It was super easy for me to manor my choice by having Elements to host my ceremony and reception. Amanda is on top of replying with much promptness and so easy to talk to. She makes this process so easy. I’m thankful for her and for this venue.

Meghan and Jaclyn were wonderful to work with from day one. They were flexible, offered wonderful opinions, and were very organized. All of our guests LOVED the food. The dinner service was great, all of the servers were friendly. The space itself was great also.

Kathleen, Sanja and Chelsea were AWESOME to work with. I felt like I was planning my wedding with 3 of my bestest friends, And 4 months later, I actually miss them!!! I STRONGLY recommend this group of caring ladies to anyone looking for the experience of wedding planning with an extra dose of attention to detail!!! #9/23/17 #BESTDAYEVER

I would give them more than five stars if I could! Nidhi and her staff were an absolute dream to work with. They were all so friendly, accommodating, and kind. They are true professionals who bust their butts to provide excellent customer service. Nidhi cut us a fantastic deal on our ceremony and reception, and was a valuable asset from start to finish as a planner and day-of coordinator. They made our wedding a very special day for us! It was truly one of the happiest days of our lives. I highly recommend them for other engaged couples planning their big day.

There was a lot of amenities included in the price. Suite for bride and groom, wedding cake, table decorations wine, and the food which was absolutely delicious. My guest could not stop talking about how good the food was.

Happily marries for three days now. We used the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Orland Park for our guests to stay at. We also stayed at this hotel both the night before and our wedding night. Booking the block was easy and when changes needed to be made they were right on top of it. When asked for updates they responded quickly and as informatively as possible.

During our stay the elevator had a malfunction but the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us carry all of our gifts and bags to our room (on the third floor) and got the elevator technician out as soon as possible. Everything was back to normal by morning. The rooms are nicely sized and great for getting ready. We will definitely use them in the future for other events.

I recently got married at Homewood Suites/Elements Conference Center in Orland Park, IL and I could not have been happier! The service, staff, food, hotel rooms ... it all was BEYOND AMAZING. First, the staff was a joy to work with. From the cleaning staff to the front desk to Noelle (sales manager) everyone could not have been any nicer. They all really truly love what they do. Second, the food ... oh the food! I wish I could eat there everyday. All of the wedding food was cooked fresh that day and you can really taste it. The chef even came out after dinner to all of the tables to make sure all the guests were happy. The service during our wedding was outstanding. There were always staff walking around to see if you needed anything and the evening was running smoothly. Finally, the hotel rooms were gorgeous! They were all very spacious and felt luxurious. We even had a special homemade treat from the chef when we got up to our room after the reception.

It is a week and a half after the wedding and people are still talking about the amazing time they had at the wedding. Not one guest at my wedding had a complaint about a single thing. Noelle and Beth were a blast to work with and I HIGHLY recommend Homewood suites to any future brides.

I have to preface this review by saying that I am making a point not to be biased in writing this review...because my wedding was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! And I could not have imagined any other banquet hall being able to do what Homewood Suites in Orland did. I am so grateful for Scott and all of the staff that worked with him. Every part of planning my wedding reception with them was smooth sailing. The quality of service was unmatched and the value of the services provided is outstanding. They worked with me to help me find ways to stay within my very tight budget. My guests at my recpetion kept saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Everything was on time and every need was met. I wish I could get married all over again. I would not second guess having any event at this location.

The Element provided exceptional service for my daughters wedding on May 13, 2016. Jacqueline and David the event coordinators were the best. I will use their service again and I highly recommend others to use this venue.

We loved having our ceremony at Elements was perfect. We went right into our cocktail hour. Our dinner was deliciious, the service was fantastic. Jacquline was wonderful to work with. She gave us the best advise with our officiant and DJ.

To all brides and grooms out there:
If you are looking to have an exceptional wedding reception, then I HIGHLY suggest Elements Conference Center in Orland Park, Illinois. They were recently acquired by Odyssey Country Club, and let me tell you...THEY ROCKED OUR WEDDING RECEPTION!!! Everything we wanted they accommodated with ease. The food, which we did a more casual spread, was OUTSTANDING! Our guests keep raving about the food. Our wedding planner Jaclyn was amazing. She coordinated with all the vendors and made my life as a busy bride so much easier.

I don't know if I could have been so calm the day of our wedding reception if it wasn't for the staff at Elements!

Our venue was one of the easiest decisions we made while wedding planning! The price itself was near impossible to beat. The food is fresh and tastes great! Although, we had a few bumps with the wedding coordinator leaving, Jacqueline took over and has been so helpful. They are super flexible and make it all about the bride and groom.

Scott was great!! The hotel did a really good job of decorating and accommodating all the guests. The only thing was they could not serve my wedding cupcakes. I did not find this out until the day of, when it was time to serve the cake. I was never told this but luckily for them, I have some great family members who jumped right in.

The venue was perfect for our wedding reception. We loved the fact that it had the hotel option attached for our out of town guests as well as those who traveled a good distance. Our tasting was amazing, we originally wished and hoped to do family style but our numbers grew out of hand. We wished that they could have done it as that was a huge deal to us but under stood they couldn’t store that much food. We had a little hiccup in the beginning with our original coordinator leaving but Jacqueline quick jumped in. Our food was just as good as the tasting and Jacqueline and her staff made sure we had whatever we needed throughout the night. Our bartender Patrick was AMAZING! He recalled all of the bridal party’s drinks and would have them ready the minute we walked up. We were the only event that evening at it was perfect, as we didn't have to wonder about "crashers". The tables were perfect, chairs and decor was set up just as we wanted, minus a frame being place the opposite direction ;) But it was still a wonderful evening as we wanted.

Communication was very difficult when planning our block for our wedding. There was a high turnover of sales coordinators during our time working with them and a lot of communication fell through the cracks. Responses to phone calls and emails was very slow or we didn't get any at all. The terms and conditions seemed to change with each person as well, so it was hard to know if things were going to actually work out with our block or not. When guests called to reserve a room under our block, the front desk told them the block was full when it actually wasn't, so my husband and I had to play middle man between them and the hotel to get them rooms at the block rate. The room was nice and we have no complaints about our stay there after the wedding. Just very disappointed with the customer service aspect.

We booked our wedding here w/ Jacqueline 1 year in advance. We wanted a sci-fi/galaxy theme w/ special decoration requests. They said "no problem" & wowed us with a pitch promising they would essentially coordinate every detail on the big day so we could sit back & enjoy our wedding. Unfortunately, those assurances couldn't have been further from the truth.

I spent 2 YEARS planning & designing a unique dream wedding. I went above & beyond communicating the plans via diagrams, written instructions, & labeled boxes w/ décor. (In fact, was told I was the most organized bride she'd seen & that she wished she had that documentation for all weddings). I was on hand the days before to give help/guidance. Yet, we were completely let down in the end.

Th went on and on…we spent so much time trying to keep things moving instead of enjoying the party. We lost out on priceless time visiting w/ guests, dancing, and making good memories. Many carefully planned details & experiences never came to be.

After, we were told someone would reach out. 2 days later, we planned a meeting. Then we got a call from a higher-up cancelling the appt saying, "We don't need to hear about what happened, just tell us what you want to put this behind us." Didn’t think it was possible, but felt even worse after that phone call-we were completely dismissed.

They did refund a portion of our event, but never heard us out. I sent suggestions on how to improve things (communication, event notes, expectations, etc) & no response. Never even got an apology accept for one that was wrapped in blame for our wedding being "too detailed."

Thinking the mess was over, we picked up our items & found over $500 in items were missing-INCLUDING OUR WEDDING GUESTBOOK! Said they couldn't find them & weren't responsible. After fighting we got a partial refund, but, that doesn't make up for irreplaceable lost memories.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend this venue to my worst enemy.
