  Need Transportation?? Look no further!!!

  I'm so grateful I came across Elegant Limousine & Charter!! I had read many reviews from other vendors that made me very weary of who I hired. When I came across Elegant, I knew I found the one for both my rehearsal night & wedding day! Come to find out, about a month later after I had hired them, I was actually on one of their shuttles at another event!! Both that day & on my wedding weekend, we were all so impressed by their professionalism, timely manner, friendliness, & awareness that ensured the safety of all on board! I had an open bar at my wedding so I couldn't bear the thought of expecting my guests to drive themselves home at the end of the night. Elegant Limousine & Charter took the stress away from worrying about our guests & provided the comfort knowing they were in the best of hands!! I highly recommend this vendor for all transportation needs!!

  Excellent Service

  From our initial interaction with them, they were so honest and transparent with services. They helped to ensure we have proper timing of shuttle services for our wedding. Can not recommend this company enough. Responsive, fairly priced and very professional l.

  Above and beyond!

  We hired Elegant Limousine to drive a party bus for our bridal party on the day of our wedding and their service was incredible! Throughout the planning process, the Elegant team was responsive and professional. Our driver, Tucker, helped make the day so special. It was a rainy day and he escorted me everywhere with an umbrella so I didn't get wet in my dress. Truly went above and beyond! Would recommend them to everyone!

  Elegant Limousine & Charter was so great to work with! They were so responsive whenever I had questions and were so professional. They went above and beyond to make our day amazing. Funny story. After our ceremony we had a limo that was going to take us from the church to the reception venue. Before we took off, we had to take pictures with our bridal party and my mother actually asked the limo driver to go pick us up a snack since me and my new husband hadn’t eaten all day. When we finally entered the limo, there was a few burgers and drinks waiting for us! It was so sweet and so unexpected! They absolutely didn’t have to do that but we were so grateful they did!

  Elegant Limousine & Charter provided us with our party buses and roll's royce for our August 5, 2017 wedding at Kendall Plantation. They were timely, clean vehicles and all of the driver's were super nice. We highly recommend using them for your next weekend or event!

  Elegant Limousine was awesome to work with, understanding our transportation needs. We decided to go nontraditional and rent a limo bus (I thought it would be easy to get in and out of!). The driver was on time and super friendly, keeping me laughing while I waited to walk down the aisle. Would definitely recommend!

  It was a pleasure working with Elegant Limo for our wedding! Kent was extremely responsive, provided excellent service and guidance as to what vehicles we needed for our guests. The drivers were exceptional and I could not recommend another company over Elegant Limo.

  We used Elegant Limousine and Charter for our wedding. The ranch the wedding was on was about 35 minutes from the hotel and we used two buses to transport our guests. They were very prompt, professional, and flexible for all of our wedding needs. Great service!!

  Our experience with Elegant Limousine was a once in a lifetime kind of deal! We were unlucky due to the fact that the Mercedes S550 we were suppose to ride away in had hail damage & wouldn't be ready in time. However, our misfortune turned into an opportunity to instead be driven away in a 1960 Bentley!! Needless to say we were extremely happy with the service we received!!! Our driver Carlos was so great & we had a great time driving around downtown San Antonio!! Thank you again!!!

  No complaints with this vendor. We just needed someone to pick us up and take us to the hotel after the reception. Because we had a minimum number of hours we were required to use, they were willing to make several trips back to the venue to pick up the bridal party. The company did not offer any "extras" but there were no complaints.

  Cadillac SUV

  The chofer was very patient, he waited for the groom and bride for like about an hour and a half. The only thing I didn’t like was that the SUV was not clean on the outside, I think that the car needed to be perfectly clean.

  I used elegant limousine for our wedding. It was a horrible experience, first the car arrived late , and no "just married sign" as well as no champagne in the classic car we had reserved. Which in the contracted they stated that it comes with the "just married sign" and champagne. Also charged twice and one of the charges wasn't even on the bill they sent, when I emailed them to ask what the separate charge was for I didn't receive any explanation on as to why. Stay away from this vendor

  We can not stop people from posting unwarranted commit about our company when they remain anonymous. But I can say for a fact that they have deceived the public about their claims. For a FACT....ELEGANT LIMOUSINE AND CHARTER WILL NEVER supply CHAMPAGNE or any other alcoholic beverage in our vehicles due to the fact we are not permitted through TABC. Just Married signs are only placed on vehicles when it has been requested.
  Finally, if there is ever a dispute with fees or charges our offices will answer any and all question about billing.
