Salon Elizabeth literally is a dream!! I am a hair stylist/ makeup artist at a southern tier salon that accommodates many weddings… when I had to change my wedding date due to cancer in the family I chose my next wedding date on a day I knew my salon no longer could accommodate my very large wedding party due to another travel wedding that was previously booked.. Unless I used my bridesmaid/stylist … which was Not an option for me.. I decided I wanted my stylist/bridesmaids to have the experience of not working on my special day since they were there to enjoy with me.. After much research of many salons … as soon as I saw Salon Elizabeth I knew.. I needed to choose Salon Elizabeth to join our day and be are beauty team. When I tell you this salon over exceeded my expectations…. Not only myself but my entire wedding party looked absolutely stunning and I couldn’t have been more grateful for everything they did. The attention to detail was spot on and they are genuinely happy for every bride that comes through their door. Trust me spend the money… every bride should feel like a Salon Elizabeth bride!! I know for the future we have made new stylist friends and will definitely have some networking!! I guarantee you, this is one of the most important decisions a bride should make… feel the best you can feel… it’s your day!!

Where do I even begin?! If you are looking for your wedding day hair and makeup stylists, look no further! Elizabeth and her team provided my girls and I with the best morning I could have ever imagined for my wedding day. We chose to get ready at the salon, you and your girls will have the entire place with a bridal suite and outdoor patio to yourselves. The kindness, patience, and attention to detail these women have is unmatched. We all left feeling beautiful and our hair and makeup lasted all night - even through a breezy beach wedding. Side note, I went to zumba after my trial and everything was still in place even after that! In addition to her talent, Elizabeth pays attention to so many details beyond the beauty. She had a content creator on site to document the morning for us, so we were able to focus on the moment and still have pictures and videos of the entire experience. I could go on about how truly special our experience was and recommend her to every bride, you will not regret it!

Felt Like A Hollywood Starlett
Selecting Lizzy=best decision!
I had a May wedding at the Roycroft Inn and because we decided NOT to do a first look, I wanted a location close by. I had met Lizzy years ago (as she did my friends wedding) so that made picking her a no-brainer! I also chose to do a trial appt with my mom. Not only was Lizzy amazing but her staff was supurb. I felt like we got the royal treatment and they made everything effortless and stunning. They were open to suggestions and image inspiration but shared their professional advice and gave us all the perfect look.

High-end, professional, beautiful
Liz and team are amazing! Laura and Jodi came on-site for our wedding at Rosebud Estates in Arcade, NY this past October. Both girls were super personable and friendly. They were very helpful during the makeup trial at the salon (which is also incredible!). My biggest concern was not looking like a porcelain doll on my wedding day. I've had trouble int he past with my Asian heritage having professional makeup that made me look like this. Both Elizabeth and Laura put my fears at ease and did an amazing job. Everything was perfect, both hair and makeup. Salon Elizabeth is definitely higher in terms of pricing (especially on-site), but worth every penny. I would highly recommend Salon Elizabeth to other bridal parties. They are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Thanks again!

This is the most GORGEOUS salon in buffalo, hands down!! Lizzy and her team are absolutely amazing! I booked Salon Elizabeth for my wedding day and they exceeded my expectations - my girls and I got pampered and ready at the salon - we had the whole place to ourselves, they played music for us, and gave us the most amazing experience! The whole atmosphere is breathtaking and this is the best hair and make up team in buffalo!! Lizzy turned me into a goddess! You will not find another salon like this!!

Wedding (7/20/19)
Salon Elizabeth was outstanding. Lizzy was so accommodating and very easy to work with. After I had my trial that I loved so much, I decided to book her for my Boudoir photos as well. I let her do whatever she thought was a “Sexy” look and she nailed it. My eyes looked so seductive in my photos which made for a more dramatic look which is not usually me, but I absolutely loved and so did my husband. The day of my wedding (7/20/19) she was right on time. Everything was timed perfectly and we even had time for fun photos on the patio. The atmosphere of her salon made my pictures turn out breathtaking. Such a timeless look. On my wedding day she focused on only me and made sure everything went smoothly. My hair and makeup turned out better than I could have imagined. Everyone had an amazing time and I can’t thank you enough.

I recently got married and had Liz and her salon do the hair and makeup for my bridal party and I could not be happier with the result. Liz and her staff are so talented and really listened to what all the girls wanted and took their time to make sure we were all 100% happy with how we looked before walking out the door. Beyond impressed and grateful I found Salon Elizabeth.
When I saw Salon Elizabeth's instagram, I knew I needed to look no further for my bridal hair and makeup. My wedding was coming up quickly and Liz was so flexible and made it possible for myself and 9 other girls to get their hair done and use her GORGEOUS bridal suite! I was also able to have my first look photos at her salon which was SO worth it. She has vintage chairs, mirrors and murals that make a stunning background for photos. She has a beautiful outdoor space as well. Her hair and makeup skills are unreal!! My skin always breaks out from stress and on my big day I had SUCH bad acne on my cheeks. Liz made my skin flawless! She knows how to apply airbrush makeup so it looks creamy and natural. My skin did not look dry/textured /aged with magnified pores which has been my experience before with airbrush. She knew exactly how to give smooth coverage that looked natural. I also have oily skin and my makeup looked great all night. If you have acne prone skin you NEED to have Lizzy do your makeup. She also is a pro with fake eyelashes-no irritation and they didnt budge. As for hair, she can do whatever you want! She'll give you all the volume you ask for and it stays all night. I just showed her pictures of what i wanted and she nailed it. She really is amazing. I couldn't believe that one person could be so talented at both hair and makeup. The entire staff is wonderful ! They were so much fun and made my bridesmaids look gorgeous. I couldnt be any happier with my choice to have my hair, makeup and photos done there on my wedding day.

Lizzy and her team were amazing! One of the main things that attracted me to Salon Elizabeth was their bridal suite. You have a place to change, eat something, and just enjoy your time while you are all getting ready. Lizzy and her team are so talented. All of my ladies looked stunning. The makeup they use is top quality. Lizzy makes you feel so comfortable and works with you to make your vision come to life! I was planning my wedding out of state and Lizzy was so wonderful about responding to emails and any questions I had. Amazing Stylist
I booked Elizabeth for my hair and makeup the day of my wedding along with my mom and my mother in law. Elizabeth was so flexible and responsive. As an out of town bride I didn't have the time to come and get trial services done. Elizabeth assured me I would be fine and took all my multiple calls to walk me through the process and discuss my look. The day of the wedding she was right on time and the hair and makeup were stunning and lasted all night long! I was really nervous the makeup would smear or my hair would fall out as I love to dance and planned on doing a lot of it. However by 2am everything still looked perfect!
Both of my moms loved their hair and makeup as well. We all looked gorgeous. I would strongly recommend you book with this salon!

An amazing experience
Lizzy did both me and my family’s makeup for my wedding day. She is incredible at listening to what each individual desires and delivering on their vision. I felt stunning on our day and am so grateful for all that she did. My sister is incredibly difficult when it comes to her hair and both she and her assistant were so kind, patient and supportive while they made sure my sister got exactly what she envisioned. Lizzy even trimmed my mother in law’s lashes so that they fit comfortably against her glasses. We all looked like ourselves, just perfected! She is such a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable. I couldn’t be happier I was lucky enough to have her there for the big day.

I'm not sure if "WOW" can even cover it! I am so grateful to Salon Elizabeth for getting me ready for my wedding this past September. Not only did they do an incredible job, but their commitment to your vision is unparalleled.
I had never heard of Salon Elizabeth until I went to a bridal "trunk show" at Hotel Henry, but when I saw all of the Buffalo Spree awards Salon Elizabeth had received over the years, I knew I had to check them out (they also came highly recommended by my wedding planner). Lizzy, the owner, was so sweet and accommodating in all of our email correspondence - she managed to squeeze in both makeup AND hair trials for my maid of honor, my mom, and I during their busiest season (my maid of honor lives out of town so this was extremely appreciated). It put my mind at ease to do a trial run, but I definitely could've just gone in the day of and trusted Salon Elizabeth to capture what I wanted to a tee! Jodi, who did my trial run and day-of hair, is a very talented hair stylist (and also so sweet, as is the norm at Salon Elizabeth) and captured exactly what I wanted for my special day. It was very "me," and I couldn't be more thankful. I really liked that she suggested certain things to do (during the trial, she suggested placing some flowers in my hair - I ended up doing this for my wedding and it looked amazing). Lizzy as well is a very talented makeup artist. I don't typically wear much makeup, so I consulted with Lizzy and told her I was a little worried that having my makeup done would make me look crazy (I've seen some scary wedding makeup). She definitely listened, understood exactly what I meant, and gave me just a very fresh, natural, slightly "glowed up" look. My now husband told me that the day of, he was so happy that I looked like myself (as was I, haha).
Lizzy, Jodi and the rest of the Salon Elizabeth ladies came out to Knox Farm on my wedding day to do 5 makeups and 6 hairs for my bridal party. It was a HOT DAY but wow, they worked so hard and did a heck of an amazing job on us. Everyone was so happy with how everything turned out, including me! I HIGHLY recommend Salon Elizabeth! Thank you Lizzy, Jodi, and the rest of the Salon Elizabeth ladies for making me feel my best on my special day :)

I can't say enough about Elizabeth and her amazing team. From answering questions, to the trial, to the day of experience they make you feel like you are their only client. I had Salon Elizabeth come to my hotel room for hair and make-up for myself, my 5 bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law for my wedding day. Lizzy and her team did such an amazing job on the hair and make up for my bridesmaids and I at their salon on the morning of my wedding. My bridesmaids have been in many weddings and they all thought their hair and make up was on another level of quality! All the girls hair and makeup looked gorgeous and lasted the whole day and night. The hairstyles all looked just like the pictures we showed the team-but even better! My photographer couldn't stop raving about how when hair is done at the salon, it makes a big difference in pictures. The atmosphere was very fun yet relaxing. They let us bring in breakfast and play our own music.
The salon itself is beautiful, and a great backdrop for getting ready pictures.

I gave her pictures of my hair and make-up and she did EXACTLY what the photos looked like. My bridesmaids and I kept saying how I was a Pinterest bride because she did such an amazing job. Aside from her and the other stylists amazing work, we have SO much fun. We laughed all morning which was so awesome for it being such a busy, high anxiety day. This will be a little bit of a biased review because Liz has been my stylist for over 10 years now. BUT, this review is about her bridal services in particular. I was pretty excited for her to take care of my bridal needs when it was my turn to be the bride. I’ve seen her work for years and was so excited that I was going to have that experience. I had a general idea of what I wanted to do. I even used one of the pictures she posted of her work as an example. Obviously, she’s gotten to know me over the years, so she knew exactly what would look good on me. The thing with her, is you don’t really have to know her for several years in order for her to get a good sense of what you want and what will fit your personality. She really takes the time to listen to and get to know her clients before making recommendations. She will make you look spectacular without making you look like a Glamour Shot (unless that’s what you want!). And she has a knack for putting you at ease as soon as you start working with her. I’ve read other reviews from people who may not frequent any salons who were intimidated by trying to find a place for their special day. And as soon as they met Liz their concerns were eased because she is open and down to earth and very easy to work with. She also has an assistant, Jocelyn, who has been with her for a few months. Jocelyn did my mother’s hair and she looked great. Jocelyn was patient with her and listened to her feedback. She has been a great addition to Liz’s team! I can’t say enough good things about Liz and her team! I had a very big bridal party and they showed up that day to our hotel with smiles on their face and got everyone through everyone seamlessly. All the girls hair and makeup looked absolutely fabulous. I even have difficult hair so I was worried picking the right salon for the day but Liz made me feel so beautiful and made me look like I had the thickest and most beautiful hair on the wedding day and the makeup was spot on! Everything from the trial in her beautiful salon (and using her accessories vault) to everything they did the day of the wedding I would highly recommend Liz and her team!! My friends and I will be back in her salon for those gel pedis!

Every element of my wedding experience with Salon Elizabeth was absolute perfection.
The salon is honestly one of the most beautiful spaces I have ever been in! All the decor is so unique and elegant. My grandma has issues with asthma, but the ventilation was top of the line and she didn’t cough once, through nail polish, airbrush makeup or hairspray! The bridal suite is beautiful and also allowed us a space to have some snacks and mimosa station!!
Lizzy and her team are some of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever met! They somehow strike the perfect balance of feeling like a lifetime friend yet providing amazing services! All of our hair, makeup and nails were stunning!!
I can go on and on, but I think this review is already long enough! I will do my best to convince every future bride I know to book salon Elizabeth for their wedding morning, I could not think of a better way to start the most important day of my life!

I chose Lizzy to do my bridal hair and make up after reading all of the glowing reviews of her salon and provided services. Lizzy was professional, prompt, and informative during our email exchanges and trial. On the day of my wedding, Lizzy and her associate acted as a calming force. They were on time and efficient (so much so that they finished the services I requested ahead of schedule) and put me at ease like we were a bunch of old friends catching up and sharing a few laughs together. When Lizzy finished working her magic and I looked in the mirror, I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt in my entire life. I am so happy that I chose Salon Elizabeth for my special day!

Lizzy did a great job on my hair and makeup and was able to create the exact look that I had imagined for my wedding day. She was friendly and very accommodating. I could not have asked for more! Lizzy did my hair and makeup for my Sunday wedding (even though she's closed on Sunday) and it was absolutely amazing. In the lead up to the wedding she was quick with communication and so kind- I'm always worried that hair and makeup people are going to judge me because it's not my thing, but it seems like there is not an ounce of judgment in her body! I don't live in Buffalo, so I decided not to do a trial. So many people told me this was a horrible idea, and maybe it would be with some MUA's, but not Lizzy. She took exactly what I asked for and offered suggestions to make it even better. She didn't bat an eye when I said I didn't want to wear any lip color and what she did to my hair was beyond even my Pinterest dreams. If you are thinking about booking Lizzy, stop hesitating and just do it!

After hearing about the amazingness that comes out of Salon Elizabeth and months of checking out photos of clients, I decided to book appointments with Lizzy and her team for my New Year's Eve '17 wedding.
During my trial, I immediately knew I made the right decision. All I brought with me was a tiny photo of the type of hair style I liked and Lizzy just got it. We built my entire hair and makeup style around that tiny photo.
The day of our wedding, Lizzy and her team were all business. They arrived at the hotel suite early, prepared with all of their beautifying tools and got to work. I was amazed that they were able to complete hair and makeup for 6 bridesmaids, me, my mom and flower girl in just a few short hours! Everyone looked spectacular with the styles that they wanted, and the best part - hair and make up stayed ALL NIGHT LONG!
It's clear that Lizzy loves making people feel their absolute best, regardless of what the occasion is. I enjoy her work so much that I'm a regular client! Relaxing at Salon Elizabeth is now one of my new favorite things. I highly recommend Lizzy and her fabulous, talented team for any special event!

My husband and I got married on 9/30/17 and I was fortunate enough to have Jodi from Salon Elizabeth doing the hair for my wedding party. Not being from Buffalo, I didn't have much to go off of when trying to find a salon there that would travel over an hour away to do on location hair. Luckily I came across all the awesome reviews of Salon Elizabeth and saw the beautiful wedding hairstyles posted on their facebook page. Liz was super responsive my first time reaching out and everything from my trial appt to wedding day scheduling was handled so well. Jodi did my hair and 3 others and really she did such an outstanding job. All 4 of us had completely different types of hair and she was able to look at the pictures each of us provided and turned our hair into beautiful wedding do's. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my up do looked and I couldn't recommend her more. She also was such a sweet and friendly person who created such a calm and laid back environment the morning of and I was super thankful for that. She even finished early so the morning went so smoothly. I found Lizzy through WeddingWire and on Facebook through the wedding groups I belong to. I needed a make-up and hair artist for my wedding this past October. I instantly fell in love with her beautiful work that was posted on her WeddingWire page and Facebook page, and through her personal site. I just knew through looking at her work I wanted her to be responsible for making me look beautiful for my wedding day. She always provided excellent communication and even said yes to coming onsite on a Sunday to my venue for me. I was nearly in tears because I was so happy. Upon meeting with her she was so friendly, funny, and warm. I felt immediately that I was in the best hands and was so happy she was going to make me beautiful for my wedding. She was the first person I ever booked for my wedding because I just wanted her and hoped she had that date available. My trial was an incredible experience. She made me feel so beautiful, and we were laughing and talking the whole time. I even got to meet her cute puppy, Ruby. Her prices are extremely reasonable, and she is very personable. On the day of the wedding, we once again were talking and laughing the whole time. When I got to see myself in the mirror I could not believe how beautiful I looked and felt. I truly felt like a princess that day. Lizzy even helped me put my veil on and put in my hair piece. I really truly loved working with her. She made me feel comfortable, and most important beautiful. Lizzy is very friendly and funny and makes you feel at ease. I look forward to working with her in the future. I highly recommend Lizzy for your make-up and hair needs!

Lizzy and the ladies of Salon Elizabeth are truly exceptional and a cut above the rest. Lizzy and her crew are all very professional and accommodating. I had my hair & makeup trial with Lizzy several months before my wedding and by the time the day rolled around, I had completely changed my mind about what I wanted; she had no issues taking and working with my new requests to give me exactly what I wanted. We all had a great time the morning of my wedding, listening to music, munching on snacks and drinking mimosas (us, not them). They were efficient and what they did with mine and my girls' hair and makeup can only be described as magic! We all looked stunning (not to brag) and my only regret is that I will never look that good again! Lizzy is worth every penny and if you're considering anyone other than Salon Elizabeth--just don't.

Salon Elizabeth is a hidden gem! Beautiful salon and great people. I had my trial here first, and they did an amazing job. I was uncertain of what I wanted for my wedding hairstyle but they gave me some suggestions, starting curling and pinning and it came out like a Pinterest picture! They even had the perfect hair piece to complete the look. It was more than I could ask for- the makeup was flawless, and eyelashes lasted all night. No scary makeup runs with tears either! My bridesmaids had their hair done as well- and everyone looked absolutely amazing. We used the beautiful bridal suite as well for "getting ready photos" and I can't wait to see how the pictures came out. If you're lucky you might meet Ruby - Elizabeth's mastiff and she is so much fun! Our bridal party absolutely loves dogs so it was a great time to relax and have fun before the party started. Highly recommend!

They came to my home but after seeing the salon at my trial I almost changed all my plans! I hired Salon Elizabeth for my wedding day hair and makeup. Lizzy and two other stylists came on location and did the hair and make up for me and all of my bridesmaids. Everyone was so pleased with the way their hair and makeup turned out. We all got so many compliments! Lizzy and her girls arrive on time and prepared for everything we asked for. I chose not to do a trial run before, so I just showed Lizzy some Pinterest photos of what I liked and she was able to create a beautiful half up/pulled back hairstyle based off that. She was also able to work with the hair extensions I specifically bought for my wedding day look. When she took a photo of my hair and showed me I literally asked “is that my hair?” I thought she had pulled up another example on Pinterest. That’s how amazing my hair looked! Lizzy used airbrush makeup and fake lashes on me, and I have to say, I wish I could look that flawless every day! The lashes stayed on perfectly all day and night (and into the next day). My makeup didn’t budge until I took it off the next day. Very impressive! I would recommend Lizzy and her salon to any and everyone! She was so easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding, and she and her girls provided an amazing experience that I will remember forever as part of my wedding day!

Salon Elizabeth provided wonderful, professional service for my wedding two weeks ago. Laurie did my hair and makeup trial in June, and was very open to everything I wanted for my wedding day image. The day of the wedding, Laurie did hair and makeup for myself and a few of my bridesmaids, coming to the Adam's Mark to help us get ready right in our hotel suite. She spent all morning (about 4 hours) with us, and she even gave suggestions and help to my bridesmaids who did not choose to get their hair and makeup done. I was very happy with how my hair and makeup looked all day and night, my hair holding all night long, and the makeup staying despite it being a warm day. The makeup looked very natural, even with fake eyelashes. I would recommend Salon Elizabeth to anyone getting married!

I could not have been more pleased with Lizzy and her team! She was friendly, FUN, and so talented in creating a natural but stunning look for myself, my Best Woman, and future Sister-in-Law. Super flexible, she agreed to come to us as a late change in plans and arrived with everything she needed to work effectively off-site. My trial-run went great, and pointed out a few areas to tweak for the Big Day. Her suggestions were terrific, and she kept nerves to a minimum with her warm and engaging style.

Elizabeth and her team are phenomenal! They did my rehearsal/wedding day hair and makeup, as well as my bridal party (12 services total) - everything turned out so beautifully! I attached a photo of the "Viking/Game of Thrones" braid I requested for my rehearsal, my wedding updo, and my wedding makeup. What really blew me away is not only her talent, but also the amazing environment she has created for her clients. Glamorous furniture, cozy patio with a secret garden (with flowers she will put in your hair by request!), tons of natural light, and a bridal suite to-die-for. My bridal party and I had such a great time relaxing there and enjoying all of the beautiful touches. I cannot wait to get my photos back so I can relive this experience again!

Getting ready at the salon set the perfect mood for the day for my entire bridal party. The salon is adorable and my photographers and videographer loved the lighting for the getting ready photos. We had the whole salon to ourselves and were even able to take a few group pictures outside. They were great about letting us bring in snacks and mimosas.
HAIR & MAKEUP
OMG FABULOUS!! I had a literal crown (think full circle that goes right on top of your head with spikes, not a cute tiara) from 1956 that my family hoped I would wear that I was dead set against. Lizzie was able to work it into an incredible hairstyle that made it more of a hairpiece and not a "crown". We filmed a type of "first look" where I showed my grandma that I was wearing her crown and she cried and it was a real moment. A moment that would not have happened without the styling genius that is Lizzie at Salon Elizabeth. My bridesmaids and flower girls all looked GREAT and they did wonders with my mom's hair. They were even able to sneak in a blowout for my brother's girlfriend and lashes for a bridesmaid that didn't want full makeup. Everyone loved their hair and makeup.
EXTRAS
Lizzie came to our reception space right before cocktail hour to do touchups on everyone and turn my makeup from day to evening. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS. The piece of mind knowing I could cry or get my hair blown about in the wind or anything could go wrong and she would be there later to fix it was HUGE and worth every (very reasonable) penny.

My bridesmaids and I had such a great time at Salon Elizabeth on the day of my wedding! The place was beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was so accommodating and had such a lovely space for us to get ready. She even had a sweet sign out front for my wedding day and really made me feel special. I felt like it was truly my special day because Elizabeth devoted her time to just doing my hair and make-up, she didn't make me feel rushed and she did such a beautiful job! I felt so beautiful after she did everything! My bridesmaids also loved the other stylists and the wonderful job they both did with everyone's hair! After we got ready, Elizabeth even let us take photos outside and in the salon. It was so much fund and I feel sooooooo lucky that I found Elizabeth for my wedding day! Liz's salon has a bridal suite that was ours to use for the morning while we were there getting our hair done, to get ready and relax in and have some mimosas! I contacted Liz regarding my wedding after reading the great reviews on wedding wire and they did not disappoint! I have very unruly curly hair and it is NOT easy to tame, let alone find a hairstyle that works well with my hair. This was one of the main concerns for my wedding, as I knew, if I didn't love my hair that would effect my entire demeanor the remainder of the day. Jodi, of Salon Elizabeth, worked with me to get exactly the hairstyle I wanted and the day of- it was perfect! It held the entire day. I don't think there are enough words to express how incredible Salon Elizabeth is. From day one when I contacted the salon from Australia for an enquiry they were so attentive and responsive. They answered all my questions in a very informative and timely manner which made the process of choosing and booking them from the other side of the world so easy. On the day of the trial and my wedding day itself Elizabeth and her team were beyond amazing creating flawless looks for the whole bridal party and my beautiful Mum and Mother in law. Salon Elizabeth was such an absolute joy and pleasure to work with and I would recommend this lovely, caring, sweet and talented team of artists to any bride for there big day.

Ohhh my gosh!!! Liz and her team are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! My hair and makeup were flawless!! Both held up throughout the whole night with LOTS of dancing! The bridal suite was the perfect addition to our day!! Her salon is styled beautifully and the perfect combination of style and grace! Jodi also did a fantastic job as well!! She did the hair for our bridal party and EVERYONE was ecstatic with how it turned out!
They are accommodating, genuine, kind, patient and true artists!! I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your beauty needs! They will bring your vision to life!

Fabulous!! I used Lizzy for my wedding and a pre wedding hair cut and color. She is so nice and did such a great job I'm going back.! I didn't really know what I wanted but Lizzy came up with just the perfect hair for my wedding day even with very little help from me!!

What a gem this place is! Owner, Lizzy Dugan, and all of her staff, could not be more accommodating. The salon is perfect for getting ready for a wedding with any number of people. If offers a gorgeous setting for pictures, also! They do it all- hair, makeup, nails. All of my bridesmaids and mother looked beautiful when we left and had the best experience. I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything!

After being completely unsatisfied with two prior hair and makeup trials with another salon, I decided to reach out to Lizzy after reading wonderful reviews on Wedding Wire. I am so glad I did- she did an amazing job on my hair and makeup the day of my wedding. She really listened to what I wanted and made me look flawless without looking fake or "cakey." Her salon is absolutely beautiful too- it was the perfect place to hang out with the girls before the wedding. I would recommend Lizzy and her staff to anyone getting married- she is wonderful!!

The first day I met Lizzy was the opening day of her brand new, beautiful salon. I had moved to Buffalo and needed a new hairstylist and had heard amazing things about her, so I went and met her and I am so glad that I did. I booked her for my hair and makeup for my wedding right away. Lizzy is an absolute dream to work with...she is kind, funny, patient and is so, so great and what she does. She really listens to what you want as far as your bridal look and makes it a reality. I saved ideas on Pinterest and showed her a few and we went from there, creating what I wanted. On top of being the equivalent of a Hollywood hair and makeup artist, Lizzy has the most beautiful salon/bridal suite. She created it with brides in mind and she nailed it. It is so beautiful and luxurious! My mom, sister, and one of my bridesmaids got ready/dressed there and we had a great time. The other stylists at her salon are also great...Jodi did my nails a few days before the wedding and also did my sister and friend's hair. They looked perfect! Our photographer met us there and we have some really lovely pictures of us at the salon. It's the perfect place. (Check out her website and Facebook page to see it!!) I had two trials for my hair and one for makeup and I think it's a great idea for any bride. You get the chance to make sure you know what you want and you get a preview of yourself as a bride. : ) I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! My hair was fabulous and my makeup was so gorgeous. The airbrush makeup is the real deal...It stayed on from the time it was applied at about 2:00, until late that night when we got home from the wedding, and still looked amazing. I barely touched up at all. Lizzy is a wonderful person and an amazing artist. She has a lot of fans/clients, so book ahead! It's no surprise everyone wants her to be their bridal beauty stylist. I would 100% recommend her and her salon to any bride. : )

Elizabeth and her team set a great tone for our wedding. I believe they provided about 20 services total for about 12 close family members and bridesmaids, including hair and make up. They stayed on time, navigated requests and were so calm and patient, and their work was beautiful. I am so glad I picked this team for the most special day of my life. WOW, this salon is perfect. We had a bridal party of 9 getting ready at the salon. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect bridal paradise to get ready at on the day of your wedding. The staff is so nice and bubbly and just the energy you want to be around on the morning of your wedding. They did hair and makeup for the girls and everyone turned out so beautiful and perfect. Amazing! If I had to sum it up in one word. I had a winter wedding and Liz was so accommodating. Her salon is fabulous, and it was really nice to have to whole place to ourselves the morning of my wedding for my bridal party to get ready. My bridesmaids and friends are still raving about how wonderful their hair and makeup turned out. As for me, the bride, Liz did such a beautiful job. I felt and looked like a princess!! I am definitely going to find every excuse possible to come back and have my hair and make-up done. Lizzy and her team did an amazing job for my bridal party last Saturday. We had a total of 11 people (including my flower girls and myself) to take care of and we all felt so incredibly glamorous and beautiful after they were done. After my trial, Lizzy was great about outlining a schedule for the morning of the wedding and identifying any chair/space needs in our hotel room, which ensured everyone had a time and a spot for hair and make up. Her team showed up to our hotel room at the Lafayette fully prepared and with all their tools and equipment they needed that day. They were able to handle any hair type and style requested, and for those ladies that wanted a very natural but polished look to their make up, that was accommodated just as beautifully as those of us who went all-out glam. Lizzy even gave one of my bridesmaids my touch-up powder with a brush and lipstick to use throughout the day, but her application which included some airbrushing lasted me through the entire day and night. Lizzy's team got all of my bridesmaids and flower girls' flower crowns on (also stayed in all day and night!) and my veil. In addition to being extremely talented... Lizzy and her team are just the nicest people you could talk to. I highly recommend stopping into Salon Elizabeth, her new place in Elma, which is where I had my trial; it's so beautiful inside, it felt like being spirited off to Paris.

I can't say enough about the beautiful services Liz provided for our wedding day ! She glammed up me and five of my bridesmaids in her absolutely gorgeous salon and we all felt like princesses. We were allowed to bring food into the bridal suite so we could snack before the ceremony, and she played some awesome music to get us all in the mood for dancing while we were styled. The atmosphere she created was relaxed and laid-back, but the salon itself is so luxurious and expertly styled, you'd think you were in a super exclusive big city salon. So gorgeous !
Liz did my makeup for our engagement photos (which was so subtle and perfect), and met with me late one evening to do my hair trial. Though she did exactly as the picture showed, it wasn't quite right for my big day so on the day of. Not to worry, she assured mt... she took it in a completely different direction on my wedding day without making me feel silly and I was so pleased with the outcome.
I am so happy with her work for our wedding (and with the gorgeous photos she posts on Salon Elizabeth's Facebook) that I can't wait for her to cut my hair this week. You will absolutely not be disappointed with the work of this amazing team to get you hair and makeup ready for any event or just your everyday look. Thank you, Liz !!

To begin with we had the challenge of my daughter living out of state but getting married here in New York. This was extremely stressful when attempting to think about scheduling for hair trials. Elizabeth was so accommodating and caring that she made it easy. She styled her hair in various styles until the perfect one was selected that would ultimately make my daughter feel like the beautiful bride she had pictured. Elizabeth is an amazingly talented stylist and was the perfect one to make my daughter feel special and beautiful on her wedding day! Her staff was also amazing as well! Her salon is gorgeous and was the perfect place for the girls in the wedding party to have some special pampering before the chaos of the day began. Elizabeth also has a bridal room in which she invited us to bring snacks and sandwiches and also provided us coffee for a relaxing afternoon. In closing I would highly recommend Elizabeth Dugan and her stylist. It was one of my favorite and memorable things to do with my daughter on her wedding day. Thank you Elizabeth!

Lizzy was my Hair & Makeup stylist for my wedding recently (10/09/16). I had heard raving reviews from friends before booking and I am so glad that I did. I have nothing but awesome things to say about Lizzy now too!! :) She is fun, super sweet; and she created EXACTLY the styles that I wanted. Lizzy even came right to me, at my hotel for the morning of my wedding, where I was getting ready.
I did my trial with Lizzy a few days before my wedding, and each trial service was $65. Her new salon is absolutely gorgeous! If I had been getting married at a location close by to her salon, I would have absolutely chosen to get ready there!!
Lizzy worked with me that I wanted her exclusively to do hair and makeup for only myself on the day of my wedding. I really wanted one on one attention and not the burden that she needed to work on my girls as well, and it was awesome! I think the total time Lizzy spent with me that morning was about 3 hours! She even stayed through until I left my hotel, to be sure I was all set before the ceremony.
At first I was a little skeptical about pricing for Lizzy, as it was a little over my budget; However, this is a perfect example of you get what you pay for!! If you want stunning, perfect, hair and makeup which will last through your day (even the tears :P), and be exactly what you envision it to be- GO WITH LIZZY! She is well worth every penny.
Brides- do yourself a favor and book Lizzy for your wedding services. You will not be disappointed! If I could give 100 stars as a rating I totally would. Planning a wedding is stressful and nerve-wrecking enough- one thing that you can be sure of is that your makeup and hair will be picture perfect on your wedding day with Lizzy!!

I did two trials, engagement photos, the wedding day and photos on the beach after the wedding with Elizabeth. She is so talented and does exactly what you ask. It's always perfect and beautiful. My advice? Just hire her! Liz is incredible! Planning a wedding from 400 miles away wasn't easy, but Liz was so helpful. Every single ridiculous or silly question I had related to hair and makeup - she answered, and she answered quickly. She was also super helpful in giving suggestions for locations for our first look. At my trial, I gave Liz a very loose description of what I wanted, and showed her an inspirational photo from Pinterest. 30 minutes later, she turned me around to look in the mirror and my hair was EXACTLY how I wanted it...I could have cried. I went in to the trial with other people's horror stories in my head, and Liz blew me away. She did the same with makeup. I told her I wanted something very light, as I do not wear makeup on a regular basis, and she did exactly as I asked. She was a breath of fresh air!
On wedding day, she only continued to impress me. Alone, Liz got hair and makeup done for me and 3 of my bridesmaids in less than 3 hours. We got ready and dressed in her new, GORGEOUS salon, and every detail was perfect. We all gushed over the vintage beauty of the decor, and it photographed SO well in the pictures. I highly recommend using the bridal suite - it was an amazing experience!
Liz's warm, friendly, kind, and caring personality is what really got me. She's one of a kind, and I feel so glad to have worked with her. Do yourself a favor and give her a call...now! You won't regret it :)

I do not even know where to start. Liz is the absolute the best. She is just so kind, talented and an all around beautiful person. I kept switching my plans and she was so accommadating. Not to mention my hair and makeup were absolutely perfect, as were everyone elses. Also, her new salon is beautiful and is a wonderful place to get ready and dressed before your wedding. Thank you Liz.

Lizzy did a wonderful job on the hair and makeup for my wedding! Our make-up lasted throughout the entire day and our hair stayed in place until the very last dance (and even after that). If you are hesitating about whether or not to book her, do it! You won't regret it. Thank you Lizzy!

Lizzy was absolutely one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. I had her do both my hair and makeup. She is incredibly talented, I switched my hair style completely from the trial to the wedding day and it was absolutely perfect. She is also super flexible, my bridal party had a couple of late requests to add on services and she squeezed them in. She spent some time making my flower girls feel like princesses, and even fluffed my Grandmother's perm for her. We loved spending the morning getting ready with her, she loves what she does and it shows. Thank you for making us all feel so beautiful!

I booked Lizzy for my wedding after reading a ton of incredible reviews online. Lizzy Dugan is incredible! She takes the time to really understand the style and look you want on your wedding day, and even if you don't like something, she is wiling to start over! On my wedding day, we had 4 girls, including myself, get hair and makeup. Everyone looked phenomenal the entire evening. The makeup still looked fresh even after dancing all night and the hair stayed during photos in 20mph winds!
I highly recommend Lizzy for any event to do hair and make up! She is definitely the best!

I worked with Lizzy and her team for my wedding. She created the exact picture I brought her for my hair! She did my entire wedding parties makeup, including my mother, and 85 year old grandmother (who has never worn makeup in her life). The experience was beyond perfect! Lizzy is so talented and her personality radiates from her! She listened to exactly what I wanted, as confusing as I was, and gave me a look that was just perfect! I couldn't have put my wedding day beauty in anyone else's hands.......working with Lizzy was one of the best wedding decisions I made! I couldn't have imagined my day without her! I recommend her to everyone and anyone I know....whether it is for prom, a wedding, or any other special occasion! I just love Lizzy!

Lizzy is the best! A week before my wedding, she freshened up my look with a cut and highlight. The day of the wedding, she did both my hair and makeup. I gave her very loose descriptions of what I was looking for (an updo off to the side and a natural look for makeup) and let her do the rest! In my opinion, you can have the most enjoyable wedding day when hiring a professional that you can just trust to do their job.....and that's what you can do with Lizzy! I would not hesitate AT ALL in hiring her for any service she offers. Lizzy is up-to-date, knowledgeable, efficient and such a pro.

Lizzy was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding hair and makeup. I booked her services about 9 months out and she was very quick to respond with pricing and a contract. About a month before my wedding I went in for a trial. I had brought in a few pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like and she came up with something beautiful!!! The day of the wedding she and her assistant did not only my hair and makeup but that of my mom and 4 bridesmaids. What is great about Lizzy is that based on her experience, she is able to give an accurate timeline to get the wedding party out the door on time. She wanted to start my wedding party at 8:30 in the morning, and she was set up ready to go by 8:20am!! I can't begin to tell you what a relief it was to not have to worry about being late for our pictures. Everyone was finished with time to spare!! I loved how my hair and makeup turned out for my wedding. It was beautiful, but I still looked like myself which I had told Lizzy was important to me. I would highly recommend her!!!!

Lizzy was my hairstylist for my wedding back in August of 2015. I feel bad for getting to it so late, but I wanted to make sure I was able to sit down and dedicate enough time to write a review that reflected how happy I was at the services she provided.
Lizzy scheduled a trial with me and we came up with a few looks that I really liked. Following that, we made sure times were set before the big day. On my wedding day, she came at a great time, with a helper, to help style the ladies in my party as well as me.
Lizzy transformed my hair into the most beautiful creation I have ever seen. I was in love with it the moment I saw it, and seeing it in pictures absolutely cements that I made the right decision in having her style my hair on my wedding day.
What most people don't realize is that a stylist's work is in all of your pictures. Lizzy was worth every bit and more, and I am so happy I made the decision to go with her. Not only was my hair beautiful, so was everyone else's, and they looked like they were all part of my bridal party, even though they each had a different updo. The subtleties of having a single element transformed differently into everyone's updo is something I believe that Lizzy excelled at easily.
Of course, she was polite and professional, and even brought along little goody bags, which we loved. She was even great enough to make sure my husband styled his hair correctly (of course he didn't), so he also had picture perfect hair.
Thank you so much, Lizzy, for making that day memorable and such a great experience. I really can't thank you enough for making me feel beautiful even before I put the dress on and became Mrs. Forysinski!

Lizzy and her team are extremely talented and did a phenomenal job completing my wedding day look! Lizzy was a pleasure to work with from the get go. We communicated primarily through email, since I was planning my wedding from NYC, and she always got back to me quickly and was extremely accommodating. We arranged for her to do my hair and make-up for my engagement photos and she exceed all of my expectations! Her artistry and expertise really shine through while still catering to what you want and feel comfortable with. I knew then that there was no one else I trusted more to do my wedding day make-up. Lizzy and her assistant came to the bridal suite the morning of my wedding with all of their equipment. My bridesmaids and I had a blast getting all dolled up with Lizzy. She was professional and personable and our make-up was fabulous and flawless! She even gave us a few items so that we could re-apply and freshen-up throughout the day. I cannot rave enough about how beautiful our make-up looked... and it lasted all night long! Lizzy is every bride's dream make-up artist and will put you at ease on your wedding day. I would highly recommend her to future brides, you won't be disappointed!

Lizzy was the best, and one of my favorite wedding vendors that I worked with! I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my engagement photos after my makeup/hair person canceled last minute. That was great. Then I re-hired her for my wedding hair and makeup and it was PHENOMENAL. I was concerned about the hair not holding a curl, but she reassured me and it looked perfect for the whole night. I got so many compliments, the makeup looked so natural, and she really made sure I looked like my best self. She was also very patient throughout the day (naturally, there were tears and last minute requests and changes and she dealt with them all so well).

Elizabeth is such an amazing hair and make up artist. She was so accommodating and did everything she could to make a hectic day fun and relaxing. I pretty much told her "make me look pretty" without any concrete guidance and she exceeded all expectations. My hair and make up were like something out of a magazine! Very professional and so friendly! It felt like a close friend was helping me get ready for my big day not someone I hired. Whenever I need my hair and make up done in the future I'm definitely calling Elizabeth!
