Great experience!

We hired Travis (owner of Elite Sounds) as our DJ for our wedding on 11/16/24, and we had a very positive experience! He worked well with us and with our wedding planner to make sure that everything went off without a hitch on wedding day. He did a great job of making sure the right songs were played at the right times during our ceremony and special dances. We did notice that he played very few of our selected “open dance” songs during the reception, which we had put a lot of time and thought into choosing; however, he was fantastic at “reading the room” and keeping the dance floor alive for an amazing party, which is ultimately the most important part! We and our guests all had a blast dancing the night away! Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to add on a Photo Booth to our package, which was a hit with our guests! We were able to design the photo strips with our wedding logo, which Travis himself was very kind to help with. Overall, we had a great experience with Travis, and we recommend him to other couples looking for a professional and engaging DJ!

Hire Travis

Travis was amazing! All of the guests had so much fun dancing and raved about how great the music was! The dance floor was always packed thanks to Travis Thank you so much for taking all the stress out of this part of the wedding process! We are so appreciative and thankful to have had him as our DJ!

Wedding Day Entertainment

We hired Elite Sounds for our dream wedding day! We specifically worked with Travis, who was very personable and amazing! We used an app, Vibo, to stay on track and organized for music selection for our wedding day from the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were given the ability to select as few or as many songs. We appreciated the flexibility, as well as; the creativity Travis displayed throughout the night.

Highly recommend!

Travis is the best!

Travis was the best to work with! I am a terrible communicator, and he was the best about keeping up with me. He was extremely flexible with the postponement and rescheduling of our wedding due to Covid. The event planning app made everything so much easier. He had great options to choose from but was also open to any suggestions we had. The venue was beautiful with the lighting he set up. The photo booth was so much fun! I cannot thank Travis enough for all of his help and for making our wedding fun!

Great Experience!

We used Elite Sounds for our DJ and uplighting at our wedding, and Travis was great! Travis was super easy to talk to and very helpful in answering all of our questions leading up to the wedding. The music app he uses made requesting songs a breeze! I would totally recommend contacting him for your next event!

Best. Vendor. Ever.

Travis Lamle is THE MAN! From start to finish, he was professional and accommodating to my many ideas, last minute changes, and stupid questions! Travis was our officiant and DJ and we received a ton of compliments on how smoothly everything went and how fun the wedding was because of him! Travis took the time to get to know us which made the ceremony very personal! You wouldn’t have known we weren’t friends prior to the wedding without us telling you because of how he spoke to and about us! And the music was on point (which was super important to us)! He had everyone out on the dance floor and kept our timeline in order, even when we had last minute changes... he made it work seamlessly! Travis came HIGHLY recommended to us and now I’m one of those that recommends him for everyone’s music, officiant, drapery, and lighting needs!

Totally worth it! Wish I was having another party!

Thank you Travis for being just what we needed! You transformed a bland unappealing venue to a perfect wedding atmosphere. The uplight and draping were well worth the investment which was very reasonable for what we had done, it made all the difference! You were exactly how involved we’d want our DJ. You Got the party going and you were enthusiastic without being over the top and not making it a show about you. You made it about our guest and us! You were professional and fun! Great music and loved how you could read the crowd. I still get comments on how much fun everyone had and that it was the best wedding they had been to! I would highly recommend you to everyone!

Travis killed it!

We received so many compliments on how fun the dance floor was at our wedding! We used Elite Sounds for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music. We also added the up lighting to provide a great ambiance in our venue. Travis made sure everything went smoothly (and it did 😊!) I even had a special request to have a friend sing a live performance and Travis was so easy to work with. Thanks for making our special day so memorable!

My go to DJ

Travis was the best DJ I have had. He is so personable and patient. He really cares about you and wants to make sure your event is perfect. I felt like he could read my mind at some points because he managed to get such a good understanding of what we wanted. I would recommend elite sounds to everyone I know and I will be using them for all future events.

My dream wedding!

I could never imagine the little, plain-walled, kind of dark, clubhouse we chose to hold our reception in would look (and sound) like the wedding of my dreams. Travis completely transformed my venue with his uplighting, drapery and talent of not only getting the party started, but keeping it going! I couldn't imagine it being any different and we're so grateful we chose you. Look no further, you will not be disappointed with elite sounds!

Awesome experience!

This is a little late, but Travis was amazing through the my whole wedding process. He was very responsive, anytime I would reach out via email, he would call me immediately. He was so helpful in guiding me through the timeline and music selection. There were a few occasions where we could not think of ANY songs, and his suggestions were perfect! All night we heard from our guests how awesome he was! He kept the party going. If you want your guests dancing and having a great time, Travis is your guy!

Great music very professional

Seriously hands down the BEST DJ. He was on top of things and had things running smoothly without me even knowing it. He had my photographer, wedding coordinator and every one in the loop and ready to go when he was going to do something.

Elite Sounds was wonderful to work with!

Travis was so great right off the bat, from booking, up to our wedding day. He was always quick to respond to emails, answering any and all of my questions with professionalism. Elite Sounds has an awesome online planning tool that allowed us to to work together with our DJ Travis to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. From the timeline to the song requests, it was so easy and quick. Travis did a great job putting together a playlist that perfectly fit our music taste. All of our guests enjoyed the music. I would definitely recommend Elite Sounds to anyone looking for a great DJ in the Tampa Bay Area.

Amazing dj

DJ Travis was amazing. He met with us before the event for us to get an idea of how he was and he could get an idea of our plans for music. He helped us with any questions we had and the night of the event went so smooth. He rocked with our music. Our guest danced almost all night and we had an amazing time our selves. Thank you so much Travis for all you did for us and for making our reception a night to remember!

Absolutely amazing. We requested Haitian songs that he had no problem finding and playing for us. Announced everything on time. Took song requests. The photobooth was amazing and I was given a surprise signed guest book with all the booth pictures

Travis did an amazing job with our wedding! He made sure we were on the same page and followed up several times to make sure I wasn’t having any issues with song selections. The uplighting was beautiful and really set the tone for the wedding. It was not overwhelming, but gave the room a good atmosphere. He kept everyone on the dance floor until the very end. For the price and the amazing service I received, the value is excellent!

Travis was great from the time we booked him till after the wedding. He made sure everything was satisfactory, made sure everything was ready and set in plenty of time. He took time during the reception let the wedding party know when events were coming up such as speeches, dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc. He was on top of everything. Felt out the crowd making sure everyone was having fun, feeling the music etc. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a D.J!

From pre wedding seating to the last dance of the night, Travis did an amazing job as the DJ for my daughter's wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony and reception and my daughter's music choices could be heard beautifully at both locations. Once the the party music began, I don't think there was a moment that the dance floor was empty! Travis was diligent about getting specific bride and groom requests played on cue while mixing in his own expertise to set the thermostat for the night. He has a knack for keeping everyone engaged! I HIGHLY recommend Florida's Travis Lamle of Elite Sounds!

Travis with Elite Sounds was extremely helpful throughout our planning process. We used Elite Sounds for our DJ, lighting and photo booth. Travis was absolutely phenomenal! He was so easy to communicate with and the online planning software made listing our music choices so simple!! He was beyond professional and kept everybody on the dance floor all night long. He kept the night running smoothly and read the crowd perfectly. Travis and Mike were amazing. Travis was super responsive and thorough when I initially contacted for quotes/questions and during the whole planning process. Their website makes is easy to plan the music for the big day. Mike was awesome as our DJ at the wedding. He kept people up and dancing and made the experience enjoyable. I would reccomend them over and over again. Also the uplights were a great touch and the pin lights really brought attention to focal points, like our cake and sweetheart table. The monogram is a must have too, really popped in our tent. Thank you so much Elite Sounds!

Travis was amazing! He was willing to answer questions no matter the time (even at 9 pm), deal with our parents making payments (which was a challenge in itself), and if he didn't have a song I wanted in his playlist he got it! I would also highly recommend the photo booth option!

Travis was great from the very beginning all the way until the end. He was helpful with any random questions I had throughout the whole wedding process and would go out of his way to assist in anyway he could. All of our guests commented on how great he was. He really reads the crowd well and keeps everyone on the floor. We would definitely recommend him.

Travis did a phenomenal job as our DJ during our reception. He helped to keep our guest actively involved in all ceremonial aspects while creating a great and upbeat atmosphere. Travis was an awesome DJ! He provided our Ceremony music, Reception music and Uplighting. The lighting made the room look beautiful and he played exactly what we wanted to hear. Very friendly and professional! Our wedding day couldn't have been any better.

Elite Sounds was terrific. From the first phone contact to the day of the wedding Travis was willing and able to answer any questions we had. From the music to the lighting he had everything we needed. I'm so glad we hired Elite Sounds.

I would recommend Elite Sounds for ANY type of event you have going on. I am a very indecisive person and he gave me the perfect set up to be able to make all the decisions needed in a timely manner. My wedding planner/decorator, photographer and Elite Sounds all worked VERY WELL together to my day super special. I have already recommended him to several of my friends starting to plan parties.

Elite Sounds did a fantastic job getting the party started at our wedding, and made our reception a memorable event! The lighting and monogram were awesome. The dj was very easy to work with, and we feel he not only listened to our request but he far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend using Elite Sounds for any event.

Travis called me back right away and was able to tell me that he was available for the date we wanted.
He met with us and went over every detail and offered suggestions for how to keep things running smoothly.
The night went off without a hitch. Everyone danced all night & the lighting package we picked looked amazing!!! It was classy & didn't feel like a night club which I was a little afraid of.

Elite Sounds did a fabulous job DJing my party. Their lighting was fantastic. He had up lights, canned lights, anything you could ask for! It was amazing! I loved all of the technology that was used with the various screens around the room. The sound was so great! Travis the DJ was very well organized. He came in and was set-up and out of the way of the caterers. He had met with me previously on a play list, and it was perfect! Our party was a great success due to the DJ and his professionalism and expertise! :)

It was a very fun night thanks to him, he really knew how to get the crowd up and going. Highly recommend elite sounds for any event that involves getting hype and everyone dancing. Will for sure book more events with them!

I found this DJ a week and a half before my wedding and they were so flexible and wonderful! Very easy to work with and the wedding went on without a hitch! They helped keep everything on time and we're very kind! I'm very very happy we chose to work with them!

He was very friendly and easy to talk to. However during our first dance we werent instructed that the song was going to begin and realized a few moments in that it had started and we were not where we rehearsed that we would enter. We had paid for dance lessons and had a choreographed routine but was unsure which verse he started the music as it didn't come on at the beginning and through us off. We ended up just winging it but would have much rathered be given a heads up. Not sure if this was the coordinators doing or maybe not enough communication. I Was a little disappointed. Also in the middle of our song it seemed like it changed from one artist to another and the music seemed like it malfunctioned . It was very noticeable. But other than that he did a great job. Just upset our first dance didnt go as planned. Overall for what I recieved and the quality I would recommend but just be specific and communication is key.

Great that he had wireless mic for our outdoor ceremony-good sound system & lights. Didn’t get names right during introduction of family. I spent many, many hours on playlist, had verbal connection and thought we were on same page. However, most of our playlist was played during dinner and NOT during dance time. Dance music entertained the age 10 and under group very well - not so for the adults. Playlist was designed around guests’ responses to my asking “what song will make you get up and dance?” Really wish he had used it more. If not going to use it, I wish I hadn’t put so much time into getting the perfect playlist together.
I can’t imagine any bride ever wanted to hear Who Let The Dogs Out? at their wedding! I do take some responsibility because I could have stopped what I was doing and talked to him but I did not.
He did take care of set up and tear down in a very timely manner. Followed my playlist perfectly for ceremony ( wrong song for cutting cake) everything else was good except for open dancing during reception.
