  Best wedding cake and experience you'll find!

  My wife and I got married in Ithaca in July 2022, and Emoticakes came recommend to us by our wedding venue. We don’t live locally, and when we were passing through we reached out to her on very short notice to see if we could meet with her to talk about her wedding cake services. She was extremely quick to respond, and welcomed us to her home, AND baked us a cake all within 24 hours. It was delicious, and we were so lucky that she agreed to bake not just our wedding cake, but also assorted cupcakes and cookies to serve at our wedding. She was able to go the extra mile and make vegan cupcakes for several of our guests, and was incredible thoughtful and easy to work with. Again, the cakes were amazing, the best we’ve ever had, and so many of our guests kept asking where we got them from. We are so grateful that Amy worked with us to help create an amazing wedding day. If you are looking for a cake for a wedding or special event, we can’t recommend Amy enough!

  The most beautiful and delicious cupcakes we've ever had!

  We are so happy that we chose Amy to bake for our wedding! She was so professional and very helpful and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We are not local but ended up taking a last minute trip to Ithaca in the months leading up to our wedding and Amy arranged a tasting for us with only two days' notice which was so helpful for trying the different flavors.
  
  She executed our colorful and quirky vision perfectly with minimal input from us. The cupcakes and cutting cake she created looked absolutely beautiful and made a huge impact at our venue! They ended up being a highlight of our decor and our guests were taking pictures of them all night. Plus, everyone kept raving about how delicious and amazing everything tasted! One of the uncles apparently snuck a bite of our cutting cake, declared that it was the best cake he’d ever had, and promptly put a quarter of it in a box to take home with him. We’ve already been saying that the next time we’re in Ithaca we’ll have to order a new cake from Amy to relive the memories. She also provided us with some boxes to take spare cupcakes home to loved ones who couldn’t attend at the last minute which we really appreciated. Her prices for baking, set up/delivery and stand rental were great and overall we had an awesome experience. We highly recommend Emoticakes!

Amy was incredibly communicative and even helped coordinate a tasting during the peak of the pandemic. She was not only the best priced in the area but oh my goodness, her cakes were DELICIOUS! On the day of the wedding she blew our expectations out of the water - she made an incredible Italian rum cake with cannoli filling and a lemon cream cake that was just spectacular. I'm not much of a cake person but WOW her cakes have made me a believer. We've been eating leftover cake all week and I don't want it to end. Please hire Amy to bake your wedding cake, your guests will be thanking you later!!

  Best cake (and cupcakes) we've ever had!

  We would 100% recommend Amy! She created a beautiful cutting cake for us that accommodated our food allergies, as well as the most delicious cupcakes we've ever had - our guests are still talking about them! Working with Amy, from the first tasting to our wedding day, was so easy and such a pleasure, and her professionalism and skill were clear from day one.

  Beautiful and delicious cake, excellent service

  Amy from Emoticakes was an absolute delight to work with. From the very beginning she was kind, professional, and genuine, and she was very patient with us and flexible as we explored different options for designing our wedding cake. We are so pleased with how everything came together, and so many guests commented on how beautiful and delicious the cake was. Amy certainly hit the perfect combination of the two, and all for very reasonable prices. We also greatly appreciated her willingness to add in some delicious extra treats just a week or so out before the wedding to give some dessert variety for our guests. We would definitely recommend Amy for a fantastic wedding cake experience!!

  Amy helped make our wedding day as special as it could possible be! She designed our wedding cake off of inspiration photos we had sent her and she completely nailed it. On our wedding day, we knew there was not one thing we had to worry about with our cake. The amount of compliments we received on our "real" cake was overwhelming. Our guests (and us) loved the real frosting and delicious, moist vanilla cake. We are so excited to eat it again on our first anniversary. If you are getting married in the Ithaca area, please see what Emoticakes can create for you. We were absolutely blown away by the beauty of our cake and the kindness Amy showed us.

  I absolutely recommend Emoticakes!! From the consultation until the wedding day, Amy was always very sweet and professional. She made us a beautiful and delicious "naked cake" that was exactly what we wanted! And on top of it the price was the best in the area.

We decided to go with three different types of cakes for our wedding, red velvet, vanilla, and chocolate/chocolate. Being a huge chocolate fan, that was my favorite, but everyone was talking at the end of the night how delicious all the different flavors were. I highly recommend working with Amy for your wedding cake. Aside from the tasty cake and great service, the price was super affordable.
