Liz -- The Powerhouse Artist with Heart
Of course, if you were to look at her past work, you'd already be hooked -- everything she shot looked so on-pointe and polished!
Her swift responsiveness to our initial inquiry was only rivaled by her sweet demeanor (yes, even in writing, her personality sparkled!).
Of course, we soon became eager to work with her, and as luck would have it, her Calendar was wide open for Our Big Day. The pricing (for photos & a short film) was ideal, and she made the route from contract signing to payment seamless. Everything online was very straightforward, and even when my mother got confused, Liz was a patient angel with her, walking her through every screen-change over the phone.
Soon after, we received a beyond adorable box of assorted goodies (i.e. 'Mr.' & 'Mrs' Wine glasses) that we treasure to this day-- even though we hadn't met her in person yet, her thoughtfulness was tangible & o so heartwarming!
Seeing as the only times we had to chat with her were after we got home from our Day Jobs, she maximized every minute with us via phone & video chat. At the end of every meeting, we always felt like we've accomplished a lot.
While she's diligent with details, her communicative style remains laid-back & flexible--a winning professional combo.
And then, of course, came the Big Day.
From candids that took our breath away, to posed compositions that we can send to Loved Ones, she was on the ball the ENTIRE time.
Working with her and her Assistant was an absolute breeze, and she maintained a graceful composure even when some of my not-so considerate relatives took over shepherding relatives in and out of Family Portraits (Liz, Thank You for Being You!).
She even went as far as spending her own money to make sure my New Husband & I got a little champagne, and at the perfect moment too-- right after the Ceremony, but before the family Portraits started up, lol!
The Bride & Goom Shots (of course) were every bit as creative and romantic as I envisioned; her sweetness brought out so many magical moments in such a short period of time! Eventually, my mother and I had THE HARDEST time picking photos to put on our 'Thank You' cards -- we must have spent 2 hours narrowing Our Faves down because there were SO many beautiful shots!
Please, Oh Please Look No Further than Liz-- the easiest choice for a picture-perfect Wedding. -

I have done three separate shoots with Elizabeth and have been amazed each time with her work! She is truly an artist and sees the beauty in every aspect of photography. The most recent shoot we did was in the comfort of my own home with my family and our newborn baby.
She was so accommodating with the amount of time spent and understanding how life can be very challenging trying to get a 3 year old and a newborn to do what you want them to do. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone in need of some timeless photos to add to your home.

I'm a very laid back (slightly indecisive) person and Liz could tell so she filled in exactly where I needed it throughout the whole process. I would recommend her services to absolutely everyone I know!!

Where to start...
Liz was extremely exciting from the fist Skype call. She was flexible and patient enough to work through some bad wifi connections and talking over each other to get our story and backgrounds understood to personalize our style. She put together a presentation package and drove 2 1/2 hours north to meet us at a Starbucks for a short meeting. After we were all on the same page and the vision was set she was nothing short of energizing! Every text, phone call, and email was responded to quickly with suggestions from her past experience (because we didn't have any), and encouragement of our planning process. The day of was filled with laughs, tears, and lots of moments that I never realized were there until looking back at them captured in time through Liz's photographs. Liz has a special ability to ease the stress of the situation to truly make it the happiest day of your life. After the wedding, we flew to Cancun for our honeymoon and she continued working to surprise us with some of her favorite edited shots from the wedding. All the effort she went to above and beyond what we expected made it that much more special and easy to recommend to others. It is clear that she loves what she does and we enjoyed every minute of our experience with her as our photographer. -

Liz went above and beyond!
She captured our destination wedding just how we envisioned, classy and elegant. Very thorough in advance planning, day-of details and timeline really showed her professionalism. Was truly rewarded with amazing pictures of our special day. -

Hi.. My girlfriend and I scheduled a photoshoot with Elizabeth for January 9 2021 for our anniversary... Unfortunately we had to cancel due to covid-19... Elizabeth charged me $300.00 as a holding fee (Does not include any photos). When I cancelled Oct 1st 2021 3 months in advanced she would not refund me she did not tell me that the $300.00 was not refundable when we spoke on the phone neither did the contract state that.. She changed the contract after I signed it... Very unprofessional.. You could definitely find someone that is as talented or more for less money and who is not trying to just steal money from you!!! I hate to leave this type of review but in her words she told me she would loose money if she refunded me... She cares more about money than actually being there for her clients.Elizabeth Nwansi's reply:

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with our services. I feel awful about your experience and that you feel your "contract was changed", I assure you that was not the case. I am happy to extend a credit for 20% off of a photoshoot in the future.
We do discovery calls with all of our clients prior to booking, to ensure they are aware of the logistics of our process and the amount it is to book. Our retainers are non-refundable as this is a date we reserve only for you, and we do not book any other clients that day.
