    Dream Venue!!

    We wanted our wedding to be at a hotel so the ceremony and reception could all be in one place, and guests could stay without having to drive after the party. This was the perfect venue that crossed everything off our list! Madison was more than helpful throughout the entire planning process and was always available when I had questions! They were super flexible from start to finish. And the food was SO GOOD. We got so many compliments on how perfect this venue was! Highly recommend!!!

    Phenomenal!!!!!!!

    From start to finish, this was the most amazing experience I had all the way around. Our sales manager Katie was absolutely the best. She was very professional and personal at the same time. She exceeded our expectations and certainly hope to work with her again. The entire staff from the banquet manager Willie to the entire wait staff and front desk. It was just a wonderful experience. Thank you for everything.

    An Experience You Will Never Forget!!

    My husband and I got married June 26, 2021. There are not enough words to describe our gratitude as well as our experience with The Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe. Katie Tiegreen was such a delight to work with from beginning to the end. Katie went over and beyond, she was involved with the venue planning, execution and delivery of all services and accommodations their hotel offered. Katie saw us through planning through Covid and even after the mandate was lifted and even followed up with us after our wedding.

    Katie was always 10 steps ahead. We had a plan A, B, and C at times to ensure everyone's sanitation precautions and accommodations were enforced and available.

    Our theme was "Heaven Sent". The hotel was more than fitting for our wedding theme, from the lightening, the color pattern of the floor, to our signature drink. The staff was always nice and accommodating to my husband, myself as well as our guest. The cleanliness of the Hotel was always a plus. The food and presentation was very good. Its really a one stop shop; best deal in town. Everything was perfect!

    We would HIGHLY recommend this venue!

    Great place to host a Wedding.

    I had my wedding at The Embassy Suites in Olathe and Everything was great. Katie was amazing to work with from the beginning to the end. On the day of the event Katie and her team did great job providing great service and amking our day special. Thank so you!
