Hiring Em Eliz Events to be our wedding day-of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning! We got to work with Mackenzie starting several months before the big day, and she connected with our vendors and created the timeline and the floor plan. She knew exactly what we needed, and our day could not have been more perfect. So many of our guests commented on how amazing she was, running the show on the down low, and making sure everything was taken care of, so my husband and I could enjoy our day. We are on cloud nine, and I am eternally grateful to Mackenzie and the team at Em Eliz Events! You guys are so good at what you do! -

Emily did an excellent job coordinating the wedding, both getting all the details set for the day AND on the day of. We had the perfect day because of Emily and Julia! Every detail was taken care of effortlessly, and the timeline was realistic and easy to follow. Emily was quick to respond to questions during the planning process, kept great communication with vendors, and overall took care of me during the process. I highly recommend Em Elize Events! -

Our experience with Em Eliz Events was what dreams are made of. I mean that so sincerely. Everything was FLAWLESS leading up to the wedding and on the day of. I was expecting at least something small to go not according to plan, as is typical of any event, but nothing did. I had the most relaxed wedding day and was able to truly soak everything in. I fully attribute this to the amazing team at Em Eliz Events. I can't recommend them more and will sing their praises to everyone I come across who is looking for a wedding planner! -

Stop looking now - Hire Em Eliz Events! I wish I would have hired Emily sooner during our wedding planning process! She coordinated and planned our wedding at The Farmhouse at Veritas Vineyard. Our wedding was small ~40 people and planning is really not one of my strengths. I was feeling overwhelmed about little details and communicating with vendors and all of that disappeared instantly when we hired Emily. She took care of all of the little details and I could just relax and enjoy. She is kind, communicative, and professional. On the actual wedding day things went so smoothly with Emily and her team. I truly didn’t worry or check on pretty much anything because around every turn Emily had it taken care of. One other funny anecdote I wanted to add, Emily realized immediately that my husband is the better planner and detail person so she directed her communication towards him - I didn’t get her phone number until the wedding day 😂. She really understood us as a couple and did a great job. Thanks so much Em Eliz Events. Your entire team was great and we really appreciated everything. -

Em Eliz Events was our best decision!
The best decision you can possibly make for your wedding is to hire Em Eliz Events! We hired Emily as our day-of-coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was communicative and professional, reaching out to us well in advance of the wedding to contact vendors and help create the timeline. We had our fair share of last minute changes, cancellations, and complete 180's from the venue, but Emily handled it all calmly and professionally. The day of the event, she was a constant, yet unobtrusive presence, getting us all down the aisle on time and ready with the bandaids and the bustling of the gown. The wedding really was flawless and I give Emily full credit for her exceptional work. -

Emily was so well organized, friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgable. Her attention to details helped us stay on task and take everything into consideration from start to finish. We would have been lost without her. With Emily's help, we were able to get so much more done and she helped us have a nearly perfect wedding day. Her resourcefulness and industry contacts, in collaboration with our vision for the wedding aesthetics helped guide us to achieve exactly what we wanted. She was a pleasure to work with her every step of the way! She did so much for us while also planning and executing her own wedding and the rest of her clients. She is a must have coordinator. -

Fabulous Wedding Planner!
Emily from Em Eliz Events was so helpful as we planned a spring wedding. Her experience and expertise helped us stay on course as we procured and organized vendors and venues. Em Liz Events is incredible - easily the best decision my fiancé & I made when booking vendors for our June 2022 wedding. Emily is professional, responsive, organized, patient, calm, and kind. She and her team went above & beyond our expectations to ensure that our wedding day ran smoothly. Emily is a step above the rest when it comes to her wedding coordinating services. She is organized, timely, calm, and radiates positivity. She made our wedding day at mount Ida and all the planning that came before it feel seamless. She is thoughtful and helpful and her ability to seem everywhere at once throughout the wedding night was very impressive. My husband and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her and would absolutely share more about what an excellent coordinator she is to anyone that asks. Not to mention the ADORABLE video clip she created capturing moments of our day. No doubt she is the one that you need to make your wedding planning and wedding day a step above and leaps beyond what you’d hope for :) -

Emily is everything you could need in a wedding planner. She's organized, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and you can feel that she's really happy to be there sharing the wedding day and process with you. She anticipated our needs, handled all the background communication leading up to and on the wedding day, and took such good care of us. Here's a picture of the private cocktail hour she surprised us with after the ceremony, it was so peaceful and a perfect moment to soak up the fact that we just got married. We loved having her be a part of our wedding day, choosing her to be our day-of coordinator (though she went well above and beyond that) was the best choice we made for our wedding!! -

I would highly recommend Em Eliz Events to anyone holding an event! My wedding was coordinated by Emily and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. I had a very specific vision for each detail and I was nervous to trust anyone to carry things out for me, however, Emily put me completely at ease. Prior to the event she made sure to ask me every important question and get the details on every aspect. It made me relax just knowing she had covered everything and knew my vision perfectly. I was able to fully enjoy the morning of my wedding because I trusted she had everything under control. When it came to pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception, and everything in between, things went off without the slightest hitch. I was relaxed and enjoyed being in the moment the entire day thanks to Emily and the job she did!
