Choosing Eleni as our wedding planner was truly one of the best decisions we made for our entire celebration. From the very first call, her warm energy, enthusiasm, and genuine willingness to listen made us feel instantly connected. She took the time to deeply understand our vision, our cultural backgrounds, and our needs — and she supported us all the way.
Planning a wedding from abroad can be challenging, but with Eleni we felt completely safe, supported, and confident that everything would be executed perfectly. Her experience with couples living outside Greece was invaluable; even if we couldn’t always be physically present, she made the entire journey smooth, organized, and stress-free.
Eleni is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to find solutions. Her organizational skills are exceptional, and her eye for floral design is truly on another level. The quality of everything she delivered was amazing.
We collaborated with her for both our Nigerian ceremony and our Greek wedding, and she embraced every detail of both events with respect and professionalism. She always offered personal suggestions while making sure our wishes and preferences were at the center of every decision.

From the very first phone call with Eleni from El Stories, I knew our collaboration would be smooth and enjoyable. We instantly had great chemistry, and she understood exactly how we envisioned our wedding day—even though it was quite unconventional by Greek standards. Her extensive experience working with people and couples from all over the world was evident; she was full of ideas, suggestions, and creative solutions that fit perfectly within our budget.
Although we didn’t hire her for full planning services (only wedding-day coordination and decorations), Eleni was consistently supportive. She offered valuable recommendations for other vendors, including photographers, and even gathered offers on our behalf. I truly cannot express how grateful we are to have had her as our planner. We trusted her completely, and that trust saved us from so much stress.
Eleni and her team were incredibly professional. Despite an unexpected June thunderstorm, her quick decisions and their hard work resulted in an outcome that exceeded our expectations. I also want to highlight the floral arrangements: as a botanist, the flowers were especially important to me, and Giota’s expertise as a florist surpassed anything I had hoped for.

Our beautiful wedding in Greece
We travelled all the way from Australia to have our wedding in Greece, and working with Eleni, our wedding planner, was one of the best decisions we made. Everything was impeccably organised and went precisely as planned—from the venue and decor to the timing and coordination.
The support we received throughout the process was truly amazing. Our planner Eleni was responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our day perfect. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment without stress.

My Dream Wedding ~ Thanks to Eleni
I met Eleni while I was looking for decoration for the wedding venue. From our first meeting, she made me trust her completely. Even though I live in Florida, the distance was not a problem for us to work together.
At first, I was not planning to have a wedding planner, but Eleni suggested taking care of the whole wedding and shared beautiful ideas that matched our style perfectly. Because of her, the wedding planning was very easy for us. I feel grateful and lucky to have worked with her, everything became so simple.
Even on the wedding day, we had no stress at all, and I believe this is the most important thing!

Eleni and her team are the BEST wedding team in Greece! Maybe ever! From the beginning Eleni was professional, knowledgable, and so helpful. Being in the US, it was so important to have someone in Greece to guide us. She captured our vision and taste and brought it to life with beautiful florals and design. We wanted tropical, bold colors, fun! My bouquet was so beuatiful too! She absolutely nailed it!

American Disaster Wedding Saved by Amazing Surrogate Greek Mama
Working with El stories was like a dream.
My husband, Alex, and I both live in the states and wanted to have a wedding celebration that could include my Yiayia, who can no longer travel due to her age. Since we do not live in Greece, we needed a wedding planner to coordinate with vendors on our behalf. El stories went above and beyond-- she knew exactly how to accommodate each and every one of our requests and was thoughtful and communicative, even with a 10 hour time difference between Greece and California. She knew of a celebrant who spoke English, Greek, and Spanish, handled the flowers and party favors, and helped us find an amazing band that even a group of awkward game developers (both ours + our guests' profession) would dance to.
At around 22:00 the night before our wedding, Alex and I learned that taxi drivers all around Greece would be on strike the following day. We had initially planned for the bridal party, groom, groomsmen, and photographers to use taxis to get from Athens' city center to the wedding venue (about 40 minutes away). Immediately, El stories was on it-- solving the problem and arranging transportation for everyone to arrive on time.
The wedding itself was perfect-- more so than I could ever imagine. I was worried that it would feel empty, as the venue was large and we only had around 30 guests attend. Instead, it was cozy and full of warmth. The tables were arranged in one long formation so that guests were able to talk with each other and dance as they liked. The flowers were stunning, and somehow, everything went off without a hitch. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner and we are so thankful for everything that El stories put together.El stories's reply:
