    Love Elizabeth Perry Collections pieces and I have gotten so many compliments. Price point is great, product is stunning and very unique. Quality is excellent.

    I ordered a headpiece for my daughter's wedding on Jan. 17, 2014. On March 3rd, Elizabeth Perry said it was complete and she would ship it that week. After not receiving it in a timely manner, I made numerous attempts to contact her then finally on April 4th, she responded stating "we went on vacation to Florida for a family emergency." She said the piece was ready and I would have it that week. We never received it. On April 9th she again said she had either already shipped it or would in the next 2 days. Then two more weeks went by. When I tried to contact her again, she blocked me. My daughter then contacted her. She said she would get it mailed but that my daughter needed to have her mom quit trying to contact her. I filed a dispute then on April 25th through my credit card company. She then contacted my daughter stating that she wasn't in the business of giving away free merchandise. (I'm not in the habit of paying for something I never get) She finally mailed it on April 29th but wrote the wrong zip code on the package. Much to our surprise it arrived yesterday, May 10th. She tried to blame the post office for the incorrect zip code...it was handwritten by someone in her shop, not the post office. What was supposed to take 4 weeks turned into 16 weeks! My daughter does love the headpiece, but it was NOT worth dealing with Elizabeth Perry. She is lacking integrity, is rude, and is unprofessional. Had she stayed in contact and been polite, I might have given her the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the piece through her website, but if I had seen the reviews on Etsy, I never would have purchased from her. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, this has been the only difficulty we have had.

    Elizabeth Perry is not professional or reliable! I bought hair pins for my wedding in February, I know that the jewelry takes some time to ship so I allowed months in advance. I am still waiting in April to see where my hair pins are, or if they have been shipped. Elizabeth Perry has already charged me without letting me know what is going on. She is terrible at replying as well.

    I bought hair pins from her a little over a year ago. She deleted her Etsy account, or any site that leaves comments; very likely due to all the negative reviews she got. And coming across her items again recently I thought people should be warned since it seems like she's trying to get rid of all of reviews. The product was cheap pins that didn't hold form or stay in my hair and looked very poorly done. You might have more fun buying the pins and trinket yourself for 1/4 the price and have a crafting party with your bridesmaids. Like the other commenters I agree that she lack of integrity and lacks professionalism, but is full of excuse after excuse without any real follow through. She has a pompous attitude that doesn't care about the customer once she has your money. Doesn't know how to run a business. I bought her product off of etsy and honestly the best communication I did have with her was when she was trying to sway me to remove my review on that site. Stay away at all cost.
