Sara is great and easy to work with. My family has used this venue for many various events and they are always very accommodating. There is a total of three small ballrooms that can open up into one big ballroom. The big ballroom can comfortably seat 400+ people, and I believe the venue requires at least 300+ people in order to book all three rooms. This venue is perfect for big weddings!

Amanda was awesome. She was so helpful. The night of the event the staff was amazing, they made sure my husband and I were happy and had everything that we needed.

This was a wonderful place to have our wedding reception. The room was beautiful and the food was very good. They provide you with a suite for your wedding night and buffet breakfast the next morning. It is a fantastic deal and we had a wonderful time. Thanks so much!

The event manager we worked with was very nice and helpful! She even helped provide me items I needed for my wedding decorations, totally out of her job description! It was super sweet! She ensured all of my guests who checked into the hotel received their welcome bags were treated well. (I'm sure they treat all of their guests well anyway!)

From day one, their catering manager Allison was very helpful throughout the whole process. Flexible with my date change and accommodating when it came to the food tasting. Their buffet selection was awesome! I had a hard time deciding so I chose three salads, three entrees and three sides.
We're an easy going couple, but our standard for customer service is very high, especially for our wedding. The ease of working with them was great and even though they don’t have too many pictures online of weddings, I had a vision and they helped bring it to life.
Overall we had a great wedding; we received such great feedback on everything, especially the food and the cake (that is huge for any bride). I was impressed by the level of service the day of the wedding (11/13/10). Their staff was so attentive to us; my glass was hardly empty before they offered me more of whatever I was drinking.
If I had to do it all over again, it would be Embassy Suites -South hands down! It's rare to find reasonable prices, quality and great customer service like this. Everyone had such great things to say about the food, it was too much, I don’t believe we finished it all. Plus you get a complimentary suite the night of and just about everything else you would expect is included in their package deal. Worth every penny.

We held our wedding at the Embassy Suites- Anaheim South, and I was very impressed with Sara Keller, the events coordinator. She was very professional, addressed any issues or concerns we had, and provided top notch service. Our ceremony and reception areas were nicely set up and Sara was behind the scenes ensuring that things went smoothly, along with our wedding planners. The only issue I had was that the foyer was too small to accommodate over 400 guests during cocktail hour while one of the three rooms was being flipped from the ceremony to the reception area. Overall, I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites Anaheim South to anyone who wants to have a wedding ceremony and reception held at a hotel. Also, for guests who stay at the hotel, they have a delicious breakfast that includes made to order omelettes!

Sara was a great! She was always prompt in here responses to us and very accomdating to our needs. The only issue we had was that we wanted to have an early check in so that I could get ready before the ceremony however the hotel was all booked due to a cheerleading competition. However Sara allowed me to use another room at the hotel which worked out well for my Bridal Party. Her team was very helpful as well!
