    My Fiance and I decided to shop together for my engagement ring. There wasn't anything pre-made that was exactly what I wanted. Bob took the time to narrow down my choices and even selected specific stones with the actual manufacturer to create my one of a kind dream ring. We cannot wait for it to get done and returned to us!

    UPDATE! - Ring came in a week or two early and it looks AMAZING! Better than I'd imagined and absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Bob for all your help and customization. We are elated! His ring is from Manly Bands. Photos are By British Touch Photography (Also HIGHLY recommended!)

    Beautiful jewelry

    Saw they sold Verragio rings and that was all I needed to know. My husband took me there to buy my wedding band there 3 days before our wedding. They even cleaned up my Verragio engagement ring so it was just as shiny as my band. They did a great job getting a band to fit with my engagement ring.

    My fiance secretly picked out my engagement ring with the help of Bob and Priscilla at Emerald Lady Jewelry, and it's STUNNING!!!!! It surpassed what I ever could have imagined! One of the first things he told me after proposing to me, was what an incredible experience he had at their store and he couldn't wait to take me in to meet them. They are truly amazing people who really care about and value their customers. Their professionalism and patience makes you feel comfortable as you browse their store and ask questions. I needed my ring resized and obviously didn't want to part with it for 3 weeks, Priscilla made sure it was shipped out that afternoon and reassured me that she would call as soon as she had it. A little over a week later, she called to tell me it was ready!!! We can't wait to purchase our wedding bands from them! They've showed us multiple options with multiple price points, never pressuring us to buy on the spot. We highly recommend shopping in their store for anything you might want to sparkle!!!

    Bob and Priscilla at Emerald Lady are the real deal, top notch! I was blown away at how much I learned in one hour speaking with Priscilla. The whole process was very personal and it was clear that they really go above and beyond to provide you with the best experience they can. The 20+ years experience they have is unmatched in the area and it is clearly evident by the extreme attention to detail they have. If you are thinking about buying from anywhere else or online, don't! Priscilla will pick out the most amazing loose diamonds in your price range that will have that wow sparkle forever. Trust them and their lifetime of experience. Working with Priscilla, it was overwhelmingly obvious that she gains great joy from helping couples pick out the best engagement ring possible and will go out of her way to make sure you get exactly what you envisioned. My fiancé's engagement ring could not have turned out more perfect! We are eternally grateful to Bob and Priscilla for all their amazing work.

    My husband bought our rings from Emerald Lady Jewelry. My engagement ring is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! They were so helpful with getting my ring sized and making sure that we were happy with how everything turned out. My husband brought me back after our wedding to meet them. I have never felt more at home with two people that I just met! You guys are AMAZING! We will do all of our business with you guys in the future. I highly recommend Emerald Lady Jewelry!

    Here' what I posted on the sites infected by the monster....

    When I see dozens of good reviews about a business on many different websites, and then come across an extremely negative one, I have to question its legitimacy. Unfortunately, in our world of unregulated Internet reviews, any individual is free to post comments with the sole intent of damaging the reputation of a business and/or harming its future livelihood. Sadly, it doesn't matter if the reviewer's comments are true or false. What a travesty of justice. The business has no recourse to defend itself other than to post a response to what has been posted, whether it contains the truth or outright lies. When that happens, the business is in effect "guilty" until proven innocent. Don't you just love the "information" age?

    I started following Verragio on Facebook several months ago. I was so excited when my boyfriend told me to start looking at engagement ring styles. I saw that the Emerald Lady had Verragio. I called to find out if they had the styles I liked. They had one, but not the other. They actually arranged to have Verragio send the other style for me to look at! My boyfriend and I looked together. They actually told us not to feel pressured because they would not try to sell us a ring that day. That made us both feel so comfortable. Then my boyfriend sneaked back without me and ordered my beautiful ring! Emerald Lady was so helpful through the whole process. My ring is perfect! Thank you Verragio and Emerald Lady!

    Where to start. My engagement ring has been a COMPLETE
    NIGHTMARE from day one. My fiancé ordered the wrong size. So we went back to have them resize it. First off, she used some beat up old ring off of her finger to size me, not the sizing rings. Obviously, I later find out that's a big no no. Gold stretches and dents. What was a 5.5, wasn't anymore. I felt uncomfortable ordering that size after insisting to try a 5.5 on the sizing rings. She basically belittled me and said "all new fiancé's think they know what size they wear but they always order too big". So after her insistence we ordered a 5.5. Had we got the size I really am, a 6, we wouldn't have had to pay $500 to completely recast the ring to the wrong size. Do not go through this business ever. Go to a big city to find a Verragio dealer. I wish my fiance had spent the 10k at a different jeweler who will treat you with respect, not like a child. Oh and their yippy dog running around their store, unprofessional and annoying, not cute in the least bit. We will be going through a different jeweler for our wedding bands as we now have to send my engagement ring back to Verragio for another four weeks for the resize.

    The review by Megan was meant to hurt our business, not provide information. The customer provided us with the wrong size on his INTERNET order, a size 7 1/2. Since we had never met either of them, we could not know if the size was correct. The customer came to our store after receiving her ring that was ordered online to the wrong size and her finger measured a size 5 1/2. They were in our store for a mere 10 minutes. Unfortunately the ring had to be recast to that size because the designer can only size up or down 1 size, but this was not our fault. After Verragio re-made the ring to a size 5 1/2, Megan's fiance wrote this to us in October 2012. "Received the ring; looks and fits great! Thanks! " We heard nothing further until an email was received this week, (6 months later after Zach confirmed that the ring fit great) that the ring is tight on her finger. This customer didn't contact us until now (6 months later) because, in her words on another review site " I was so frustrated, I decided to just deal with it until we ordered wedding bands through someone else because I didn't want her to touch my ring again." But, the email from the customer was seeking reimbursement of the $500 recasting fee because they thought it would have been avoided if the ring was sized to a 6, thereby providing an opportunity to shift responsibility of their unfortuanate sizing error to us and a potential refund of the fee. After bringing the $500 question to the customer's attention, she writes "I have zero intentions on removing my review. My initial experience with you was a nightmare. That is not a lie. I did not have a good experience with your business. I had a gut feeling from the second we left there that this ring was not going to fit right. And it's upsetting that I have to go through this. I did not contact you initially after we got the ring back because quite frankly I did not want you anywhere near my ring again. We gave you a chance to fix the situation, and address the $500 we paid to have it incorrectly sized (I am aware that we would have had to pay it regardless) I would like to feel bad for you, but unfortunately I do not. I've seen worse reviews on Angie's List. I hope you can take a lesson from this."
