    10/10 recommend!!

    We showed up to enchanted bridal boutique on Saturday after our failed attempt at ladies and gents bridal. We didn’t have an appointment, but they were so welcoming and fit us in even though they were super busy! I never once felt rushed or pressured. They are so genuine and sweet and they even went out of their way to call a supplier and order a dress they no longer carried for me! Thank you ladies for all your help!

    I originally went to L&GB and almost purchased my dress there on Tuesday, I still had an appointment with Enchanted Bridal Boutique for that coming Saturday so I held off on it. I am beyond grateful that I did, my friend had sent me photos of when I tried on the other stores dresses and you can see the woman helping me with straight unpleasant face when I was turned away.
    My experience at Enchanted Bridal Boutique made me feel like I belonged, they were genuine from the moment I walked in from the door, they mad.e sure to make me feel as a priority the entire time with out being rude to those who came in expecting to be seen without an appointment.
    I am the most indecisive person to work with and they were very patient with every dress I tried on. It was not until the last dress I tried on that I found my Wedding dress, I could feel it in the way I stood in it. I almost cried, but I held it in. (Ugly Cry Face Syndrome).
    My favorite part of this experience was hearing the story of why they opened their boutique. I love that it is managed by a family, they bicker lovingly but not unprofessionally. They make you feel at home and I will be coming back next weekend to get my soon to be stepdaughter her flower girl dress. :)

    I found my amazing wedding dress here off the rack. The women who own this shop (sisters) are very helpful and patient and the selection is great for every price point. I received so many compliment about my dress and it was absolutely perfect for me. This store has a great assortment at reasonable prices. My mother even purchased her dress from here and I found a very beautiful and unique veil as well.

    2020 Bride

    Planning a wedding during COVID19 in 2020 has been quite the feat. Between debating whether or not to even get married still and trying to secure vendors, it has been so difficult. Then, to top it all off, my gorgeous amazing wedding dress was stuck in New Jersey (the heart of the COVID 19 outbreak) and was delayed for months. I was so scared that my dress would not make it in time when Angela called my wedding planner and informed us that they had my EXACT dress in the back, brand new. It was to be used for their inventory for brides to try on but it was MY dress so what did they do? They let me have that one! It is a size bigger than I need, but it will work. We are going to have it altered and it will be perfect. I am so happy that the ladies at Enchanted we’re able to still give me my dream wedding dress even with all of the Coronavirus chaos going on. Thank you Enchanted Bridal for making this happen for me!

    Delay of delivery!

    I purchased my wedding dress and veil on August 15th, 2018 for my event date of May 4th, 2019 and I have never received my wedding dress nor a refund as promised. The owners of the local bridal shop are Angela Nicole Jourdan and Patricia Holcomb. I first enjoyed meeting Patricia and her daughter Samantha in August of 2018 and loved ordering my Martin Thornburg wedding dress in the full amount of $1,909.32. Following New Years Eve, I did outreach to Enchanted Bridal Boutique for two reasons because I was advised my dress would be arriving around January or February of 2019, and my wedding had been canceled at the time for personal reasons. I was able to speak with Angela and she shared she would outreach to the designer to check on my dress and would provide me information to see if I could receive a refund. Following a few days, I outreached to the bridal shop and reached Angela and she shared my dress was being shipped and I should hear from them within two weeks. When I would call the bridal shop throughout the winter they continued to share with me the dress was being shipped, but I became concerned because I heard a big sigh in their receptionists' tone of voice when I shared my name and by now we were in April. I was motivated to go in or I would not receive any updates as Angela nor Patricia were ever calling me back. I went in on April 13th and Angela and Patricia seemed worried that their customers would hear my questions, but I never created conflict. I only received my plain veil and signed for it. They shared they had issues with the Mon Cheri Bridals Designer all year and would be contacting me within a few days. I never received a call. I went in to the bridal shop with my mother on May 4th, as my receipt shares I purchased my dress and veil for May 4th, 2019. Therefore, they had over 8 months to provide me my dress and they had NOTHING to provide me. I was upset because they have taken advantage of my own payment and purchase, they have caused me pain, disappointment, stress, gas cost, time, and trust loss. Patricia and Angela began sharing it was the designer's fault for the delay of my wedding dress and also caused me pain and disappointment by sharing they placed other customer's orders in front of mine without any discussion or consult. Patricia let us know in person on May 4th that she gave us her word and to give her two weeks and that I would receive a full refund and again no contact. I went in to the bridal shop on Wednesday, June 5th with my mother and we noticed they had no customers so this time the experience was different. Angela and Patricia raised their voices, and they refused to provide me a refund from their company and they asked us to give them 7-10 business days.
    Following one week of no contact, my mother spoke to a Nicole from their Accounting Department today insisting to mail a check uncertified because she shared that's what they usually do for their customers according to their policy and my mother said no, we'd rather go pick it up in person because we don't want to take any chances of our refund check getting lost and we have waited a long time and "Nicole" shared that she was in Los Angeles so there was no where for us to go. So as you can tell we are now in mid-June and it has been a total of 9 months and 29 days or 43 weeks and I did not receive my wedding dress and I have not received my refund as promised in May.

    I purchased my dress and belt from this vendor. They have me the most horrible customer service of my life! They had 8+ months to get me my item and never did. They repeatedly lied to me and made excuses. They yelled at my fiance and hung up on him. They refused to give me a refund until drove 45 minutes to their store and demanded one. They never apologized or tried to do anything to correct the situation. They are rude and do not care!!! I am not the first Bride and person they have done this too!
