  Average DJ service. Had issues with responses to emails during the planning process. They also had some pricing changes as I was quoted that became confusing. The MC DJ for the not wasn’t that entertaining for the Dancing Group I had for guests at my wedding. I gave them a list of songs to play, so there wasn’t a lot that they had to do. I had them do some string lighting at my reception that came out okay, but not for the price I paid. We also had them set up pillars around dance floor that we pretty expensive as well. The dancing kinda ended ubruptly at the end which was kinda disappointing, as I was told they would try to push the music more towards 10:30 if possible. I understand that DJ Prices could be higher for Destination weddings. But this was almost double the price for what I could get back at my home State and half the amount of playing time.

  Overpriced and overvalued

  We booked Elite for our summer wedding, I will say not by choice. They seem to have a monopoly with a lot of the hotels so you are forced to use them. On top of being overpriced, they are not the best of communicators. The price you pay is not the level of service or lighting you deserve. For example, we asked for a specialized light that they were more than happy to provide. Problem was, it didn't work on the night of. Another issue was the music/dj. They sent their backup DJ on the day of the wedding without notifying us until an hour before the reception. He tried to do the best he could but he didn't have a huge majority of the music we requested. He also specifically played songs we requested not to be played. Again, no fault of the backup DJ; he wasn't properly vetted or communicated to from Elite.
  Despite the difficulties, the setup looked nice and was on par with our vision. We also got a refund for certain services(DJ) that were inadequate. If you are able, book another company that will actually put effort into their work.
