I live in Arizona and I went to El Paso to look for a wedding gown. Before I found Ella Blu, I went to a different bridal shop & I had a very uncomfortable experience there. Fortunately, Ella Blu saved the day! The place was very nice. The vibe is great & the staff there are SO PROFESSIONAL& ACCOMMODATING! Andrea assisted me during my visit & she's AWESOME!! Not only she helped me find the right dress, but she also made sure that I am comfortable, I am heard (w/my wants), and I am enjoying as I picked the dress for me. I would really recommend this place to those who is looking for a wedding dress in the nearby areas in El Paso ❤️

I loved the dress in which I got married, I’d put it on several times before the wedding. My mom loved it as well and it fit almost perfectly, minor adjustments were necessary. All my guests pointed out how beautiful the dress was.

Aun que llego un poco tarde, el entusiasmo estuvo siempre presente. Me gusto que hablaba español y era muy energetica. Las opciones que me mostro, no me agradaron por lo que creo que no me dio a entender tanto mi vision. El vestido elejido fue uno que escogimos de los que estan en descuento, lo cual me encanto que estuvieran organizados todos en un lugar.
El trato en el cambio de vestido es excelente, con toda la confianza del mundo y tratan de tener una buena relacion con el cliente logrando una conexion. Sin embargo, con cada vestido que probamos parecia que todos los queria vender deciendo que me veia increible con todo y no daba opiniones tan objetivas, lo cual puede confundir un poco si no hay tanta sinceridad. Aun que, siempre hubo confianza y paciencia con todos los vestidos, incluso cuando tuve que ponerme mi vestido 2 veces para que terminara de encantarme. Pudieran mencionar los diseñadores de los vestidos para que la novia se emocione mas, yo busque el mio en instagram despues y me llevo con la sorpresa de que es famosa e incluso a estado en Kleinfield, que es el pinaculo de cualquier tienda de vestidos. Y las bebidas estaban deliciosas.
Hay bastante flexibilidad para el pago del vestido y su entrega fue inmediata al ser un vestido en descuento. Pudieran incluir o hacer promociones para incluir en el precio de vestido como la liga o el velo, es mas atrayente para el cliente. Muchas gracoas por el servicio.

I went to Ella Blu twice looking for my dress, the second time for a trunk show where I ended up finding my dress! Both experiences were amazing and I knew I wanted to get my dress here because I would be in good hands. Pam was my bridal stylist and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable of the inventory and attentive to what I liked and didn't like. They have a great selection with reasonable prices.

I'm from out of town. Thankfully they were able to take me as a walk in. My description was horrible (I want flowy, light material). Megan was actually able to pick out the right dress on the first try. We did try on other dresses, just to make sure it was the right one. She was also able to help me find the perfect belt and veil. My dress is absolutely gorgeous and I feel like a princess. Awesome service and wonderful experience.

Simply wonderful
As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by multiple individuals who were very welcoming. I was seated while I waited for my party to arrive. I was assigned to Romi who was so wonderful! She asked me questions as to what my vision was and right away pulled styles for me to try on. She was very patient, and kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I ended up purchasing my dress that same day!

Most special day shared with wonderful people!
Ella Blu made me feel special during my appointment. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was afraid of feeling overwhelmed but I was in good hands with Marcela! I can be a very indecisive person, so when trying to find the "perfect" dress for the most important day of your life, the experience can very easily become stressful. When I first arrived at Ella Blu, these worries were still weighing down on me but Marcela Martinez took care of that. I found my dress here
I have gone to maybe five different bridal shops before eventually coming here. I came because it was my last option and boy did they have variety and good quality! I was surprised by all the cute dresses and different styles, it seemed so modern and refreshing! I had eyed a dress and when I tried it on I looked so beautiful, the quality of the dress and style fit me perfectly! It’s like it was ment for me! Service was amazing to! I was attended by Romi and she was so nice, she helped me pick different styles, veils, flowers, etc. she really helped me navigate the vision I had and had such a warm and inviting energy to she actually made me feel like trying on the dress and just sending such good vibes.

I had recently put a deposit down at posh bridal. After they closed with no notice, I was left with no dress. I made an appointment with Ella Blue knowing that they were my best choice. I showed up to the appointment trying to have the best attitude possible, despite my past experience. I felt that my experience was just taken away and it couldn’t be better. I was so wrong! Ella Blue was amazing! They were so helpful! Andrea was the one that helped me and she was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her. She made my experience so special! I had not had much luck finding the dresses for my daughter, bridal party or myself in Tucson area where I live. We were in the El Paso area, so we decided to try! Ella Blue did not disappoint!! They were quick to return my call, made an appointment for the same day, and so attentive!
Romni listened to what I was looking for and brought out exactly those choices! Three dresses later, I was standing in The One!!
They had "junior bridesmaids" dresses which was perfect for my 10 yr old daughter. I was exhausted with trying to find something for her that wasn't little girl cute, but not too grown up. They had it all!!
In the end, we walked out with mom's mother of the bride, my daughter's, and my perfect wedding dress! Highly recommend!

The ladies at Ella Blu are amazing!! I scheduled my appointment in advance, which I highly recommend since I had quite a few people joining me from my shopping. Romy what is my stylist. She was amazing! I wasn’t sure what style of dress I wanted and they allowed me to try on several types. My group of ladies enjoyed lemonade champagne while they waited for me to switch out of my dresses. They had a Great selection of dresses and different styles. After several types of dresses I finally found my one! Which I ended up trying on three times, just to make sure. Romy also helped with coordinating which veil I wanted. I did not feel any pressure of choosing a dress. Everything flowed very naturally. I truly appreciate the ladies there and wouldn’t go anywhere else! My price included all the details including the veil. The dress itself was around $2,700.

Absolute great experience! Great experience and professionalism. Good plus size selection. My stylist was Romie and not only was she great, she also made me feel very comfortable. I walked in with a certain style in my mind, but trying them on just did not go with my body type. I went in open minded and also tried on her suggestions. The dress that I was most hesitant in trying on, was the one I absolutely fell in love with and bought. Highly recommend coming here, they know what they’re doing! Pricing was affordable as well.

Great customer service
Firts let me start by saying that Marcela was so professional and listened to what I wanted in a dress. She is very friendly and knows her wedding dresses and what dresses might look good on a person. I would recommend Ella Blu to future bride's aslo would recommend Marcela. Thank you very much Marcela I greatly appreciate you helping me with finding my dress.

Amazing and once in a life time!

Amazing Experience
My experience At Ella BLU was amazing! Felt like a princess. Lindsay was great! Very patient and made me feel so comfortable. She knew what would work for my body type. She was flexible and made time for me 10 minutes before closing and stayed 1 hour after! I would 100 % recommend Ella Blu. I found my dream dress@

Omg. Romie, was so amazing! Very professional and made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. She was very interactive with my family & made me feel so special. She helped me pick my dress. Dream Dress
The experience at Ella Blue was everything a girl could dream of... I had recently came across a Essence of Australia dress online, and I knew that was the one. I called up Ella Blu, and they told me they had the largest selection Essence, and was immedialty scheduled that following weekend! The whole experience from the minute I walked was great myself and my party of two were treated with such amazing hospitality. Not to mention I found my dream dress! The very exact one I had my eyes on, I am forever thankful, and couldn't have imagined a better experience. I cant wait to wear my dress June 18th of this year!!
