  I truly can’t say enough about Danielle and Elise Events as a whole. When you get engaged and start to think about planning your wedding, it can be incredibly overwhelming. From the moment we met Danielle over coffee, I knew right then she would be the absolute best; she was so invested in our vision and really made us feel at ease (as a new bride to be a had a lot of questions and concerns.) From the beginning, she set up multiple venue site visits for us to attend together and walked through each step with us, from narrowing down pricing to helping us get the date we wanted once we finally found the one. Fast forward a few months, we had many design meetings and countless calls and emails discussing every little detail, Danielle put her creative mind to work and truly guided us in creativing exactly what we envisioned, only better- because she put her impeccable design spin on it. Not only is she talented with her design and creative abilities, she is so organized and methodized in every thing she does. She has all her clients set up on an online portal that keeps track of budget, guest list, seating chart, vendors contracts etc. It was so helpful in keeping us on track and dialed in throughout the whole process. Like all her other clients, I am sad our wedding and planning days are over not just because of the magical day she helped us put on but because I miss talking to her multiple times a week and catching up with her whenever we were in Tahoe for wedding planning! She is more than a planner or creative designer to her couples, she has such a kind heart and truly wants her clients to be happy and enjoy every part of planning their dream day. You know you picked the right planner when she gets just excited about your wedding details as much as you do.

  We were so lucky to find Danielle! We worked together for 2 years to create our wedding day and it turned out beautifully and just what we wanted. Even more, this was a destination wedding which can add a whole new element of stress but didn’t because of Elise Events. The day of the wedding I was able to fully enjoy our day, free of any stress, because I knew and trusted Danielle would execute flawlessly. She has wonderful relationships with her vendors which make them want to go the extra mile for you. Over the two years we spent countless hours going over the tiniest details and exchanged thousands of emails. Danielle has become a friend and we just love her to pieces!!

  Danielle and Elise events is the best decision we could have ever made for our wedding. We have her to thank for the most beautiful, seamless and perfect day in our lives! From the moment we met Danielle we knew she was the right choice. She is the sweetest, most creative, stylish, talented and organized person. Danielle truly has impeccable taste. She was there every single step of the way from the concept and design of the wedding, helping us find amazing vendors, organizing and facilitating everything, and providing us with professional guidance in the most tasteful way. With my husband and I both working full time jobs with a full travel schedule, she made planning SO easy and stress free. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and flawlessly executed and we owe it all to Danielle’s dedication to ensure that we had and ENJOYED the wedding of our dreams. We received overwhelming compliments on not only the design details, but how smooth, elegant and effortless the wedding day was. Founder and Creative Director, Danielle Sammons, is firm yet gentle, professional yet personable, and creative yet methodical. From beginning to end, Danielle worked tirelessly in pursuit of transforming my daughter’s vision to reality. Together, they reviewed fabric swatches, paper samples, and calligraphy styles, and created mood boards, table renderings, and timelines.   She is very professional, organized and well connected in the Lake Tahoe/Reno area and her network of vendors are all just as delightful to work with. We choose Elise Events for month of planning and day of coordination for our wedding on September 16, 2016, as recommended by our photographer Kari Spralinger aka Gagewood Photo, who is also a creative counterpart. As busy individuals who live in San Diego, planning for a destination wedding was difficult and our time to plan was limited by our crazy working schedules. Successful planning would not have been possible without Danielle!
  
  Danielle is skilled in her attention to details and her ability to make things beautiful. Every wedding she puts together is a unique creation and will not look or feel like a typical Pinterest wedding. Kari and Danielle make a great team and help cover all the logistical and creative needs that you will want for your wedding. Months later and I’m still breathless when I look at our wedding photos.   It's hard to put into words how amazing Danielle is, all I can say is that she is the best! Danielle consistently exceeded our expectations and was, by far, one of the best decisions we made. We were able to vocalize all of our ideas, loves, hates and concerns and she took all of them in and delivered way above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Not only is she fantastic to work with but she has fantastic relationships with all 'wedding related vendors'. Nothing went unattended, every detail was thought of and thoroughly planned, and when our wedding day came she was a calming presence for all. She has the best eye for design, the best taste for style, is professional and personal... Danielle truly is one of a kind and the best event planner in the Lake Tahoe area.   I knew that we would need a wedding planner to help us with our private estate wedding in Tahoe, but I never imagined we would be so blessed as to find someone like Danielle from Elise Events!

From beginning to end, Danielle was instrumental in making our wedding so special and the best day of our lives. Not only did she expertly handle the coordination of everything, but we really trusted her suggestions, eye for detail, and creative aesthetic. I knew I wanted a rustic and organic look, and Danielle was able to really bring that to life and added so many great touches.
  
  Beyond all of that, what makes Danielle so special is how much she cares about her clients. My mom, husband, and I had so many phone calls with her throughout the process and she was always organized, patient, and totally there for us.   I can't recommend Elise Events enough. Danielle, the creator and mastermind behind Elise Events is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Having her plan my own bridal shower and wedding, I have personally witnessed the hard work and passion that she puts into every aspect of her job, and is one of the most talented creators I have seen. Danielle is able to execute any task with distinction, and her techniques and design elements set her apart from the rest. Her standards for high quality results for any wedding big or small, and her work ethic exceed anyone’s expectations. Not only is her styling and artistic eye incredibly unique, but her thoroughness and her drive to be the best, puts her at a higher caliber in her field. I enjoyed working with her so much, and loved watching her wedding process unfold. I tend to feel overwhelmed when it comes to planning, and Danielle made me feel at ease every step of the way. On my wedding day, I felt relaxed and taken care of, and I was able to be in the moment and enjoy every second of my day because I knew I was in the best hands possible. Our wedding was truly the most memorable day of our lives. Every attention to detail to the whole flow of our wedding was beyond perfect.   My daughter’s wedding was so perfect, I still get a warm rush just thinking about it.
  
  My daughter and I interviewed several wedding planners who all seemed very capable, but there was something special about Danielle. Since the wedding was on the West Coast but almost everyone was coming from the East Coast, we wanted to make a weekend of it and hoped for that special touch. Danielle seemed as excited as we were about planning this complex weekend. We not only wanted the events to feel as seamless as possible for our daughter and son-in-law to be, but also wanted everyone to feel welcome, comfortable and included in the celebration; to end the weekend feeling that it was one of the best times they had ever had.
  
  My family is in the luxury hotel business, so attention to detail has always been extremely important to us. Danielle had the same priorities. Most importantly, she spent so much time with us that she was able to perfectly capture our family’s vision of the wedding celebration we wanted. Her suggestions for caterer, florist and photographer and her own added creative touches, made the weekend more perfect than we could have imagined.
  
  Because Danielle was so meticulous about every detail, on the day of the wedding she had everything under control so that we were all able to relax and enjoy our own party. She made sure the bridal party was well attended to prior to the service, so that they were all completely relaxed and upbeat.
  
  I would work again with Danielle in a heartbeat, and that is not a recommendation I give lightly. May your event be as happy as ours was!

  I cannot say enough good things about Danielle at Elise Events. She created the perfect fairytale wedding without a detail forgotten. Everything fell together so perfectly and her ideas and creativity far surpassed any wedding I've ever attended and really made all of our wedding dreams come true. She was a pleasure to work with and really took initiative to get things done and keep on top of everything.

  We loved working with Danielle! As out-of-towners with limited experience in Tahoe and separate ceremony and reception locations, having a local planner that knew West shore intimately was imperative and Danielle exceeded expectations. Danielle pulled together a unique, elegant setting that wowed our guests and have made for insanely beautiful photos. She has an amazing team that she pulled together from the photographer, to the calligraphy, florist, and linens, Danielle made sure that even when things didn't go exactly as planned, no one knew but her and worked on our behalf to have invoices revised to make good for any mix ups. And when we learned 2 weeks before our wedding that West shore had a yellow jacket infestation, Danielle not only helped plan to minimize their presence, but ran around the ceremony and reception helping anyone who had been stung (be aware for September weddings!).
  
  My only criticism is that Danielle is a one-woman show, so if you are planning a wedding far in advance, it can at times be difficult to get a timely response. In general, all the vendors work on "Tahoe time" so coming from LA and working in a communications business, it was an adjustment to level-set expectations on turnaround times. This was not an issue at all though in the few weeks leading up to our wedding as we worked to finalize all of the last details. Overall, I could not recommend Danielle enough and her sweet and fun personality can ease the stress of wedding planning!
