Emily has her packages priced according to however elaborate or not elaborate you want to be and works with you to figure out exactly what you need for your big day. We are from a completely different state and put a ton of trust in her to help us capture our wedding day and she not only delivered she exceeded our expectations. While still extremely professional when you meet her and Brandon it's like talking to long lost friends. Her skills are amazing and I love every single photo we have from our wedding day so much! The photos on her page speak for themselves but I can't say enough good things about our experience. Look no further!

These two are certainly professionals, but offer a warm presence to any wedding. Emily helped my mother when she had a dress malfunction and even helped us switch out and replace things in wedding packages. Last but especially not least the photos were absolutely beautiful.

Choosing Emily Ferguson Photography was one of the best decisions we made for planning our wedding! Our engagement photos were amazing! During the time between our engagement and wedding, Emily communicated well with details on what we wanted photography wise on the big day and timeline to make our special day go perfect. Easiest choice when wedding planning!
My husband and I chose Emily Ferguson Photography for our engagement and wedding photos. We both feel that Emily and Brandon captured our personalities, excitement, and love in the best way possible. They were very easy to communicate and work with. They were willing to travel to Marietta, OH for both our engagement photos and our wedding. Even though they are not as familiar with the area, they were still able to find the best spots for photos. They made us feel very comfortable and they knew many different/unique ways to pose you for photos. For the wedding, they had a structured schedule to help keep the day on track, and were easy to adjust when things had to change (sudden burst of rain). I know our wedding party enjoyed working with them and at the end of the night they truly felt like a part of our family. By choosing Emily and Brandon, it's one less stress you have to worry about because their work is top notch!

My family has used Emily and Brandon over the years for weddings, graduations, etc... and we keep coming back for more!! They are amazing. Not only do they do a phenomenal job and are super talented, but they are so much fun to work with too. They make the entire process painless and are extremely flexible. My wife and I decided to use Emily Ferguson Photography for our December wedding, and we were both incredibly pleased with the entire process. From the beginning Emily and Brandon were a pleasure to work with. Their communication was wonderful in the lead-up to our day. A few days beforehand, we met with Emily to get to know each other and go over plans for the day.
The day of the wedding, both Emily and Brandon were great. They somehow managed to be everywhere we needed to be, full of helpful suggestions, and yet also utterly unobtrusive. They were wonderful with the ceremony and our complicated family situations during formals, but they really shone during the reception. They really managed to capture the very essence of us as a couple, our guests, and the venue itself.
When we received the finished works a few weeks later, we were overjoyed. Both Emily and Brandon have a wonderful eye for composition and framing that made each of the pictures stand out. They also added some wonderfully artistic shots we never would’ve imagined. Throughout the whole process, Emily and Brandon have excelled at being professional, polished, and personable, and we whole-heartedly recommend them to anybody considering a photographer.

Amazing West Virginia photographers!
Emily and Brandon are fantastic photographers!! They did both our engagement pictures and our wedding. They are great at making you feel comfortable, even if you've never had professional pictures done, and getting incredible shots. They are professional, prompt, easy to get a hold of, and both very talented photographers. Having the additional perspective with two photographers is absolutely worth it for your wedding! I would recommend Emily and Brandon for any photography needs you have in West Virginia!

Easy going experience led to amazing phtoographs.
When we chose Emily and Brandon to be our wedding photographs, we liked that they knew Adventures on the Gorge and their portfolio was stunning. However, we were both worried about looking too staged in our photos. Emily and Brandon created an easy going environment that helped us create amazing photos. It truly made the entire experience easy and now I can save these moments for years to come.

I've been a big fan of Emily Ferguson Photography since I first discovered them online. I picked my wedding date based on their availability in October 2018. It was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process! We had a blast doing our engagement pics with them in Hocking Hills, Ohio. The pictures are amazing. We just received our wedding photos and we cannot thank you all enough! Emily and Brandon are both very skilled and have a great eye for detail. The best experience I've ever had
If you are considering booking the Fergusons stop your research and book them now! They are friendly and willing to customize your experience. My husband is a very shy man and is against getting his picture taken. Emily and Brandon made his experience comfortable and fun. You can't even tell my husband was nervous giggling the whole time. 😋 they were able to capture all the beautiful candid moments at our wedding, I relive that day each time I flip through the albums. Emily Ferguson Photography is an amazing outfit that is effortless to work with. (They even stepped in to lend a helping hand during the wedding) We will definitely be repeat customers.

Perfect day!
Emily and Brandon are true professionals and a fantastic team! Their love for one another shows through their work. They have an incredible ability to use the landscape of their surroundings and create natural looking photographs. Nothing on our day felt forced or uncomfortable. We had such a good time shooting our photos with these two. They were patient during our family photos too- lots of babies, grandparents, and people who have a hard time listening and following instructions. I highly recommend the Fergusons!!!

I love how they told us what poses to do and how to be positioned. This helped move along the process very well of getting through pictures before and after my wedding. Emily and Brandon are super fun to be around, make you feel super comfortable, and create an awesome atmosphere throughout the whole photography process. I can't say enough good things about Emily and Brandon. They are personable, funny and professional! They helped keep everyone on schedule on our wedding day, which is no easy task. If you want some fun photographers, the Ferguson's are your people! I didn't even meet them until our wedding day (we had a friend do engagement shots), and they were so personable and pretty hilarious. They also know how to bust out the photos so it doesn't eat up a large portion of your day. They were real troopers at my wedding as it was snowing and quite cold- we got beautiful snowy day photos with 100 sneak peek pictures within 5 days <3 Highly recommend! The price I give is reflective of the 6 hour package + 1 extra hour and an off-season discount.

My husband and I never had professional pictures really done until our engagements, and they both knew how to make us so comfortable and relaxed for the pictures. They are super great about schedules, and they are always on time! Even though I was running late for my wedding pictures they were great and about fitting it in and getting as many as we could. Beautiful photos, perfect experience!!!
My husband booked Emily and Brandon for our wedding at Adventures on the Gorge in Fayetteville, WV for the last week of April. Emily made the whole process a breeze--from communications long-distance via email to day-of plans.
Both Emily and Brandon have a unique eye for photography that really shows in the spread of photos from our wedding. Somehow they captured the magical spirit we felt that day and the love felt among friends and family at the ceremony and reception. Our favorite photos are definitely the ones shot outside in the wooded areas near the overlooks of the bridge. Emily and Brandon make an incredible photography team that are easy-going, flexible, and produce the most fabulous photos. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Looking at photographers was an extremely overwhelming process at first. I had emailed several photographers and was waiting for the "right one" to email back. Some didn't email back at all or took close to a week to respond and their answers were very short. The first thing I loved about them is that they are husband and wife and both photograph; I loved the idea of having two photographers with two different perspectives. Emily emailed back within a few hours and answered every question I had in detail. She was the only photographer that we set up an in person meeting with. We met with Emily and Brandon for coffee, and we instantly knew we had our photographers; we even paid the deposit right then! By the end of the first meeting, I felt like we had known Emily and Brandon forever. They are so easy to get along with, yet very professional in what they do. Emily and Brandon have the amazing ability to capture every detail of our wedding, but also blend in and not interrupt anything. In the time before the wedding, Emily made us feel so comfortable and she a lot of fun to have around as my bridesmaids and I were getting ready for the wedding. My husband said the same about Brandon and how he was with the groomsmen. We recently received our pictures and are absolutely IN LOVE! They are absolutely stunning and I and continuing to receive compliments on them. Another major factor that I loved was that they were very flexible. We decided early on that we were not going to do engagement photos, and they substituted them without any question or persuasion. If you need an amazing photographer, you definitely need to consider Emily and Brandon, you will not be disappointed!

When I started looking for a wedding photographer I was a little overwhelmed by the entire process. I had sent a few emails out to prospective vendors, and some had taken as long as a week or more to get back with me. I was reaching the point where I was convinced I wasn't going to find anyone that I could trust on our big day, but then I ran across Emily Ferguson Photography. Emily responded to my email within the hour, and not only was she prompt, but she was easy-going, professional, and willing to answer every question I threw her way. I knew then that I had found our photographer. An added bonus is that Brandon came along to the engagement and wedding sessions, so you get two photographers for the price of one. They make a great team, and they had my Fiancé and I cracking up the entire engagement session. The ease we felt really showed up in our pictures, and if you know us then you know this is a huge accomplishment, cause we're super awkward. (Seriously). And the pictures were AMAZING. The positive response we got back from our friends and family was overwhelming, and I can't imagine anyone else possibly doing a better job. I have and will continue to recommend these two to anyone and everyone who asks. And did I mention that Emily was all over the place AND 8 months pregnant? Ridiculous. If you're looking for someone you can trust on your big day, I would 100% recommend Emily and Brandon. Next time we're in St. Albans we'll have to get lunch. Keep on doing amazing things!

Emily and her husband were amazing! I would recommend her to everyone (I already do). Her prices are very reasonable, she does outstanding work. When taking photos she captures true beauty at it's finest. For our wedding we had photos done after the ceremony with the sun setting, the photos were amazing. Emily and her husband put their heart and soul into their clients and work. I'm glad we had them there for our wedding, Emily kept everyone on a timeline for photos and made sure to capture every moment. Being the bride you are very busy getting ready so you miss out on a lot that's happening with family and friends and she did so great capturing the moments so I can look back on the most memorable day of my life and see it all!! Emily and Brandon are amazing! I had no idea what I was looking for and kind of booked them blindly, but just after the first meeting I knew I had made the right choice! I have been to multiple weddings since mine and I have never seen a photographer so concerned about what you want! She worked around the wedding to get our shots, not making the wedding fit around the shots as most do! She had us in our reception in less than 20 mins after the wedding and it was wonderful! Our guests appreciated it and we loved getting to see our friends and family more! As well as an amazing wedding, we had an amazing engagement session with them! They were so funny, and we were so happy to meet 2 people who honestly love their job and have fun doing it! And of course the pictures were AMAZING! Everyone compliments us on them! I cannot begin to express how easy and fun Emily and Brandon Ferguson made our special day! I have heard many times over that its very hard to remember all that happened on your wedding day so make sure you hire a good photographer! We chose The Ferguson's and after getting our photos (very quickly, I might add) my husband and I couldn't believe all the things they captured so we could remember our special day. I have had so many compliments on my pictures and a lot of people have asked who my photographer was. One person even said, "Those are some of the best wedding pictures I have ever seen!" Emily and Brandon do amazing work! They are fun and easy to work with and made us feel comfortable which made for very authentic and beautiful pictures. I feel they truly captured the feeling of our wedding and gave us exactly the pictures we were wanting. I highly recommend their work!

Emily photographed my engagement pictures and my wedding. She was always on time and she kept things on a schedule that allowed me to be stress free. She was very easy to contact, which made things run so much smoother. She was so friendly and nice, and she really took an interest in getting to know her customers and taking pictures of things that were unique to them.

I had my wedding photos taken by Emily Furguson; we chose her because her work seemed more modern and exciting than your every day photographer. We also had nothing bad to say about her amazing portfolio and boy are we glad we chose her! I've had nothing but amazing comments on our pictures and people saying how beautiful and professional they are. I would recommend anyone and everyone to have their pictures taken by Emily. She captured every moment of the most important day of our lives. We even had one of her amazing photos chosen to be displayed in Time Square for the "Make Love not War" campaign. We're so thankful to have had the chance to meet Emily and her husband, & we'll soon use them again!

My wedding was captured so perfectly. So much attention was given to the little details. Moments were captured that I would have never imagined and will cherish forever. We have photos from the time of getting ready to leaving the church. The time devoted to both the bride and the groom is amazing. There is no better choice.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to have Emily do the photography for us. Emily photographed our engagement and wedding pictures in 2010. We were impressed with the quality, professionalism, and the disc’s that we received. Emily was so easy and fun to work with. She got the job done and we have many great pictures to show for it. We chose to get our images on the disc. It is so nice to have the disc so that we can print out however many pictures we want and which ones we want without having to go back and contact Emily every time we need a little something. She was always available when needed before our big day and went above and beyond what we had expected. Furthermore, our pictures turned out to be of exceptional quality. Because of her work, we have memories that will last a lifetime.
We truly enjoyed working with Emily and hope that you would consider her for any photography need.

Emily is not only a phenomenal photographer, but she is also a wonderful girl to be around! She took my senior pictures, engagement pictures, and my wedding pictures! Not only was I pleased with all of her work, but I have seen consistent improvement with her work throughout the years. She is very creative, and truly has a passion for what she does, which is clearly seen in her photos.
