  Elise Donoghue was the first wedding vendor my fiance and I booked and we could not have been more pleased with our photos, or the experience of working with Elise. First and foremost, Elise is an artist--her photographs are beyond gorgeous and I have no idea how we're going to go about narrowing down our favorites to complete our album. However, Elise is also a consumate professional and looking back I would not have traded the experience of working with her for anything.
  
  The day of the wedding, Elise put our entire wedding party at ease and their comfort in her presence shined through in the photographs. My mother-in-law was blown away that Elise knew everyone's names in advance and her experience working with children came in handy when 3-year-old ring bearer started to get tired. Elise navigated some difficult family politics with ease and grace and her presence allowed me to stay calm and focused on enjoying the day.
  
  Having attended numerous weddings in the past, one of my concerns was selecting a photographer who would not choreograph our entire day. I wanted someone who would capture all of the important moments, without staging the experience, and that was exactly what Elise and her assistant did. Elise blended in so seemlessly that I honestly lost track of her at times during the ceremony and reception, but the thousands of beautiful images we received attest that she was there capturing each and every moment.
  
  I knew Elise's work would be wonderful, but I was completely awed by the engagement album she delivered. My fiance and I made a last minute decision to create a guest book from the photos and figured that with our tight timeline we would need to do the work, but Elise offered to make it for us. She took the idea and ran with it and the final product was so much better than what I had envisioned creating. Our guests loved it and we have had so much fun flipping through it and reading everyones messages.
  
  In conclusion, Elise exceeded our expectations on numerous occassions and our guests LOVED her--I wholeheartedly recommend her work and hope I have the opportunity to work with her again some day.

From putting the make-up on to the very last dance, Elise captured the magic of the day. Photography was our #1 priority (you eat the cake, the flowers wilt, but the photos are forever!) and our photos tell the beautiful story of our day. Her bubbly personality made it a complete joy for me to work with her before and after while we compiled our album. We hope she knows how much her amazing photos mean to us!

  Planning a wedding - no matter how big or small or how soon you start or organized you are - can be a challenge at best. We were lucky as most of our vendors made the day so special for us and Elise is at the top of our list for an exceptional job! She was so comfortable to be around and most of the time I didn't even know she was there. She worked hard from makeup through after most of our guests left. I remember saying to her at the end of the evening when she was still trying to get every shot 'where are you getting the energy?" And the end result of her and her assistant's, Jennifer, hard work were gorgeous photos that captured every special moment and some moments I would have missed if she hadn't captured them.   Elise Donoghue was the best photographer I could have asked for!!! From day one, she was extremely easy to work with, very personable, and flexible. The images came out beyond our expectations (100% worth the $), we could have not been happier. We appreciate a photographer and team that is so passionate about what they do because it truly shows in their work.   Elise is truly a gifted photographer and artist. While our entire album is beautiful - Elise captured some stunning moments throughout our day. She came with us to our venue prior to the event to plan where our photographs would be taken - she was flexible and inspiring - and the results speak for themselves. Elise and her team were incredibly professional from beginning to end, she shot an unbelieveable amount of frames - giving us much to work with when making our final selections. I loved having Elise's expertise both before and after the wedding - she provides a phenomenal, artistic view of a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thanks Elise!

  Elise Donoghue, located in Beverly, MA was fabulous! Our pictures are GORGEOUS!!! She took 1000's of shots and (thank goodness!) is working with us to decide which ones should go in our albums. We checked out many photographers before our wedding and our so thankful we chose Elise. Highly recommend!!!

  Elise and her team of photographers are amazing! Friends and family are still talking about my pictures. Pictures are the one thing you have left over after the 5 hours of a wedding, and I am ecstatic that I picked Elise and her team.

Elise is highly organized, professional, laid back, fun and more importantly didn’t miss a thing the day of our wedding. The album captures it all and we get more compliments on the quality of the album itself- every shot is perfect. I always thought I would regret not having a videographer but the pictures alone capture every moment!

She brought two assistants and all were professional, fun to work with, and caught great shots. It was nice having more than one photographer, esp. at the Public Garden, since one took great formal shots while the others were catching candid moments.   Elise Donoghue's professionalism is second to none. Even more important, was how comfortable she made us feel and easy-going she is. During what was a stressful time, Elise was a breath of fresh air and you just knew the wedding album was going to be perfect, which it was. We even went back to her for our daughter's first birthday pictures and she did a fantastic job once again. We highly recommend Elise!!!

During what was a stressful time, Elise was a breath of fresh air and you just knew the wedding album was going to be perfect, which it was. We even went back to her for our daughter's first birthday pictures and she did a fantastic job once again. We highly recommend Elise!!!

  Elise is an amazing photographer!! We have been married for several years now, but our photos are still on display b/c they are so unique. We continue to receive compliments. With many photographers pictures become dated...not with Elise. We love her work so much that we have her photograph our children yearly, as well as have her do our Christmas cards. Elise's work is always fresh and creative, and she works with you to insure your happy with your photos. We highly recommend her.

  Not pleased with Elise Donoghue at all. For someone who spoke so highly of the quality of her work and photos, the end result was less than satisfactory. Her pricing is very deceiving. I would not recommend this photographer.
