Inez was incredible, a godsend before and during our wedding day, and made such a big difference for our wedding at the Morris Museum this past spring. She was extremely organized, excellent with communication, created our timeline and kept it on track, handled signage, coordinated with all of our vendors, and helped our families throughout the day. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, which allowed us to actually enjoy the wedding. It was amazing to have an expert handle things that we did not even think of, especially with having a wedding in a nontraditional venue! We are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!! -

Our wedding day was pure magic, thanks to Inez and her incredible team at Elaborate Parties by Bennett. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
Inez, our day-of-coordinator, was one of the few reasons why our big day was so smooth. She kept everything on track, ensuring our day flowed seamlessly. Her calm and friendly approach made the entire process stress-free even when problems began to arise.
What impressed us most was their problem-solving skills. Inez and her team handled unforeseen challenges effortlessly, and we were blissfully unaware of any issues. They even went the extra mile to fix a wardrobe malfunction, saving the day when my dress started to fray at the hem.
Elaborate Parties by Bennett exceeded our expectations. If you want a coordinator who combines expertise with a personal touch, Inez is your person. Our wedding was perfect, thanks to their dedication and skill and we definitely couldn't have done it without them. Highly recommended for an unforgettable celebration! -

Inez was my one calming source during wedding planning. I booked her for 2 weeks before the wedding, but her help started months before! With every call or text leading up to the big day, I knew I would have nothing to worry about. She helped coordinate liquor, transport, timing, and much more. The day of I did not worry about a thing. Her second person, Christina stayed with me all day and ensured everything went smoothly! Inez was on-site at the venue coordinating everything else. This was the best wedding decision I made! -

I knew from the first phone call Inez and her team were the right planners for us. From the beginning, Inez made us feel so supported and really took the time to get to know us as a couple to make sure our dream wedding was exactly how we imagined it to be. The day exceeded our expectations but the 3 months leading up couldn't have felt better. Inez created a meticulous timeline for us and handled communication with all of our vendors and we had a lot! Professionalism and expertise are one thing but Inez also has such a wonderful spirit and is so so kind. I never once felt like I was asking for too much or bothering her. She always made sure I knew lines of communication were open. She was so sweet every time we talked and that meant so much to me. Every time I got off a planning call or check-in call with her I felt a little calmer.
Because of her and her team's expertise and preparedness, our day was absolutely perfect. Meghan and Marilyn were our day of coordinators and handled everything so well. We had a wedding party of 25 at The Art Factory and I couldn't believe how well they kept us all on track and together throughout the whole day. I can go on and on about how happy I am with their services. Elaborate Parties by Bennett made our dream wedding come true! They're family now! -

Having Inez and Mary Grace help us with out wedding was absolutely perfect. They really made everything run smoothly and made our wedding day a complete dream. Additionally, having Inez for the full month took away a lot of anxieties in regards to planning the wedding, any time we had something pop up we simply outsourced it to Inez and she took care of it. She worked with all out vendors and made sure everything was running smoothly. Very grateful to have had her for our big day. -

My goodness, where to even begin?! I was referred to Inez by my brother’s fiancée and I was initially nervous about hiring anyone for planning services because I was worried about what would happen if our personalities clashed during the planning process. I can honestly say that hiring Inez was the best decision we made when planning our special day. Inez and her team are kind and supportive. She makes you feel like the most important people in the world. She takes the stress off of your shoulders and most importantly makes sure your special day is perfect. Where do I begin? We changed Inez's name to fairy godmother after only a month of working with her. We hired her for the full package to help with every aspect of our wedding. She made what could have been a very stressful time into a wonderful experience that we enjoyed every step of the way. She found the perfect venue for us and vendors that were above and beyond our expectations. On our wedding day, we had no worries and were free to just enjoy our wedding. Inez and her team made sure all of the big and small details we had worked on together were put in place seamlessly. We would do it all again the same if given the opportunity to go back. -

Inez and her team were wonderful to work with. She was communicative before the big day - both with us and with each one of our vendors - and helped me feel confident that nothing would get dropped. Day of, they anticipated all of our needs and identified and resolved issues before I ever even knew anything was happening.
Working with Inez & her team was the best gift my husband and I gave ourselves. They fit in with us and our wedding party seamlessly & comfortably, and allowed us to just soak the day in and enjoy ourselves. :) I can't recommend them enough! -

Inez was our day-of coordinator and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was on top of all of our wedding details, asked us all of the right questions leading up to the wedding, and gave useful suggestions regarding how to enhance our wedding (though she by no means forced her ideas on us!). Although we had hired her to coordinate the day of our wedding, she started completing tasks for us (such as purchasing/assembling hotel bags) a month before our big day. She also offered to store decorations and bring them to our wedding location, which was very useful to us as we planned our wedding out-of-state. The day of our wedding, she and her two assistants did a phenomenal job making sure everything ran smoothly and taking care of any and all issues that popped up (I'm sure she took care of issues that, to this day, we are blissfully unaware of!). After the reception, she also took care of removing all of our personal decorations, which is perfect because the last thing you want to do after your reception is clean up! Above her duties as wedding coordinator, Inez is very friendly, professional, and has a calming personality. After this experience, we would consider her both a vendor and friend! We will definitely use her in the future to coordinate other life events! -

My husband and I have known Inez for a few years now, and 2 years ago when we got engaged she told us she wanted to be a part of our wedding, and we said absolutely! When I say she is amazing ,she is amazing!! She contacted me every other day asking me how is everything, do we need anything? She is so sweet, her team is amazing they checked on us throughout the whole night. They kept us to our schedule, she made calls to all of the vendors to make sure they were on time. If something went wrong at my wedding I had know idea. She took care of everything!!!!!! She calmed me down lol when I needed it. She has become an amazing friend to us, i would recommend her to anyone and everyone. We are going to miss our chats, we love Inez and her team, we will never forget our special day because of Inez. Inez made my dream come true. She went above and beyond. My husband and me we wouldn't have made it without her. We were so lost, didn't know where to go and research with so many vendors is overwhelaming. And she made it so easy and we had the best best best day of our life. Inez made sure we were fed, she made sure we tried every single order, she made sure the venue had everything ready, she coordinate with the vendors and million more things. We wouldn't have enjoyed our day so much if it wouldn't have been for Inez. I still remember that day and still get chills and cry because it was amazing, I see my pictures over and over again and all I can think about, is beautiful moments. I thank inez with all my heart for giving me the best day of my life and making me feel like a princess!!! Thank you inez!!! My wife and I found Inez about 3 months before our wedding. I am so happy we made the decision to book her for day of wedding. She took care of the vendors a month before the wedding, made it her job to make our day special. I truly have no words to express how thankful we are to have had such a dedicated and passionate person like Inez. The day of the wedding was so hectic but she did anything and everything possible to handle it and not stress us out. She also had her assistance pick up our order from McDonalds, which everyone loved!! She is definitely my go to if I gave to plan another event. -
