  Keep the Day Running Smoothly

  Tiffany was fabulous and organized, she keep everything running smoothly on my wedding day. She was very responsive to emails in the months leading up to the wedding and made sure all the details on the day were taken care of , which allowed me to enjoy the day. Definitely recommend for our special day.

  Elegant Events by Tiffany did a wonderful job with my wedding coordination. Tiffany went above and beyond what was required and I appreciated everything that she did to ensure that my wedding day was successful and that I was not stressed.

  As a bride, one can ONLY imagine all of the work and detail that must go into planning and executing the PERFECT wedding and reception. Elegant Events by Tiffany was absolutely phenomenal! Being a school teacher and an over-the-top organizer, I know I have high expections. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who has even higher expectations of what a reception should feel and look like! From the begininng, Tiffany was full ideas and advice that fit me AND my budget to a tea. She not only envisioned the type of event that I wanted to put on, but executed it perfectly--the day of! (My mother and new mother-n-law, also both over-the top teachers, were also very impressed!) Tiffany and her team were and are VERY professional, punctual, accessible and most important--RESPONSIVE!!
  
  It was truly a blessing to work with someone who is truly dedicated to the art of Wedding Planning! Tiffany is an awesome planner and superceded ALL of my expecations. Since there won't be another wedding for me, can't wait to use her for my Baby Shower!!!

  Tiffany was absolutely perfect. The attention detail and customer service was superb. I told her what I wanted to do and how much I wanted to spend and she took from there. She even through in ideas that helped make the day a memorable one. If you need an event done then she is the one you should call. Additionally her service was very economical.

  Mrs. Graham was very professional in every asppect of the business. One thing that I mostly appreciated about her was that she a professional but also down to earth. She didn't try to take over and she LISTENED to my needs. She'll give her opinions and don't get upset if you didn't agree. I will definiatly be using her services again for any other event that I need to host... be it small and big!!!

  Tiffany is a wonderful and understanding individual who dealt with each need of my wedding with the upmost professionalism and delight. She is really passionate about wedding planning and had a great deal of insight.
  When I came to Tiffany I only had three months until my wedding. She got things on the right path right away. She really relieved a lot of my strees as a bride. Tiffany was timely and was very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages. I really appreciated the fact that throughout it all she kept my vision at the forefront of things. My event actually turned out to be even more beautiful than I expected. Elegant Events by Tiffany also constructed my centerpieces. They were magnificent to say the least. I'm still getting emails and calls about the centerpieces. If I had it to do all over again the only thing that I would change is that I would have contracted with Tiffany sooner. She really found ways to save my family a lot of money. Her team really made my wedding go smoothly. I would recommend Elegant Events by Tiffany to everyone.

  She was on time and precise about the decisions that were made. I was referred to her at the last minute and everything was a mess. Once I contacted her she got on the ball and took care of everything. She even did things that I did not expect her to do. If it was not for her my wedding would have been horrible, nothing would have been ordered, programs would not have been made, people and vendors would not have been contacted, floral arrangments would not have been completed, and the final touches would have not been done. This young lady did an awesome job!!!!

  I only had a wedding planner for the day of the wedding. Before the wedding it seemed thigs were going very well. Tiffany returned calls promptly and was willing to listen when i had a list of things i have finished. My day was perfect. Seeing that i paid $855 for the day i expected more then i received. Anything i asked was taken care of. In my opinion i should not have had to ask. The gate set up was not as i directed even after i explained it again. We did have a week of table change which i informed both the hotel and the planner and was asked as i was getting dressed what was the table change. The center pieces were put together however the alter piece was to go on the parent table, it was put on the head table, our unity candel was to be our head table centerpiece, it was there but so also was the centerpiece that belonged on the parent table. This all left one of our tables without a center piece, it was decorated however not as i expected. My day was wounderful and none of these things broke my day, however it was a HUGE expense that i took on to not have these problems.

  As a vendor I personnally feel the only time you catered to my wants and needs was when I or my husband made a big deal about something. For instance, there was a time that you had said that you will not do some service or task and our thought was "Well what did we pay you for?" Another is that you supposed to represent your customers best interest when shopping around for vendors and therefore you should also negotiate for your customer. Another thing we could not understand, when dealing with the transportation guy, why you could not dictate to the man the situation and then state "ok work with us here I have 'x' amount of dollars to work with what can you do for us" and make the man want the offer or further negotiate a counter offer. Another thing is even if you cannot do something, try to make the customer feel like you will do something. If your customer asks for something and you know you cannot do it, still say "I'll see what I can do" and work the situation as if you could accomplish it even if you cannot. Also it would help that a checklist review the day before the wedding happens so that little things do not get lost in shuffle, such as my signing board. However I can say the resources you had at your fingertips for the items we did not think of helped out tremendously. I would say improve on your responsiveness and flexibility and be more personable when requests that are being made. Other than that you have a good foundation in providing props, ideas and vendors that you already have at your disposal to make any event go off right.
