  Emily is hands down one of the best photographers in Tennessee. She’s incredibly talented and has an amazing sense of humor that makes for a stress free, fun experience. I highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful photos hire Emily Lester. You won’t regret it!

  Incredible!

  There are not enough words to explain what a joy Emily is to work with and just how awesome her photography skills are. We met her while she was photographing a friends wedding and knew right away she was our “have to have” vendor when we got engaged. When it came to planning, Emily was a rockstar- detail oriented, patient, kind, flexible and responsive. On photo session days, she brought out the best (and smiliest) versions of everyone there. She’s got a knack at helping you channel your inner model and capturing a whole personality in a photo. She’s got lifelong clients in us and we cannot recommend her enough!

  Emily is your girl for all your photo needs!

  Emily is seriously the best!!! If you are looking for someone who will hear you out on your ideas, but who also brings super creative ones to the table herself, she is your girl!!! She took our wedding photos, and I couldn’t be happier with the pictures she captured on our special day! She had them all back to us edited within a week after the wedding. If you like the style of her pictures, then I promise she is worth every dime!! She is Super easy to work with, always makes sure you are comfortable, and just overall a fantastic person!! I can’t imagine anyone else taking our photos that both me and my husband will cherish for a lifetime! Thank you again Emily for all the great pictures! Y’all hit her up for any of your photo needs! You won’t be disappointed!! 10/10 would recommend no questions asked.

  Emily Lester Photography Review

  We could not be any happier with Emily's photography for both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures! We love her style, and she does an awesome job of helping us and our loved ones feel comfortable in front of the camera. Emily got our pictures back to us within a few weeks, already edited and in a virtual album that we were able to share with everyone else. We will definitely be contacting Emily again when it is time for more big life events!

  A dream to work with!

  I felt so comfortable with Emily from the first time we met, and her work is beautiful. I was a COVID bride – and Emily was supportive and collaborative every step of the way (date changes, location changes, people changes). Emily made sure to capture all aspects, and paid special attention to understand what was important to me and my groom. When I set out to pick my vendors originally, a photographer wasn’t on the top of my list. Looking back, I would suggest to any bride that the photographs are one of the most important items to consider (they’re what stay with you afterward)!! I am grateful that I was introduced to Emily, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!

  If there were five stars, I'd give Emily six!! I cannot express how much I recommend booking Emily for your special occasion. She did our engagement pictures and there was no shot shy of PERFECTION. (I am SUPER picky & didn't want to feel self-conscious looking back at pictures of myself from such a special day.) No worries there. She was so accommodating, friendly, and personable. Emily is a blast to work with. She nailed every single shot I dreamed up, and then some! We have so many breathtaking photos to choose from. She really went above and beyond to work with us. We cannot wait for her to shoot our wedding (at the beach) next Nov!! We were blown away by this entire experience. Look no further. You have found your photographer.

  Emily is a delight to work with. She kept us all laughing, and kept me cool and collected on my wedding day. She is very chill, but was able to take care of business, wrangling people and finding shot locales on a tight schedule. Besides that, her photos speak for themselves--elegant, natural, and so spirited and fun. Her prices are a steal, especially in the Nashville market. Book her now!

With her easy and sweet demeanor and amazing eye for quality photos (both candid and posed) she was able to capture countless special moments starting at our church rehearsal and through the entire next day for our wedding ceremony and reception.   Above & Beyond in Every Way

  I cannot say enough good things about Emily and her work! She shot our engagement photos, as well as our wedding day. Even before the engagement photos, she met us at a coffee shop to get to know us as a couple. She was highly communicative, and extremely flexible (both with the engagement photos and on the day of!). She stayed a full hour after the wedding ceremony and reception to take couple photos of my husband and me, making her one of the first to arrive that morning and the last to leave! It’s clear that she loves what she does, and is extremely talented at it.

  Kind, Fun and an Incredible photographer..the WHOLE package!

  Emily was everything we could have ever asked from from a photographer! We initially commissioned her for just our engagement announcement photos which we loved! Then we ask her to shoot our engagements, then we loved her so much we invited her to come to Ireland with us for our wedding! I could not imagine our wedding experience without her and I'm so thankful she captured such beautiful images of our day!

  You will not go wrong with Emily Lester!

  Emily hands down is one of the best photographers in Middle Tennessee. Emily photographed our engagement and wedding pictures. She is so very personable and made the entire process so comfortable. My then fiancé actually enjoyed our engagement pictures because we made fast friends with Emily. Not only is she an awesome person, she’s an incredible photographer. Her pictures are crisp and beautiful and not over edited! She has a true talent capturing so much and so quickly. She was also very prompt with returning our engagement and wedding pictures! Emily is now a friend and a photographer I believe we will use for a lifetime. Hands down would recommend using Emily Lester Photography for any occasion and especially your wedding!

  Emily did our wedding photos and she was incredible. She went above and beyond everything we expected of her. She was prompt, responsive, informative, professional, and we got our photos back quickly. The photos are completely gorgeous. She had so many wonderful ideas for photos and made us so at ease. 12/10 would get married again just so she could be my photographer again.

We will forever appreciate the way she was able to document our engagement and wedding day! Emily is so easy to work with - she brings ideas to the table and is open to yours as well. She is calm, kind, and relaxed but professional and reliable as well. When our wedding didn't go quite as planned (thanks, COVID!), Emily went above and beyond - she stepped into the role of dress buttoner and boutonnière master for the day and helped make our day wonderful. She was so passionate about capturing our most precious moments and she did it with such joy and encouragement!   Our experience with Emily was nothing but positive. I think one of the most important qualities of a photographer is her ability to make those being photographed feel comfortable; it always makes for the best pics. This was definitely one of Emily's greatest strengths during our session. She is also creative, warm, organized, and produces some pretty amazing pictures! So happy we chose Emily for our engagement session pics and we hope to hire her again in the near future!
