Getting your bridal gown is such an intimate part of the wedding planning process, and from the moment I scheduled my appointment at Elegant Bridals, they felt like family. Everyone I interacted with had such a warm and genuine personality. My family was welcomed with pure excitement by everyone we met on the morning of our appointment, and we got a really sweet tour of the showroom before the appointment. I was blessed to have Alice as my gown expert, and she ultimately picked the dress I got married in!!!! Alice listened to my preferences, and made sure that every aspect of the day was positive. She really took her time with me, and we didn’t feel like another appointment—it felt like OUR day! Alice helped me feel confident in my own skin, beautiful in every single dress, and valued as a client. She was so patient and knowledgeable, and gave me so many options to fit my preferences! As a woman who wears plus-sized clothing, Elegant Bridals had a wide selection of gowns for me to choose from in-store—and that really made the day so special. I will never forget the moment where I walked down, in my chosen dress, to the most important women in my life. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room! Alice was incredibly intentional both on the day we bought the dress and throughout the entire planning process. Traci made my wedding dress experience perfect! I was only planning on browsing when I entered Elegant Bridal, but ended up picking out my dream dress that very day. Traci asked about my vision and the first dress she pulled checked every box. She offered suggestions on how to personalize the dress to make it perfect and these suggestions made a perfect dress even more beautiful! Traci made the whole experience fun and stress-free! I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding dress shopping experience. The best experience!
This was the first place I shopped for bridal gowns and I found the one thanks to Hannah! She was amazing at picking out styles and helping me put my vision to life. She was so sweet and made me feel very confident! I ended up saying yes to the dress for the second dress I tried on and it was beautiful, my now husband LOVED it. The ladies were always there for me during my wedding planning journey and quick to respond to any questions I had. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience finding my dream dress!

My mom and I were traveling and stumbled across Elegant Bridals. The store looked beautiful, even from the outside.. I was super nervous about just walking in without an appointment but from the second we opened the door we were greeted with smiles and paired with our stylist, Hannah, instantly. The store is beautiful and how they have the dressing rooms etc. set up, it really makes you feel special when trying on the dresses - which they have an amazing collection of. Hannah was so sweet, helpful, and informative - she actually even picked out the dress I ended up LOVING! You can tell she truly cares about what she does and that makes all the difference, especially when making such a big decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Elegant Bridals to anyone! My consultant, Emily was absolutely amazing. I had two appointments and the first one i just couldn’t decide. I was able to come in two days later thinking i knew “the one” but Emily showed me a different dress she thought i wouldn’t loved and that was the one i picked! They have so many beautiful and different dresses for everyone’s taste. The whole staff was amazing and i’m happy to say i said YES to the dress here! From a customer service perspective, i went to a total of three different bridal boutiques and no one compared to the staff here and how they put you above everyone else. Absolutely AMAZING experience!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Elegant Bridals, especially Alice. I found my dress online while browsing through different Lillian West designs and called over 12 shops around Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama trying to find someone who carried it but none had brought it in. Alice answered when I called Elegant Bridals and already knew the exact dress I was talking about and enthusiastically told me that they could have it brought in. I wound up having two appointments with Alice since I had never tried that cut before and she let me know that they had a very similar one in as part of a trunk show that weekend that I could come try to make sure I liked the cut before having them bring the other one in. This turned into having them bring both dresses in for my second appointment which included my mom and three of my bridesmaids. Alice is truly a fairy gownmother with the magic that she can work. I couldn't fit my arms into the sleeves of the sample so she figured out how to pin it to me so I could see what it would look like and I'm so glad she did because I couldn't have imagined a more perfect dress. We also had to postpone our wedding from October to March and when I contacted Elegant Bridals to ask the best way to store my dress they told me I could bring it back to them and they would store it for me. Thank you so much for helping me feel like an absolute goddess!

The best!!
This was the only bridal shop I went to, but I'm so happy with my choice. From the minute we pulled up, Alice was ready for us and made everything so easy. I really appreciated their safety precautions related to COVID-19. My mom and I were the only non-employees in the store. It took about an hour to find my prefect dress. Alice listened to everything I wanted (or didn't) and provided a variety of dresses to try since I didn't know where to start. She was so friendly and just as excited as me about my dress. She was also knowledgeable about small changes that could be made to fix concerns I had about any dress. She was respectful of my budget, too!
Picking up my dress and accessories was so easy and quick. All of the girls at EB are so sweet and help make the wedding dress shopping experience fun and easy. Thank you, EB!!

I went to 2 dress shops in Columbia, SC before finding Elegant Bridals’ booth at a bridal showcase. While I was there I met Alice and she helped me set up an appointment. When I got to my appointment I was once again able to work with Alice and she made the entire experience feel so personal and custom made for just me. I didn’t have to lift a finger to try on anything. I found the most amazing dress and it was named after me! Elegant Bridals is the best! I had a few bumps along the way of finding my dream dress. I actually brought home two dresses before I found the dress for me. The Elegant Bridals team were so patient and kind to me even even though I was so indecisive! They helped me every step of the way to finding the dress made for me. Even though it was a little crazy and stressful with me changing my mind on two dresses, it didn’t phase them one bit. They made it obvious that getting the right dress for me was top priority and they did everything they could to make that happen. I don’t have enough great things to say about my experience. With this pandemic going on I was very worried about wedding dress shopping. Usually dresses can take a while to order but Elegant Bridals had many that you can buy and take home that day. Last month I finally had the amazing opportunity to have my appointment at Elegant Bridals to find the dress I will wear when I marry my fiancé. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. From the time I called to make my appointment extending to after purchasing and picking up my dress. I am so blessed to have had Ellen as my consultant! She was wonderfully supportive throughout the entire appointment. I felt and believed she was as excited about me finding my dress as I was that day. My experience at Elegant Bridals was amazing! I went there for my first visit and said yes to a dress that was beautiful and in my budget. While I was there I tried on a good bit of dresses but there was one in particular that I absolutely loved but it was out of my budget so I didn’t get it. I thought about that dress all week and wasn’t satisfied with the dress I had chosen. I call back and asked if I could come back and get the other dress and they were happy to help me and got me any appointment quickly. Long story short I ended up not getting the dress I went back for but found a dress that is absolutely amazing and it was under my budget which was even more amazing. Elegant bridals was absolutely amazing!!! From beginning to end I felt like a princess. I tried on dresses that I have never seen anyone wear before so I felt very unique and special. Elegant Bridal Experienced
I loved my Elegant Bridal experience! I didn’t go in expecting to buy because I had already been dress shopping once before and was feeling pretty hopeless. My Bridal Stylist was Lindsey and she made it a very memorable experience. I was worried I was never going to find my dress or have that bridal moment but Lindsey worked tirelessly to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was wonderful. I received so much support while trying on dresses from the entire staff. I wasn’t expecting to buy my dress the day of, so I didn’t have a full deposit but the salon worked with me. Making the payments on my dress were very easy. The owner and Lindsey have been in contact with me since my purchase. I am very much a neurotic planner but they have eased my worries but answering all of my questions. The salon is absolutely beautiful. I wish I would have taken more pictures because it was everything you want your dress shopping experience to look and feel like. I can’t wait to go back to get my dress measurements in May!

My experience at Elegant was beyond amazing!
Lindsey was such a dream to work with! She guided me through the process with ease! I was so relaxed working with someone who understood my wants and had an answer to all my questions! All of the staff are so helpful and attentive! I recommend everyone go check out Elegant Bridals, they are truly incredible!

The ladies at Elegant Bridals made me feel right at home! I had a strict budget and they went above and beyond to pull the perfect dresses for me! When I found THE dress they celebrated with me as if they were a part of my bridal party! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks!

Found the dress that was made for me
I went to elegant Bridals with my mom, mother in law, and 3 of my bridesmaids. Alice was absolutely amazing and made me feel so special during this exciting time in my life. She helped me find a dress that I was not only comfortable in but I truly loved seeing myself in it. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a dress, as Alice said “worthy of my love story.”

Amazing experience
Elegant Bridals was absolutely amazing! I am so excited that I found them and went. Their dresses are top notch. I had a tough time deciding between 2 dresses and they helped tremendously! They also were very personable with my mom and I. Once we bought the dress, they were still the sweetest with holding onto my dress until my alterations and sent me a congratulatory letter in the mail. Once my dress was done with alterations, I took my dress back to them and they provided a complimentary steaming! I will always recommend them to friends/ family! ❤

Exemplary Work
When I arrived at Elegant Bridals, I had no appointment, no idea what style dress I wanted, and three months before my wedding date! I know, WOW right?! Walking through the door, Alice greeted my family and me with a warm demeanor, a dazzling smile, and an exciting personality! She took my indecisiveness and rounding the corner wedding date as a challenge! She opened my eyes to numerous dress styles that I never would have picked myself and walked me through narrowing down the choices! She was helpful when thinking about details, but never pushy; she was inquisitive about my wedding, but never opinionated; and, honestly the list could go on! She made my dress shopping experience easy and fun! And, as you can imagine, I ended up with the most beautiful dress I could have ever imagined! My family and I made so many memories in that one day and we were treated so well by not only Alice, but the rest of the staff we met that day. We have nothing but great things to say about Elegant Bridals!!

Amazing Staff!
I had such a great experience at Elegant Bridals! I truly felt like I was being taken care of and being heard by my consultant, Alice, who is amazing all around. I found my dress with her help, and I even cried (when I just KNEW I wouldn't)! And then they named the dress after me, which made me cry even more. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Amanda welcomed us and assisted me with trying on way too many dresses. She helped in finding one that had the fit and flare as well as simple embellishments that I wanted, as well as something that my family loved and could see me wearing! This was the first and only place I visited to find my dress! Everyone there is soooooo sweet! I would Personally recommend ALICE WOODHURST, omg she is the absolute BEST! She’s very responsive, very helpful and she’s not going to quit until you’ve found the perfect dress for you! She’s very friendly, highly engaged, energetic! I just Love her! I went in not knowing where to start, but thankfully there was wonderful people there willing to help. I specifically am grateful for Alice. Let me start off by saying Lindsey is such an alazing and kind person! I drover over TWO HOURS to get to the shop .. and it was WORTH IT ! I came in as a challenge to Lindsey, when asked if I had tried on dresses before I had to answer truthfully.. I have .. close to 100 dresses to be exact! THATS ALOT OF DRESSES! I’ve probably visited every dress store close to my home at least twice and I tried on some amazing gowns but nothing that made me go AAAHHHAAA ! now I loved a gown from every store .. I mean how could I not ?? Wedding dresses are beautiful ! But Lindsey pulled a gown for me that she knew was perfect but before trying it on I probably tried on ten others and “loved” two .. but when I put the gown on Lindsey had originally intended for me it was over with .. I WAS IN LOVE ! Not only did she help me find my gown! She allowed me to walk around in it and just live it out for probably about a good 45 minutes.. when I asked her is she wanted to put the veil and dress back she simply replied for me to live it up as long as I wanted !!! Most places are getting you in a dress and then out but not this place! I went to my appointment alone but that didn’t stop me from getting the full entourage effect! The other ladies would come by and oooowwweee and ahhhh and really made me feel special. Lindsey didn’t mind taking a millions pictures for me of each dress and for that I’m so thankful ! She even went above and beyond to do a video of me saying yes and of all the details of the dress for me to send my mother in law!!! I feel like what I’m paying for my dress isn’t just for it .. it’s also for the amazing experience I had in this shop and with these ladies!!! Not to mention the gown I said yes to was new and I was the first one to say yes to it so the shop has a tradition that if you are the first one you get to sign a card and the gown is forever named after you!! HOW COOL ???

Wedding Dress Shopping
I made an appointment with Elegant Bridals just for a fun day trying on dresses for the first time. I had no intention of finding a dress at all! I walked in and being the non shopper I am, I was instantly overwhelmed. So many dresses and so many styles. But then there was Amanda. Amanda would pull out dresses and ask me questions to get a better idea of what I liked and didn’t. She also put me in a dress of each style which was great! I had no idea I’d like certain dress styles that I initially dismissed because I thought they wouldn’t look good on me. She was my advocate and my mind reader and I just met her! Amanda was so kind, personal, and she just made you feel good about yourself! Although I went in just looking around and trying on dresses for the first time...Amanda helped me find the perfect dress and I couldn’t have had a better experience! 💜

Amy was so sweet and helpful when looking for the perfect dress for me. I went to a sale trying to get ideas and fell in LOVE with a dress when i saw it online. When i found it in the store it fit me PERFECTLY. I knew it was meant to be and so did Amy. From the phone calls and emails everything was perfect. Definitely take advantage of sales and shows they host, you never know what you may find!

I don't even know where to begin. After searching and searching at multiple bridal shops all over Georgia, purchasing a dress and having second thoughts and getting discouraged, I was referred to Elegant Bridals. There was no other bridal store that topped the friendly, patient, attentive staff that I encountered here. Lindsey was (and still is ;)) AH-MA-ZING! I felt right at home with them and it really means a lot to deal such great people who genuinely care about their customers. I can't wait to share my pictures with them after my wedding!!! I am so glad I didn’t decide to go anywhere else to buy my wedding dress! The Elegant Bridals team were all amazing especially Amanda! I had an hour and a half for my appointment but because of my indecisiveness I went a little longer but you would have never known it! I could not have chose a better place to go to pick my dream dress!! ❤️ From the phone calls, and even the Christmas card we received, our service has been AMAZING! I had a bigger party (8 people) come with me and didn’t want it to be a problem, they told me not to worry and bring everyone! We arrived the day of with my name on a board and I had gifts waiting on me! My consultant was Lindsey and she was/is flat out amazing! I had a mental breakdown and she helped myself and my mom with every decision! My favorite part, even though I wasn’t in the room, Lindsey broke down and cried sharing with my mom how much she wanted her daughter and her to have the experience we had! I️ found the wedding dress of my dreams at Elegant Bridals. Alice helped me and after telling her what I️ had in mind she picked plenty of good options for me to try until I️ found the one! The staff here is very helpful and made the process stress free!

Traci and the staff at Elegant Bridals made my wedding dress and bridesmaids dress shopping an amazing experience. I had no clue what I wanted for a dress and Traci helped me find the most perfect dress! The stayed in contact with me even after my wedding date to wish me a happy honeymoon. Very personable and passionate service.

I had been to a few other bridal stores in the area before i tried Elegant. My experience at Elegant Bridals surpassed the other stores by far. Amanda greeted us warmly and guided us through our entire process. She was attentive and thorough. She helped select the dresses according to my likes, and she really did a great job gathering dresses that fit my needs. (They have a huge selection to choose from there). With my sister, my step mom, and my mother on video call we rated the dresses. And finally we found the dress that we all fell in love with. Tracy helped to order the dress AND put mothers nerves at ease!! My entire experience with this store has been wonderful. I feel confident in their service and would recommend them highly.

Amanda was such a great, joyful consultant. She was very knowledgeable about their inventory and picked out styles that I was interested in. She listened well and answered all questions with ease, was professional and courteous. Would recommend their team to anyone!

Words will never express enough just how thankful I am for Alice Woodhurst and Elegant Bridals. I came in knowing what I wanted only to find out it really wasn't what I wanted. Alice was so patient with me and always had such a positive and uplifting response to everything. If you wanted something, she had a way to make it work. Ladies, don't cheat yourself by going somewhere else other than Elegant Bridals.

Had a fabulous experience with Alice at Elegant brides. SHe Made me feel comfortable helped me find a dress i loved in just one visit! She wasn't referred to me by my sister in law who horn married just a few months before I didn't. They also cleaned it and steamed It after the bridal photos so it would be ready for the the wedding. I would definitely reccomend her!

Elegant Bridals is phenomenal!! Alice was my consultant, and she was fantastic!! I was nervous about finding my dress, especially since I am a curvy girl. As soon as I walked into Elegant I was welcomed with open arms, and had many options for a gorgeous gown. I LOVED my experience! I wish I could do it all over just to relieve the moment :) Alice and the rest of the staff at Elegant go above and beyond to make you feel truly special while you are there. If you are nervous or hesitant on where to go, choose Elegant Bridals! I promise, you will have an amazing experience!

I had a great experience at Elegant Bridals. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the dresses they had in store and was able to find me the perfect dress. Even after we found my dress, Amanda didn't stop helping us. She even let my Maid of Honor try on dresses as well! I would definitely recommend Elegant Bridals.

I actually had already bought a dress from another store, but I was very unhappy with the dress. So I was talking to my maid of honor well sister one day when she told me I should go here. So I made the like three hour trip to Augusta from Beaufort with my future wife (we made her leave though) to see what they had. It was only three hours because I couldn't go without going to pick up my mom to help me choose the right dress especially since she wasn't there the first time. My sister also came along but only after she got off work, but I had already found the dress I loved. Sarah was amazing. She knew exactly what I liked and wanted. I showed her a couple pictures from their website that I liked and she searched the entire store to find the dress that I LOVE. because it was one from one of the pictures that I showed her. I definitely recommend everyone to go here. It was definitely worth the drive to find the PERFECT dress for OUR PERFECT day!!! Not only was Sarah a sweetheart, the other staff was just as sweet! I can't wait until August to be able to wear my beautiful dress and marry my best friend!

Alice and all of the staff at Elegant Bridals were absolutely wonderful... I cannot say enough! They made the entire process so personal. I took a list of dresses that I found online. They pulled all of those dresses and Alice chose a few more based on what I told her I wanted in a dress. I am so indecisive, but Alice was accommodating every step of the way. I even left and came back to try the dress on again without an appointment and they made time for me. I drove from Columbia and the drive was absolutely worth it! I highly recommend Elegant Bridals to anyone looking for a personal experience!

Wedding dress shopping was an intimidating item on my to-do list. With an overwhelming amount of choices, I had heart palpitations at the thought of sifting through racks. Every concern I had turned out to be unfounded. Sarah at Elegant Bridals was kind, patient, fun - and made the whole day so joyful without an ounce of stress. I had a lot of guests join me at the boutique, and Sarah was sublime at handling all the people. I cannot imagine having a better experience wedding dress shopping than the one I had at Elegant Bridals. I'm in love with my dress and in love with the day I had finding it.

Everyone at Elegant Bridals is fantastic!!! I had a truly wonderful experience. Traci was amazing! She helped keep me focused and break down what exactly I was looking for in my dress! I had a rather large group with me and she was incredible at keeping everyone on task and in control of their part to play for the evening. The dresses were all beautiful and they had a nice variety of styles and prices to choose from. I said "YES!" to my dress in my first appointment!!! The following days I worked with some other ladies who were very accommodating in helping me choose dresses and colors for my bridesmaids and my mom! Thank you Elegant Bridals for a truly beautiful experience!!!

My experience here was beyond what I could have ever imagined. I was honestly not looking forward to trying on dresses being plus size and having a lot of difficult body and skin imperfections I wanted to camouflage. I was so surprised to see that my size was not even an issue at Elegant Bridals. The dresses pulled for me were all figure flattering and it was a great feeling to be excited about how I looked in the dresses. Traci could not have been a more perfect fit for me. She made me feel comfortable which was important to me being more on the modest side. She was genuinely excited for me and devoted to making sure I found a dress that made me feel beautiful and that I was 100% satisfied. She was definitely my wedding dress fairy godmother. I quickly came to trust her expertise and with her help was able to add custom touches to make the dress my own. Elegant Bridals made saying "yes to the dress" a priceless and memorable experience that I got to share with my Mom. On top of the way the staff makes you feel with the special attention the store is beautiful. The dressing rooms are huge and fit for a princess. It was a welcome relief that I could get the full "drama" effect of the dress by stepping on a pedestal and having a 3-sided mirror in the privacy of the dressing room and didn't have to walk out in front of everybody in the store to get to a mirror like in other bridal stores. Thank you Elegant Bridals for playing such a big part in helping me say "I do!"
