    We loved Shawn and our limo for bridal party transportation! Shawn was timely and helpful and we had a fantastic time!

    We used Elite Limos for our wedding day to cart the bridal party around as well as guests to and from the reception and they were fantastic!!! They knew our schedule perfectly and did an excellent job accommodating our guests! All were very happy!

    I was very happy with Elite Entertainment and the service that they provided to me and my guests. Shawn the driver was very professional and easy to work with. I would rent a car from Elite again.

    One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a limo company. I would never recommend them to anyone. We rented the red trolley for our wedding party in between the ceremony and reception. Not only was the air conditioning broken on the trolley (note: we were not aware of this until stepping onto the trolley that day- AND the website reads "comfortably air conditioned trolley" - very false), but they had a large fan in the middle that was blowing out the hot air that was on the bus. When we asked if the A/C was on to the bus driver, she said this was the best they could do and suggested to us to roll down the windows if we needed more air flow. It was 91 degrees outside and my bridesmaids were sweating through their dresses on the way to get our pictures taken on this bus, so having the windows down was not exactly ideal, but we did it anyways because we were desperate for any kind of air flow. Thankfully, we had an excellent photographer who Photoshopped the sweat marks from of their dresses. After I called Elite Limos that following Monday to confront the terrible situation, they refused to acknowledge the fact that the AC was broken, and acted like it was working perfectly fine. Might I add that the bus driver was the one that suggested for us to call in that Monday to speak with the owners to get a refund of some sort - that's how uncomfortable it was on the bus. We failed to receive an apology for the poor service, let alone a refund. They said they tested out the A/C that day and it worked just fine and it must have been because we had the windows down (the bus driver's suggestion because it was SO HOT on on trolley). We also were off the bus for over 45 minutes at a time while we we're taking pictures and the bus still was 100 degrees when we stepped back on. Very poor service and very disappointed in the way they handle their "customer service."

    I'm very sorry that you were displeased with the Trolley Bus and our customer service, as we pride ourselves on offering amazing customer service and vehicles! I'm sorry that the Trolley Bus wasn't able to get very cool on the day of your wedding. As we had explained to your brother, the A/C was not broken, it simply could not keep up in the 105 degree weather. I'm sorry we weren't able to do any more for you! We wish you guys the best!
