  Holiday Party Success!

  Hey all. Thought I’d pop in to share my experience with Mr. Nick Z. I am not what most of my clientele or coworkers would consider “hip”. So when they asked me to help find the entertainment for our corporate Holiday Party I was slightly intimidated. I was also not given very much notice, so I was getting quite worried. In my office, choosing the party entertainment is like drawing the shortest straw. Let’s just say that we have had some,…”interesting” experiences with entertainment at work functions. (Think John Lovett in the wedding singer). So! After much research, I arrived at what seemed to be a wedding website which offered an array of entertainment. Amongst them, Nick Z! It is nice to still be receiving compliments and kind words about how great the party was. Nick really played for everyone. This was not the kind of party that had people scattered in their chairs throughout the room. In fact, most chairs were empty. So much laughing, dancing and fun. I’ve been told by my team that I will be in charge of entertainment again next year so long as its Nick Z again. So dibs on Nick Z December 18 2020! Thanks for rocking this party Nick, I can’t thank you enough. You really came through. Oh and,…thanks for helping with Danny (the HR guy). Haha his ankle is doing much better. He almost danced his feet off cause of you!

  Nick is awesome to work with! Originally was introduced through a venue and have hired Nick multiple times after that for our corporate events. He is flexible, reliable and knows how to keep the party going! Will continue to use Nick for our events moving forward as our preferred DJ.

  My son's wedding

  Nick Z was so doggone good at our son's wedding. He set the tone early with his excellent music and continued through the evening. The dance floor was NEVER empty! Thank you, nick, from the bottom of my heart.

  Worth Every Penny

  Oh man, book with E.L.C. Events. We had the time of our lives working with Nick. It was my biggest wedding fear to have a lackluster DJ. Half of the guests at our wedding are dancers by profession, and so I knew a poor DJ would bring our dance floor to a grinding halt. Nick was INCREDIBLE. Our guests were raving about him and tearing up the dance floor. He had us use an app to add our music/song preferences, and it allowed us to have our friends input their requests or "like" songs that were already on our lists. It was easy to use and gave me such peace of mind- it felt like we knew what we were walking into. Kiss your DJ worries goodbye and hire Nick! I'm so so glad we did.

We got on a phone call with him to explain our vision and needs which he was able to fully grasp and bring to life. He had a really cool app that allowed our guests to request and vote for songs to be played on the dance floor (kindof like Instagram for music recommendations). This was super convenient and easy to use and ensured that we had a playlist that everyone would be excited about. I will be sure to recommend Nick to all of my friends who need a professional, dependable, easy-to-work-with DJ. His services are worth every penny and I am confident that anyone else who hires E.L.C. Events for their wedding will feel exactly the same way.

  Incredible DJ

  We recently had our engagement party and Nick was the DJ we chose to play at our party. He is beyond amazing! My fiancé and I found him on WeddingWire and we immediately sent him a message requesting further details about his availability and pricing. We had a response within 24 hours and we spoke back and forth and we booked Nick. He even met with us to discuss our event assuring us that he will take care of all the music and lighting. He was right and he took control and we had an amazing party. Nick is there for you all the way, so if you want a reliable, responsible and straight up super cool friend and DJ, definitely hire Nick. If we have another party, we will have 1000% book Nick.

  Amazing!!! Strongly Recommended!

  Nick is super nice and responsive. He completely got my idea and helped me build a perfect DIY playlist. What's more, he provided me an app to build up the entire music list, which saved me lots of time and made my list organized. On my wedding day, I got every music I wanna play in right timing, Kudos to you, Nick!

  He was great. Very patient, good with suggestions and really organized. By far the most professional of our vendors.
  
  Had high expectations from conversing with him from the begining up till the day of, on which he totally killed it. Music was all perfectly on queue through the ceremony. He went as far as to figure out a system to get music queues from one of the wait staff as his setup was obstructed by (due to power outlet limitations of venue) trees and other shrubbery.
  
  Lastly, we were very late with our song list for the ceremony, introductions, etc and he was completely understanding and made it as easy as possible to choose certain songs for certain things.

  Excellent, Responsive and Down to Earth DJ - Highly Recommend

  My husband and I recently hired Nick to DJ at our wedding and the whole process was extremely easy from start to finish. It was a lot more difficult than we thought to accurately describe the kind of music we wanted at our wedding, but after talking to Nick about what we didn't want and providing him with two short sample playlists for the kind of music we'd like during the cocktail hour/dinner and then reception, Nick understood our taste completely. We didn't want to have to make the full playlist ourselves, so the fact that Nick could take it from there gave us one less thing to worry about. On the day all of the song choices were exactly what we were looking for and he moved between songs seamlessly. I also loved how well he accommodated guests' requests, playing the songs they had asked for really quickly and even going out of his way to find certain versions in some cases. When it came to any announcements he was also extremely professional and clear. Overall, I'd recommend Nick to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced, responsive, and down-to-earth DJ who will take the stress out of planning the music for your event. You won't be disappointed.

  Dance the Night Away with DJ Nick Z!

  Nick was awesome! Our friends said it was the best wedding/party they ever attended. Nick kept everyone dancing all night long, reading the crowd to pivot when necessary to keep everyone on the dance floor. He made every effort to create the musical vibe we wanted. He was responsive to requests, creative & accessible. And has a great, warm personality! Hire Nick!

  Hire Nick Z. for your wedding or event. He is super responsive and professional and you get the sense that your event is HIS event.   One of the best wedding DJs!

  DJ Nick Z performed at our wedding and we couldn't have made a better decision in hiring a DJ. He worked with us all along the way and curated some of the best music around our preferences. He knew exactly how to keep the dance floor moving until the last call to make our reception the most memorable of experiences. We couldn't reccomend Nick Z enough!

  Awesome DJ & Entertainer

  We are very grateful for the job that Nick Z did for our wedding. Nick was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, always returning emails and phone calls quickly. He did a great job at the wedding everybody in attendance complemented the music and his work. I would recommend and will use Nick for future events.

  Recently my wife and I chose E.LC. Events to DJ for our wedding. I must say hands down the best choice we made out of all of our vendors. We weren't very detailed in our song choices but gave Nick a couple of genres of music we wanted played at certain times and he nailed it!! Every song choice was exactly what we were looking for and the "dance" time of our wedding was spot on. The mixes were very crisp with no delays and kept everyone moving at the right times. When it came down to the family member announcements he was clear and pronounced every name perfectly. Nick also was very responsive to song requests and made us feel very confident and comfortable with his skills. Prior to the wedding nick was open to all requests and reached out to us many times to confirm everything was on the same page and special for our day. I would recommend anyone to hire E.LC. Events for any event that needs a solid and Professional Dj.

  Nick brought the house down at our wedding! Despite us not having too many suggestions about the music, Nick was able to take our few suggestions and transform it to a full lineup. He really listened to our requests and brought a great balance to the playlists. Nick is a down to earth guy, very responsive, and we loved working with him – my husband also says he gained many insightful life tips from their conversations :)

  I first heard Nick at an event in NYC and the his music was so good, our group ended up closing down the venue. We decided to fly him out to spin for us for NYE and he didn't disappoint! Nick had the whole house dancing and and I received scores of compliments as to how good the music was. He was fantastic and we plan to work with him again soon. Highly recommended...it'll be the best decision you make for your event.

  The service that Nick provided exceeded our expectations. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and he made us both feel like family. We provided him a song list and he made our wedding an absolutely outstanding night. Our family and friends raved about him. If we have another event, he will be the first person we would call to provide music. As stated before, he must us feel like family and we absolutely feel the same. You will be extremely satisfied by having Nick be your DJ.

  Wedding DJ and so much more!

  Nick absolutely made our evening one to remember. Our family and friends still talk about what a wonderful job he did. He had a way of customizing the ceremony music and then bringing everyone out of their seats to the dance floor. Honestly, I do not think there was a time when we all sat down. It takes a lot of people to bring together a wedding and reception, but there is always one that makes it memorable...it was Nick. If only we could get married again, Nick would be our first invitation sent out.

  Nick absolutely made our evening one to remember. Our family and friends still talk about what a wonderful job he did. He had a way of customizing the ceremony music and then bringing everyone out of their seats to the dance floor. Honestly, I do not think there was a time when we all sat down. It takes a lot of people to bring together a wedding and reception, but there is always one that makes it memorable...it was Nick. If only we could get married again, Nick would be our first invitation sent out.

  Nick is the best!

  Nick was awesome! I highly recommend him! When we met prior to the wedding he was very helpful. He asked about music choices during different moments of the wedding that I hadn't even thought about! He asked what our tastes were and what we didn't want played. I though that was great because I am very picky when it comes to music. Plus he was super accommodating on the wedding day. My husband and I are not dancers and we were both really nervous about the first /father/mother dances and he said that if we wanted him the fade the song out early just give him a nod! I found that to be very thoughtful since we were so nervous about them. I seriously can't speak highly enough about him! The music was perfect, no technical issues, was very professional, on time, and really wanted to make our wedding day as easy as possible. I wasn't going to have a DJ, but I'm glad I decided to use one and I'm glad that it was Nick! Thank you so much!

  Professional, responsive, and FUN!

  Nick and E.L.C. did an incredible job with our wedding. They were professional, responsive, and worked with the vision we had for our big day. Most importantly, the wedding was a blast! Everyone had an amazing time and we're still getting rave reviews. We couldn't have been happier with E.L.C. and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have a fun a wedding. If you're looking for a boring, dull day, look elsewhere!

  Best DJ ever

  Nick was the best DJ we could possibly ask for. He was extremely attentive to the guests requests and played a constant stream of music that everyone enjoyed. We highly recommend Nick for any event!

The cocktail music was exactly as I wanted and where Nick shined was the dinner/dancing portion. He LITERALLY started the party with his fantastic mixes. We gave him vague directions ("a little bit of everything") and he got it 100% right. The song selection and transitions were seamless. He had everyone, from teenagers to octogenarians, up & dancing. I had guests coming up to me and saying how great he was. And he's also a charismatic MC; he is not obnoxious and speaks with an ease.
