I ordered, chairs, tables, linens, lounge furniture & pipe & drape for our Hillsong Women's Colour Conference at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles. From ordering, to making adjustments, to the set up and pick up, every person that assisted was on top of everything! They are the most reasonable, with the best quality!! Their set up crew was AMAZING! All my team during our set up had nothing but the best compliments for their crew. We had a last minute addition a couple hours before our event and needed more Pipe and Drape, not only did they make it happen, but were more than happy to help! The best!!

Elegant Designs took care of all my needs for my wedding. They worked with me to fine tune the look of my tables and chairs, and then adjusted my order weekly as my date approached. They were quick and detailed with communications. So many options, and wonderfully knowledgeable staff. Fantastic.

There was a discrepancy on the number of linens order and the ones delivered, one phone call and immediately was
taken care of, the satin linens, chairs and cushions were in excellent condition, and the chargers were beautiful! I will use them again. Thank you Cristina for all your service.

It was a pleasure to work with Elegant Designs in choosing the linens & chairs for our 40th Wedding Anniversary party at the Langham Pasadena. Their selection of linens and chair pads was amazing! Their pricing was great too! We are recommending for our son's wedding next March!

Omg the most beautiful linens a bride can ask for!! They had the perfect color and the perfect patterns for a vintage wedding that I had!!! I loved it!!! It was beautifully done and I was sooo happy!!!

Elegant Designs Specialty Linens (EDS) have the most beautiful and best quality linens. They had everything we needed from polyester linens to satin linens and made ordering our linens easy and stress free for our wedding. Jannette and Christina were the best! They answered all of our questions and were very helpful along the way. I had made a mistake on my linen count and Jannette emailed me right away to let me know which was life saving because if it wasn't for her doing so I would have been short. We were so surprised of how beautiful the linens were. Every picture we have of our wedding is gorgeous and the linens definitely tied the whole look together. We will always use EDS for every event we have because we know they will always provide the best. If you are looking for linens for special day we highly recommend EDS.

I've used Elegant Designs Specialty Linens for multiple weddings and events. The range of products and looks that they offer is massive, and the prices are very reasonable. They were very easy to communicate with and provided me and my clients with excellent service. Everything was done beautifully. Elegant Designs Specialty Linens couldn't have been better. They completed their delivery on-time and left. About an hour later I walked-through our venue with the coordinator. In my opinion there were some changes that needed to be made (rows of chairs were too close together for the ceremony and the napkins had color variation (which to their credit, they told me in advance)). The coordinator said she anticipated my reaction and had already called. She left a message on their emergency number and hadn't heard back. I immediately called, spoke with the owner Vincent, and he had everything corrected within an hour. Even the coordinator was surprised everything was fixed - she prepared me that the napkins were unlikely to get corrected. I was so impressed by their quality, service, and product we just got back from our honeymoon yesterday and my first call this morning was to Elegant to thank them for all they did when I was "melting down" about the details 3 hours before our wedding and to ask where I could leave a review. I enthusiastically recommend them!

The team at Elegant Design made our wedding picture perfect the linens gave the final touch to our reception. The professionalism and helpfulness they provided us in helping design the feel for our wedding was PRICELESS.... the money we spent on our linens was well WORTH IT...

I made all my fabric selections from Chicago so they were very helpful sending me swatches of the various satin colors as my color scheme evolved. Their choices are quite extensive and the colors are sublime. Elegant Linens has a lot of stock because rather late in the game I contemplated switching colors and they had other events using some of them but they had enough for our large wedding....and they were willing and able to make more if I gave them just a few days...can't remember the exact number. The quality of their satin was so fabulous that I didn't even look at anything else. The satin napkins were lined or backed which made them much more refined than other rental companies.

Jeannette and the staff at Elegant Designs were so professional. They offer a great product at a affordable rate. They were pleasant to deal with and always available when I had any questions or wanted to look at material. When they did not have the material I wanted, they sewed tableclothes for me with material that I brought in. I will definitely be using them again.

Jannette was incredible to work with! I went in there a few times and she was just so accomodating and flexible. The only time I had any "issue" with them was when Jannette wasn't there! I was told to stop by one Saturday (2 weeks before our wedding) to finalize the linens and chairs by someone other than Jannette, but when my fiance and I got there (we were told to come between 1130 am - 12 pm and we got there at 1145 am), the door was locked and no one answered the door bell. I even called and no one picked up the phone! I live a good 45 minutes away from them, so I was a little bothered that we had made the trek over there for no reason.

Anyway--like I said, Jannette was a pleasure to work with. I felt she gave us great deals and executed all my ever changing requests perfectly! Thank you!

Great place for quality linens.Their staff devoted their time to us and made sure we where completely satisfied and had everything we needed.I loved the linens we received and they went well with the table and chairs we put out.I am very grateful for the work they did and will spread the word about their excellent service!

Highly recommended. Lot of selections to choose from. Excellent quality linens. Great price and quality, the best chiavari chairs I found with custom cushions and linens they found my color and made all the items for same rental price. Staff very friendly you feel like at home in there showroom. Very easy to work with on time for set up and pick up and deliver same quality as show in there office.

Elegant Designs had a abundance of great linens in every color and texture you could imagine.It was great to be able to have a lot of choice to pick from.We ended up getting some table linens and lots of others for our ceremony.We received a lot of help from the ladies working there and we thank them for being so kind and patient with us.

I was extremely pleased with both the quality and price of the table linens that I rented from Elegant Designs Specialty Linens for my wedding. I had been looking for a patterned linen in a particular color for quite some time to no avail and was even willing to extend my budget to "settle" on something close to what I wanted...then my wedding coordinator referred me to Elegant Designs and as I live in San Diego and my fiance and I were running out of free weekends to make the trip to Irwindale, I asked for a couple swatches to be mailed to me. The Sage Damask was exactly what I was looking for and although I would usually never rent a linen from just looking at a swatch, I took the risk. And on the day of the wedding when I walked into the reception room prior to guest arrival, I was thrilled at how beautiful and of great quality the linens were! They completely exceeded my expectations and I was so happy to have found them...and at half the price of what I was about to pay for something I wasn't completely satisfied with! Also, Elegant Designs is super flexible, allowing me to increase or decrease my table linen order as my guest count changed till the last minute. And, their delivery fee (to Thousand Oaks) was completely reasonable in comparison to some other places I was looking at. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars was because I had to be a little persistent over email in getting my order finalized (and corrected), and/or changed...but at the great price and flexibility, I didn't mind too much!

This is the best place for linens in Irwindale.They have some of the finest selection of fabric you will ever see.I was able to find exactly the type of linens I wanted for our reception.It was a pleasure working with their staff they where very patient and hard working.

We initially rented chiavari chairs and linens from Elegant Designs. During the course of our 10 months of planning I changed my mind and had to cancel the linens, but kept the chairs. Each time I changed something it was no problem at all and I was immediately sent a new invoice via email. They were always courteous and accommodating. They arrived promptly on the wedding day and we were pleased with our chairs....it made our reception look beautiful! I highly recommend Elegant Design.

Their responsiveness sometimes leaves a bit to be desired, however, their linens were beautiful, their setup was incredible and although their selection is average, they're willing to work to make you happy. I loved, loved, loved how they set up the ceremony site.
