I am so impressed with the care and finesse Elizabeth puts in her Santa Barbara wedding photography - and the joy she takes in it. She showed impressive initiative to fine-tune our "Whimsical Spring Wedding Showcase," held at Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Congregation, jumping right in to help with the "props" in the Outdoor Sanctuary. Elizabeth made the guests feel at ease as she effortlessly moved captured key moments and angles of the event with attention to detail. Her professionalism and personal warmth spelled success at our wedding showcase. Elizabeth Victoria is delightful as is her photography, and hope to work with her again at weddings at Live Oak's event venue! -

We highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a photographer: you will not be disappointed. We really hit the jackpot when it came to photographers. Elizabeth was just amazing and brilliant behind the camera. Between the engagement and wedding pictures, she captured not just the beauty of the scenery but us as a couple. She responded back to us in a timely manner with all the questions we had for her. Her website was easy to follow and use. She was the easiest and by far best decision we could have made. We were sad when the wedding was over because she became a friend over the 2 years we were planning our wedding. We still have people talking about how gorgeous our pictures turned out.

More than a photographer!
Once we met Elizabeth we cancelled all of our other appointments with other photographers! My husband and I both instantly had a great time at our first meeting, which was exactly how it was on our wedding day too. She was absolutely more than a photographer. Pre wedding communication was easy, wedding day with her was incredibly smooth, and we even had a sneak peak of our photos the night of our wedding.
Pre-Wedding:
Met with got along right away, took the time to show us her work and get to know us both personally, made us our own portal with pre-wedding day questionnaires, quick contact/replies for all questions and even suggested vendors we still needed.
Wedding Day:
I am soooooo thankful I had her- She encouraged me to make a timeline, which we stuck to, which ensured I didn’t feel rushed the morning of. Her personality meshed well with my bridesmaids/family, she had a sense of humor and also was able to lighten the mood when things got tense. Pre-ceremony when I was feeling a little anxious and was alone in the bathroom, she even took it upon herself to talk to me (I didn’t want to talk to anyone else in that moment Lol) and initiated some breathing exercises that we did together. She knew exactly what to say (with years experience in these crisis moments) and handled everything so smooth and professionally the entire time. She even helped bustle my dress after the ceremony and if she hadn’t we would have been behind schedule for entrance. We didn’t have a wedding coordinator so she coordinated with the DJ and between them, everything was exactly as it were on our timeline at the reception.
I also loved that with family portraits she gave the very necessary direction to everyone! Everyone cooperated and listened which is difficult when it is so hectic and hard to get everyone’s attention. She even made time so we could stop by a get a photo with our cat!
In summary again, she was MORE than our wedding photographer! We are both VERY happy to have had her with us on our wedding day, several of my family members also told me how much they liked her personality. I can't imagine having had anyone else :) -

If you are considering booking Elizabeth to photograph your special day, just do it! Her attention to detail is always on point, the pictures she produces are breathtaking, and her amazing personality really makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever. She is able to capture the most perfect moments and made sure that we had fun throughout the entire session. She was especially accommodating to us as we requested to have our dogs in some wedding photos and Elizabeth made sure that even my dogs looked good in the pictures! Everyone that has had the chance to view our photos claim they are the BEST wedding photos they have ever seen! I have family members that are now booking sessions for their future photos as they cannot believe how beautiful her pictures turn out. I cannot imagine a better photographer for a beach wedding. To say the least, Elizabeth is amazing and she will make sure you get the photos you want on your special day. -

I finally have a chance to sit and write you. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for you! 💝 Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to be with my daughters to finish getting them ready and you stepped in! The stories they share of you being there and whipping them into shape is hilarious and such a bonding experience! Your pictures, so far, 🌅 are over and beyond what we could have ever dreamed of! 😍 You made the day run smoothly both physically and emotionally! To sum it up, I wanna be your best friend! 😆

We are so glad we found Elizabeth and choose her to be our wedding photographer. I can't say enough about how professional Elizabeth is and the quality of work she provides. She made us feel at easy from a start and captured some fantastic photographs. She has captured the most special moments of our wedding. How to capture and portray our thoughts on the true talent that is Elizabeth Victoria Photography... Elizabeth and her team were nothing shy of amazing, authentic, and detail driven. Not only did they bring it 10,000%, but they did so in a professional, fun, incredible way. Planning before, and every second during the wedding, Elizabeth and her team listened to what we wanted, provided input and guidance, and gave us exactly what we needed. Weddings aren't cheap, and I promise you one area you do not want to cut corners on are the photographs. Hiring Elizabeth as our photographer was an investment, and one we don't regret. Our families jokingly (but completely seriously) talk about ways of how we can re-hire Elizabeth to take our pictures and come hang out with us again because hanging out with her all day was magical, fun, creative, and PERFECT! Who knew hiring a photographer would be such a life changing thing?! -

Elizabeth takes AMAZING photos! We are so lucky we found her! She is professional, very responsive and definitely knows what she's doing. We hired her for our engagement photos and loved the photos that she took so much that we hired her for our wedding as well! You will not be disappointed if you hire her! Her assistant is really awesome too! Highly recommend if you want amazing wedding photos that make you feel like you should be published in a magazine and that will perfectly capture your special day! -

Guys, Elizabeth and her team nailed it! Stop your photog search and hire her. Photography is not something to skimp on for your wedding. We were thrilled with how our photos turned out and are obsessed with the over 500 photos we got back. She was knowledgeable, professional, helped build our timeline, and was responsive to all our questions. Our aesthetic was the same and thats why I chose her - bright and colorful, and had some of those artsy/romantic shots we were looking for as well. Even the candids were great - she knows how to work in outdoor lighting, and nighttime / artificial lighting. -

As soon as my fiancé and I met with Elizabeth in person we knew she fit with our vibe. She was in constant communication with us so I never felt stressed. When I had to postpone because of Covid she was so accommodating. I picked a date that she and my venue were both available.
She took our engagement photos and we absolutely love them! I couldn’t wait for the day she would photograph our wedding. As the time got closer, she helped me nail down my timeline. She gave me homework (a shot list of family members) which was a little stressful to figure out ahead of time, but on the day of it was a huge timesaver and now I know why she wanted this info ahead of time.
All of my bridesmaids raved about how good she is!
She sent us a few sneak peeks 2 days after our wedding and they look absolutely amazing.
I wish I could do it all over again just so I can have Elizabeth photograph us again :) -

I am in love with EVERY PICTURE from Elizabeth. We chose her for our engagement photos, our micro wedding, and for our future reception! She is a lot of fun to work with and makes you feel comfortable for her camera. She “sees” images and places you in the best spot—creating the most breathtaking shots. Each one is printable!
Elizabeth is also very organized and quick to reply with any questions or comments. I am so thrilled to be working with her again for our future reception. -

We can’t say enough great things about Elizabeth! We got a package that included engagement photos, but since we weren’t in a hurry to take them (we didn’t do save the dates), they didn’t happen until February (and our wedding was in April). Usually you can count on relatively decent weather in Southern California, but for some reason we were having the weirdest, coldest, windiest and wettest weekends! Luckily, all of our schedules allowed for playing it by ear a few times and I think it was the 3rd time we “scheduled” it that it actually worked out. We managed to hit 3 spots in the allotted time: a super pretty park, a ceremony runner-up location overlooking the city and the dog park where we have spent countless hours with our 3 dogs. Bonus: we had our 3 dogs with us for the last one and got some great shots of the five of us. The turnaround was a lot quicker than what we expected and it was quite a surprise to have a sneak peek within 2 days and her engagement blog post a few weeks later (along with all the photos)!
Cut to the wedding:
Elizabeth was super helpful in terms of figuring out a good timeline to get in getting ready photos and a good portion of the reception. We did not do a first look, so yes photos during the cocktail hour were a little rushed, but between her and her 2nd photographer, wer got some great photos and hit pretty much all the ones of family that I wanted. As with our engagement photos, we got a sneak peek of a handful of photos a few days later and the blog post (with more photos!) a couple weeks after our wedding. As a pleasant surprise when we returned from our honeymoon about a month after our wedding, our whole gallery was complete!
I can’t wait to see our wedding album. I’ve gone through the photos so many times on the computer reliving the day and can’t get over how bright and natural all the colors are and how well Elizabeth and Tana worked to get a “complete” day. Elizabeth is great with direction and giving hints to help you laugh and look natural and has kissing tips, too. If you’re looking for someone who knows her craft, is funny and easy-going, but gets things done, definitely give her a shout. If you like sarcasm and witty remarks, she can do supply that, too! -

Amanda Sent on 06/06/2018We originally had planned to have a friend take our wedding photos, mainly to save on cost. Decided to hire elizabeth even though she was a lot more than we were planning on spending but I knew I didn’t want to risk not being happy with our wedding photos. Her package included an engagement session so we got to see how she worked and loved the photos. I got so many compliments on our engagement pictures.
I love that her photos look like real life and not that light airy washed out look you see everywhere! She showed me the photos as we were shooting so I know she doesn’t do a lot of photoshopping, but they still looked amazing. We didn’t feel awkward when we were taking pictures and she helped us to look and feel really natural in front of the camera.
The wedding pictures came out so well they were even published in a few different wedding blogs! She sent us a sneak peek in about a week, then posted a blog with a lot more pictures maybe a week later, and she sent us the entire wedding gallery in only 3 weeks! I’ve had so many friends who don’t get there wedding photos back in several months! It was so nice seeing a couple while we were on our honeymoon, and then getting home and having all of them done!
I’d definitely recommend working with Elizabeth for your wedding. Not only will you get amazing pictures, but you’ll have fun taking them! -

Jason Sent on 06/06/2018Elizabeth was so awesome to take pictures with. My wife chose her based on her natural style of photography but I just really felt comfortable with her. Our engagement photo shoot was on the beach and she taught us how to do a Hollywood kiss and then she was quick with our photos after the ceremony so that we could get to enjoying the cocktail hour with our guests. I totally recommend working with her!

Melanie Sent on 05/29/2018Elizabeth was recommended to me just a month and a half before our wedding. I reached out to her and she responded right away. We first had a conversation over the phone, which i felt broke the ice. I told her about our love story and i feel like it immediately connected us. We then scheduled a meet up ASAP. We got along with her instantly on a personal level. And she showed us her previous work, which we were so impressed and just made our decision a no brainer! We asked her to shoot our engagement photos too! And let me tell you- they turned out beautifully! We expressed to her our vision and how we wanted to photos to look and oh my god did it turn out so dreamy and romantic! Best add on to our wedding photos! Memories we will forever cherish! (cold beach water included! Lol) Now, i can tell you about our wedding photos! We gave her a list of the “must” photos we had to have and those were taken cared of! Group photos and family photo were so beautiful! But the candid photos: photos of me walking down the aisle, crying, laughing, my husband looking at me, my dad crying, us dancing, my husband and his brother goofing around, among others, were just moments we can never re-do, Elizabeth captured every single one of them beautifully- that my family and friends who weren’t able to make it felt the love and emotion of that special day! One of my friends messaged me that she felt my happiness radiate through the photos!
She released some photos along with her blog about our wedding and i thought that was a special touch. And when she sent us, all of our wedding photos, We didn’t know where to begin! We hooked up the laptop to our TV so we can see it on a bigger scale. It was just beautiful! We couldn’t have picked a better photographer! And we knew from the very beginning that if there was anything on our wedding to-do list, the photos was one of our TOP priorities. Elizabeth captured our special day and those moments and memories we can forever cherish! -
