Elena is the best and I could not have asked for a better experience!! I felt beyond comfortable every step of the way! Not only did I find my perfect dress on my my first appointment, but so did the other two girls I recommended Eleganza to!Elena is the best and I could not have asked for a better experience!! I purchased my dress from Eleganza and my husband and the groomsmen rented their tuxes from there as well. The women at Eleganza were so helpful and made the dress making decision so easy! They treat you like family and let you take your time trying on many different dresses. Their seamstress is a dream to work with and really cares about how you look in your dress and how it feels on you. The men got their tuxes there and also had an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend checking out this store!I purchased my dress from Eleganza and my husband and the groomsmen rented their tuxes from there as well. Eleganza was able to find me the perfect tuxedos for myself and my groomsmen. My party was made up of 11 groomsmen total, but they were able to handle everything with ease despite the large party.Eleganza was able to find me the perfect tuxedos for myself and my groomsmen. Body Shaming and poor customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service and experience I have had at a bridal boutique. This place was unfortunate enough to be my very first place I went to try on dresses. Let's start with the environment, the showroom is in the basement of their building and is about the size of my living room. Their changing rooms are an elongated shower curtain rod and angular with curtains hanging. The woman I worked with Elaine or Elaina showed me the worst customer service I have ever come across in the bridal industry which is too bad because these reviews lead me to believe she is the owner. Anyway the first words out of my mouth were letting her know I recently lost a lot of weight and I wanted the day to be positive so I asked her to avoid telling me I was too big/too fat or dresses were too small/too tight and instead just to talk in real numbers like "hey I think you need a 14 in this one instead of a 12" or something like that. By the way I am not a small girl, but I am not massive. I wear a size 14 jeans. I showed her my pictures of dresses I liked and then the experience began. She started by telling me there won't be a lot of things for me to try on but she will try to find some things because all her dresses are "small". This continued for about 10 minutes. Me combing through the racks and her standing behind me to say "no that won't fit...no that is too small...too tight...no..." she interchanged that with telling me I am too big, my bridesmaid wanted me to try on a dress she told her there's no way it would go over my hips. Total body shaming garbage. I stopped her to remind her of what I said earlier, she replied "well educate me on a word different than "big" you want me to use". At that point I was done with her. If she picked a dress and I said I didn't like the style she took is personally, she said "well this was in the pic you showed me so..." She made me feel like a massive whale the entire time which no bride should be made to feel. I couldn't even LOOK at dresses that I was "too big" for. My family started to get involved/ask questions/take pictures and she shut everyone down. My cousin asked how they don't have more than 5 dresses to try on at or above a bridal 16 and she responded defensively "well what do you want me to say this is what we have" newsflash, that's not customer service! She was defensive and not helpful and I could not get out of there fast enough. Stay. Away. I found the dress of my dreams somewhere else this past weekend!Absolutely the worst customer service and experience I have had at a bridal boutique.
