Beneficial

Frankie did an incredible job planning and decorating our wedding!!! She helped us find a caterer and was responsive when we had questions or needed her professional insight. We had to reschedule due to a hurricane and her guidance definitely eased most of the stress. She took full control of contacting everyone involved and it was truly beneficial having her during that time. The decor was beautiful and she understood the vision perfectly. I would highly recommend Frankie’s services to anyone planning an event. Thanks again Frankie!!!!!!!

Literally the best

Frankie and her team went above and beyond for us. I never had to worry about anything in her care. Because we had a destination wedding we had to meet through zoom for all of our meeting up until a couple months before the event. Can’t praise her enough. Highly recommend.

Personalized and professional service

Working with Frankie was a phenomenal! She took the time to learn my husband and I and created a wedding experience that neither one of us could have imagined. We trusted her creativity and her expertise. Her knowledge and skills paired us with fabulous vendors who brought to fruition a truly unforgettable wedding that we shared with family and friends. From our first planning meeting to our big day, Frankie and her team delivered and never disappointed. In many ways she went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied clients. Almost one month afterwards, and our wedding is still the topic of many discussions. Frankie made us feel like our wedding was not just another event, another wedding. The care that she demonstrated truly created a once in a lifetime experience for us.

She delivers, everytime!

Frankie and her staff is amazing! There is a clear difference between Frankie and other planners that I have came across. First she is very professional, concise and organized. During my entire time working with her she was always one phone call, text, email or video chat away. Her professionalism is grade A! Frankie and her team met all of our expectations throughout the wedding planning progress; and on our big day THEY DELIVERED! My husband and I told her that we want something elegant and intimate and that's exactly what we got! I would recommend Frankie and her team to any bride or anyone planning a special event!

My wedding day was all that I ever dreamed of and more than I ever expected it to be. That was because of Frankie her Elegance Affairs team & Tangy from Posh Stems. We had 10 months to plan a wedding and Frankie made the process smooth and easy. She is AMAZING at what she does, very professional and always available to provide advice and answer any concerns that you may have. I never knew how intense planning a wedding could be but working with Elegance Affairs I had NO Worries & had total faith that everything was gonna be great because of the professionalism, detail oriented, time management and most of all exceptional customer service that I received from Frankie . The ceremony started on time and was very organized. The atmosphere in the room was set based on the décor, up lighting and set up that was created alone. Frankie has set the bar for those in the wedding coordinating business, she is in a league of her own & cannot be touch. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her and were looking forward to keeping in touch & building a friendship with her. THANK YOU FRANKIE FOR MAKING OUR DREAM A REALITY.

Frankie was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs during the planning stages of the wedding. She did a phenomenal job with the wedding decor and would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs assistance with wedding decor or event planning. I am so happy that I chose Frankie to be my wedding planner/designer. She made my dream wedding come to life. She was there with me from the very beginning to the end. Frankie is an amazing planner! She really made my wedding come together! Her expertise in decor for the look of the wedding and her relationships with different vendors all made for a great wedding day. So many people complimented us on the look of the wedding and the fact that the wedding started on time. Everything was so elegant and beautiful! Frankie was also a great shoulder to lean on, especially in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. I turned into a stressball. Frankie's calm demeanor kept me calm on my wedding day and she ensured that the day was lovely.

Frankie Collier is the best wedding planner in the world. She listens to you and makes herself available to make sure that your bridal experience is one to remember. Frankie with Elegance Affairs was absolutely AMAZING to work with!!! She made my wedding day come to life! Frankie was initially only hired to coordinate the day of my wedding, but she went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. She attended a few of my vendors meetings and became well aware of my style and what I wanted. Another great service that is available when working with Elegance Affairs is that they also have rentals (such as linen, chargers, napkins & rings etc.) available to add to your decor. I came with lots of pictures of how I wanted my decor set up and she did just that and more!! Frankie and her team set up all of the decor and coordinated both my wedding ceremony and reception of 130 guests, making sure everything ran on schedule and smoothly. She and her team were very professional and well organized. The day of my wedding I had NO worries and everything was PERFECT!!! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with them. It was truly a phenomenal experience!! I highly recommend Frankie with Elegance Affairs for your next special occasion or event!!

Frankie is awesome!!! I was confident from our initial meeting that she would give me a dream wedding. She EXCEEDED my expectations! David Tutera has nothing on Frankie. She is very professional, but at the same time I felt as if a close friend was planning our wedding. The wedding day was seamless and more beautiful than I could have imagined. Guests are still commenting on how timely the ceremony and reception were. Frankie knew a lot of local vendors and from the florist (Posh Stems is unbelievable) to the DJ, caterer, baker, videographer, and photographer, I had an allstar team. Word can't express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent job that Frankie did.
Note: My wedding was planned in 6 months.

What can I say?! Working with Frankie of Elegance Affairs, was an absolutely thrilling experience. We took about a year and a half (almost two years) to plan our wedding. Frankie was with us the whole step of the way. My wife didn't really know what she wanted, sometimes she even had a hard time articulating her vision. However, somehow Frankie knew exactly what we wanted. She made sure we stayed within our budget and when we wanted more she reminded us of our budget before we went forward. She is absolutely professional to the utmost. Sometimes brides and grooms aren't able to really enjoy their big day because they're worried about everything going well. On the day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was beautiful and Elegance Affairs brought the elegance we were looking for. Furthermore, Elegance Affairs helped us set the standard of how wedding should be for our family and friends getting married in the future. It's two months later and people are still talking about how beautiful and organized our wedding was. We have to credit Frankie and Elegance Affairs for exceeding our expectations and bringing our vision into fruition.

Frankie is awesome! She really made my wedding day a day that I will remember forever. All of my family love her and were telling me on the day of my wedding and even afterwards how professional she is and how sweet, patient and kind. I have to admit: Frankie had to deal with a lot of unexpected things, but to name one: more than half family did not show up for the wedding rehearsal the night before, but they came to the wedding not knowing what do. Frankie was a pro and got them where they needed to be. I could not have imagined a better person to have coordinated by wedding than none other than Frankie L. Collier of Elegance Affairs. You will not be disappointed and you will love her!!!

Frankie was extremely helpful in the planning and coordination of our daughter's wedding. Her guidance and expertise assisted us greatly in ensuring that we entertained all aspects of the wedding and reception. She really kept us on point and left "no stone unturned"! The professionalism, kindness, promptness, patience and understanding shown by Frankie during the entire process was truly incredible! Having the services and the expertise offered by Frankie enabled our event to be quite successful. We are so very thankful!

Let me just say, that Frankie and Elegance Affairs was so awesome that we're basically family now. She was patient, she was responsive and she gave us the utmost attention. What makes this part so amazing is that we were not her only client during the almost two years of our planning. I really don't know how she was able to give the same full attention to every client as if they were her only client. Her patience and calm demeanor makes the bride and groom feel as if nothing can go wrong, and believe me my wife is a high anxiety person. The day of the wedding was flawless, and our expectations were blown out of the water. I mean when I look back at photos and videos, my mouth drops again and again because it really was beyond our expectations. She gave my wife her fairytale wedding and gave me the party of the year. In my opinion, we weren't very clear with her as to exactly what we wanted. There was just a lot of ideas thrown at her, and somehow she knew exactly what we wanted, and then gave us more than we imagined while still making sure we stuck to our budget. You really can't go wrong with Elegance Affairs; you just can't!

Frankie was absolutely wonderful she was very attentive and she was reassuring in my moments of panic. Frankie was incredibly helpful and attentive to me on and before my wedding day. I can be rather controlling and she was able to let me make decisions and have control up until the wedding day when I felt completely comfortable handing things over to her. She made sure things ran timely and that I didn't have to worry about a thing during the ceremony and reception. Frankie was outstanding! She was available, accommodating with our schedule as we were planning our wedding from out of state. Our day could not have been more perfect as it turned out better than we could have imagined. She listened to our concerns as we planned for unpleasant weather, the day happened to turn out beautiful anyhow. My spouse and I had challenging family dynamics and she handled it with such grace, poise and professionalism. I cannot give her enough kudos as she greatly lessened our anxiety and we were able to truly enjoy the day.

Frankie went above and beyond, working more hours than promised on her contract, to make our reception run smoothly. She's very professional and was a pleasure to plan with! Her best feedback came when we met the week of our wedding at the venue. She made many final suggestions that made our reception an absolute delight! When I handed over our reception details (escort cards, menus, and other items/details), I felt such a sense of relief, knowing that she had everything under control!

In March , a friend, recommended Elegance Affairs to me . I was in the early stages of planning a Surprise 60th Birthday Celebration for my Mom and already stressed. I was impressed with Frankie after our first conversation. Amongst other things she was confident, enthusiastic and professional. I hired her right away. After this, for the next 6 months she guided me and transformed my vision into reality. I truly believe that the party would not have been as successful without her. 3 months have passed, my Mother is still beaming and guest are still talking about the party! I will forever be grateful to Frankie for helping to make my Mother's 60th Birthday Celebration a memory she will forever cherish.

We hired Frankie as a day-of coordinator and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning, Frankie was professional and accommodating. She always went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. She even acted as a mediator when we were having trouble with our caterer. Our only regret is that we didn't hire her to plan the whole thing. We were very finicky and had a lot of weird ideas for the wedding and she helped us to make it all happen. It was great to have everything taken care of on our special day. At a lot of weddings, the last minute things fall to friends and family, and we really wanted to avoid that. Frankie took all of the weight off of our shoulders. Out of all of the vendors that we hired for the event, Elegance affairs offered perhaps the greatest value, peace of mind. My advice to other brides and grooms thinking about hiring Elegance Affairs: Do it!

1. A planner will easily make up their cost in savings because they know the best vendors and get the best rates. Elegance Affairs also does linen rentals which were 50% cheaper than the linens that we got from a local rental company (doh!)
2. I can't say enough about the value of not having to worry about all of the crazy details. Enjoy the engagement period by not worrying about the minutia associated with planning a large event like a wedding. Get the Diamond Package!

In sum. Frankie was great, we would recommend her without reservation.

Elegance Affairs made my wedding go off without a hitch! Frankie was very responsive and willing to work with all of my ideas and last minute whims. She and her staff maintained the highest professionalism and went above and beyond their duties. I would recommend Elegance Affairs to anyone.

Frankie was a pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding is stressful and most brides consume themselves with the smallest tasks. Frankie provides an excellent method to manage your time, complete tasks, and it truly relieves the pressure and sleepless nights. I never worried about anything getting done. She took care of it all or she contacted me to provide her with the necessary details so she could get it completed. Contract details and payment reminders, fielding questions from vendors and bridal party, vendor arrivals and pick-up, ceremony and reception timelines, guest transition from ceremony to reception locations, ceremony and reception printed materials...she handled everything! If i had to do it all over again (hopefully never), I would choose Frankie a thousand times over.

Frankie was incredibly helpful! I hired her to help me finalize planning and organize the day of. She was amazing! She kept me on track with completing tasks before the wedding, even informing me of some things I had forgotten. The day of my wedding would have been a disaster without her. There was so much to coordinate with vendors and she handled all of it. She kept me and my husband on time with all the events during the reception. She handled the clean up of the venue which was amazing! Overall, she did an amazing job. If I could change anything, I would have hired her sooner!

Frankie and her staff were Amazing!!! She helped me plan the wedding of my dreams. There were times when I didn't know exactly what I wanted but she was able to work with me and pull out exactly what I wanted. She was so flexible which was a big thing for me. Everyone has and still is talking about what an incredible event she put on. Thank you so much Frankie!!!!

My husband and I got married in November 2014. We planned our wedding for over a year and Frankie was our wedding planner.

Pros:
1) Provided access to a wide variety and number of vendors.
2) Provided Mock up Sessions to help decide on decor prior to event.
3) Great coordinator on day of event.

Cons:
1) Disorganized system for mailing invitations and tracking RSVPs.
-Invitations were addressed incorrectly (i.e. The invitation was addressed to "The Jones Family" instead of "Mr. and Mrs. Jones.")
-The address labels used on invitations were tacky and not consistent in style with my formal invitations.
-Some recipients were mailed more than 1 invitation.
-Some recipients received their invitation late (i.e. 3 days before the wedding).
-The RSVP tracking list was not in alphabetical order, and it was difficult to interpret.

2) Ineffective at providing insight/expertise in regards to decor when I was unsure.
-I was expected to provide pictures of exactly what I wanted in terms of decor and flowers. However, she was unable to replicate several of my ideas, and I was not made aware of this until 1 week before the wedding.

3) Not receptive to feedback.
- I expressed dissatisfaction with her system of mailing invitations, and as a result, it became difficult to communicate/ work with her.
- I ended up doing a lot of tasks myself (i.e. Wedding programs and welcome bags) in order to ensure timeliness and avoid disorganization.

4) Not receptive to working with vendors outside of her circle/network.
