Very Special Experience
I can’t say enough good things about Ella Park and my consultant Alex! I will be the first to admit that I was a difficult bride because I knew exactly what I wanted but also had no clue. Alex was so patient with me, listened to me, and really took all of my feedback. She was so respectful of my budget and made me feel very comfortable with ever part of the process. I never felt pressured only supported. After about 6 stores and probably well over 100 dresses, I found the one and am absolutely obsessed. If you want an amazing experience this is the place to go. I also used them to preserve my dress after the wedding and it was so easy! I just walked in with it and filled out the paperwork. It will be shipped back to me in a few weeks! -

Absolutely Amazing Experience
Ella Park Bridal is fantastic. From finding the dress of my dreams to ordering it to getting it altered - my entire experience was amazing. Everyone there very welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. Shout to to Lizzie for making my first appointment such an enjoyable experience and for helping me find the dress of my dreams! I would HIGHLY recommend Ella Park Bridal to anyone in the market for a wedding dress - you won't be disappointed. -

I cannot say enough good things about Ella Park!! We used them for styling our men as well as buying my wedding dress!
Lizzy helped us style our men as well as getting measurements from all of them; they're a handful (because they're men, let's be honest here) and she was fantastic with them all.
Tiffany aided me with my dress. She made the entire process so easy and fun. As someone who has never imagined my wedding dress, I walked in with an open mind. She walked me through several dresses before asking me "Do you trust me?" and bringing me the 10th dress. This dress was THE ONE. It was completely different than what I had described that I had looked at, but it was absolutely the one that was perfect. I can't thank her enough for spending so much time with me and taking a chance with dresses that I might not have picked out myself. -

After some failed attempts I was a little discouraged until my perfect consultant told me she knew just what I wanted. Little did I know she came back with the most beautiful dress! Not only did I find my dream dress, but so did my mother, and all 7 of my bridesmaids! We had such a great experience at Ella Park Bridal and I would highly recommend them to everyone! -

The prices were the cheapest I found for the dresses I was looking for, and you can customize the colors, length, ship time, etc. (as long as the original designer allows this). They gave me free shipping and even included a free gift for each of the girls! The dresses came in earlier than expected and were perfect! Beautiful! The colors and sizes were exactly what I ordered. Now they just have to get them altered a bit and we're all set for my wedding in March! All throughout I never had a problem, the website is super easy to use, and the customer service is good too. I received a confirmation e-mail, a shipment e-mail, and at one point I asked them the expected delivery date again (they provide it on the site) and was answered very promptly. Overall I would definitely recommend! -

User2450850 Sent on 01/28/2016I'm a particularly indecisive person, so choosing a wedding dress was a little bit of a long journey for me. I went to a couple of different shops, but Ella Park gave me what I was looking for. I worked with Melanie, and she was so great. She listened to what I wanted, and pulled things that matched my ideas. I went back 3 times, each time with a totally different picture in my head, and she adapted, no problem. She was great to work with, and ordering was very simple process. I can't wait for the dress to come in! Just one note, if you're looking for a dress on the cheaper side, this probably isn't the best option. I know most of what I tried were in the $1000 range. -

The staff was extremely rude to me and my mom! I cannot believe that this place is in business when they deal with customers with such disrespect. I called them to inquire about my bridesmaid’s dress and their exact words were “we don’t need too many hands in the pot” acting like I shouldn’t call ask about my own purchase? I was told by a fellow bridesmaid that some of the dresses were ruined in transit.. I would that was worthy of a phone call so I decided to check on my dress. Previously, I was told by a worker that all the dresses were made from the exact same dyed fabric so there weren’t any variances. My friends received texts about their dresses being ready so I just called to check on my own. My mom called back after hearing how they treated me and the manager Steve was extremely rude to her. He said “we are all family here so I have nothing to say to you”. He didn’t apologize for how his staff was treating a customer AT ALL. This establishment is an embarrassment to the community and I would advise all future brides and bridesmaids to beware. If I was a bride and was treated like this... I would find a new dress immediately.. no matter the cost. I will never work with this establishment again.
