  We were so pleased with the quality of work from Elizabeth & Vincent! Our photo's we're stunning and we kept saying how we never even saw Vincent at the reception, just a flash here and there, but he didn't miss a moment! What a wonderful couple to work with! Great people!

  I accidentally found Elizabeth and Vincent through a google search and the moment I saw their portfolio I knew they were it. There was no other option. While I sadly couldn't afford both of them, I wish I could've! Vincent was so professional and so accommodating! I hate posing for pictures and loved the concept of everything happening organically.
  
  He was an absolute photo ninja and was everywhere at once. He got pictures of us and our bridal party, our family and friends, and even made sure to get pictures of the little details (flowers, cake, escort cards, cookie table). Every time I look at the slideshow they sent us, I start crying all over again.
  
  I could not recommend EV Photography more highly. They commit themselves wholeheartedly to their work and it absolutely shows. You will never go wrong in choosing them for such an important day

  Once we found the place to get married, our next priority was the right photographer. Once we saw some previous work from Elizabeth Vincent Photography, we knew they were exactly what we wanted. Neither of us are the kind of people that like to be in front a camera, so the thought of spending half our day posing sounded horrible. We wanted photos which captured the story of our day, and that is just what they did (they snuck in some fantastic portraits too). Our wedding was somewhat ethnic, and they did a fantastic job capturing some of our traditions. They were fun to be around when we were getting ready for the day, and then once the festivities began, they just blended into the crowd and were so unobtrusive. Their pictures were stunning and mean the world to us.

  We serendipitously stumbled upon Elizabeth Vincent’s website about a year before our wedding and immediately knew that we had to have them as our wedding photographers. Their work was exactly what we never knew we wanted!—creative, different, real, natural, and absolutely gorgeous. Their photos really told the story of the couple, and we loved that. On top of that, both Elizabeth and Vincent have a ton of experience as photojournalists for newspapers. From looking at some of their sports-shots, we knew that capturing all of those fleeting wedding moments would be no problem for these two. When we met Elizabeth and Vincent for the first time, there was no question that we wanted both of them with us on the most important day of our lives. They felt immediately like old friends, and we were laughing and talking like we had known each other for years in a matter of a few minutes. I cannot say enough how important that is on your wedding day—to be comfortable and genuinely like your photographers really shows through in the photographs. For us, this became so important. Our wedding day in late April had rain, wind, limited time for photographs inside the church, and a dress snafu. What could have easily become stressful, high-anxiety situations were completely diffused by Elizabeth and Vincent, who were totally zen about everything and expertly managed time and all the little issues. After the wedding, Vincent suggested just my husband and I go to a covered spot for some portraits, which was just what we needed to relax and have a moment alone. Vincent was so good that he had captured everything we could ever hope for in probably 15 minutes or less. To see the photographs he took in that short amount of time, you would have thought we spent hours. We (and our families) were just blown away by the quality. Of course, some of our favorite photos were the ones we didn’t even realize were being taken. They were funny, poignant, creative, and captured who we really are. We were so comfortable with Elizabeth and Vincent, that we didn’t even notice them around most of the time. Vincent also stayed with us until the end of the reception, and let us tell you—he definitely WORKED! He was out on the dance floor taking shots from every angle, up above us taking shots of the whole crowd, and even seemed to manage being in 2 places at once (taking shots of cocktail hour with our guests and with us in a separate room). He also captured the little details we had missed during the wedding (e.g., the room set-up, the centerpieces, the cake, the escort cards, and so much more).
  
  We had a lot of time to search around for photographers, and we probably looked through the portfolios of over 50 photographers in the area; we just couldn’t find exactly what we envisioned (real, natural, and beautiful), until we found Elizabeth Vincent. If you are looking for photographers who can do it all (portraits, the uncut stuff, and weave it all into your wedding “story”), Elizabeth Vincent is your man/woman! They are personable and professional, fun, honest, accountable, and just extremely talented. Having them as our wedding photographers/storytellers was probably one of the best decisions we’ve made, other than the decision to marry each other!

  You will NOT go wrong by hiring them! We LOVE our wedding pictures, and so do our friends and family! My wife and I had to plan our wedding while living in different states. She was stationed in Texas and I was station in Georgia, so personally interviewing photographers was logistically out of the question. So, I just sent email after email to photographers I seemed to like after looking at their websites. Being a military family, my wife and I had a strict photography budget that we needed to adhere to. Unfortunately, everyone who got back to my email requests for information usually started their responses with something the to the tune of, "I don't get out of bed for anything less than $X,XXX!" While I fully understand how difficult a photographer's job is (it's likely their full time job, after all!), the tone of the responses really irked me...until Vincent emailed me.
  
  Vincent was humble, understanding, and incredibly wise! He and Elizabeth worked with our budget perfectly and did a fantastic job with everything. Vincent knows Heinz Chapel like the back of his hand and got some amazingly awesome shots (some in places he technically wasn't supposed to!).
  
  Trust me, folks: if you hire Elizabeth Vincent you won't be getting just another vendor who you end up paying for an impersonal service. They really take pride in what they do and are concerned with what you want. Vincent would periodically show me and my wife some of the pictures he had taken, which I thought was thoughtful and just plain incredible.
  
  Even if you're not in the Pittsburgh area I would definitely consider hiring them because they're that good! We now recommend Elizabeth Vincent Photography to all our friends for just about any occasion!

  I have a disclaimer to make, Vincent is my husband's cousin. That being said, we are one of the luckiest couples ever! As Rob and I started planning the wedding his parents mentioned they had a photographer in the family. I didn't think much of it until I got on Vin and Liz's website and realized they were the real deal! I told Rob to call Vin ASAP before someone else booked them(and good thing we did bc they did have several requests afterwards). Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Vin until the wedding day, but I instantly felt comfortable with him. Rob and I called him the photography Ninja. He was dressed in black and would pop out of no where to snap great action shots and it seemed like he was everywhere! That man has a lot of energy! I'm currently picking out pictures for the wedding album and having a VERY hard time narrowing it down. Before the wedding, people would ask me if I was nervous hiring family to take our pictures, but Vin was so professional through out the entire process that I never had my doubts. Thank you Vin for doing such a wonderful job capturing our special day! P.S. Vin and Liz work fast to get your pictures back to you. Within 3 weeks we had our wedding slide show and wedding gallery posted.

  Elizabeth Vincent Photography was great to work with! Vincent was easy to get in touch with and very flexible in terms of how things went the day of the wedding. He took so many great pictures, and we hardly even noticed he was there! My husband and I were really able to enjoy our wedding, but at the same time know that we were going to have high quality pictures when all was said and done. Our pictures are beautiful! I highly recommend using Elizabeth Vincent Photography for your wedding!

  Our wedding pictures are amazing! My husband and I highly recommend Elizabeth Vincent Photography. We worked with Vincent, and he truly did an incredible job. Family members and friends at our wedding were actually referring to him as the "photo ninja" b/c he was literally everywhere capturing all of the important moments of our day without being intrusive or even noticeable. His background is in journalism, and he did a fantastic job of capturing candid moments of our day without having to ask people to stop and pose for him. If this is something you’re looking for (my husband and I did not want all of our shots to be posed), then I can’t stress enough how great Vincent’s work is. He was also very professional and courteous, and he made time to meet with us before the wedding (as well as being available on email and phone) to make sure he knew what our preferences were. He was also a pro at shooting our portraits after the wedding. He directed family members/friends in and out of shots in a very organized way and with a very kind and pleasant manner while also making sure that things moved along quickly. It was very important to us that our portraits not take a long time to shoot, as we were eager to join our guests after the ceremony. Vincent snapped nearly 100 incredible portraits in about 20 minutes! We really can’t say enough about how wonderful he and his services were. If you do end up going with Elizabeth Vincent Photography, I would highly recommend getting the package that includes a DVD with digital copies of your pictures. We are thrilled with how our pictures turned out, and we’re so happy to have digital copies of them to share with family and friends. Please do yourself a favor and look into Elizabeth Vincent Photography for your special day—we truly can’t say enough good things about their service. Thank you again, Vincent!   I knew when I first met Vinny that the photographs to our wedding would be amazing. This was extremely important to me because planning a wedding while your fiancee is in Afghanistan can be overwhelming. I was comforted by the fact that my husband and I always seemed to be his top priority. On our wedding day Vinny felt like one of the family. Somehow he was everywhere taking pictures for our wedding. I fell in love with the style of ElizabethVincent photography-they really were able to capture the emotion of the day and I believe that was missing with most of the photographers I had researched. I cant tell you how many guests came up to me and my parents to tell us how impressed they were with my photographer. He was able to get a picture of everything and somehow go unnoticed. Everyone continues to be impressed with my engagement and wedding photos, so much that 2 of my cousins and a friend are seeking Vinny to photograph their wedding. My husband and I agree that ElizabethVincent was definitly the best purchase of our wedding and we were sooo incredibly happy with our photos. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, talented, hard-working, creative, and friendly photographer ElizabethVincent will be your most valued purchase of your wedding- I guarentee it!!!

I cant tell you how many guests came up to me and my parents to tell us how impressed they were with my photographer. He was able to get a picture of everything and somehow go unnoticed. Everyone continues to be impressed with my engagement and wedding photos, so much that 2 of my cousins and a friend are seeking Vinny to photograph their wedding. My husband and I agree that ElizabethVincent was definitly the best purchase of our wedding and we were sooo incredibly happy with our photos.   John and I first met Vincent at Barnes and Noble, and I knew almost immediately that I wanted him to be a part of our wedding day. John and I had already discussed photography for our wedding, and decided that we really wanted someone who would be able to capture not just the big event, but those in-between moments that often get overlooked. After searching online and looking at many blogs, we knew that someone with photojournalism experience was the way for us. Vincent has that background, but many other things made choosing him a simple decision. His easygoing yet professional demeanor really put me at ease.   Where are the "10's"?
  
  As a new Mother of the Bride I thought this would be the most important vendor. I was wrong. They became, on the day of the wedding and aside from the bride and groom, the most important member of the family!
  
  We were referred to them from a photographer that was booked. What a blessing from above. Looking at their website we knew we we loved what we saw. After talking to them, we knew we were going to receive THE experience we were dreamed of!
  
  Vincent didn't miss a shot! And trust me when I say he was EVERYWHERE! He was extremely easy to work with, open to all suggestions and photo ideas, and even at one point was found climbing a window ledge to look for another photo opp! He smiled before during and after. Like I said, he became a member of the family as I'm sure many more clients would agree with!
  
  The pictures were posted quickly and the job didn't stop there for them. I don't think the "job" ever stops for them. I met with Vincent recently to talk about the albums I want to order and it was delightful! I not only saw beautiful albums beyond what I had imagined, but I got to feed and put to sleep their amazing and perfect 3 month old son! It doesn't get any better than that!
  
  You won't find a better photographer! And trust me when I say, as far as your wedding photographer goes, you can relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your life!

  I am not sure if I can say enough wonderful things to even convey how amazing Elizabeth Vincent Photography is. Photography for us was our top priority, more important than anything else. We met with Vincent 2 years before our wedding after looking at probably 100s of websites. To me, Elizabeth Vincent stuck out from others because their photographs capture true excitement and emotion… they capture real life. Our first meeting was wonderful- we talked for close to 2 hours, and Vincent showed genuine interest in us and shared in our wedding excitement. We actually booked him before even booking a venue- that is how excited we were about their photographs. Throughout the next 2 years we kept in touch frequently and Vincent would email us friendly emails to check in, to say happy birthday, or just to see how we were doing. We did an engagement shoot at Kennywood park a few months prior to our wedding and it was fabulous- Vincent was very open to all suggestions that we had, we never felt rushed or uncomfortable, and the result was exactly what we had hoped for- fun, colorful, relaxed. By the time our wedding arrived it was more like we were working with a friend or a family member than a ‘vendor’. Vincent met us at the salon that morning and stayed with us until the very end of the reception. Throughout the day he was everywhere but at the same time we didn’t even notice because he was so unobtrusive. Vincent fit in well with our family and wedding party- at no point did he yell out instructions or cause any stress (unlike weddings I had been in previously) he went with the flow and let our day be about us. Everything went smoothly and the end results were truly wonderful. The posed portraits all look fabulous but what makes our wedding photographs so special are the nonposed pictures- the pictures that freeze time and show the true feelings of those moments. I know that any time I look at my pictures be it next week or in 50 years I will immediately be right back at our wedding laughing, dancing, and surrounded by the people that I love. I would highly recommend Elizabeth Vincent Photography, you will not regret it.

Vincent perfectly summarized what I wanted when he said they could tell the story of our wedding. Yes!

  When starting our search for a wedding photographer, my husband and I wanted to make sure we found someone who not only took great pictures, but would be a good match for our personalities. We are awkward when it comes to excess amounts of P.D.A. and did not feel comfortable at the thought of lots of forced posing with multiple sets of eyes on us at once, so were looking for someone who focused more on capturing natural candid shots. In addition, the last thing we wanted was an album full of pictures of us alone—we wanted to make sure we had an abundance of photos of the most important people in our lives as they helped us celebrate our big day! As soon as we looked at Elizabeth & Vincent’s work on their website, it was very obvious these were both areas they specialized in.
  We planned our entire Pittsburgh wedding from Chicago, so not meeting face-to-face prior to the day of the wedding might have been a little unnerving in most circumstances, but Elizabeth and Vincent always provided such excellent service by returning our calls and emails immediately with their feedback and suggestions that we felt completely comfortable before even meeting them in person. Everyone was so anxious to be able to view the wedding shots, and only one week after our wedding, we returned from our honeymoon to find we could already access our online gallery and slideshow! We could not be happier with our photos and have received nothing but positive feedback –everyone was amazed at how they somehow seemed to capture every tiny little moment of the entire day without ever really even making their presence known. In addition to their talent, Elizabeth and Vincent were both such nice and genuine people to work with and you could clearly see the passion they both have for what they do. Our pictures will truly allow us to relive each minute of our wedding for the rest of our lives, and we would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone wanting the same!

  My husband and I booked Elizabeth and Vincent as our photographers for our wedding in 2010. They were amazing! Our wedding pictures are beautiful and still bring tears to my eyes. They captured the day perfectly.
  My husband and I chose to see each other before the ceremony but asked them to capture it all. There were shots of me walking towards my husband and then the expression that they captured of my husband when he turned around and saw me for the first time is priceless. ☺ Before the wedding Vincent took pictures of the groomsmen getting ready, and Elizabeth was with me from the time I got my hair and makeup done through the ceremony. I highly recommend this, it’s really nice to be able to relive the whole day through photos, and that’s exactly what you get with Elizabeth Vincent Photography- a Story is told through their photos; all natural, nothing posed or redone because they missed a shot. They captured everything in the moment.

  We could not have picked better wedding photographers to capture our day. Elizabeth and Vincent were such a joy to work with! From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, quick to reply to any correspondence I sent and helpful in answering all my questions. They are such warm people who took an interest in getting to know us and shooting those special, emotional moments that happened during the day so non-obtrusively. I was impressed in so many ways. Elizabeth came to the salon and Vincent went to Mark's house to catch us getting ready. They caught one of my bridesmaids - the last woman on earth who would be seen crying, particularly in photos - tearing up. Then there's the one where my sister is giving her matron of honor toast and you can see a tear running down her cheek... The emotion in our photos is so palpable, amazing, and beautiful. Then, to top it all off, our pictures were ready for us to view the week we got back from our honeymoon - such a great gift for the bride who is eager to see photos from her big day! I love showing them off!!!   Dear Elizabeth & Vincent,
  
  Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are beyond thrilled with all the incredible photographs from our wedding.
  
  When we got engaged in August of 2008, before we booked the church, before we found the reception site, you were the very first call we made. We knew from the pictures on your website, the style, the emotion captured, the level of professionalism and overall feeling we got from the photos, that we wanted you to be the photographers that would tell our wedding day story. From beginning to end you have been more like friends than vendors. We felt so at ease during our engagement shoot and were so impressed with the shots, it made us all the more excited to have you and Elizabeth with us on our wedding day.
  
  I cannot stress how amazing and beautiful the pictures are. When we watched the slideshow the night we got back from our honeymoon, we both got instantly taken back to the joy and emotion of that day and sat in our living room crying. You guys captured the beauty, happiness and love in a way that we didn't think was possible. We are just amazed at how well the fun and excitement of the day comes across in the photos. You both are so good at your jobs and made us feel so at ease not only on our wedding day but throughout this entire process. It was so nice to know we could count on you to do great work and you still exceeded our expectations. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. We will treasure the memories you captured for the rest of our lives!

They do not control the schedule or action as many photographers do, but simply record every cherished moment as it naturally unfolds. We did not need to gather the wedding party or family members hours in advance for photos, and there was no need for the bride and groom to "spoil the moment" and see one another before the ceremony. Elizabeth & Vincent will take organized family photos upon request and we were very glad to have those done also in a very quick, efficient manner. But their specialty is the candid, photo-journalistic style, which is what everyone has "oohed and ahhed" over. They also created an internet slideshow of select photos set to music, which we could easily post to family and friends.   Elizabeth Vincent Photography will capture every moment of your wedding day, from start to finish, and you'll be able to relive the day forever in your photos. What first struck me about their work was that I could feel the joy of the people in their photographs. I hoped that they would be able to do the same for my wedding ... and they most certainly did. I can't stop looking at my photos because I am mesmerized by the joy and love that I see and feel in them. It is overwhelming. They were simply amazing to have captured it all.

  Two years later, when I became engaged to the "new boyfriend", Daniel, I knew one thing I wanted for my wedding and that was Elizabeth Vincent Photography. I was delighted with Vincent's quick response to my questions and even more delighted that my date was open and they would be photographing my wedding as well. Vincent made everything very smooth. I met with him early on to reintroduce ourselves and talk about what I imagined for my wedding. The meeting was very comfortable and he seemed to know exactly what I wanted. Then over the next few months, Vincent and I emailed back forth, whether it was to answer questions about the day of, go over missed details and sometimes just to check in and see how I was doing!
  On the day of our wedding, Vincent was there waiting for me. He captured every memory possible! Memories that I didn't even know were happening because I was so distracted with getting everything ready. I knew from seeing him at another wedding and from what I caught of him during our wedding, that he was again, EVERYWHERE but still never in the way. It wasn't until I talked to people after our wedding and saw our pictures that Vincent worked his butt off! Our venue had a balcony that over looked the ceremony site and the dance floor. There are several pictures from up close and then from the balcony that could only have been taken moments apart. I heard many comments from my guests about how amazing they, also, thought Vincent was. So much so, that my when my sister became engaged shortly after my wedding, my dad insisted that she book Elizabeth Vincent Photography the moment she booked a date for her wedding.
  Not only were my pictures absolutely amazing, but working with Vincent was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding!
