I truly cannot recommend Elizabeth Johns and Dina enough — this was the dress shopping experience every bride dreams of. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere was calm, joyful, and incredibly supportive. No stress, no pressure, just good vibes and beautiful white dresses.

Dina was an absolute gem. She truly listened, understood my vision, and completely got what I wanted for my wedding dress. Her knowledge about customizations was so helpful, and she explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and exciting rather than overwhelming. From start to finish, she made me feel confident, heard, and genuinely cared for.
I never once felt rushed or pushed in any direction.

Great experience with Dina at EJ Bridal.

Elizabeth John Bridal exceeded all our expectations. We found dresses for my daughter, her bridesmaids, and the mother of the bride, and every step of the process was seamless. Dina was unbelievable—so professional, classy, and knowledgeable. The selection was fantastic, and the overall experience was a true 10 out of 10. Christine Crushes It!

My family and I worked with Christine at Elizabeth John's and she could not have made my wedding dress journey more special or fantastic. From the get go, she spent as much time as needed to sift through multiple styles, designers, etc. When I finally decided to source a rare Amsale gown that was not in stock at Elizabeth John's, Christine contacted the brand directly and had the trunk show sample shipped in from Louisiana to try on. The dedication and caring nature of Christine and her team is unmatched. I ended up purchasing this Amsale gown! Cannot recommend Elizabeth John's and Christine enough, they are truly THE BEST in the business.

A wonderful experience!

Christine and the entire staff at Elizabeth Johns made my experience of finding a wedding dress so very special. They are warm, friendly, dedicated, and down-to-earth people that take a process that could be viewed as daunting, and make it so easy-going and fun. They truly bent over backwards to ensure I was comfortable with my final decision. They happily scheduled last-minute fittings that i requested right before my wedding to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the final product. We were so happy with our experience that my mom chose to work with them for her mother of the bride dress as well. These ladies are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough to future brides in the area!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!

I cannot put into words how special my time at Elizabeth Johns was. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was magical! The salon is absolutely gorgeous yet not intimidating! My consultant, Marina, was an angel—she listened to everything I wanted and quickly understood my style better than I did. She guided me with so much patience and kindness. The manager, Linda, was equally great. They were not pushy or annoying either - which was awesome! The gown and accessory selection is amazing!! If you’re a bride searching for your dress, this is a MUST shop. Do NOT skip this salon.

Mother of the Groom

I am a mother of the groom; he is my only child. I adore him and his bride, my future daughter in love. I started looking for a dress online, I tried dresses on in department stores and bridal shops, and it was disappointing and frustrating. Then I walked into the magical world of Elizabeth Johns. I was met by smiles and warmth from everyone before I was introduced to my fairy godmother, Christine.
From that moment on the entire experience was enchanting. Christine made me feel like an important part of this wedding and that we would work together to create the perfect look for me. Christine let me try on everything I wanted. She explained why some styles flattered while others just fell flat on me.
Then ‘bipity bopity boop’ I had my Cinderella moment; it was on my bucket list and I didn’t even know it. Once we chose the dress and the material my vision of myself changed. I had never felt so beautiful. My husband had tears in his eyes when I said yes to the dress. I carried around a swatch of material. Looking at it made me smile.
I was on pins and needles waiting to hear when she arrived. Christine helped with suggestions on shoes, jewelry, shapeware and followed up to make sure my dress was on time, the wedding was so soon.
When my dress arrived and I saw her for the first time. She looked so big on the hanger and on me. But Christine had brought in a woman with magic hands and the ability to make your wishes come true, Tatiana, a woman who can spin gold out of straw Tatiana saw my vision, just as Christine had. She started pinning my dress and molding her to fit my body. Tatiana was the finishing touch turning me into the happiest women in the world. She even created a wrap out of the extra material from the hem.
My husband came to the last fitting and had tears in his eyes again when he saw me. I had a smile so big it hurt my face. EVERYONE at the wedding mentioned how beautiful my dress was and how stunning I looked. The groomsmen caught their breath when I joined them for pictures. No one else had a dress like mine. They could not. She is one of a kind, material and dress made just for me.
Whether you are the bride, the mother of the bride or groom, a guest, a debutant, a girl going to prom or just someone who really likes dressing for dinner, you will find the ensemble that shows how beautiful you really are at Elizabeth Johns. Everyone in the store becomes a part of your support system. The women who greet you at the door, stylists and seamstresses, always with a warm welcoming smile on every face made me feel like they were so happy to see me.
And I thank them all for making me feel beautiful and special as mother of the groom.

Superb service and even better gowns!

From start to finish my experience with Elizabeth Johns was out of this world. I ended up in a dress I never expected but honestly could not imagine my life without! They also give you champagne once you find THE dress! Sarah's abilities in alterations were incredible and she was able to add sleeves to it that made me feel so much more comfortable. As a larger bride they helped me find a dress that made me feel comfortable and beautiful at the same time!

Dream Wedding Dress shopping experience!!!

I always used to drive by Elizabeth Johns on my commute home from work and say "One day I am going to by my wedding dress there." Even without having entered the place, the boutique feel and classy vibe it gives off assured me that I would find my dream dress here, and I did !

After doing my due diligence and visiting 3 other stores and trying on over 30 dresses, I left feeling disappointed and with little hope that I would find my dream dress. I purposefully left Elizabeth Johns as my last stop, with the glimpse of hope that I had each day driving by that it was in fact my dress store.
Upon entering for my first appointment, I immediately felt like a princess. With candles burning and the dresses sparkly and organized in the showroom, I smiled knowing this was the right fit for me. Dina and the other consultants greeted me so welcomingly and even complimented me upon entering, making me feel so special and at ease. I had the entire room to myself and my mom and I felt pampered and truly so special with Dina's undivided attention. I in no way felt awkward about sharing my budget because Dina did not bat an eyelash and respectfully only pulled dresses in my price range but still fit in the look I wanted. She also even allowed me to shop the room and pick dresses off of the rack that I wanted to try on! I wanted something unique and fun but still classy and she helped me find exactly a dress that fits that vision of mine.
Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of shopping for my wedding dress and Elizabeth Johns made all of my dreams come true. Little touches like being in the private dressing room with a fancy robe while I got to pick which dress I wanted to try on made that happen.
I was able to stay in each dress for as long as I wanted and felt no pressure whatsoever to buy immediately or rush to try on every dress. Most places didn't allow me to take photographs in each dress but here the pressure was off and I could fully enjoy each moment as a special bride and spend enough time to make a genuine decision.
Not only was the trying on and entire apt so special, but after I decided on my dream dress, we were given chilled champagne to celebrate !! Every second was accounted for and every bride should feel as special as I did.
Aside from the initial apt and decision day, the seamstress was so impeccable, its hard to put to words how grateful I am. She was so delicate with my dress and had so much patience explaining my bustle, etc. She even took the measure of making a heart out of my grandmothers blue fabric I had given her, and so elegantly sewed it in the heart of my dress. The alterations were done so well that the first time I tried it on after altering, it fit like a glove and we had 0 changes to make. It was truly made for me. On pickup day, my dress was so carefully steamed that I didn't need to steam it on my wedding morning.
My dreams were exceeded here and I'll never forget my wedding dress shopping experience ! Words can't express how thankful I am for such a warm and amazing environment in all aspects at Elizabeth Johns.

Dress of my dreams

I feel so lucky that I was able to find my dress at Elizabeth Johns. From my first appointment every consultant was so helpful in understanding my style and pulling great wedding dresses for me. They were supportive and really listened to what I wanted. When I said yes to the most beautiful dress I've ever seen, the EJ staff immediately began helping me add some custom touches so it was completely me and everything I've ever wanted in a wedding dress.
Nicole was so amazing throughout the entire process and always offered advice and made sure I had everything I wanted in my dress. She gave great suggestions that enhanced the dress.
Maribel, the seamstress, worked absolute wonders on my dress. My dress would not have been the same without her. I had a huge ballgown with so many layers and she worked some kind of magic for me to get it hemmed, bustled and add straps. She made me feel so comfortable in it with her alterations. This dress definitely required a lot of work and she graciously met with me on an off day to make sure everything was to absolute perfection. I am so incredibly grateful to her for allowing me to truly feel like a queen.

Made Everything So Easy!

Elizabeth Johns has a beautiful selection of wedding dresses to choose from, and everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful. We had to cancel (twice!) due to COVID and they worked with us to make sure my dress was perfect when the day finally came. Would highly recommend Elizabeth Johns to any bride-to-be!

Destination Wedding in Italy, Sept. 2021

Because I found these vendor reviews to be very helpful in finding and making an appointment with Elizabeth Johns, I wanted to be sure to express my gratitude and recommendation for working with Patti Kettle. I originally said yes to the dress Nov. 2019 and my destination wedding was supposed to be Sept. 2020 before the pandemic. Elizabeth Johns was reliable and communicative, and when I postponed my date to Sept. 2021, Patti and the alterations crew were there to make sure my dress was nothing short of PERFECT. Dina helped me find my dream dress at Elizabeth Johns! She was patient, kind, and encouraged me to try on things outside of what I would normally wear. The little things!

Dina was incredible! I do have to admit that I did not end up buying my dress from here, but I was blown away with how professional and intimate the experience was at EJs. Dina texted me before my appointment to ask me what my vision was which made it SO much easier to send pictures and communicate before my appointment. The store does have a lot BEAUTIFUL choices, but they were out of my price range, unfortunately. I did want to take the time to come here to leave a review though because I feel like it's important to spread the word about how great this store was for any brides out there that do have a higher budget than I do and might not know about this store. Dina even sent a thank you card in the mail for me thanking me for my time and interest in the store even though I didn't get a dress there! So thoughtful.

Easiest part of planning

I found my dress on the second try on. From the second I chose it, the rest was seamless, from veil to fittings. Maria is an incredible seamstress for alterations. We thought I would need 3 appointments but after the first fitting it already fit like a glove and saved me a trip from boston. Amazing.

The ideal Bridal Salon

Finding my wedding dress at Elizabeth Johns was one of the highlights from my entire wedding experience! From the day I found my dress to each alternation and sitting, the entire staff was so lovely and helpful! Our wedding was the other weekend and my dress was absolutely prefect - I couldn't imagine being in any other dress than the Pronovias Runis. Patti was SO lovely to work with at every appointment and Rina did an absolutely amazing job with my alterations. The salon itself is stunning and exactly what I pictured when finding my wedding dress, romantic, classic and chic. My mom even got her mother of the bride dress upstairs in your evening wear department - again a knock out! Now that our wedding is over, it will be sad to not have an excuse to spend time in your lovely store!

Put me at Ease!

I can't even begin to explain how apprehensive I was about shopping for my wedding dress. There is this levity to picking THE dress, that was just very overwhelming for me. However, Patti at Elizabeth Johns completely put me at ease and made me feel celebrated (it was my birthday too). Simply put, she was amazing. Patti eased me into the dress shopping process and in fact picked THE dress! I went in the complete opposite direction that I thought I would and Patti listened every step of the way to what I was liking and what I was not liking. She then pulled the perfect dress. Even still, I was fighting to saying yes, because how can you say yes at the very first place you go shopping?! But I knew it was the one and Patti knew too. She put the veil on me, helped me really envision the dress, and even stayed with me to finalize everything. Overall, it was a great experience and I am looking forward to the rest of the steps in this process!

My day at Elizabeth Johns was truly amazing. As someone who’s both tall and wears a size larger than the typical “sample size”, I was quite nervous going into my appointment. However, Renee immediately made me feel comfortable and assured me that sizing wasn’t an issue. I’m proud to say I had “first day luck” and walked out of Elizabeth Johns with a dress so beautiful, I couldn’t have even dreamed of it before my appointment. I can’t wait to go back and pick out dresses for my bridesmaids!

Comfortable, Professional, Confidence Booster

Just purchased my wedding dress over the weekend and the women at Elizabeth Johns made it so easy and enjoyable!
My consultant, Carmella, was extremely helpful, and worked with the other consultants to research designers and if any alterations could be made to each dress I tried on. After trying on 8 dresses with my mom and sister, I selected one on the spot!
The professionalism at EJ was amazing - they made this decision easy and stress-free, and created a warm environment during my 1.5 hour appointment. Would definitely recommend to any bride!

Found my dress, and love the process!

I just got my dress from Elizabeth Johns and am ecstatic! It is beautiful, and the experience of selecting the dress was completely stress-free. Patty was lovely and figured out my style quickly, and eventually brought me a dress a might not have picked out on my own but knew as soon as I put it on that it was "the one." I've looked at a couple of places and feel that the quality of dresses here was a level above (and competitively priced). Wonderful experience!

Amazing experience!!

As soon as we walked into Elizabeth Johns, I knew that it would be a special experience. We were immediately welcomed, and even noticed that they had personalized a welcome sign with my name next to complimentary treats. Our bridal consultant Dina warmly introduced herself right away, and while she finished her last appointment we were able to browse the entire store to start gathering ideas. Every single dress was more beautiful than the last. Once we sat down, Dina really took the time to get to know me and what my style was. You could tell right away that she was polished and knew exactly what she was doing. She gathered a few gowns to try on, including some that we had selected and others that she thought would be a good fit. After trying on a few, she listened to my feedback and made additional selections to fit my criteria— she was patient, thoughtful and also has a great eye. After narrowing down the selections, I actually found “THE ONE”! I was hoping to get that special excited feeling, but had been feeling discouraged after visiting several other bridal shops. This experience changed everything. After saying “yes to the dress”, Dina brought out celebratory champagne and we toasted the exciting news. I truly felt so special. After finalizing the dress details (I was able to customize as I wanted), Dina also helped me pick out the perfect accessories to finish the look, including custom earrings. As icing on the cake, I mentioned the bridesmaid color and material that I was interested in, and within minutes the bridesmaid specialist Madison had come down with a few samples that matched my description perfectly. We can’t wait to go back for bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. We cannot say enough good things about our overall experience at Elizabeth Johns— it is everything that wedding dress shopping should be: personal, fun, professional, exciting, and more. I am thrilled to be a part of the EJ family!

Dress and Veil Shop

Deborah at EJ was the best stylist I’d worked with. She was patient and kind and worked with me tirelessly to find the dress and veil I wanted. I had a hard time locating what I wanted, but Deborah spent several sessions with me trying on a wide range of dresses and narrowing it down to exactly what I wanted. Best experience!

I had the best bridal experience at Elizabeth Johns. I got my dress, my bridesmaids dresses, my bridal shower outfit, and got my veil dyed here! All of the experiences I had were great! It was the first place I went looking for dresses. Dina was my consultant and she was THE BEST! She had called me ahead of time to ask me questions to get a clear vision of what I wanted. When I arrived, she had already pulled some dresses that she thought I would like. THE dress was one of the dresses she pulled :) They made me feel so special there and I had the best experience. Rina did a great job with alterations and my dress fit perfectly :) Because my experience with my dress was so amazing, I also got my bridesmaids dresses through them. Liz and Tiffany were very patient while I tried to decide what I wanted and went above and beyond while helping my bridesmaids AND helping me with my bridal shower outfit. Isabel did a great job altering my jumpsuit for my bridal shower. I would definitely go here for all of your bridal needs!

I found my beautiful wedding dress at Elizabeth Johns in Morristown. We first went in July and I fell in love with a Liancarlo dress that I could not stop thinking about all summer. We went back in October after going to a few other bridal salons, and we all decided none of the other dresses I had tried could even compare to the Liancarlo. Carmella helped us throughout the process, and she was just the right amount of encouraging without being pushy. She even sent me a handwritten note after our first visit (something I didn't receive from any other stores!) which was such a nice touch. I had the dress altered at EJs in Ardmore and Kathy made it fit to perfection. I highly recommend Elizabeth Johns to any bride looking for the perfect dress!

What an incredible experience! I was having nightmares about not finding the right wedding dress about a month after we got engaged. A few weeks later, our first stop was Elizabeth Johns in Ardmore with my mom and 2 sisters. What a special day! I ended up getting the 5th dress I tried on because it was just so perfect! Linda was amazing every step of the way. She wasn't pushy and didn't force me to try on or buy anything I didn't want to. By the end of our appointment I had found my dress, we were all crying and drinking champagne, and I cancelled all our other appointments scheduled that day. After the dress came in, my alterations were perfect and so easy. The dress was almost perfectly my size to begin with so not much needed to be done. I've had friends with horror stories of consultants insisting they order up so many sizes and their dresses coming in HUGE... no issues with that here. It was fitted perfectly for me when ordered, and needed minimal adjustments. Everything was perfect. My friends and I are still going gaga weeks later over this dress!!

Who needs Kleinfeld's when you have Elizabeth John's??? ... seriously! I went to Kleinfeld's and a few other dress shops for my friends' weddings, and I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience at Elizabeth John's. It truly stood out from every other Bridal Shop I've been to.
First off, the shop is absolutely stunning. The interior is gorgeous and so spacious! We had our own, designated space to try on dresses and were not on top of other brides & families or getting stared at by a ton of people in the shop. Because of this, my experience felt very intimate and special.
We were lucky enough to have Deborah as our Bridal Consultant. Not only did I love Deborah, but my mom, sister, mother-in-law and sister-in-law absolutely adored her as well. I didn't make my final decision until my second visit to Elizabeth John's, and when I told Deborah on my first visit that I wanted some time to think about my decision, she was incredibly understanding, supportive and the OPPOSITE of pushy. I got so much out of my visits - Deborah had me try on so many different styled dresses, that I felt SO confident when I finally said "YES!" Speaking of saying "YES!" to the dress .. Elizabeth John's provides a bottle of champagne for you and your guests to celebrate!! I absolutely fell in love with my dress, and I couldn't have done it without Deborah.
Rina was a life saver and heaven sent! My seamstress injured herself over the summer, so Rina had to take on her workload (on top of her own) - seriously, this woman deserves a nice raise or bonus!! My dress had lace and beading, and Rina did such a flawless job with the difficult alterations. I could not believe how incredible my dress looked on the day of my final fitting, and I am so thankful for Rina.

LOVE this shop!!! I recently was married in August and purchased my dress from here. It's a stunning shop and the staff are super sweet. The selection of dresses are gorgeous and unique. Carmella helped me pick an amazing pronovias dress and felt like a model on my wedding day. She listened to my requests and helped to make the day really enjoyable. Rina was a top notch seamstress, my dress had lots of illusion and lace which needed to be seriously altered. She made the gown fit perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased. Also, its a big bonus that you are able to look at the gowns yourself and pick what you want right off the racks. Thank you Elizabeth Johns!

Elizabeth Johns is a GORGEOUS sprawling salon with tons of natural light and large fitting rooms. It feels like home the moment you walk in! The staff greets you at the front and offers you water right off the bat. Jenna was my consultant and she really knows her stuff. She helped me get out of my comfort zone and found the one! The manager Kiera was always popping in to check on my entourage and make sure everyone was comfortable and she even popped a bottle of champagne when I said yes to the dress! The entire team was super friendly and genuine and I cant wait for my dress to arrive!!!

I went to EJ's on one of my first gown-shopping trips with my mom. I was lucky enough to work with Deborah, whom you should request upon making your appointment! She was absolutely fabulous & very patient with me. I did not find my gown at EJ's. I found "the one" elsewhere. However, I loved my experience at EJ's so much, that I called Deborah and asked if she could order this particular gown for me. She made me an appointment to be measured, and promptly ordered my gown. Deborah was with me every step of the way, and made sure to peek in on my fittings with Rina. Rina did an excellent job fitting my gown to me, adding my belt, my customized patch, and making sure it was perfect. Margareta custom-made my veil by hand, and every crystal sparkled beautifully on my wedding day! It should be noted that my wedding gown was quite gigantic, and did not fit in the "XL" garment bag. The girls at EJ's made sure that it was pressed, had it's own room to hang in, was covered in plastic, and rolled it on a cart to the car, making sure it wouldn't wrinkle. They truly went above and beyond in their customer service! Make sure to request Deborah and Rina!!

If you want a wonderful experience shopping for that perfect wedding gown, you need to come here and see Alex. . She is so lovely, detail oriented and professional and makes the entire experience a sheer pleasure! My daughter radiated happiness in her Mira Zwillinger dress which fit her perfectly (exceptionally adjusted by Kathy, a seamstress of perfection). Alex saw to all of the details and made the wedding day extra special by dressing and bustling Sarah at the Logan and even helping me into my gown. Superlatives all around!!

Elizabeth Johns is a beautiful salon, so right when you walk through the door it feels special to be there. My consultant was Erika. She helped me find dresses and when I wasn't 100% about any of them, she chose one more for me to try. It was the one! Erika is so great to work with and very knowledgeable. I also had my two dress fittings with Kathy and she is just as great! She took the dress in beautifully and is so kind. I highly recommend this store and even more so recommend Erika and Kathy! Interestingly enough, Kathy has been there for a while, and she was the alteration consultant for my two cousins, and my mom (the name of the store was different at that time)!! We have all had fabulous experiences!

This is the only place to search for a bridal gown. I was in town visiting friends and EJ made my dress experience top notch. The staff was over the top friendly, knowledgable, and found me my perfect dress. From purchase to pick up the week before everything was perfection. I wish I could do it all again and I would of course go through Elizabeth Johns.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my dress from Elizabeth Johns. Prior to shopping at Elizabeth Johns, I had already been to many other bridal salons and tried on more dresses than I could count, but could not seem to find the dress that was the one. From start to finish my experience with Elizabeth Johns was exceptional. The store is beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful selection of dresses and designers without being overwhelming. My consultant was very helpful and recommended dresses based on what I described I was looking for. Everyone in the store was very patient with me and let me stay in the store while I was trying to make a decision even as they were supposed to be closing. After my first visit I felt I had found my dress, but wanted to wait to make the decision when my parents could be there with me. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision during that first visit. Once I purchased the dress, the experience continued to be a joy as I began meeting with their wonderful in-house seamstress Kathy for the alterations process. Kathy was so friendly, patient, and talented and the alterations came out perfectly and my dress fit like a glove on my wedding day. Everyone at the store was extremely accommodating as I needed to reschedule and find last-minute times to cram my final dress fittings into my crazy schedule. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it came to purchasing my wedding dress.

The crew at Elizabeth Johns treated me SO well. They did not scoff at my budget (which Mark Ingram in NYC did by the way). They helped me find lots of amazing options in my price range. I ended up getting the Mira Zwillinger dress from them that I had tried on and loved at Mark Ingram. I wanted Elizabeth Johns to get my business since they had treated me so well. They were so nice to work with and I trusted their opinions completely. I liked my experience there so much I ended up buying my rehearsal dinner (black tie) dress there too - floor length white Herve Leger. The store is nice and big and comfortable, not teeming with people. It was a very nice experience overall. I highly recommend Elizabeth Johns for your bridal attire needs!!!

I am SO happy I bought my dress at Elizabeth John's the entire experience was perfect. I had a unique shopping experience as I live in San Diego but was having my wedding in Philly where I grew up and needed to buy my dress there, Elizabeth Johns was amazing about working my fittings around when I was in town. Hollie my consultant was AMAZING - her energy and positive attitude is contagious and her eye for finding dresses that work for any body is truly remarkable. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and I completely trusted her and valued her opinions. She actually found my dress - it was something I would probably not tried on off a rack but when I put it on it was pure magic. Because I needed to find a dress when I was in Philly I had 3 appointments in one day, and the service at Elizabeth John's was leaps and bounds above the other salons I went to - their kindness and ability to make me feel comfortable is what really made them stand out. If anyone is looking for a dress in Philadelphia I recommend they go straight to Hollie. The fittings were equally fantastic - Kathy was able to work wonders for me! I lost about 30 lbs between ordering the dress and my first fitting two months before the event, and Kathy didn't even bat an eye, her alterations were perfect and she was so kind and supportive. The best part is how flexible she was about the fact that I lived out of town, we were able to schedule a final fitting the Wednesday before my wedding where she made even more alterations, and I picked up the dress the day before my wedding on Friday - I have never heard of a salon being this flexible and making it so easy for an out of town bride. The dress fit like a dream. I highly recommend Hollie, Kathy, and the whole team at Elizabeth John's!

I am purchasing my wedding dress at Elizabeth Johns. My mom and I went shopping spur of the moment not really expecting to find anything. Hollie took us through all of the dresses, listened to what I liked, let me try everything and anything on even though I was all over the place with what I wanted, and after many trial and errors, she put me in a gorgeous Pronovias gown and I instantly had 'my moment.' All three of us were in tears!! I was extremely nervous about securing the dress because it was my first time dress shopping and I didn't want to think I was being too emotional.. I wanted to try more on. Hollie told me to keep in touch and let me know my plan. I went to a few other dress shops that didn't compare to the selection or customer service of Elizabeth Johns. I emailed Hollie that I was still nervous about not trying 'enough' dresses on, so she told me to send her a list of ones that I wanted to try --- She got in ALL of the dresses that I wanted to try on, let me try every single one on with a smile, and put me back in that original gown at the end of the day and there's my dress. I am floored how open and willing everyone was to work with me, even though I was nervous about committing and openly talking about going to other shops to try designers that they didn't carry. I was also amazed how they were able to get in every dress that I wanted to try from the designers that they carried. I ended up purchasing a ceremony and reception gown, as well as a rehearsal cocktail dress. I'm so happy my mom and I made that spur of the moment trip!!!

I worked with Whitney at EJs and she was absolutely amazing! I had already visited a number of bridal salons in the Philadelphia area and tried on a variety of styles but was unable to find the perfect dress. Whitney was incredibly patient and understanding and did not rush me as I decided on what to try on. When I finally found the dress I loved she never once pressured me to buy it right away - a practice I encountered at many other salons. In fact, I must of sent her half a dozen emails and even came back two more times to try it on before I bought it! She was available and kind throughout the whole process and I am so grateful. My dress was perfect thanks to Elizbeth John's. The ladies at this place are very good and very professional. They were very patient with me because I went in with no idea of what I wanted and in the end they were about to help me find the perfect gown. The seamtress made the dress fit perfectly and it felt like it was custom made to my body shape, very comfortable and very beautiful. My husband loved the dress once he finally saw me in it and all of my guests commented on how nice it was. The dress was done with enough time and they are very good with their scheduling and helping the customer have everything done on time.

I worked with Deborah at Elizabeth Johns in Morristown. I had two appointments with Deborah before I picked my Reem Acra gown. Deborah was not pushy at all. The vibe of the store is feminine and refined, but not at all pretentious. I brought my 92 year old grandmother and mother and the staff were so kind to my family and myself during all of my visits. Deborah was there at every appointment from "Saying Yes" until I picked up my gown two days before my wedding! She was like a supportive mom and I appreciated all of her hard work. She went above and beyond even offering to pick me up at the Morristown train station for one of my fitting appointments (I live in NYC) - you don't get that type of service everywhere! Rina did my alterations and at the end my dress fit like a glove! I am so happy I got my dress at EJ and not in the city where I could have been any other girl looking for their dress. At EJ everyone remembers you and knows your name - it is a great experience every visit!

This was my first stop when I started looking for a dress and it ended up being my last stop. I had the pleasure of working with Deborah, who was amazing! She pulled numerous dresses for me that fit my budget and my idea of what I wanted for my big day. I'm happy to say that I found my dress that day! Emily was my consultant; she made me feel comfortable, she wasn't pushy, yet I felt like I was in the hands of an expert. The store is clean, comfortable, they have a large selection, but I didn't feel overwhelmed. They clearly take pride in presentation; the samples were in good condition and didn't appear dirty, damaged, etc., like you'll find in many other bridal salons. When I picked "the one" Emily got a veil for me to try on. It was the first time that I really saw myself as a bride, and it was an emotional experience for both my mom and I! Elizabeth Johns is truly a top notch bridal shopping experience. Being a New Yorker, I spent months wandering from boutique to boutique in the city looking for the perfect dress. It wasn't until an extremely frustrating experience (having to pay to just see a veil that matched the dress I liked) that I decided to look outside of the city. And I am so glad I did. The consultants at Elizabeth Johns were warm, professional, experienced, and genuine. They were there to help make my wedding day what I've always dreamt of. Elizabeth John's provided excellent service to me, my seven bridesmaids and my three flower girls. The whole team helped throughout the process of selecting, ordering, and altering dresses. The selection is incredible. At all price points they have beautiful dresses. I ended up with perfect dress because Holly listened to my likes and dislikes and found it! For my bridesmaids, they helped everyone find a dress to fit their body type. Everyone's dress came in with minimal alterations needed because they did such a great job with measuring the girls. I even had some last-minute flower girl dress ordering to do, and they helped me make sure dresses for all three girls were in with plenty of time for the wedding. In addition, the store is gorgeous. The ambiance of the store and the attentiveness of the staff made me feel special, which is exactly how the dress shopping experience should be for any bride!

From the moment I stepped into the store, there was a tranquil vibe from the decor, spacious fitting rooms, and staff. Which made it that much more easy to find my special dress. Elizabeth Johns was the first store I tried, and as it turned out, the only one I needed to visit to find my dream gown! I went on my birthday, because why not? Erika was my consultant, and she was absolutely wonderful. She's had so much experience in this industry, so I really trusted her suggestions. When I described to her what I had in mind, she understood what I wanted immediately. I ended up trying on 5 dresses, but the very first one that she picked out for me was the one! She was also really helpful with finding a veil to match. Once I picked my gown, Erika brought out champagne for me, my mother, and my sister to celebrate. Everyone at the store was so friendly, it was one of the best birthdays I ever had. The other great thing about this store is that they give you a complementary french garter, which was really beautiful.

If you want the full bridal experience, this is definitely the store to visit. It's not cheap, but they do have some very beautiful designer gowns at reasonable prices (especially if you go to a trunk show). Also, if you can, try to visit the store on a weekday. I went on a Monday morning, and I was the only one in the store, which was so much fun! No waiting for gowns or dressing rooms; I felt like a queen.

This salon has beautiful dresses and a really great selection. The quality is top-notch, and the consultants are super helpful and knowledgable. The seamstress was wonderful, happily doing change after change to make the dress fit perfectly. The shop itself is gorgeous and spacious, so you can go with your whole bridal party if you want to, and everyone has a place to be. The whole staff is welcoming.

The team at Elizabeth Johns was absolutely fantastic. I picked the dress I wanted online before my appointment (the STUNNING Priscilla gown by Sareh Nouri), and my consultants Caitlin and Dina were absolutely wonderful. Caitlin knew the dress I wanted, and after helping me choose 7 others to try, knew that the Sareh Nouri I originally picked out was the one for me. I came in wanting something unique, and left with exactly what I had hoped for. My alterations process with Maria was wonderful: she did a completely artistic job and was very patient with my questions and concerns. The team at Elizabeth Johns really listened to what I wanted, was patient with what I had envisioned and any concerns that came up, and really cared about the overall feel I was going for. Let me also note that I came in on the day of Sareh Nouri's trunkshow, and met Sareh, and she was extremely lovely as well. They were all lovely to work with, from the first moment I walked into their store to the day I picked up my dress for my wedding. Caitlyn and Dina of Elizabeth Johns were absolutely spectacular. They dressed all the ladies in my family, including a picky 16 year-old, which is no small task. My dress by Lian Carlo was just magnificent. Thanks to Maria in alterations it was absolutely the dress of my dreams. I am not an easy person to please, and when I put that dress on on my wedding day I can honestly say I felt beautiful. Thanks to all at Elizabeth Johns who made me feel like $1,000,000!

My experience with the Morristown location of Elizabeth Johns was incredible. From my first appointment through to the archiving of my dress & veil, everything was handled perfectly and with ease. Wedding dresses are no small investment and the salon attendants take the time to treat you as though you as in individual and you aren't churned out the door like other larger salons. I actually chose to come to Elizabeth Johns over another, better known atelier in NYC because of the way the staff treated the customers. I highly recommend the salon to anyone searching for a gown!

I had an amazing experience finding my wedding dress at Elizabeth Johns. I was very nervous I wasn't going to have that "moment" every girl dreams to have when they find their dress. I am SO happy I bought my wedding gown from Elizabeth Johns! The shop is gorgeous and so clean! As soon as you walk in, you are made to feel welcome. Marina helped me pick out my gown, and I loved her! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! Elizabeth John's in Ardmore led me to my dream gown and I am so thankful for my experience there! On my first day of wedding dress shopping, I had 4 appointments to fill the day! After not having that "this is the one" moment at my first three appointments, I had high hopes when I went into my final appointment of the day at Elizabeth Johns - and they did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left (having made THE purchase!) I knew I was in good hands. My consultant, Marina, was AMAZING, professional, passionate, and most importantly, really good at what she did! She got a vibe of what I was looking for and my vision and went from there - even pulling some dresses that I hadn't immediately grabbed. I'm so thankful that I was open to trying on anything, because the dress I ended up selecting was one Marina had chosen for me about halfway through my appointment. She was FANTASTIC!

Elizabeth John's had a great selection - plenty of dresses but not too many to make it overwhelming! It was the perfect amount, the perfect setting, and an overall perfect experience! I also ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses there and had an equally wonderful experience! I will, and already have begun, recommending them to fellow brides! Marina and Kathy at Elizabeth Johns in Ardmore were fantastic! From the first day I found my gown, they couldn't have been nicer. They met my entire family (except my husband of course!) and made us feel welcome. My dress fit perfectly, and I got rave reviews on it. My experience at Elizabeth Johns was amazing before I even entered the store. I had called to track down a Lela Rose gown I saw online and was lucky enough to have Deborah answer the phone. After getting in contact with the designer, Deborah spent months tracking down the dress (it was overseas being re-beaded). She kept me updated every step of the way and scheduled me for an appointment as soon as it was available.

As soon as we entered the salon we were greeted by both the receptionist and Deborah who had already set up my dress in a room. She encouraged us to look around and pick any other dresses we would like to try on and made everyone feel completely comfortable and so special. During the appointment she was SO patient with me when I decided to save THE dress for last - taking care to make sure every dress was pinned and tucked perfectly before we went out to show the crowd. When I finally put on "my dress" we knew it was the one! It was truly such an incredible experience. We celebrated and took lots of pictures and by the time we left we felt like Deborah and the EJ Manager were part of our family. Even when we went downstairs to look at bridesmaid dresses, our experience was amazing! I can't say enough great things about Elizabeth Johns and my consultant Deborah. THANK YOU for making this experience exactly what every bride dreams of!

I am so grateful to Elizabeth Johns for helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams! After watching many episodes of Say Yes to the Dress and looking at pictures of gowns online, I decided to focus on Pronovias gowns. I thought the gowns by Pronovias were beautiful, elegant, and timeless. When I found out that Elizabeth Johns was having a Pronovias trunk sale I was thrilled to be able to possibly get a Pronovias gown at a lower price. When I arrived at the store with my entourage we were a bit early for my appointment. However, the staff allowed us to look around at the all of the dress while we waited. We did not have to wait long though because the manager of the store met us after only a few minutes, and began pulling dresses that I wanted to try on. She escorted myself and my party downstairs to the fitting rooms, and she began personally helping me try on the gowns. Once my consultant Deborah was available, we were brought upstairs to a dressing room to continue trying on gowns. To add to the fun, a representative from Pronovias was there at the salon. He brought in Pronovias gowns for me to try on that I never dreamed I would get to try. I knew I found my gown when I tried on my second dress. Deborah immediately got the veil and it sealed the deal. Going back for fittings, I worked with Rena and she was amazing in helping to get the dress fit just right. Everyone at Elizabeth Johns is so gracious, kind, and wonderful in truly making dreams come true by helping brides find the dress of their dreams. I am so grateful to them for helping me to feel the most beautiful I ever have on my wedding day!

The women at Elizabeth Johns will make you look and feel your best. Marina helped pull the perfect gown on our first appointment, on the fifth try. I purchased and had my dress altered at Elizabeth John's and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When you go to look at dresses they allow you to browse their selection and I thought was a great touch that many other bridal salons do not offer. Dina was my consultant and was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish - when I picked out a Pronovias dress, I immediately fell in love with she insisted that I try it on first - and that was my dress! Dina didn't force me to get out of it and let me enjoy spending time in it and accessorizing my gown. The store is beautiful and clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The shining star of my whole experience was Rina who did my alterations. Not only is her work beautiful, she really wanted me to look great in my dress and offered suggestions as to how my dress could be altered for my body. She is so sweet and calmed any nerves I had and was extremely patient. Her work is flawless and I trusted her completely. Rina is amazing!

I bought my gown, veil and some accessories at Elizabeth Johns in Morristown NJ. At my selection appointment Dina was my consultant and she did a spectacular job of helping me find a perfect dress. This was my first dress appointment and so even I didn't know exactly what I wanted and she was able to figure out what I like with each dress until she found the perfect dress. I also came back and purchased a gorgeous veil and some jewelry there. Finally Maria did my alterations and everything came out perfect. The dress fit like a glove-- I could not have been happier with my experience!

I had such a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Elizabeth Johns. The store is beautiful, bright, and elegant, and the staff balances this by being so accommodating, personal, and funny. We pulled tons of dresses and I tried them all on and ended up choosing one that I saw in the window on the way in. They allowed me to buy the sample that I tried on, which was in near-perfect condition, to bring the cost down a little- they didn't place pressure on me to buy anything, but rather enabled me to take a dress home that everyone felt was just made for my wedding. They then popped open a bottle of champagne to celebrate, and everyone left feeling so warm and fuzzy- one of my favorite memories from the wedding planning process. I highly recommend coming to this store, no matter what your taste- I didn't want a "princess gown" or anything of the sort, and while they definitely do have some of those here, they really have a range of drop-dead gorgeous dresses that would suit a variety of preferences.

I went to Elizabeth Johns this weekend, my first day looking for a wedding dress. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The store itself is beautiful, which makes it that much more exciting. Our appointment was with Erika, who was recommended to us, and she was AMAZING. I, along with my friends and family loved her and she made the entire process a breeze. I went in to the appointment with no photos or expectations, hoping to remain open minded. I think it took her about 5 minutes to get a vision of what I would love / look good in and she said "try this one on next." I put the dress on and all of us knew immediately that it was perfect. Erika is so knowledgeable in bridal style and immediately grabbed a perfect, gorgeous belt that complimented the dress beautifully. She was so patient and we never felt that she was pushy or forcing us to make a decision. The best feeling was at the end when we all got to share a glass of champagne to celebrate! I would highly recommend Elizabeth Johns (and Erika!) to anyone looking for a wedding dress. Simply the best!

I had a great experience at Elizabeth Johns. I had visited other bridal salons but none had as beautiful a selection as EJ. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The whole experience was even better because of my personal consultant, Caitlin Ohle. She was so patient with me as I tried many dresses. She had great suggestions and even brought in some dresses I saw online and wanted to try that they didn't currently have at the salon.

Overall, I would recommend EJ to any bride wanting a truly amazing dress along with a wonderful experience. The salon itself is a beautiful setting and the best sound is hearing the champagne pop when you've chosen THE dress. I did so surrounded by some of my closest friends and family and EJ and Caitlin helped make that a very, very special day that I will always remember.

When my sister and I first walked in to Elizabeth Johns, I thought I was way out of my league and I that I could never afford anything there. To be polite I kept my mouth shut and kept my appointment. Good thing I did because I met Rachel and she helped me find a beautiful dress that totally didn't break the bank. All the girls there are so nice and super professional.

After finding my Pronovias dress, Rachel helped me find the right veil and we even looked for earrings too. I went back for the first fitting and the dress she ordered me literally didn't need alterations, just a hem. It fit like a glove. The seamstress is also a doll. There was an error in the veil they made me - which I noticed right away at the first fitting because it didn't have the right "flow" to it - and it was fixed without a word and I had the right veil created for the second fitting.

I can't say enough about Elizabeth Johns. Finding my dress was one thing I thought was going to be terrible and hard, but they made the whole experience awesome. Thank you Rachel and everyone at EJ!

This is a beautiful bridal salon to try and find the dress of your dreams at. EJ has a very specific price range of dresses they offer, so I suggest you view their website prior to making an appointment to ensure they are within your budget. I don't think they carry any dresses under $1,500 that are floor-length and alterations are a flat rate of $500.

I visited EJ after trying on about 20 dresses at two other salons. I found a Pronovious dress at EJ on my first appointment, but was having reservations about it. My consultant Dina (who is now the manager, and the most kind, patient, and sweetest women you will EVER meet), didn't pressure me to make a purchase that day. Instead, she suggested I make a second appointment and come back for a Lela Rose trunk show in a few weeks so I could try on Rose's "The Hillside" dress, which I had found online.

When my mother, sister and I arrived for my second appointment, the second they saw the dress on the hanger, they knew it was going to be "my dress". I hesitated (based on the price tag), but after trying it on, the Lela Rose "The Hillside" dress with black-stitching was indeed THE dress.

Purchasing, as well as alterations at EJ's was very easy. They offer a payment plan of-sorts, where you pay an initial deposit and then the remaining balances during your alterations appointments. While the flat-rate alterations fee may seem a little steep, I assure you, EJ's seamstresses are masters of the craft, and Maria (who altered my dress) is a perfectionist who made sure the dress fit perfectly in our three sessions together. I also got my hair piece and earrings from the designer Maria Elena through a trunk show at Elizabeth Johns. EJ is very specific in the quality of product they offer their brides, while still ensuring a variety of styles and silhouettes. I would highly recommend shopping here if it's in your budget, and try to make an appointment with Dina if she still does consulting!

I had such a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress at Elizabeth Johns in Ardmore. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had a rather modest budget and didn't know if I would find anything there I could afford. But from the moment I met with my consultant Erika she put me at ease that we could absolutely find the perfect dress I could afford. And we did. In fact, it ended up being the very first dress I tried on. Erika was such a delight to work with and made the experience so wonderful, not just for me, but for my mother and sister as well. She was especially sweet and kind with my mom and that meant a lot to me. Also, Kathy in alterations is a gem! No matter your budget, each consultant including the manager and the owner, are ready to attend to each detail. The boutique is gorgeous with a palette of warm colors, fresh, and clean. I worked with Dina. She was so patient with all of my questions and really made my wedding dress selection process so enjoyable. I purchased my wedding dress about 11 months prior to my wedding on September 13, 2013. It feels like just yesterday when I said yes to the dress and drank champagne in this beautiful boutique shop in Bedminster, NJ...just darling!

I would travel from anywhere to come to Elizabeth Johns. You are treated like a princess and everyone that is part of the team there is such a refreshing delight to work with. The owner, Melinda has created such a 5 star extraordinary bridal boutique. Jaimi with whom I work with have gone far beyond her duties to accommodate and try to make my every wish come true. If there is a dress you want, she will do anything to get it for you. Both Melinda and Jaime have an extensive professional background and their expertise and customer service is unmeasurable. I highly recommend Elizabeth Johns! The bridal shop is super elegant and bright, and very intimate. After past experiences with a other bridal shops - this was a dream. Not only did I get my wedding dress here, but also my bridesmaid dresses as well.

Dina, who helped me find my dress, was extremely nice and honest - she let me know if certain styles didn't suit me, and really helped me choose dresses that fit my body type. She put me in a dress style that I never thought would look right on my petite frame, but it ended up being the one! She was also very patient, as I tried on dress after dress. Maria in alterations was also lovely. My dress fit like a glove! It was perfect thanks to both of them.

Everything at Elizabeth Johns was perfection - and I was a pain in the neck to work with I'm sure. Probably one of the few, or only, bride-to-be shopping for a wedding dress that I did not want to look like a wedding dress ... or bridal-y ...

None the less, I found the perfect dress with tons of help from Erika Perry. I actually returned to Elizabeth Johns with a change of heart on wedding dress style. I figured if I was going to revisit anywhere with a new outlook, I'd go back to Elizabeth Johns because of the service. Erika was a saint, and the rest of the staff ohh and ahh - ing made the "I found THE dress" moment everything a bride would want!

Cathy also took care of all my alterations (which were NOT easy with the dress I selected) but did an amazing job - that thing DID NOT MOVE, but was still comfortable and fit perfectly with my body.

Elizabeth Johns was the last stop on my wedding dress search....and it was a perfect one! From the moment I walked in with my mom, I knew we had found the place where my wedding dress would be. They are completely organized, professional, and knowledgeable! We were fortunate enough to have Erika as our wedding gown consultant. I had viewed the website in advance and saw a gorgeous lace Carolina Herrera dress that from the picture I wasn't sure of...but had envisioned myself in during our 30 minute drive to their location. When I arrived and starting looking for gowns, I noticed that it wasn't on the rack. I asked Erika about it and she informed me the dress had been discontinued but they had the sample in the back. One try was all it took! (even though I tried on others after that). I credit Kathy, their seamstress, SO much! She took an intricate, expensive, beautiful size 10 dress and made it perfectly fit my size 2 frame. Erika was amazing during the trying on experience, never too opinionated, but perfectly in the moment with my mom and I. Kathy was a joy to work with and it was an overwhelming experience to watch her take a size 10 dress and baste it, then pin it, then cut it, then pin it, then cut it some more, then pin it some more over the 7 months that I bought the dress then had to wear the dress. My mom also bought her MOB dress here and Kathy again helped her make it her own. She helped remove details my mom didn't want and fabric she thought would be too much to help my mom feel completely comfortable in her dress. Neither one of us felt like we couldn't breathe or that we were dying to get out of the dress at the end of the night. I would go here again and again if wedding dresses were something I could wear all the time!!! Beautiful selection, amazing staff, and perfect location for Philadelphia and the surrounding area!

From start to finish my mom and I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Johns. My consultant, Dina, helped me pick out my dress last July and was present at each and every fitting up until my wedding a year later. Rina, our alterations specialist did a great job and both of our dresses were perfect on the day of the wedding. EJ also custom made my veil and I bought all of my Maria Elena accessories at one of their trunk shows.

Absolutely recommend EJ - very low pressure, beyond gorgeous selection of gowns and fabulous staff!

Elizabeth Johns is a new(er) bridal Dress Shop opened around 2012. The attention to the bride is unmatched! Very beautiful store and very attentive bridal consultants. Owner of store is a wonderful, caring woman and understands a brides needs.

I had such a wonderful shopping experience with Erika at Elizabeth John's. I started my wedding dress search with a very casual outing to a couple stores in the area just to get an idea of what I liked/didn't like. Little did I know I was going to find my dress almost immediately!

The dress selection at EJ was stunning. There were lots of designer names, but also lots of price points so you could easily work within your budget. The store was bright and clean and felt like a place where you should be trying on wedding dresses. The fitting rooms were spacious enough to maneuver around in, which can be tricky when putting on those dresses. There was lots of room for my friends to sit as well.

Erika was an absolute delight to work with. She was friendly and kept me laughing and chatting through what can sometimes be an exhausting experience. She also helped reign me in when I was picking out more dresses than one should try on in a day. She gave honest opinions and wasn't just telling me I looked good in everything to make a sale. She also didn't try to steer me toward the most expensive dress in my pile.

I narrowed it down to two choices and brought my mom in for a second opinion a few days later. We bought the dress on the spot and the ladies brought up a couple glasses of champagne to celebrate, while I stood there feeling like a princess in my future wedding dress.

I can't recommend this store enough! I can't wait to go back for my fitting.

I could not have asked for more from my experiences at Elizabeth Johns. About 3 months after getting engaged, I went home to visit family in NJ and decided to check out some wedding dresses. The first store we went to had a small selection full of bling and ballgowns, which is not the look I was going for. The next day, we went to Elizabeth Johns and the difference was night and day.

Our consultant, Rachel, was incredible. I told her that I wanted to try on a lot of different shapes with a vintage feel to see what worked best, and she helped us pick about about 8-10 really gorgeous dresses. Their selection was large and the variety of shapes and styles made it the perfect place to shop. Rachel provided helpful insight while also helping me determine how I felt about each dress and coming up with new dresses that might fit with what I liked. After trying about 8 dresses on, I remembered a dress I had seen online and asked if they had it in the store. It turns out that Elizabeth Johns just happened to be the only store in the area that sold Liancarlo dresses. I feel in love when I put it on.

Once we found the dress, Rachel helped us pick out a veil and a belt that matched perfectly. On a weekend when I wasn't even expecting to buy a dress, I walked out with my whole outfit! Everything was reasonably priced and of beautiful quality. What a fantastic experience.

Purchasing my dress at Elizabeth Johns was a pleasure. I was very nervous about the process having had a few prior bad experiences looking for a dress. All my fears were put to rest as soon as I met Joann. She made me feel so comfortable and quickly understood not only my taste but also what would look best on me. Joann is truly a bride whisperer! The store is by far the nicest bridal boutique I have been to. The service was top notch; each and every person addressed me by name and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. Never did I feel like Joann was just trying to make a sale- I truly felt that she wanted me to look as beautiful as possible on my wedding day, no matter where I purchased my dress. Even the owner of the store came to personally congratulate me on my choice. I could not say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth Johns. It was such fabulous experience!

Elizabeth John's was the perfect place to get my wedding dress! The staff was incredibly kind and made you feel like a princess! I worked with Linda who was absolutely incredible - my sister and I wanted to her to be at the wedding to give a boost of confidence and to help with the dress! She made the whole shopping experience incredibly fun and positive, and truly helped me decide between two dresses I loved - she helped me decide in the exact way I would have liked and made me feel great about my decision - and I still love the dress I picked. I looked around at a few different bridal salons, but definitely came back to Elizabeth Johns first for the dress but a very close second for the customer service we received, as I had bridal salons telling me they could get the dress I wanted from Elizabeth Johns into their stores - but I wanted to go to Elizabeth Johns for that dress if I had the choice between two salons. At every fitting, and to get my bridesmaid dresses, the staff knew my name and were incredibly kind as soon as we walked in the door - I even saw them at a bridal expo, and the woman running the booth knew my name there which I was incredibly impressed by. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommend!!

Came here as a bridesmaid to try on dresses for my upcoming friend's wedding. By far the most professional and helpful service I have ever experienced at a bridal salon. Mattie was so amazing and so helpful!

We bought a sample dress at Elizabeth Johns that was perfect for me. It was reduced from full price because it was no longer being made. They had it 2 sizes bigger, so I altered it to fit. I did not do alternations at EJ because it was a bit too expensive for me (starts at $750 for sample dresses) and went to a private dressmaker for alternations and spend $500 total. However, the dress experience was still FUN at EJ and the help there was great. The women really know their inventory, are HAPPY to assist, and make a huge effort to follow up with you after appointments, fittings, purchasing, etc.

I went to many bridal salons looking for the perfect dress including NYC and Elizabeth Johns is by far the best! A very comfortable salon with tons of dress and accessory options for top designers. Whitney helped me find the perfect gown and accessories and was such a wonderful person to work with!

I worked with BJ for my dress and Laurie for accessories for my wedding in January and was impressed with how attentive they were. They rushed my dress, veil and belt and Karen did a great job with tailoring. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Very impressed and highly recommend.
