  best shuttle service for our wedding guests!

  This shuttle service was such a pleasure to work with. We went back and forth so many times on size and number of vans for our wedding and they were patient and guided us through the process. They were on time and got our 130 guests from our venue to downtown Paso Robles with no issues. They even let us blast music and dance on the bus. It felt like we rented a party bus rather than a shuttle service. The drivers were amazing from start to finish and very reliable. Would hire again for any event!

  Reliable and top notch service

  Derek is top notch! I have used Elegant Image Limousine repeatedly in the past few months and they deserve your business. We did an airport drop-off and pick-up in June for our trip to Scandinavia and they showed up early and prepared. (We had a 5am pick up and our return was after midnight.). I was so impressed, I booked them for a 23 passenger shuttle and a limousine for our exit on our wedding day last Saturday. The shuttle made things smooth for our guests from the church to the reception in Morro Bay. It went very smoothly. Our limo driver was extremely patient as it took us a little bit longer to exit from our reception than planned. It was much appreciated! Call them for any transportation needs as their customer service is worth every penny!

  A week before our April 2019 wedding, we decided we wanted a shuttle to take our guests from the venue in Atascadero to Downtown San Luis Obispo for an after party. We rented one Ford-F-550 party bus which seated 30 passengers and had it make 2 one-way trips after the wedding. We were SO glad we did. With SLO county's noise ordinance we had to be out of our venue by 10pm, so this was a clean way to get guests out of the venue safely but also to keep everyone together and keep the party going. Our driver, Guy Thompson, was great! The company emailed us his phone number two days before the event, but we didn't need to use it. Guy was on time and provided everything as promised.   I recently used Elegant Image Limo for my bridal party and me and my now husband's transportation for our wedding and it was great! Compared to other companies I looked at, for what you get, you cannot beat the price! We were so lucky to get upgraded to a bigger limo than what we had originally booked, all complimentary, and it even had the jet and lambo doors that open upwards instead of out...my hubby and his groomsmen LOVED this! The limo was nice and clean and the driver was very professional, on time patient during pictures and accommodating!! I was a little nervous since Elegant Image Limo is based out of Quintana and my wedding was in the suburbs, however the driver was great and really didn't need much help finding his way around, and again, was on time, if not early to pick us up! They had champagne and water bottles in the limo for us too which was great for the hot day it was. We also got decorations included and a red carpet rolled out for when we entered the limo. The booking process was quick and easy and Anna was great to work with as well.   Planning a destination wedding from thousands of miles away can be overwhelming!
  We needed a limo service that could handle arriving and departing flights in and out of San Luis Obispo, plus the day before and day of wedding limo needs (which included two limos and a party bus for guests) but Derek Stafford and his drivers, Guy, Gary and Bill, handled it unbelievably. They were all so very courteous, unbelievably helpful, on time and all around tremendous people. They far exceeded all our expectations with their service and wonderful attitudes. No request was too much, Thanks again for making our day so worry free and wonderful.

  We rented a limo from Elegant Image Limo for our wedding, and service was excellent. Unfortunately can't remember the limo driver's name, but he was fantastic. Arrived a few minutes early, driver was friendly and professional, limo itself was very clean and interior was classy. Came with sparkling wine and sparkling cider for the flower girls that came with us (and were obviously under 21). Flexibility was great as we decided a couple days before to go to a third location for picture taking in between ceremony and reception, and driver was totally great with that (even though he found out the day of). Price I felt was reasonable and payment method was smart for a wedding - book with your credit card and they charge your credit card on the morning of for time and tip (set rate) so you don't need to carry your card on the day-of. Based on the ease of doing business and great service level I would highly recommend.

  We're really glad that we used Elegant Image for our wedding transportation! They were on time, very accommodating, and the driver was actually really entertaining! He was also really understanding when one of the groomsmen went a little overboard at the end of the night, which I was super grateful for! They were even more awesome by letting us know right away that the limo we booked was no longer in service due to mechanical issues, so we were able to get a major upgrade for the same price as the limo we booked! They definitely care about their customers, and I recommend them to any bride!

  Elegant Image Limo went beyond their services. Our ceremony took place on a dirt road and I wasn't exactly sure if they would take us their or not. Well they did. They exceeded our expectations and the driver was amazing! Thank you Elegant Image limo!
