Kelsee and her team felt like a true gift. I can’t express my gratitude enough for everything they did to pull of our wedding day and make my vision come to fruition. With all the rain the day before and our decision to host an early wedding, Kelsee and her team were fighting the clock but they didn’t let that hinder the outcome for one second. They are true professionals and work magic. Each member of the team is so kind and you can tell they care about making you love every part of your day. Having a day of coordinator is a must, but not just any coordinator, it must be Kelsee and her team!

I would choose them over and over again. They saved my day so many times they truly are a blessing!!! Kelsee was amazing!! I had an issue with my original DJ and she handled it so professionally! I had a few hiccups that I knew would happen she she executed it amazingly! Isaiah was truly amazing!!!! He held his own and made sure I had the perfect day! The water had a smell and he did t want that in the fog machine. He pushed though his fear of driving in Florida and get gallons of water so my night wouldn’t have that smell! I can’t thank these two enough!!! They made my amazing day a dream come true for this bride! I love you both!!! -

Elegant creations went above and beyond and I am forever greatful for them . They took my vision of a boho wedding and brought it to life . I had absolutely no stress whatsoever they designed it all and it was everything I could have imagined and more. The kindness, support, the understanding was 100%. I could not have asked for a better company for my wedding they took the most special day of my life and made it a dream ❤️ they truly captured the fall boho theme and I got so many compliments on my wedding. I planned a destination wedding in Acadia NP and had the reception at a mansion in Ellsworth. I explained to Kelsee my wedding vision and she ran with it! Her team was amazing too. Elizabeth was in charge of the ceremony on Sand Beach. It was very busy there but she managed to get us the perfect spot with the most perfect background. Even used driftwood to make an “aisle”. Kelsee and her team worked so hard to make the mansion look beautiful. Even my hubby was impressed. They were so helpful and took a huge weight off me & my family’s shoulders. They even helped clean up. Would recommend to anyone! Very professional, personable, flexible, and nice!!! -

Hiring Kelsee and her team was the best decision we could have made! After we postponed our original wedding and decided to have it on family property instead, we knew we would need a little extra help bringing our vision to life. With doing a backyard wedding there are so many extra details to think about. Leading up to the wedding, Kelsee was extremely helpful in keeping us organized and helping us think of all the details, big and small. Then when the wedding day came and there was a literal hurricane on the forecast, her and her team did not skip a beat. They really eased our minds that entire day and kept everything running smoothly despite some crazy winds and some hiccups with some other vendors. We also were blown away by the decor, it looked exactly like my pinterest inspo and really brought everything to life!
All in all, we truly had such positive and warm experiences with every single person on the team that we interacted with that day. Everyone was so kind and committed to making it a beautiful day, and we genuinely could not have done it without them. You will not regret hiring them! -

Acquainted with Kelsee and her services through a friend's wedding and contracted with her for day of décor and wedding coordination! Her services for our day were beyond flexible and she led operations in a manner that alleviated all stress for us the day of. Elegant Creations pricing is affordable in a market that seems to be pricing out couples left and right. The day of our wedding the team made sure we were fed, had time to breathe, and kept things on schedule in a fun light manner. Honestly, I could not imagine what our wedding would have been like if they were not there to help out throughout the day. You and your team made our day beautiful, fun, and one to remember for years to come -

Couldn’t have asked for a better crew
Kelsee and her team were always so responsive and helpful throughout the entire wedding process. Come wedding day they were there early to set things up and make it look perfect. I truly couldn’t have imagined it in better. Everything was perfect down to the smallest details. Kelsee and her team stayed all night with us and then stayed to clean up for us and make the pick up the next day extremely simple. I couldn’t recommend her and her team more for your big day. I will be using them for future events and recommending them to all my friends. -

Less stress on wedding day!
Kelsee and Kate were my Day Of Coordinators for my wedding two weeks ago. They set up all the decor and kept us all on task, which I am very thankful for! Everything was such a whirlwind! They communicated with all vendors very well, and were quick to work out any snags we met. Very professional and quick to respond and answer any questions I had! Definitely worth it to have them help you out! They even offered me food between photos! 🤪 -

The sweetest crew
Kelsee, Miranda, Amanda, and Carmen are all amazing! They worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. We had multiple guests and other vendors tell us how sweet and kind these ladies were to everyone throughout the day. I want to especially shout out Miranda (our head day of coordinator) as her communication was excellent and her positivity helped calm my nerves when we ran into some small weather hiccups. She has the best personality, I felt like I was working with a friend all day! I would recommend using Elegant Creations for wedding day coordination over and over again! -

Kelsee was incredible for our wedding day. She was responsive leading up to our day, she got in touch with all the vendors, and she even assisted us with picking up chairs for the ceremony. We had our wedding on an island so guest and vendor coordination was essential.
We had a situation where there was not enough ice for the bars, she worked behind the scenes to fix the issue before we even knew about it. Overall awesome job and her assistant was great too. We highly recommend! -

I have been and will continue to recommend Kelsee and her team to any upcoming bride! We used her day of coordinating and decor rental. She was available to answer all my questions during the entire planning process and on the day of she made it so that we never had to worry about a thing. Her team was in the venue first thing in the morning spent the morning making sure everything looked perfect and then spent the actual wedding making sure everything happened perfectly too! If you have an idea of what you want, she will make it happen. If you have no idea, she will give you options and help guide you!

I first worked with Kelsee as a vendor on a wedding we did together in 2020! I knew when I started planning my own wedding that I wanted her to be part of my wedding journey. She was responsive from the start, which is big for me! Communication is everything and even if she was tied up at an event or other venture, she always got back to me and never left me guessing. When I had a major mishap with another vendor, she was quick to assure me that everything would be okay! I’m also super meticulous and sent far too many notes trying to be organized as much as possible but she always welcomed my feedback and worked to make my vision come to life as much as possible.
On the day of, I had Eva and Emily as the two head girls running my day and it was FLAWLESS!! They were so much fun and made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. The setup was exactly how I envisioned and I am so thankful I had Kelsee and her team to help everything run as smooth as possible. I am forever grateful I had the hard stuff taken off my plate and could enjoy my day as much as I could thanks to this crew!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FRIENDS!!!!! Xoxoxoxooxo ❤️❤️❤️❤️ -

Best Vendor around!!
Where do I even start? Kelsee was one of my absolute favorite vendors to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator! She took all the stress out of wedding planning and I’m not sure how I would of survived without her! Throughout our planning she was very responsive and made sure I was ahead of the game. Day of her team did an amazing job with set up/breakdown and made my Pinterest wedding come to life. I honestly don’t think our day would of went as smoothly if Kelsee and her team were not there. The team was also so helpful with communicating with the other vendors on the wedding day so all my attention could be on enjoying our wedding. And let me tell you this girl comes prepared to the wedding for anything to happen! My 5 year old daughter was not happy that my dress was longer than hers. Kelsee took the time to make my daughter a long veil out of tulle to save the day. My 5 year old still talks about how Kelsee was “the best” and “so nice”. I can go on and on about how Kelsee does amazing work. If you need a coordinator Elegant Creations is the one!!! I can’t thank this team enough for making my wedding day the best day ever.

Working with Kelsee and the team at Elegant Creations was an absolute dream. I contacted her about a year before our wedding and she was so responsive, kind, and personable. She helped me stay organized during the planning process and was there at each step to pop in offering advice and help.
During our wedding, Kelsee and her team made our night truly magical helping with every little detail and keeping things running smoothly, and keeping us fed and with drinks in our hands at every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive, professional and kind.
Kelsee’s team set up the wedding of our dreams. Her bartending team was truly excellent and kept our guests more than happy and the party going. We have gotten nothing but compliments on how perfect the evening was, and this is due entirely to Kelsee and her team.
Our wedding was more than we could have ever hoped for or imagined, and we can’t thank Kelsee (and Eva, Jill, Emily, Marissa, and Nastassja!) enough for making the night so beautiful.
Would highly, highly recommend any couple use Kelsee and Elegant Creations. There are many planning services out there, but I truly believe you cannot find someone better than Kelsee to help make your dreams a reality.

The Real MVPs
Hiring Kelsee and her team was easily the best decision we made in our whole wedding planning process. We had hired all our vendors, but Kelsee took over in coordinating their arrival and set-up times. As we got closer to our wedding day, she took a ton of stress off of us around flow, communication, structure, and just the little things. She is so easy to communicate with it just made everything stress-free.
On our wedding day, she and her team made it so we didn't have to worry about much of anything. She made sure the vendors were all where they needed to be, on time. She even set up our florals on the arch last minute so they wouldn't wilt in the sporadic showers and wind.
The team also handled last-minute decor set up before the ceremony and reception, ran out in the middle of the reception to restock our ice as our bar was running out, and even cleaned up our decor, packed it, and cleaned anything that was dirty so that leaving the venue was super easy the next day.
I cannot recommend this crew enough. Having them there to make sure everything was perfect, every step of the way was seriously priceless. They were the real MVPs, we cannot recommend them enough. -

Flexible and detail oriented
Kelsee and Ashleigh were WONDERFUL. Kelsee talked me through all details months prior and up to the last day. She always answered my million questions and the day of the event was perfect. It was about to downpour and when the weather changed, Kelsee and Ashleigh moved the arbor back out to the outside ceremony location 15 minutes before the wedding began. They were flexible and dealt with anything that was thrown their way. My florals and arbor were beautiful that they put together and all the decor was perfect. -

The best thing I did for my wedding was hire kelsee and her team. I spent all year planning my wedding and hit a wall and could not handle the rest on my own. I found kelsee and she was absolutely the best from day one. She is so hands on, so sweet and made sure everything was perfect. There is no way my wedding would have turned out the way it did if I didn’t hire elegant creations. She brought Jayci and she was the sweetest person I ever met and always made sure me and my bridal party had everything we needed and took such good care of us from the minute she arrived. After dealing with Covid and wedding stress they stepped in and made my life so easy. I cannot say enough good things about them and the help they did they made our day amazing. I won Kelsees full wedding planning package and services for an incredible price through a game back in 2020 which i was beyond blessed to come by. Meeting Kelsee was a total godsend as me and my fiancé (now husband 💞) were doing our whole entire wedding by ourselves at first. Since then she has been there for me every step of the way offering her full support and expertise. The day of the wedding Kelsee transformed a clubhouse into our dream badass "Viking Hall" and made the day better than i could have imagined. She was there not only as our coordinator but also a new friend who i will always recommend to anyone planning an event. The bartender Ashley was also amazing! I had the pleasure of having Jayci and Ashleigh (members of Kelsee’s absolutely amazing team) coordinate my wedding. They literally handled every single last detail of my wedding with the most determined attitude. My venue did not make their lives easy but they pulled it off perfectly. I have been working with Kelsee for my wedding coming up in a couple of months. Working with her has been absolutely wonderful!! She is extremely easy to work with, responsive, and helpful any time of day. She has made sure that we stay on track and are proactive throughout the planning process. I am also relieved to know that she will be our coordinator the day of. I have no doubt that she will be a tremendous help and crucial to making sure everything runs smoothly. I will post a more detailed review after the event, but I definitely highly recommend her and her services!!!!

Kelsee and her team were absolutely phenomenal! Kelsee was readily available and extremely responsive any time of day/night before the wedding. She went above and beyond and was there EVERY step of the way throughout the planning process. On the actual wedding day, her and her team were outstanding. They arrived very early and set everything up beautifully. Her entire team was incredibly friendly and just a pleasure to be around. They exceeded any and all expectations. I highly recommend them!!!
