her.

The Cadillac Experience!

Victoria was simply amazing. There are no words for the convenience, love, dedication, and scrutiny she and her team placed into every ounce of our wedding weekend. She was patient with us as our budget and vision changed; she stayed on the phone with us much longer than contracted, made herself present for us despite being out of state, and took every little request and favor with the utmost care and consideration. She is simply the best there is. She knows incredible vendors and leverages her relationships with them to both make your experience memorable and affordable. Her flexibility is sublime and her team is simply amazing. They dedicated their time to us and catered to every need. We love her and the whole team. You literally cannot go wrong with hiring them.

The Absolute Best

Victoria and her team are beyond amazing. Victoria's professionalism, fun and easy-going personality, her attention to detail, and her kindness are involved in everything she executes.

We are the venue owners that hosted and provided floral and staffing services for one of her couples this past Fall and working with Victoria was second to none. We have worked with several coordinators and planners over the years and none of them compare to Victoria and her team. It was was like watching a finely-tuned symphony of perfection. We cannot recommend her and her team enough. Knowing the industry inside and out and working weddings ever single weekend it's a joy to meet and work with someone that knows the business, knows her clients, and executes flawlessly while thinking of all the details and moments that go into making a client's dream day perfect. A huge part of working with her was her kindness, which surprisingly isn't always on display with other planners and vendors that we have worked with. She treated every person with the utmost respect and kindness. The contracted caterer was running behind and she jumped in to help serve food to keep the timeline moving. Not only did she plan a beautiful event she executed it without a hitch.

Look no further, if you have even considered or thought about booking Victoria, do it now!!!! Don't wait, book now. We cannot say enough things about her and her team, it was truly a pleasure to work with her. We hope to work with her again in the future and can't wait to see her continued success.

If you are looking for a top-notch event planner, Victoria is your person. When we got engaged, we had no clue where to start with planning our wedding. We knew we needed a planner to help, but we didn’t know how much we needed Victoria. She knows all there is to know about weddings and as soon as we got in touch with her, we knew we were in good hands. Her expertise, advice, communication, and support were truly appreciated through the whole planning process. She was on top of every single detail from start to finish. She’s knowledgeable, passionate, and truly cares about making your wedding be the best it can be. She set up with great vendors and vetted all the vendors that we found ourselves. She went over every single detail with us, big and small and answered all our millions of questions. She listened to our *many* ideas and found ways to incorporate any of the ideas we had! If we were ever not sure of something, she offered her advice and experiences to help guide us through. She was always available to chat about any thoughts or questions we had. My phone, email, or texting, Victoria was always accessible.

We had several other friends who recently got married or were planning their wedding while we were, when we would mention the ways, Victoria was showing up for us, people would be shocked. We had a weekly call with Victoria, and we had a separate chat where we texted her whenever we had questions. While there is some inherent stress in wedding planning, we always knew we were in good hands. We knew nothing would slip through the cracks with Victoria on our side.

Our wedding weekend included 3 events and Victoria and her team took charge during all the events. For every event, every family member or wedding party member knew where they were supposed to be and what they were supposed to do. On the day of our actual wedding, Victoria brought her amazing team for a seamless event. We were 100% stress-free on our wedding day; we didn’t have to do a single thing but sit back and relax with our family and friends. We were completely blown away when we walked into our ceremony and later our ballroom. All of our ideas came to life, and we are still in awe at how beautiful every single detail was. Everything flowed and ran smoothly.

Not only do we think the world of Victoria, but our family and friends also raved about her. She spoke with our family and friends giving speeches and readings during the wedding and reception and made sure they were prepared. Many of our guests had her cell phone number and email and had communicated with her while planning and booking their hotel for the wedding. When they met Victoria in real life they truly felt like they were connecting with a friend. Our family and friends love Victoria so much that during the reception dance party, everyone crowded around her and started throwing her up in the air (I am not sure how much Victoria loved it, but it was a sign of their love for her).

I could list the countless ways Victoria made our wedding and lives better and honestly saved us money: (1) Our venue contract was still being negotiated when Victoria started working with her. She provided a plethora of suggestions to the contract and went back and forth with the venue to make sure everything important was covered in the contract; (2) she brings a team of 3-4 people for her larger events (this means there is one person dedicated to each bride/groom, and 2 people assisting with other logistics). (3) She facetimed me during all my dress fittings (she planned to join one of them but then I changed the date last minute). (4) She served as a travel concierge for several of our guests who needed super special services. (5) Many couples talk about how they don’t eat during their wedding. For each of our events she carved out time for us to eat during the event and brought us a plate of food after.

Victoria is a true professional. She is honest, dedicated and extremely driven. Not only did we have the world’s best planner, but also gained a new friend. We can’t say enough good things about her. Choosing Enchanted Events and Victoria is a decision you won’t regret.

The Best Planner!

Simply put, Victoria is the best planner! My wedding was originally planned for Summer 2020 but due to COVID-19, Victoria was able to work with us to create a memorable wedding even during the pandemic. Victoria is fearless, hardworking and very easy to work with. Quick turnaround time on almost everything. Anything that I could think of, she already handled it. Now that we are about to celebrate my one-year anniversary .. i wanted to give a shout out to Victoria. She did a great job coordinating our wedding. Best planner hands down

Enchanted Events came in after most of the vendors were already selected. However EEM hit the ground running and completely took charge. Our first few talks was via phone but out first initial visit EEM came bearing gifts (what bride doesn't like gifts). Despite all that was going on around us, we were always the top priority. I provided my vision and EEM rallied and made sure all the vendors would be able to fully execute. I have never planned on hiring a planner but this was overall the BEST decision I could of made.

Extremely pleased ;) . 30 characters is too short for me..

My simple words cannot just summarize my experience but I’ll try to keep it short and precise. So I and my husband thought we could plan a whole wedding and have all our ducks in a row, later down the line my mum gifted us Enchanted Events for their day of coordination service/package. Let me tell you, right away the communication began and I got an email (very detailed by the way) of their services, all that is needed for a wedding to hold successfully and that’s when I knew that I MESSED UP not involving them from the beginning. She took her time to go through my plan and came up with a more personalized itinerary, even stepped out of her way to provide services and recommendations that were not included our package ( I am soo grateful for that, ohh!!! and it saved us some $$$s too). I did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything on my wedding day, it was all handled perfectly. :)

Quality of service was superb, she was always there at any time when I had a question (it did not matter what time of the day it is, she always responded), very professional and easy going. I would definitely recommend Enchanted Events to any bride, in-fact anyone planning any event

The Most Fabulous Planner on the Planet

A seamless, perfect wedding day!

Victoria and her team were wonderful. My husband and I planned our wedding but I really wanted to hire a coordinator to simply put our details together in an organized way in order to facilitate a smooth wedding. Victoria far surpassed our expectations!! She pays meticulous attention to details. She always made sure I looked picture perfect (even down to helping me change & freshen my makeup). She made suggestions on things to change based on her extensive planning experience and we were VERY glad that we listened—one example was her advice to move our ceremony outside instead of it being in a room directly next to our reception room. As nervous as I was to make the change, I’m glad we did because it made a difference for the aesthetic/scenery and the guests enjoyed it too! We’ve been married for almost 1 month and our guests are STILL commenting on how organized and beautiful the wedding ceremony and reception were. We’ve already started recommending Enchanted Events to all our friends that are inquiring about wedding planners. Simply the best!

Husband 40th surprise birthday party

I used Victoria from Enchanted Events services to help me plan a classy and intimate surprise party for my husband 40th birthday and she the quality of service I got from her as well as her commitment was outstanding.

Victoria went above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and the event is one for the books.

Victoria also introduce me to the best vendors one can ask for who did an exceptional job.

I cannot recommend Victoria and her vendors enough for any type of event. She is the best event planner you can ask for.

I was a guest at Stacey and Tiara's wedding on September 16th, and Victoria and her team did exceptionally well. Personally knowing the bride and can be very demanding, Victoria exceeded all exceptions and the event was beautiful. The decor was also very nice.

My husband and I are so grateful to work with Ms. Victoria and her team (Enchanted Event). We wanted a unique event and we were WOWed. Everything was wonderful from beginning to the end! Enchanted event went above and beyond, very professional and full of great ideas. We received a lot of wonderful feedback from our family and friends on how beautiful, spirited, lively and lovely our event was. The entire event was exceptionally amazing especially the first look, video highlights, cross tables, and uplights. Vivian (Vivid experience)- did an excellent job with the decor. She used real flowers, sweetheart table and chair were also great accent to the room, guest tables were very well decorated. Comfort (Sweet Bliss) amazed us with the cake- (red velvet, coconut filling etc) set up especially the sparklers, and party favors. All the vendors surprised us and we were very pleased. Thank you so much enchanted event for all you did.

Victoria and her team are the best. I hired them for day of coordination. Victoria met with me 3 weeks before my wedding and we clicked as if she planned with me for the entire process. My fiancee and I are so glad we hired her. She is also really affordable compared to others that I found.

Victoria and her assistant, Comfort, were amazing on our wedding day! I don't know what we would have done without them. They kept everything moving and on time and it seemed seamless with them in charge. They were also very thoughtful of my well-being, making sure I drank water, ate food, sat down, etc. They even took care of my mother which made an impression on all of us. We were very blessed overall and would recommend them without question.

Victoria and her team are absolute top notch. She does not let anything slip through the crack. From the moment that we met for consultation until my wedding day, she was absolutely pleasant. One thing that I love about her is that she does not make me feel like I am disturbing her at any point, she always listens and gave my and my fiancee (now husband :) ) the time and attention that we needed. Be prepared to hear the truth especially when you are working with a tight budget like I did. Sometimes I wanted things that the budget did not really allow, instead of her agreeing with me, she would state her honest opinion and leave me to make the decision. Victoria goes above and beyond to help us find vendors that worked with our budget. I am so glad that I went with eemweddings!

I couldn't have better things to say about Victoria. Throughout the planning process, she was attentive, organized, patient, resourceful and went the extra mile.

With her experience and expertise, Victoria helped to remove the stress leading up to our wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my wife (her BFF and sister) on track for our big day. She perfectly coordinated the vendors, efficiently managed our rehearsals and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout.

Our wedding day was a breeze! There was nothing to stress about because Victoria and the team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. we couldn't have asked for a better planner.

I would recommend Victoria and her team to absolutely anyone.

Victoria was everything we needed and more. As the mother of the bride Victoria's presence on the wedding day allowed me to let go of all the details and truly enjoy each moment. She is a very talented coordinator and event planner with a kind spirit. I should mention that we did not have the budget for a wedding planner, but Victoria worked with us and customized her services to fit our needs. I would highly recommend her for any large event.

We met Victoria at a friend’s wedding. She did such an amazing job with the planning and coordinating and my fiancée and I approached her to see if she was available for our wedding and luckily, she was available! She was very flexible with scheduling meetings and she was ALWAYS prepared. We felt very comfortable with her as she is really down to earth and poise. Victoria does not take crap from nobody lol. This side of her really helped with our other vendors and even helped us to stay on track. We loved her services and will absolutely refer her to others. Her team is also pretty cool. On the day of, She assigned Mariana to me and my girls, and Dorla to my husband and his groomsmen. It was kinda cool to have our very own personal assistants to help us get whatever it was that we needed. We are so glad that we choose Enchanted Events for our day. Thank you!!!

Victoria is simply awesome and she truly cares about her clients. She handled our wedding planning and coordinating professionally and with ease. We had some rather demanding guests but she was so patient and diplomatic. Our wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful and perfect. Imagine having your special day going close to EXACTLY the way you want it. ... That is what I had the privilege of experiencing with Victoria and her team. I will be honest, I am extremely anal, picky and a stickler for perfection. Victoria was not only professional, attentive to details, responsive and definitely reliable, she was warm and caring at the same time. On the day of my wedding I had a break down because of some over bearing family members, not only did Victoria handled the matter, she did it in a way that was respectful, tasteful and productive. I was in awe with her services. To the extent that I actually plan on doing a surprise birthday celebration for my husband and I can not think of anyone else to help me plan, coordinate and execute all of my desires. We booked Victoria for the day of and it was the best decision we made! From the moment that we engaged her - roughly 6 weeks to the big day- she took care of everything. We met many wedding planners and coordinators and she stood out as being honest, capable, and efficient while still being easy going and adorable. Victoria is truly a professional! She has passion for what she does and her attention to details is second to none (sometimes a bit overwhelming for someone like me) but you see the results on your wedding day and there is only one thing to say is WOW!!! Victoria spent time walking us through the process from day 1 and made the planning fun for us. I will admit that I was the over the top bride, I broke down at every chance I got but Victoria stepped in even when I did not expect her to. Sometimes I wondered if she was a friend, sister, or my wedding planner, truth is she was all. She has a great team of vendors that she recommends and my husband and I are so happy that we took her recommendations. Her prices are reasonable. I am extremely pleased with the services of Enchanted Event company aka Victoria for my wedding. Victoria planned my wedding for me as I was in a different state at the time. I showed up couple of days before the wedding and EVERYTHING was on point. It was such a beautiful and smooth event thank her wonderful planning. There was absolutely no glitch on that day. It was exactly how I dreamt my wedding would be. She met and negotiated with vendors on my behalf. She was awesome from our initial meeting till after the the wedding night. She was so helpful and supportive to me and even my family. She is very dedicated and responsive through out the entire process. She is also very resourceful for vendors and all her vendors we absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend her for ANY event!!

My wedding planner did a perfect job, without any iota of doubt. The areas in which I felt she made her services most useful are keeping tabs on me, to make sure I carried out my duties on time, helping to recruit and shop for other great and wonderful vendors, amongst others.

One other thing I think I should mention is that she was so responsive. She doesn't waste time with any assigned duties she was handed. She did all these professionally, while charging moderate fees compared to other planners I've learned about.
