  Great Location, Value, and Professionalism

  We are so glad we booked our wedding hotel blocks at the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. They’re pretty much one hotel complex, but it was perfect for our large out-of-town families to have the option to stay at either the HGI (which a lot of younger couples did) or the Embassy Suites (which a lot of families and older relatives did). The central location in Boulder worked out great for our guests; they were a short Lyft ride to Pearl St. and many enjoyed the shopping and food at the 29th St. Mall too.   We are so glad we booked our wedding hotel blocks at the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. They’re pretty much one hotel complex, but it was perfect for our large out-of-town families to have the option to stay at either the HGI (which a lot of younger couples did) or the Embassy Suites (which a lot of families and older relatives did). The central location in Boulder worked out great for our guests; they were a short Lyft ride to Pearl St. and many enjoyed the shopping and food at the 29th St. Mall too. The Embassy Suites pool – which both hotels share – was also a big hit. Because we booked forty rooms, we were even able to stay in the HGI’s Jr. Bridal Suite for free on our wedding night – it was spacious and really cute!
  
  For us, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive or helpful. The group sales manager, Meagan, was quick with her responses and always kept us in the loop on things big and small. She was really helpful in her advice on block numbers, very reasonable with the block pricing (no small feat for Boulder proper…the HGI rate was a little lower than the ES one), and accommodated special requests. She ensured our treat bags reached our guests and even made sure the HGI bar stayed open late…which made for a wonderful after-party!
  
  In short, we think the hotels offered a great value, especially for all they provided and for the excellent service.

  Another showstopper of The Embassy Suites is the impeccable food and culinary experience. After hosting the first wedding at the hotel, I was sincerely impressed by the quality of food, portion size and variety. The market vegetable and charcuterie displays are among the best I’ve seen - endless options for guests to nosh on and not to mention, an artful and beautiful addition to your event!
  
  Whether you’re welcoming out of town guests or locals, The Embassy Suites also solves your accommodation needs with modern rooms that include a fun perk - made-to-order breakfast! The entire combination offers a truly special location to celebrate - one that is sue to wow your guests. Speaking from experience, I recently hosted my husband’s MBA graduation party in the bar area and guests are still raving about their experience - it far exceeded our expectations and now, I’m looking for another excuse to throw and event here.

  Absolutely Beautiful Modern and Elegant Venue!

  Having our wedding at Embassy Suites in Boulder was the best decision we made. Brittany and her whole staff were by my side from day 1. The venue is not only beautiful, elegant, and modern, but it is decorated with a Boulder charm that highlights many of the things we all love about Colorado. Every step of the way, the staff was with me making sure every single detail was planned out exactly the way I wanted it. They even made sure the hotel was decorated for the holidays in time for my wedding so my guests would see the hotel at its best.

  Having our wedding at Embassy Suites in Boulder was the best decision we made. Brittany and her whole staff were by my side from day 1. They even made sure the hotel was decorated for the holidays in time for my wedding so my guests would see the hotel at its best.
  
  The food. WOW. The presentation of the food. WOW. I couldn't believe the quality of the food. At our tasting, the chef prepared an amazing spread of food for us to try and it blew our socks off. We decided to do stations and not only were they flexible on making changes to the selections to make it exactly what we wanted, but the presentation swere incredibly beautiful.
  
  The ceremony was done in the courtyard and it was transformed with the help of the Audio Visual creativity of Tony who works for the hotel. He captured my vision of winter elegance beautifully and made sure the whole evening went as planned changing the lighting to match the events taking place.
  
  The wait staff, bar tenders, check in staff were all incredible throughout the weekend. Brittany and her team really allowed me to enjoy the wedding planning process and I wouldn't have changed anything about it. My greatest thanks to the team for making our wedding day truly unforgetable!

  Embassy Suites Boulder was my preferred hotel for guests traveling in for my wedding weekend. Friends and family commented that they had a wonderful stay- staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was ideal and the hotel is very nice and new! I also heard over and over again how great the food is at the hotel.
  Meagan was my point of contact for organizing everything for the wedding and she couldn't have been nicer! She was such a pleasure to work with and was so quick to take care of my requests.

  Foothills Reception

  We held a small reception at Embassy Suites in the Foothills Room for a group of 14. Brittany was incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible with our plans and helped us to create the luncheon we envisioned. We had the taco truck buffet and the food was magnificent and plentiful. All of the staff we encountered were polite, efficient, and made the day run very smoothy. The room was beautiful and just large enough to accommodate our group size and allow for dancing. Highly recommend this venue to anyone hosting an event!
