Amazing limo drivers!

They decided on my wedding day to upgrade us for free to a party bus because they felt my bridal party would have been too cramped in the hummer limo! Very nice and funny driver ! I will forever recommend these guys!

Overall great!

We recently booked with this vendor and had a good experience! There prices were very reasonable and overall easy booking process! The bus was super clean and on time! We did have to ask our driver to slow down once but other than that she is great.

Great Experience!

Our driver was right on time and kind, the bus was clean, and the audio system worked beautifully. With those three check marks on our criteria list, we were thrilled with our decision to hire Emperor! We had requested the Diamond Party Bus, but were provided the Fashion Party Bus. That was totally fine, especially since the Fashion was BIGGER which ended up being helpful in bringing a few extra friends from church to the wedding venue. Would hire again (:

Spacious and Helpful

We booked Emperor for our wedding day. We had a very smooth and easy transition and made several spots on our way. Our driver was helpful and ensured that we arrived safety and on time. We were able to receive the bus that we requested and it was clean and very spacious.

Fun & Reliable

We took the Diamond Party bus for our bridal party wedding photos in downtown Chicago this past weekend! We had 22 people on the bus and the experience was great. The bus was right on time, clean and friendly driver/security. They took us right where we needed to go, helped us get the sound system connected to bluetooth so we could rock our playlist, and had champagne and drinks waiting for us on the bus. We even used the party bus to shuttle guests from the hotel to our venue- which went off smoothly. Would recommend if you want a great way to get around with a big group and have some fun!

Riding in Style on our Wedding Day!

Emperor Limousine was amazing in every regard! From figuring out where to park when our "Moving Tow Signs" did not get neighbors to move their cars; to cleaning up water puddles on the floor of the limo for us (it was raining and one of the soft coolers started leaking - this resulted in some of the BM's dresses getting soaked) and keeping the floor dry for the remainder of the ride; to getting us to all of our photo destinations safe and sound (and figuring out parking at ALL of the Chicago Landmarks we went to); to rolling out the just married sign, red carpet and champagne at our Venue for a photo op! They were on time, very polite and professional. The limo bus was clean, in working order (fireplace, temperature, tv and audio), comfy and a fun time all around. Our bridal party was in awe of how nice it was and we all had such a fun time! We are so happy we went with this company and we highly recommend them for future services!

Amazing Party Bus Experience!

Emperor Party Bus provided exceptional service for our 7/20/19 wedding day. We rented a large party bus, and the price was fair and inclusive. Karla in the office was great to work with; she was very kind and answered all of our questions. They even let us come in and see the whole fleet to personally pick our bus. Their party buses are amazing, clean, and updated. The wedding party had an absolute blast in the bus. The one very minor criticism, is they provided *red* champagne for our wedding package, which I couldn't enjoy because I was in a bumpy bus in a white dress. The driver the day of was professional, kind, dressed for the occasion, and a great driver navigating downtown Chicago with many stops. He helped me in and out of the bus at every stop, and was a total pro when we made some day of changes to the travel schedule for the weather. The bus was on time and prepared for our wedding. The service could not have been better! And their fleet of buses is so much cooler than many of the services. Definitely will be using them again!

Bus was on time, clean, and driver was professional. We had a 30 person bus and we fit 27 people and a cooler on almost perfectly. No complaints - five stars!

Exceptional service!

We are so glad that we chose Emperor Limousines for our August 25th 2018 wedding. Booking with them was very easy . They were prompt in answering all of my questions and even offered a tour of the vehicles before booking! The rates are best in town! It's such a shame that I do not recall our driver's name because he provided exceptional service! He was so polite and accommodating! He went above and beyond his responsibilities. The limo inside and outside looked amazing and was very clean! We had so much fun and everybody loved it ! They also provided plenty of drinks for our group! Will recommend to everyone and use them for all future events!

So much fun!

Cannot say enough good things about this transportation service! We have used them once before and we will definitely use them in the future. From the initial book the team was on top of everything ever step of the way from the timelines to all the questions I had along the way. Although I did not catch the gentleman's name that was our driver, he was AMAZING! He cheers'd with us and had so much fun and handled all the rowdy groomsmen with ease. Again, cannot say enough good things, thanks for being a part of our day and making sure everything was perfect!

This company is amazing! From start to finish. They answered all my questions and in a prompt manner. They let me come in and tour the buses and pick the best one for me. The driver was amazing the whole time. He did all the we asked him to and never complained once. I will recommend this company to all my friends and I wish I was back dancing and signing on the bus lol.

Greatest price for a 30 person party bus in the area! Ran late for my ceremony driver got us from Naperville to Hinsdale in 15min flat! Driver was awesome, very nice and courteous, the company was awesome about keeping in contact and making sure all the details were clear. Great company, awesome service, I will definitely use them for any limo needs in the future!

The team at Emperor Limousine was excellent!

We hired EL for our wedding party bus. We went to the headquarters and toured all of the buses (there were over 10 different buses), and we were able to pick out the exact bus we wanted for our day. Each different bus was clean, smelled good, and uniquely decorated. We went with the "Athena" bus. The bus came with outside decorations, a champagne toast, 2 cases of beer, and water and pop for everyone.

The back-office team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The price was reasonable and competitive.

Our driver was Boris, and it turns out he was quite talented in his driving capabilities. Boris was able to fit this wide bus down an incredibly narrow drive in front of the church that had cars parallel parked on both sides. It was nervewrackingly tight, but Boris took his time and was a champ at navigation. Boris was also on time, friendly and patient with us during the sideways pouring rain. The rain made for some logistical changes, and he went right along with the flow and made some stops that were not initially in the plan.

EL earns my 5 stars and I recommend them to every bride and groom looking for a good time!

Driver showed up 15 minutes early, music was provided which was fun and had music videos on their t.v.'s, beverages were provided with enough plastic cups, great and nice driver. NO issues. Thank you!

Working with Emperor Limo was phenomenal! They were very accommodating showing us all the available limos/ party buses for our wedding date, and once we booked with them they were very flexible with changes in our destinations for the day. The day of our wedding the party bus looked great, the champagne toast was such a nice touch, and most importantly our driver Marcin was amazing! He was timely, friendly, and very efficient getting us to and from all of our destinations.

I would highly recommend Emperor for your wedding. We were on a very tight time schedule and our driver Dwight never missed a beat! On time, pleasant and just as nice at the end of the night. The bus was great and exactly what we needed for a comfortable ride for everyone. Great value as well. Would definitely use them again.

I booked a limo for my wedding day. They did everything i asked and expected. Starting with the limo,it was very clean.. Also i requested to change the pick up tine and they helped me right the way. This limo service is awesome! I just used them Nov 4 for a wedding and the drivers were very nice, they were always on time, and our whole experience was perfect. The limo came stocked and was clean and no problems there either! Pick these guys!

Everything was wonderful with emperor limo! Karla was the first person I spoke with when inquiring about service and she made sure to give me the best possible price for what I needed. There was an initial smaller deposit and she sent me an email reminder when my final payment was due (about a week before the wedding). Zuko (our driver) was amazing and made sure we were exactly where we needed to be. He was so flexible with dropping off us and our guests and assisted everyone getting in and out of the limo. If I could go back and do it all again I would book emperor for the entire night for limo service! (The hotel shuttle at the end of the night was a mess...). I would 100% recommend emperor to anyone getting married or any events!

Wedding buses are expensive, so if you are going to get one, get the best. Emperor Limo was everything we wanted and then some. Our wedding party was 22 people and we rented the 30 passenger Platinum bus which was perfect considering all of the extra stuff we brought on as well. They stocked the bus with champagne, beer, and water, and the champagne toast outside of the church was fun and provided some great photos. Melissa in the office was excellent at confirming all of our options and customizing to our needs and budget. Unlimited stops was huge for us and our driver was very accommodating and professional. They had music on the bus so we ended up not even hooking up our own, though the playlist was limited if you have a long drive ahead of you. There were no hidden fees, gas charges, location charges, etc, so you don't have to worry about being surprised! We were very pleased with the service and it helped make our day perfect.

No problems what so ever, the service was perfect!! We were on time and Martin the driver listened to our requests and got us to our destinations on time and safely. Emperor limousines is the best in the business. It was worth every penny because the driver was awesome and the party bus was spotless. I had used your services for October 1. I think my driver's name was Marcin he was really cool and had a great personality. My wedding was mostly English but some people spoke only Polish so it was nice that my driver spoke Polish to my parents. He was quick and got us places on time. We price shopped a few different limousine vendors before booking and ran into a few unresponsive vendors. Emperor Limousine's is very responsive and quick to give quotes and information via email, they also matched a quote that we received from a different vendor without any issues. From booking the limo service all the way to our big day the staff was accommodating and very helpful. Our driver was on time, always professional, willing to stop wherever was needed, respectful and cleaned the limo along with refreshed drinks at each stop. Hands down amazing service and 5 stars all around!

Super Nice Party Bus and they actually have different selections you may choose from. The Chauffeur was just so nice took care of all of us made sure we are ok especially the girls with high heels made sure we are safe going down and up the stairs.
He had a smile all the time that we used the bus for.
I cant remember his name but he was honestly the best.

Emperor Limousine definitely went an extra mile in making our wedding memorable. Staff was courteous, we had a lot of follow up and felt informed, they were on time, accommodating to our little requests and their prices were by far the best of all the places we researched. The driver (Martin) was fun and even took the initiative to take some pictures of our penguin mascots and the just married sign during the ceremony. The bus was clean and decked out in our wedding colors. Well worth the investment our bridal party had such a great time. Will definitely use these guys again!

If your looking for transportation for your wedding day or any other occasion...look no further! Emperor Limo service is seriously the best!! We used their Party Bus service on 8/27/16 for our wedding and they were beyond perfect. It started with an on time pick up and the exceptional service never ended. Great experience! Our driver, Robert, phoned ahead to let us know that he was in the area so that we could begin to ready ourselves for leaving the hotel. He was polite and informative and professional. He drove well. When we were late leaving for the reception, he calmly waited for us in the baking sun while everyone got ready for the champagne toast. The limousine was nicely stocked and was a great addition to my daughter's wedding day!

I used Emperor for my Wedding and Bachelorette party. Both experiences were wonderful. As the bride I was so very happy that we went with them for our Wedding. I made a few phone calls through out the months leading up to the wedding and from beginning to end they were wonderful and answered any questions I had. The receptionists are very helpful, professional and friendly. They act as if they have known you forever and help you with get the exact limo/party bus you need. Our driver the day of our wedding was so helpful and flexible. He was very nice and helped each bridesmaid into the party bus, held umbrella's during the rain and ALWAYS assisted me at all times. They let us decide on our in between stop (from wedding to reception) the day of. They allow you to not feel pressured. I will never use another limo company. The inside of the bus was VERY clean and beautiful. They provided everything as promised. They even decorate the bus using your colors of the wedding. It was just really nice having them as part of our big day and will no hassle. I truly would and have recommended them to everyone I know.

From start to finish, the customer service was above and beyond what I would expect from a wedding vendor. They followed up with me to make sure the pick up and drop off locations were correct. I even requested if they can have the music videos playing before everyone arrived on the bus. They have an amazing music video list that comes with every bus that got my bridal party hyped! The music videos were playing, our driver was extremely nice and fun, every time I called, the girls that answered were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future when we need a party bus for birthdays or concerts. I'm so happy I used Emperor Limousine!

We were really happy with Emperor Limousine. They arrived on time and the vehicle was clean (off to a good start). Our driver was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. He was very professional and got us to our various stops/destinations on time and with ease. He was a safe driver and he definitely gave us a peace of mind during our travels.

The booking process was very easy as well. Melissa helped us out a lot and is a pleasure to work with. They communicated with us regularly about our booking, confirming several times through emails and phone calls during the months before the wedding as well as the day before.

Emperor Limo did a great job tending to us on our wedding day.
Booking was a breeze and they made it very easy to give them a call and make any changes we needed to.
The party bus options are endless and it was cool that you could pick which one you wanted. I loved their wedding package with champagne and a 24 pack of beer which my husband greatly appreciated! They even gave us more champagne once we ran out.
The speaker system was great and easy to use with our iPhones.
Our driver was very accommodating and picked up the bridal party on time and got us to the church and then back over to the reception site all on time!
It was such a great way to celebrate with our bridal party before and after the ceremony and we would definitely recommend Emperor to all of our engaged friends looking for a great time!

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with any limo or cab company. From the first day I sent my inquiry, I received a prompt email response and phone call the next day with quotes and full explanations of packages. They even said if I called around and found a lower price they would work to match or beat it! The entire process from start to finish was very smooth, including signing the electronic contract. Fast forward to the day of the wedding: The driver called to let me know when he was leaving the garage so I had advance warning and was able to better manage getting everyone together. He was one of the nicest people I have ever come across. He escorted the bride and bridesmaids into the venue one by one with an umbrella since it was raining. He was also beyond understanding when we were running a little behind schedule and just smiled and said, "Take your time - no worries." Did I mention I was supposed to have a 14 person Navigator but was upgraded to a larger and newer Escalade? It was perfect all around and I would definitely go with this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs a limo for any occasion.

We hired the car to pick up family and deliver them to our wedding venue.
Everything was awesome. George even managed to pick everyone up at the Ritz Carlton despite the Mag Mile protests. The car was sweet! Everyone got to the wedding on time and home again.

Emperor Limo was a great company to work with! When picking out which party bus we wanted for our wedding, we were able to go to the lot and go on each bus before we made our decision. They were on time at each location we provided picking everyone up for the wedding getting them to the right spots on time! The bus was very clean and was comfortable for 20 people. We didn't have far to go from our ceremony to our reception venue, and our driver was great in driving around a little longer for us to enjoy our time on the party bus! Loved these guys. We used starting around 2pm until 6:45pm. The drive was prompt, helpful, nice. We got the big 30 person party bus and it totally set the party mood for the day with the video screens and bumping bass. It ended up being a warm Chicago spring day and they had the AC running which totally helped this overheated and nervous bride. I am very happy we went with these guys.

I have given a lot of high ratings for our wedding day and Emperor Limo deserves the same! We did not book a limo until 4 weeks before our wedding and they had plenty to choose from. We reserved one of their many party busses for our 16 person wedding party. It arrived clean, fully stocked with drinks, decorated, and a great/professional driver. The driver was great with our flexible picture taking schedule, even with the cold weather. Their price beat all others!

We just wanted to say thank you so much to Emperor Limo for providing us our super fun party bus for our wedding! They were more than accommodating with drinks, decorations and timing. We had the best limo driver ever. I believe his name was Mica. He was just awesome. He took us to Busse Woods, and it was crowded as ever. I felt horrible for not checking to see what was going on that day. He drove all the way into Busse Woods and turned around and parked as close to the location I wanted to take pictures at. And he even took the "Long Way" to the Stonegate as we were running a little early for arriving. It was just brilliant. Thank you Emperor Limo!

All of the positive reviews about Emperor Limousine were right!

We rented a fabulous party bus that was able to accommodate our large bridal party. The bus was on time for its initial pick-up, and the driver did a great job at keeping track of where he needed to be. We were able to play music off of our iPhones, which worked out great. Everyone loved the look of the party bus.

We also booked a party bus to pick us up at the end of the reception. It was scheduled to arrive at 2:30 am. The bus turned up on time, and was even able to accommodate an extra drop off. I was so happy that I had this scheduled because we were able to fit our whole bridal party and families to ensure they got home safely.

Would definitely recommend this company, and we would use them in the future!

The vehicle was the correct vehicle (Escalade) as promised and it was very clean. The staff is very friendly and flexible. Everything was smooth the day of our wedding!

My Matron of Honor also booked this company for my bachelorette party and we couldn't have been happier! Our driver was prompt, kind, and very sweet. It rained on the night of the bachelorette party, so the diver made sure to let my MOH know that it was raining out for our pickup and told her that he would call her when he was closer to the pickup location (this way we were not waiting for him out in the rain)! Lucky for us, we had the the same driver for our wedding day!

We rented a party bus to bring wedding guests from the western suburbs of Chicago into the city for a Friday night wedding. The whole process was very professional from beginning to end. Prior to signing the contract we were able to go to the Emperor facility to walk through the various buses and select the one we liked best. On the day of the wedding the bus was where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be there. The driver was exceptionally courteous and helpful when some of our guests needed assistance boarding the bus. Our friends are still talking about the fun they had on the bus. Only odd thing was when I initially booked them for my wedding I was told I would receive a discount for any referrals...just so happened I had several friends getting married and when one of them booked with Emperor I called to inquire on my discount no one knew what I was talking about. However, I did receive a discount for booking my bachelorette with them. Other than that great service and the price is also pretty fair.

The party bus arrived on early and on time, the driver was kind/friendly/accommodating to our every need. The bus was clean, and ready to party as soon after our champagne toast in front of the bus. Great experience overall-Will definitely keep them in mind for the next big occasion! Thanks again!

My daughters wedding day was perfect. We all know that the transportation is one of the most important part of your day. I just have to say that Emperor want beyond their kindness. Emperor Limousine was a great vendor to work with!! I researched many different transportation options for our wedding and found Emperor to be the best priced option. In addition, the staff was very quick to respond to my questions before booking. I also enjoyed all the extras that are included in the price (e.g., ice, water, soda, 24 pack of beer, and 2 bottles of champagne + gratuity). My husband was able to visit Emperor to pick out our party bus. It was perfect. There was never any stress or worry when working with Emperor. I had to make changes to my pick up location several times and after each conversation I was promptly sent an updated contract. I received an email as soon as my payment check was received. Communication with Emperor was excellent!!! On our wedding day, everything went exactly as planned in our contract and ran very smoothly. We didn't have exact locations in mind for downtown pictures and this was completely fine. The driver took us wherever we wanted to go. He was very courteous and helped all the ladies on and off the bus. The music and music videos that play on the bus were great and we were also able to use Bluetooth to connect an iphone to play our own songs. Only one small issue was that with the humidity we had on our wedding day, one part of the air conditioning unit seemed to be dripping water a little. We mentioned this to our driver and he seemed to have resolved it while we were in church because we didn't notice it afterwards. I would definitely recommend Emperor Limousine to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend them. We had the galaxy party bus and we had it come back at the end of the night. Never was late. Drivers were great.I also have to say the office staff was great with showing and setting everything up. Mark was great and quick with responding to my emails

We used Emperor for transportation to our wedding in September to Arrowhead Golf Club. We purchased the 4-hour package because our ceremony and reception were both at Arrowhead, so no need to leave once we were there! We had Emperor pick up people from our hotel, drop them off and take some other trips for us. The limo was clean, they were actually a half hour early, and at each drop off/pick up location they called to let us know they arrived... pretty much we couldn't have asked for anything better from them. Thanks again!!!

I love Emperior Limo! Our driver was timely and very courteous. The office staff was great to work with and made the planning process very simple. Our limo was way larger than I expected and very nice inside (lights, great sound system). The prices were also very affordable. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things t say about Emperor Limousine.

Right of the bat when I visited their office, everyone was very friendly and helpful. It didn't take long for my husband and I to decide that we were going to be booking Emperor Limousine for our wedding.

Our driver, Pete, was AMAZING! He was so kind and patient with us. I got ill on the bus and he didn't hesitate at our request that we make an unscheduled stop to get me some substanance. He was so friendly and everyone enjoyed the spacious and clean bus that we had chosen. Our wedding party had nothing but nice things to say about the bus and our driver.

Everyone at Emperor Limousine was excellent! I received so many compliments on the overall appearance and cleanliness of the bus. Everyone was very responsive and accommodating each time I called to make a change. The driver Pete was on time, friendly and patient with us and that is no small feat as we can be somewhat of a rowdy crowd. He went along with whatever we wanted and truly made our day flow perfectly. I would book these guys again in a heartbeat and can tell you to look no further. You have found the right company to provide transportation for your special event. My brother also booked Emperor for his wedding last December and had nothing but positive things to say as well. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

The office staff at Emperor was always very prompt to return my call or email and helpful with any questions I had. I had no problem changing reservation details and altering the package we selected. The limo driver was equally as prompt and friendly and we got to all of our destinations safely and on time.

They were on time, which is big for us! He was a careful driver, never driving too fast or taking fast/wide turns. He was attentive in helping all the girls in and out of the limo. He was extremely attentive in helping myself with my dress in and out of the limo as it was a big dress. He took extra care to ensure that my dress didn't get any marks on it from the tires or oil near the limo. They rocked!

We went with Emperor Limousine for our transportation for our wedding this past June. We had a wedding party of 14, so we rented the Escalade Limo, which ended up being very comfortable and spacious for our size party. The driver was punctual, polite, and professional. The value for what we got was excellent, and we would definitely refer this company to anyone looking for an affordable limo company that also has excellent quality.
