The BEST Videographers!

All we can say is WOW. My husband and I are so emotional watching our wedding video and are moved and overwhelmed by Heather and Steve’s artistry and the way they captured our story. We love that they highlighted our quirkiness and the way we always have fun, yet balanced it so beautifully with the intimate moments with our families and speeches. That first look with my dad gets me every time (I had never seen him cry!). Thank you again for the countless hours spent on our story. When we met Heather and Steve we knew they would be the perfect videographers to capture our wedding day. My Fairytale wedding

Just received my video back and couldn't be happier. I literally feel like I am reliving my wedding day all over again. Steve and Heather truly made me a video that will last me a lifetime and I am so happy I decided to do it. I got the package that just includes the ceremony and I love every minute of it. They were able to capture things I didn't even notice or see! This was a destination wedding for me so not only did they film amazing they were so great with communicating and meeting with me when I would make trips in town to Sedona. Amazing work

It was such a pleasure to work with Steve and Heather for our wedding day videography. The entire process was seamless and they made it super simple. They set up an interview via Facetime so that they would be able to get to know us better as a couple and learn what was most important to us for our special day. Having them there on our wedding day was also great, they were very professional and very easy to work with. Communication throughout this process was great. Our highlight video turned out amazing! We were so pleased with it as were our friends and family. We highly recommend Steve and Heather and were so happy with the results.

Wonderful job capturing the day!

Absolutely Incredible!

I can’t not say enough amazing thing about eMotion Cinematography. Steve and Heather went above and beyond our wedding day to make sure they captured every single detail. With running around a wedding making sure to film everything, you’d think that they would be stressed out. Not once did a smile leave their faces the entire time and would repeatedly tell us how happy they were to be there. We couldn’t imagine our special day without them! After we were married, Heather picked out the most PERFECT music to go with the video and returned it back to us in no time. I am certain my husband and I have rewatched our wedding video 100 times because it is absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend eMotion Cinematography! I am blown away, not only by how easy they are to work with but also with their incredible work! This day will go down in the books as one of the best days in our family's life. eMotion Cinematography somehow managed to create a film that brings me to tears even after I have watched it a hundred times! The love story of our kids is unique and the love they share is full of light and at the same time, very deep and grounded. The film really encapsulated not only the events of the day, but even more importantly, the FEELING of their love. I will never be able to thank them enough for the memories they preserved for us!

What a blessing eMotion Cinematography produced my daughter’s wedding video! As the mother of the Bride, I didn’t realize how busy I would be with the wedding details and socializing. The day goes way too fast! Seeing the video was extra special for me because I was seeing the planning come to fruition and it felt like I was experiencing the love, happiness and fun radiating from the Bride, Groom, Wedding Party and Guests all over again!

Beau and Karen created a documentary Ceremony Only video for my wedding in Scottsdale. At first we weren't sure if a cinematographer was a necessary cost for our smaller sized budget, but we decided that after so much planning we would like to be able to see what everyone else saw too and to have some memories of what we were told would be the fastest part of the day.

IT WAS THE BEST MONEY WE SPENT.

While we loved our photographers I was heartbroken over a few shots of our ceremony that were skipped entirely due to unforeseen timing and placement issues. I was so grateful when our video cam in to have those moments back that would have otherwise been lost.

Our video quality is crisp and clear and rendered some still shots of the previously missed photos. The color quality and angles that they chose to shoot from are excellent.

Karen and Beau were professional, timely and very knowledgeable about what they would need with and from our venue to get everything running with sound smoothly.

If I could do anything differently the only thing I would change is ow much coverage we paid for. Seeing what was created I wish I would have had them cover the entire day to create the shorter clips video and have more coverage of that night because it flew by so quickly. I would highly and have highly recommended them already.

If you are looking for a videographer you have found the right couple! They are amazingly talented and were so much fun to work with. Having a wedding video was one of the best decisions we could have made. Being able to see the raw emotion from the video brought back all of the memories from the wedding. Karen and Beau are so sweet and have such passion for their work. We are beyond happy with our video as they captured every part of the day and made is so special. We cannot stress this enough - STOP SEARCHING AND BOOK WITH BEAU AND KAREN ALREADY!! They are beyond incredible, and you will NOT regret making them a part of your wedding day. This was by far the best money we spent on our wedding - sincerely it is; above photography, dress, food, venue, flowers, etc. They are OUR BEST PURCHASE.

They are also such an amazing couple, and it shows through their work! These are not two random people with expensive cameras who just decided one day to do wedding cinematography. They are a real, joy-filled, loving couple with profoundly keen cinematic eyes, who demonstrate an unparalleled passion and warmth through the memories they capture and create.

So like I said, stop searching and book with Beau and Karen already. And if you still don't believe me, do me a favor - watch this and try not to get teary-eyed....! :)

I would whole heartedly recommend Beau and Karen! I had to give them 5 stars for everything because they truly deserve them. The video they did for our Son's wedding was amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations. They really care about their clients and it shows in the quality of their videos, capturing the important moments along with the smiles. OK! Where do I start???? 5.0 stars was the higest rating and thats far too little for Beau and Karen. I planned my whole Sedona AZ wedding from NJ. Without meeting Beau and Karen personally (thanks to technology we used facetime) I had this great feeling they would be the best choice for us. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. My wedding video was so amazing i do not have the right words to describe it. It gives me goosebumps everytime i watch it (I've lost count after 20). we explained to them that we were having A smaller turnout of friends and family in Sedona, but we're coming home to a almost 200 person party in which we were playing our video. they captured every important, emotional, fun, and scenic moment, which made our friends and family at home feel like they were there with us. I can't tell you how many people came up to us and told us it was the best video they had ever seen. (well because it was!!) If your planning on a cinematographer BOOK THEM NOW!!!!

This company is a married couple that does cinematography. They are extremely nice and make you feel really comfortable for having a camera on you. :) They are very accommodating and professional. They were so easy to work with. Before the wedding they contacted us to ask us detailed questions to make sure we were on the same page and they had everything correct. If you're debating between getting a videographer or not...just DO IT!!!! I must admit that my husband and I weren't sold on the idea at first either. We were thinking that we would just have a family member or friend do it. But then we realized that these are our guests, they aren't professionals and they want to enjoy the day too without any responsibilities. Beau and Karen were great to work with, and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They were not in your personal space so you don't feel overwhelmed or like you can't enjoy being yourself. They worked great with our photographer staying out of any shots and were very respectful of our guests too. We absolutely love our Highlight Film. It's a 5 minute film that pretty much captures the whole wedding. It's great to show people that were not able to make it to the wedding because of the the details and special moments they capture make you feel like you were part of the big day. We have gotten countless amounts of complements on the video and everyone says how beautiful of a job they did putting it together. We love to just randomly watch it and relive that day. Getting a videographer was one of the best investments of the wedding and I can't tell you how happy my husband and I are that we went with Emotion Cinematography to capture our special day. Have them capture all your precious moments to cherish for a lifetime, you will not regret it!!

I cannot say enough great things about Beau and Karen! From beginning to end they were incredibly easy to work with, and to top it all off they know what they are doing and they do it with smile and great personality! Below I’ve highlighted some factors as to why I would recommend eMotion Cinematography.
- Flexibility - those of us who work probably have a harder time meeting with wedding vendors because so often they want to visit during normal working hours. With Beau and Karen they were completely flexible with our schedule as well as the location we met in. To top it off, their email responses were timely, and had I needed more meetings I know they would have accommodated it.
- Personality & Professionalism – They were a joy to work with throughout the entire process, plus Beau and Karen are the type of people that you just enjoy having at your wedding (granted they definitely hide themselves well so that guests are oblivious to the fact the entire day was recorded). They definitely know what they are doing and make an amazing duo.
- End Product – At the end of the day I ended up with great footage from our wedding day that I could not be more thrilled to have. Beau and Karen captured moments that we couldn’t get from our photographer. I love that I have an amazing end product to relish in a day that brought us so much love, joy, and happiness.

Beau and Karen are AMAZING! We really could not be happier with everything they did for us. Beau and Karen were easy to meet with and they were very flexible with our schedule. We lived out of town from where the wedding was taking place and we still felt so comfortable with everything Beau and Karen planned for us. My husband and I could not be MORE happy to recommend the fabulous services of EMotion Cinematography!! eMotion Cinematography was so great to work with. Beau and Karen are such great people! They are both so friendly and helpful. On our first meeting we just got along with them so well and we knew they would be great to work with! On our wedding day, they captured everything and we didn't even know they were there. They were behind the scenes, but got great footage the first time around. Our wedding DVD's came out great. The highlight film and the wedding video were absolutely amazing! I absolutely loved these two and am actually disappointed they moved out of state , as I feel my husband and I would be friends with them long term! I couldn't have asked for more patient, creative and caring individuals to be there with us on our wedding day! I researched multiple vendors and kept running into CRAZY prices. We settled somewhere in the middle on price but I truly believe we got amazing results...better than the majority of other (more expensive) videos/vendors I came across!

If ever I need another video made to capture another moment in our loves, I will call this couple and beg them to come back to MN to shoot it!

We LOVED having eMotion Cinematography at our wedding. We met with Beau and Karen early on and talked about who we are as individuals, what our relationship was like as a couple, what types of things were important to us, and the feeling we wanted our video to have.
When the wedding day came around everything went so smoothly. It was really important for us to have an authentic feeling without having to "re-do" anything - and that's exactly what happened. Beau and Karen were able to capture SO MANY wonderful moments - many of which you don't even realize are happening because the day just flies by! When the video came out we had so many people say "we didn't even notice anyone was taking a video!" - which was really cool. The video footage encompasses the whole day - start to finish, and every time we watch it we feel so much love for each other all over again.
Also - Beau and Karen are very accommodating and have a "go-with-the-flow" attitude, which makes it super easy when you have multiple things to coordinate (photos, video, speeches, letters, first look).
I would definitely recommend eMotion Cinematography to anyone looking for a videographer for their wedding. They are able to capture the emotion of your day in a way that you'll never forget.

When my husband and I began the wedding planning process we had no intentions of hiring a videographer. We had planned on having a family member tape the ceremony and the speeches-nothing else. However, our parents strongly encouraged that we invest in a professional videographer. When I stumbled upon eMotion cinematography their work stood out- the color and clarity of the videos, the music selections, how theses couples' wedding day was cut and edited to perfection. You will not be disappointed with the work that Beau and Karen create. In fact, it will exceed all of your expectations. We chose to invest in the short and long film. Our longer video blew us away-it was edited to perfection and left us with the most perfect representation of the day. Johnathon in the beginning teased that this would be the most expensive DVD he has ever purchased and that he would only watch it every few years, if that. The two of us have already watched our DVD over 10 times and we have only had it a week! He has said so many times since getting our DVD: "WOW, that was worth it." Would we recommend them? ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, HIRE THEM. Your DVD will be a perfect representation of your wedding day. You will cry, laugh, and relive your wedding through their camera lens, and their brilliant eye for angles, lighting, and editing. At the beginning of the wedding planning, my fiance and I weren't entirely sure if we wanted to go with a cinematographer and I am SO SO SO happy that we did and that we went with eMotion cinematography! We received our DVD the other day and sat down to watch it together that night. It was like reliving the day all over again. We were in tears from both happiness and laughter. I absolutely love our wedding video!! I am so happy we decided to get a videographer - I initially thought it was frivolous and the pictures were all that we needed, but I was so wrong! Our video provides something the pictures cannot and has allowed our wedding to come to life for those who couldn't make it in person for our special day. Beau and Karen are so sweet too - they are non intrusive and I never once felt like they were overbearing in anyway and they let the moments just happen as opposed to setting up situations just for the video. The video was some of our best spent money for the day - absolutely worth it!

As we were planning our wedding, one of the greatest pieces of advice we received as as newly engaged couple was to hire a videographer for our wedding day. Emotion was absolutely AMAZING. The greatest memory we have from our wedding is our video from eMotion!

eMotion Cinematography came highly recommended to us by our wedding photographer, and after seeing their work online and speaking to them over the phone we were totally sold. From the very first phone call all the way to receiving our final product we were truly impressed with the quality of service they provide.
A few weeks before our wedding we met with the videographers, Beau and Karen, and the video editor, Mike, at our church. They wanted a chance to get to know us as a couple, to hear our story, and to find out what type of things we were especially eager to have in our video. They are very friendly and easy to talk to, and they were open to any suggestions about specific 'scenes' or people to be sure to get footage of (grandparents, good friends....).
On the day of our wedding Beau and Karen were with us throughout our morning as we got ready, had our first look, photos, and everything. We never felt they were in our way or like they were intruding on anything. During the early part of your wedding day you will spend a lot of time with photographers and videographers, and this team is a really positive and fun one to have around! But both my husband and I noticed that durning the ceremony and reception the videographers were like ghosts. We don't recall seeing them at all once everything started, but when we watched the video we were amazed at all the great things they were able to capture!
Mike, the editor, was also great to work with, he had awesome ideas for tying our video into our life story (we lived in China for a few years) and we love the way he made it into a real movie of romance and fun just for us. When we got our finished product Beau and Karen met us in person to show us the film. They were so excited for us and watched with just as much adoration as we did...they really made us feel like we were had the most important wedding in the world.

If you are trying to decide if you should get a videographer for your wedding or not......DO IT! It is truly the best way to capture the beauty, the love, and the excitement of your wedding day. A photo captures the smile but a video captures the reason for the smile.
If you are trying to decide if you should use eMotion.... ABSOLUTELY DO IT! They were fabulous to work with and we are so in love with our video. We would use them again in a heartbeat and wouldn't even consider looking for someone else.

We had an excellent experience working with Beau and Karen. They made us feel so comfortable, even to the point where we forgot they were there at times! Their final product was gorgeous and captured the day beautifully. We will always, every single time, for anyone and everyone recommend eMotion! Thank you so much for doing such a great job for us, we will cherish this memory forever.

Beau and Karen are awesome!! I was looking at Videographers for a while before picking Emotion Cinematography. I really wanted something different and more cinematic and Beau and Karen fit the bill! They are an absolute joy to work with and I didn't even notice them on my wedding day! Very sneaky ;) I absolutely love my highlight and feature film!! I definitely cried while watching it for the first time. I was worried they wouldn't get the important, essential parts of our wedding since our culture is so different but they were so accommodating and made the video AMAZING! I've seen a lot of highlight films but mine completely tops anything I've ever seen! (And I'm not being biased, I've heard this from many family members and friends!)

I was really pleased with the edited video from eMotion. Beau was great to work with both the day of our wedding and afterwards. They listened to our desire to not have a camera "in our faces" the whole day, and thus did a really great job of getting great shots without interrupting the moment. They also were flexible in staying a little later than anticipated to film the taco truck that we had hired to show up as a late night snack. The short edited video is just lovely. Really high quality, artistically composed. My husband and I both love it, as do our family and friends. I would highly recommend these guys, especially at their very competitive prices for the Twin Cities area. Really wonderful!

Beau and Karen were a great videographer team. They provide a terrific quality product for good value. I personally loved that they captured artistic shots to use as transitions throughout, which really helped give the video a lot of texture. Like most wedding videos, we had to wait 3 months for our final video, but I hear that is fairly standard. Beau and Karen worked very well with my photographer too- collaborating on a common goal -to capture our big day. They are very easy to work with and stay focused and positive throughout a very long day. I highly recommend Emotion for wedding videography.
