  Contacted Tom a few weeks before the wedding by email and we were booked the next day. We booked it for four hours. The limo we got was the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III LWB which was very clean and arrived on time. Our chauffeur was an older gentleman who was very nice and professional like Alfred from Batman with a cap, outfit and all, very elegant. After getting out of the church we were welcomed to a red rolled out carpet that led to the limo and the chauffeur standing by the door. We took a ton of photos by the limo outside and inside. I would recommend them to everyone, professional and excellent service.

  Ruined the wedding day

  NIGHTMARE. Arrived 20 min late. After he parked had smoke coming out the engine. He explained to me that the AC stopped working on a 96 degree day. We pulled off in the car drenched in sweat and pulled up in the car soaked because of how the AC didn't work. He refused to let us roll down the windows for air because it started to drizzle rain. Wife's makeup and hair ruined. And he had the audacity to give me $200 of the 1400 paid for the "inconvenience". Clown company. Avoid at all costs!
