  Look no further !!!

  There’s not enough time in this universe to write a justifiable review for Emily Warrick Weddings and how amazing of a job was done on the most important day of mine and my husband’s life.
  Emily was and will be my #1 recommended vendor from my entire wedding (and I had some pretty amazing vendors to choose from)!
  When looking for a coordinator, Emily was the first person I came in contact with and immediately she was very welcoming and made me feel very important (in just the process for a meet and greet to get to know her! I had not even decided to book her yet!). I could tell right away that this was not just a side hustle for her. This was something she was passionate about and took very seriously for herself and the couples she works with. After talking with Emily for 5 minutes and hearing what she was all about, I knew she was the coordinator for me. I didn’t even talk to any other company.
  After deciding to work with Emily, I chose to purchase the largest and most hands on package that is offered by her because I am a fun gal but I do not know the first thing about planning a party let alone a WEDDING.
  From the second I signed the contract, we were planning. I booked her about 16 months out from my wedding date and not a single day was wasted. She was on top of every single detail. If I didn’t remember a specific detail, she was on top of getting back to me about my questions and more than happy to answer the same question multiple times!
  She is very flexible with her time - there was always a way for us to have meetings because she was always willing to make something work with my crazy schedule.
  There were many times where Emily went above and beyond my expectations with the smallest things that meant so much.
  For example, she went to the linens shop, looked at the examples and picked up the ones we decided on because I just did not have the time. She drove countless miles to my area so we could sit and chat whenever needed, checked in on my mental state (lol so thankful), and gave the sweetest advise/opinions when I needed them most.
  She stayed on top of my countless vendors and when meetings with them were, helped remind me when payments were due and when anything else time essential came up.
  She read over contracts from vendors and made sure that nothing felt off or alarming, which helped in so many situations!
  As far as wedding day goes, I can’t think of a single thing that didn’t go as planned. Most people have horror stories of massive things that went wrong but Emily and her team were on top of everything. No one could stop them from making the day go exactly as planned. On the day of, Emily and her team put in a lot of work that they did not have to. They helped decorate in places they didn’t have to, they help our bar tenders with getting the bars set up, and kept to our time schedule down to the minute! When are weddings EVER on time?!! My guests told me that it was the most put together and fun wedding they had every been too and I owe every ounce of that to Emily. She is hard working and it shows on wedding day. I could NOT have planning such an amazing wedding without Emily Warrick Weddings. Though planning a wedding can be stressful, she made it easy. I even miss the constant communication from her so much that I send her texts every now and then joking about how we could possibly work together again.
  
  All in all, if you take anything from this review, it’s that Emily is well worth her services and she will fearlessly give her all to you and your partner on the most special day. I wish I had more pictures (waiting on the full album to return hehe) to show the day she put together for us but here are a few!!

  Emily is absolutely amazing! Organized, responsive, has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond for any of your needs. My wedding was absolutely perfect all thanks to her! She coordinated with all my vendors & venue so I didn't have to worry about a thing! Truly great at what she does! THANK YOU for everything!!

  Emily Warrick Weddings is the best!

  Emily is the absolute best! She was so professional, responsive, and easy to work with. She handled communication with all of my vendors, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and just made everything day of so easy. It was such a pleasure working with her and her team. I cannot recommend Emily Warrick Weddings + Events enough!

  Best coordinator ever!

  Emily is incredible!! She provides an exceptional coordination/planning service that doesn’t break your bank. She was so friendly, helpful, and on top of everything from start to finish. She and her assistant were amazing the day of our wedding. We cannot imagine working with anyone else and have no regrets booking Emily! We cannot recommend her enough!!

  Best wedding investment ever!

  Emily was incredible to work with! I said over and over throughout our wedding planning that hiring Emily and having a coordinator was the best decisions we made. She was always so positive and helpful, and really helped me to feel at ease throughout the process. It was a huge relief to have someone who was already familiar with our venue and vendors, and who was there to answer any questions I had. We planned most of our wedding overseas and she made sure everything went seamlessly. It was an amazing day. Thank you Emily!

I know that part of the reason I could not have asked for a better day on my wedding day is because I had Emily making sure that everything and everyone was in their place and things were running smoothly. I felt so comfortable and confident with Emily and would highly recommend her to any bride or person looking for help with planning their wedding!

  From day one Emily was a GIFT to work with & made every single moment STRESS FREE & effortless for me. I knew immediately she was the planner for me & I can't say enough how THANKFUL I am to have found her. She helped me through my entire process, understood my vision, and executed it FLAWLESSLY!   Emily was amazing! I had her as my day of coordinator and she started way before my actual date. She checked in and made sure I was on track. She was a huge help the day of my wedding and so glad I had her.

  Emily is the best!

  Where to even begin... my experience working with Emily has been above and beyond. We never anticipated having to postpone our wedding due to Covid, and Emily was there every step of the way (while she was pregnant with TWINS, might I add!). Her monthly check-ins helped me know where to put my focus and pace myself through the craziness that is wedding planning, she managed all our vendors and even handled the rescheduling when we had to postpone, and she brought a warm, positive, and selfless attitude throughout the whole process. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Emily. If you’re planning a wedding, you NEED to hire Emily!

  The day of the wedding Emily was a lifesaver. I had issues with the venue needing to change my layout the morning of, and Emily was able to take a face-time call, and then showed up 2 hours early because of the chaos. When the flowers showed up and were all the wrong colors, she was so reassuring about how it looked and she assisted the florist/venue in correcting any issues that arose. She was able to make the set-up in the dining space and the reception look exactly like I wanted.
  
  I would recommend her for any and all needs. Whether you are more hands on and just need help wedding month/or day, or if you want a planner for all of your needs Emily is the best!
  
  *Even my Dad who thought hiring a coordinator was ridiculous said half way through the wedding, "Hiring a coordinator was worth the money. Emily is doing a great job!"

  Absolutely LOVED my wedding day!

  Emily Warrick's Weddings and Events is AMAZING! Emily and her assistant helped to make my day just magical! From the moment I met Emily I could tell she loved her job as a wedding planner. She was always there to answer any question I had regarding my special day and all the planning involved. My one big request was that my mom did not have to lift a hand the day of the wedding, that she could just sit back and relax as my bridesmaids and I got ready. She did. No stress! When I saw how beautifully and perfect everything was set up and in place, I was so happy!! I am a perfectionist and OCD and had a few details that were a must to get right on my big day: my bathroom baskets full of goodies for my guests, my donut signs and display, and my table numbers with pics of my Chihuahua Lola! All were done beautifully! It the BEST DAY EVER! MAGICAL! And Emily Warrick and her team are fabulous!

  Emily, an invaluable event planner

  From day one Emily was excellent! Our wedding day was flawless (at least to my knowledge) because of Emily and her team. My husband and I were married in Raleigh, NC at St. Mary's Chapel with the reception at the Stockroom. Emily helped with planning and organizing our wedding and rehearsal dinner. She kept very detailed notes on all of my requests and rarely did we have to go over anything twice (unless my Type A self "needed" to); she was perfectly organized. Emily was always available via text/email for any questions or concerns on my end. She was always professional but very personable as well. By the end of planning I felt like I had gain a new friend! Emily truly made our wedding day perfect (and stress free!)!

  Emily was absolutely amazing! I am so glad that I chose her to be my coordinator. She was so responsive and helpful from the moment I reached out to her and stayed that way through the entire process. Emily made the planning process so much less stressful and made sure the day of the wedding was flawless. Multiple family members told me they were so impressed by my coordinator... and a couple of my girlfriends said they wish they had known about Emily when they got marrried because she was so awesome! If you are looking for a coordinator I highly recommend Emily Warrick Weddings + Events!

  Emily is seriously THE BEST!! As a bride who planned her own wedding and was very organized, I didn't think I necessarily needed a day-of-coordinator- but I am SO, SO happy that we choose to get one, and even happier that we went with Emily! We Skyped with her once to "meet" her, and after that I knew she was the perfect choice. She always responded quickly to e-mails, was professional, and checked in with me monthly to make sure planning was on track. On the day of the wedding, it was awesome to have her there to deal with vendors, schedule changes, random requests from family, and pretty much anything else. Because we chose Emily, I got to actually ENJOY my wedding day and not worry about what could go wrong. The peace of mind she brought to the whole situation was worth triple the cost. From completely orchestrating our rehearsal, to checking in on me the morning of the wedding, to helping decorate our rehearsal space, to picking up catered lunch for the bridesmaids, to giving last minute song requests to the band, we are so happy we chose to have her there, and if given another chance would absolutely choose her again!

  Emily is just wonderful and we were so lucky to have her on our side for a very complicated wedding. She rolled with all our non traditional ideas and was very supportive of all decisions made. She also gave us advice which was very valuable. the day of the event was flawless. We didn't worry about a thing and just showed up and enjoyed ourselves at our daughter's wedding. I would recommend Emily to any bride who is planning a wedding.. you will not be disappointed.

  Emily was AMAZING! I didn't hire her until two months before the wedding and I'm so happy I did. I could really enjoy the day knowing that she had everything covered and would make sure everything turned out perfect. She was so comforting and organized and a joy to work with. I felt everything went smoothly with Emily there. I would highly recommend her.

She will go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of to achieve your dream wedding day. My husband and I were so amazed with how smooth and perfectly everything came together. We were able to enjoy ourselves all day and night without having to worry about "whos doing what" or "when do we need to do this". She took care of it all without a blink of an eye!
