    The barn that we had our wedding ceremony and reception at required tents and required us to use Empire. That being said, what a great company for us to have to use. Everything for our big day went off without an issue and working with Empire was one of the best experiences I had working with any of the vendors for our recent wedding.

    Our tents were delivered first thing, on the day we requested, and were an amazing addition to our indoor / outdoor wedding. They even unwrapped the chairs that were delivered for us, which saved us a lot of manual work ourselves. They pick up everything after the wedding and are hands off until that moment. They were incredibly flexible with payment options, reworking and consistently changing what we wanted, and accommodating to our budget.

    Liz and Roman are amazing! They are always so bright and friendly, really prompt to respond to calls or emails, and are happy to answer any and all questions, no matter how complex. They have everything you need for any party, no matter how big or small and truly want you to have a great time. If you're in need of party services, especially tents, tables, chairs, etc., call Liz or Roman at Empire!

    Empire Tent Rental recently provided my partner and I with the tents, tables, linens, glassware, lighting etc. for our wedding at the Bates House. Everyone at Empire is very friendly, helpful, and understanding especially when invoices have to be adjusted. Roman, the owner makes sure everything is delivered perfectly. We would recommend Empire Tent Rental to anyone needing rentals for their event.

    Awesome company!! Always bright and friendly. The entire crew was full of hard workers, who even in the heat, were both cheerful and polite. The tents, chairs and white chair pads looked great and were obviously maintained very well. Couldn't be happier, thank you so much.

    I used Empire Tent Rental for my wedding. They were so amazing, professional, and punctual. Roman was very informative and helpful with everything, down to my linen colors, that were suggested by Roman. My event was so beautiful and one that I will never forget. A big thank you to Empire Tent Rental for making it a memorable one.

    We used Empire for all of our linens, table wear, and whatever else our caterer needed us to rent for them. Roman was extremely kind and easy to talk to. He listed ALL of our rentals in an easy to follow estimate list. He even went out of his way to buy new shooter glasses as they didn't have the size we had wanted originally. Everything looked amazing at our wedding and I know they were a part of the magic :)

    Excellent service and supplies

    Roman and his team made my wedding go so smoothly! Everything that they provided was just what we needed. I especially appreciated that they were flexible when I needed to add some large items at the last minute. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and I plan to use them for my next gathering!

    Such amazing quality tents and service. It made our special day perfect. The owner, Roman, was courteous, professional, helpful, and made recommendations that made sense for our outdoor wedding. I would recommend them for any event- big or small. You will get professionalism- I wish I could say that for all in this industry!

    Quality of tents are excellent!! Better than anything you are expecting. The owner, Roman, is so nice and was able to help us decide what we needed for our event- so knowledgeable about rentals for weddings. Book early- because they are so popular, get your order in early!!

    A week and a half before our wedding they sent out an email requesting that all people at my venue (The George Weir Barn in Lloyd Harbor, NY) change their tent reservations. We originally had a 20x40 tent and a 20x20 cook tent. Due to the tent company/barn previously not following state regulation mandating open flame (sternos) be 50 ft away from the property, they asked their customers to up their tents to a 30x40 with A 20x20 extension off of that as well as the cook tent. Obviously they recommended this because it would have meant a greater cost by $600 bucks. At the end of the email they briefly recommended talking to your caterer.

    I was almost ready to just throw the money at the problem but called my caterer first to ask her what our options were. She said it was no problem and we could make it work by serving smaller platters of food and rotating them more frequently between the reception and cook tent so sternos weren't needed.

    I got back to the tent company and received no response except an updated invoice reflecting the return to our original agreement. This situation was especially troubling because the tent company would not meet us in the middle on prices for a last minute change THEY were requiring and because the woman at the barn (Candy...whom I love) will only allow you to get tents from this one company.
    When the tent was delivered there were no problems. It was clean.
    Though the tents were very high quality I'm not sure I would recommend Empire Tents. I really did not like their business practices and would encourage anyone reading this and thinking of using them to be conscious of what happened to my husband and I and BE CAREFUL! Keep a record of any communication. They are big on email, which is good for keeping a record, but they'll let you pay over the phone. I recommend going down to their office and paying in person so you have a receipt.

    Empire Tent Rental nearly ruined my wedding. We used them at the recommendation of others, who said they were more expensive than most, but worth the extra money. Not true at all! We had arranged for cutlery, table cloths, tents, and chairs to all be delivered on the Friday morning so we could set everything up before the rehearsal dinner on Friday night and the wedding reception on Saturday. They weren't able to give us a specific delivery time, so we were a bit surprised when we arrived at the venue at 9am and found that they'd already dropped everything off and left. Except that they hadn't delivered our full order, they had failed to leave any of the tablecloths and most of the napkins. Ever tried to set a table without the table cloth? I had 30 people at the venue to help me set up, and nobody could do anything. I frantically called Empire Tent Rental, and they assured me that the truck was returning "right away." I waited an hour and then called again. "The truck will be there within 30 minutes". Thirty minutes pass and there's no truck. Called again and learned, "The truck will be there by 2pm". At this point, we needed to go to our wedding rehearsal, so my cousins stayed behind. At 2pm, still no delivery. Called again. Promised everything would be there by 4pm. Still nothing. As we were waiting, we matched up our contract against what they had delivered and discovered there were no coffee mugs and dessert plates. Finally, they came back with the tablecloths at 7pm, when it was far too late to do any of the set-up. So the morning of my wedding, when I should have been relaxing and getting my hair done, I was at my venue at 7am frantically setting up everything. The worst part? After it was all over we went back in person and to our faces they said nothing about it at all. No profuse apology, no explanation, nothing. I think what bothers me most is the lying every time we called, as we could have done things differently if we'd known.

    Using this vendor added a tremendous amount of stress to our wedding planning process due to their lack of competency. Our wedding was a DIY wedding and this company came highly recommended to us. They confirmed a morning delivery of all rented goods the day before our wedding. They delivered some of them in the morning, but left out the biggest items- our linens, which they delivered at about 5:30 the night before our wedding. Thankfully our family members were flexible and helped us set everything up at that time, but we were over an hour and a half late to our rehearsal dinner and were rushing around like crazy on a day that had been meticulously planned to run seamlessly prior to their huge and incredibly inconvenient misjudgment. Their lack of clear communication was another major issue. I needed to continually call to get answers to questions I had, without having a call back when it was promised. After the wedding, the vendor management told my husband to give them a call the next week to settle the balance. Instead, a day later they withdrew a large amount from my account, using what I assume is a credit card number saved from a previous transaction, which was incredibly unprofessional and very disconcerting. After my husband emailed to follow up regarding this and to get a final invoice, which was never provided, there was no apology or explanation. We were incredibly disappointed and angered by this experience.
